Delicious food with great customer service

You can sit outside on the street, but you can also sit inside. The food is delicious, and the service is modern, with a buzzer that lets you know when your order is ready. Orders are placed via a large tablet, just like at other fast-food restaurants. All in all, I highly recommend it! 😇

Music is so loud it makes you feel headache. Only one tablet to make orders, so if many people come you will wait a lot of time. In the end I went to another place cuz I dont have the whole world time.

Was intrigued by the "Double Dutch" burger where you get both a fried chicken and beef patty, and it did not disappoint. Neither did the milkshake, which for me is the sine qua non of drinks to have with a burger. There's even a hint of a waterside view with the nearby canal poking through the market stalls. If I lived nearby I'd probably spend an embarassing amount of money here.

The smash burgers were very good, as were the special Fat Phill's sandwiches. But what struck us most was the kindness, proactivity, optimism, and belief in their product (from the way they talked about it), and the helpfulness of the STAFF, all young people... who welcomed us even when it was close to closing time. And a special mention for Isaiah and Abdul (I hope I remember their names correctly). Thank you!

Had a delicious meal at Fat Phill’s Diner! The burgers were super flavorful, the portions were good, and everything was nice and fresh. The loaded fries were also really great. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely recommended if you are in the mood for a good burger. I will definitely be back!

Great place to stuff yourself silly like Khamzat Chimaiev versus Conor McGregor. Isiah, the waiter, kept us entertained with his good humor and his crazy music, like Drake. Gentlemen, watch out for your girlfriends because the waiters are super hot. Finally, the service is faster than I am with a girl (that's saying something). I recommend two things in life: going to Fat Phil's and supporting a team other than Manchester City.

Absolutely fantastic! I would definitely go back! It's a tiny place with just a few tables inside, but a much larger outdoor area. I should mention that the bathroom is really small, haha.

I had a delicious hot chicken sandwich from here. The price was right, the sandwich was a good size, and I'll definitely be back!

Unbelievable! Honestly, one of the best fast-food places I’ve ever eaten at. The burgers were excellent, the chips were lovely and crispy, and the service was quick, with really friendly staff. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. I’ll definitely be back – I recommend it 100 per cent!🤩🤩

Very disappointing experience. The fries were dark brown, soaked in oil, and seemed to have been fried for far too long. Additionally, a drink was missing from our order, and several hamburgers were cold when they were served. The restaurant itself also did not make a good impression. It was extremely dark and very small. There was only one employee present who had to do everything alone. He did his best, but it is clear that no one can provide good service under such circumstances. You expect hot hamburgers, decent fries, and a complete order. Unfortunately, we received none of these things. This was without a doubt one of the worst fast food experiences we have had. We will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this location.

The guys working on the grill were super friendly and efficient, and the food was fantastic. One of the best American style smash burgers around the area!

Had a delicious meal! Good quality food! However, some prices are on the high side. Know what you order and you will enjoy it!

Got the triple chicken cheeseburger and it was a good size, unable to bite into it was that thick. The quality was okay overall, fries could have been better and so could the quality of burger but okay overall. Not worth the near €30 that was paid for the combo 'deal'. A prime example of crazy Amsterdam prices that people willingly (stupidly) pay - myself included.

The quality/price ratio is a bit high. I thought I'd spend a little less, but the food was very good. I would have used less sauce to make it even better. But other than that, the guys are very nice and friendly.

I'm giving five stars because the staff member asked me to. Everything was fine. There's limited seating inside, but a large outdoor area. No rats in sight. The burgers are very greasy, and it's definitely a perverse opportunity to consume Goyslob. Large, covered outdoor area. I'll see if I come back; it depends on whether I get a stomachache. I don't think so, though, since the food was delicious and attractively presented. Friendly staff.
