Bad food ,I was sick for 3 days thx

I ordered food, and it arrived promptly, but the delivery driver didn't even look at me when he delivered it and wasn't very friendly. He just said, "Enjoy your meal!" and left immediately. My pita bread was also broken, and I didn't get any cheese on my shawarma. I'm really disappointed because I love the food, but because of this, I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered food, it was delivered and it was not complete, the meat was very tough, very little, fries cold, called and the missing Turkish pizza was delivered anyway, but this was also not ordered correctly with lamb meat and I got shawarma for the first and last time, I was also treated very poorly and unclearly.

The tastiest spare ribs in Alphen and the surrounding area! And the owner is really nice, but he practically has to run it all by himself. So be patient, folks! ;)

Wrong products and poor quality

After receiving half my order, I decided to call. I got a very rude owner on the line who cursed me out and called me a liar. Not at all customer-friendly. He even sent a delivery driver to my house (after I'd eaten half the order) to check my trash can to see if what I said was true. 😂😂😂 And without a search warrant. You can't make this up. This guy is truly beyond words.

I ordered a small kapsalon and pita herb butter at 10:00 PM, and the food arrived at 10:25 PM—great! The food, however, wasn't great, sorry. The kapsalon was bland and flavorless, and the pita was rock hard. I read the reviews beforehand but wanted to give it a try, but unfortunately, I didn't. I'm not picky, but I didn't like it.

K had ordered a large kapsalon for 13 euros. After 45 minutes, the delivery driver arrived, and upon accepting the bag, I felt a very thin container. Upon opening it, it was truly a very thin container, the contents of which would literally fit into a small kapsalon, or maybe even smaller. I called the store, where I was told they'd been serving this for years and that I shouldn't order again if I found this too small. They hung up on me without any compensation or clear explanation. HELLO, I'm happily paying 13 euros for a small kapsalon???? 13 euros is already way too much for a kapsalon, let alone a small one. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

We ordered a chicken dish and kapsalons. The fries were soggy and limp, the chicken was tough, and the packaging was damaged. It was a complete disaster; I've never had such disgusting feces.

Ordered for the first time, mixed grill with 5 types of meat. The menu states that you can choose rice in addition to fries and fried potato slices. This is not possible in the menu. But the menus were still piping hot and neatly packaged. Delicious food.

I ordered a Kapsalon chicken doner without vegetables with garlic sauce and a Turkish pizza with cheese at 11:45 PM and at 12:15 AM the delivery person arrived with a bag where the Turkish pizza was already missing. I then opened the Kapsalon with vegetables on it without garlic sauce. I then called the restaurant where I was told that I had placed the order incorrectly and that I should speak more clearly next time. Now this is still acceptable, but then I get the message that he already wanted to go home at 00:00 but that was not possible due to my order (while the restaurant is open until 01:30 according to the website) I have not heard anything anymore and now I have to deal with a hair salon that will not be eaten and the person who had a Turkish pizza without a Turkish pizza, what poor service!

Waited almost 2 hours for order on a weekday via TB. Bad information about what time it will arrive, despite calling. No apologies or compensation! Food not warm enough and way too salty. Really a shame, it was much better in the past. Another customer less.

Ate in the restaurant, but even then the food was lukewarm... and inedible. Menus from 2011 (he says afterwards) with old prices when paying he suddenly charges different prices than on the menu.. The owner is customer unfriendly and the atmosphere there is not very good either. The next day I sat on the toilet all day... An advantage: you enjoy your food for 2 days 😅😂

Unfortunately, our order was delivered to 163 while we live at 153 (people had accepted it and were kind enough to find out who it was from) so the fries were cold. (promises to receive new fries, we are still waiting) Unfortunately, the owner accuses us of having provided the wrong house number (the receipt clearly states 153). Then you think you are getting sweet spare ribs, but they are just super hot (fun for the children) and the gentleman says to me “you have certainly eaten them already”) NO, they are right here in front of me, come and get them... beep beep & it hangs on. Very unfortunate because there was a nice boy who tried to have a nice conversation with us, but his boss pulled the phone out of his hand. Do not order here!!!! If something goes wrong it's your own problem and you're left without food!!!!!

In the late evening with the family, you fancy a shawarma and Turkish pizza. We won't talk about the delivery time... But the food was of extremely poor quality. A Turkish pizza with content that had the structure of snot, pita rolls that are actually flattened white balls, and I could go on and on. In short, never here again... Can't understand why there are positive reviews about this food.

Was really right on time.. my compliments.. shawarma was tasty.. but unfortunately nothing was done with my note.. I ordered without potatoes or fries and no sandwich. But no, unfortunately... I had to throw it away! Shame

Apparently my comment about my allergy did not go through properly via the home delivery app. When contacted by telephone, the man not only does not provide a solution. He yells at me, no time, and hangs up. Tried calling several times but no longer answered. Worst service ever.

Pfff where do I start... always too late when you call it's on the way, you live 3 minutes away. If you call while on its way, 20 minutes later it says nothing. Because he is a good man, I ordered again and called 1 hour later, which turns out to be because I went to get a story last time and the delivery person came by after working hours to apologize. If he canceled my order and did not pass it on, you will be stuck with 3 children at almost 7 p.m. After half an hour, 2 police officers arrive, I have a store ban... the handwriting shows why mistakes are made so often at this company. Very tasty food and pleasant service

Very bad food. At least turkse pizze lam. The meat was awful. Not fresh not crispy direct from grill but of course from pan. Terrible smell and taste. And not so much of meat. Also the pizza bread was like wet cake. Firs and last time eating there. I do not recomend. Only delivery man was kind and good.

So I ordered this for a friend via thuisbezorgd and it took more than an hour and a half to order. We called them 4 times combined. I mean how hard is it to make 2 portions of fries and a coke and deliver it to a place only 10 minutes away within 45 minutes? Truly will never ever order anything from this place again. I would never recommend this scam of a place to anyone.

You order drinks, they are delivered WARM by a delivery person (sorry I couldn't see it well) who almost throws the order inside!!!!

Bad store out there, I worked there, they treat employees disrespectfully, I'm leaving, I'm coming there today with one of my friends to place an order, I'm missing 1 pita cheese and then he says I haven't paid even though I did. very sad ABDUH😠😠😠😠!!!

Order still not delivered 2 hours later. In the end we cycled to the store ourselves, after which we had to wait 15 minutes for our order, which turned out to be the wrong one when we got home. Normally there is normal delivery, but unfortunately not this time.

Delicious food. So relaxed that they are still open so late. I usually eat a sandwich there every Friday and Saturday! Hot chicken sandwich is my favorite. But the sweet spare ribs are also delicious!! Otherwise, always good service and the restaurant is always clean.

Got a large lamb shawarma... I think it was small, 1 pita bread was included and there was no salad at all. And the garlic sauce... very watery and tasteless.

They promise within half an hour and after another half hour you call and it is not yet on its way or they do not understand the address.
