I'm giving five stars because the staff member asked me to. Everything was fine. There's limited seating inside, but a large outdoor area. No rats in sight. The burgers are very greasy, and it's definitely a perverse opportunity to consume Goyslob. Large, covered outdoor area. I'll see if I come back; it depends on whether I get a stomachache. I don't think so, though, since the food was delicious and attractively presented. Friendly staff.

TL;DR: If you have plenty of time, low standards, desperate for food and do not mind errors in your order, that's your place. Long explanation: Went there to have a quick meal before going to the movies. Ordered, pretty quick, as there was a totem for self service. They were clearly prioritizing online ordering and takeaways over eat ins, because there were other customers there that looked impatient. After 42 minutes of waiting, which, guess what, got me late to the movies, I gave up and went to the counter to ask if my order was at least started, otherwise I'd ask for a refund. The order was already in the making. They screwed up the customizations, one of which I paid extra for, the bun was burnt and the burger looked like it was chewed before served.

The food is actually quite good, a tasty burger. Service is via a QR code, no interaction with staff, you get it from the counter yourself. The atmosphere outside is okay.

Those guys named Vinnie and Mounir are truly top-notch staff. They're very polite and genuinely interact with the customers. You don't feel like you're just here for a bite to eat, but rather that you're made to feel welcome.

Phills is great. These guys are very sociable and care about the less fortunate in the city. They're always treated respectfully and are friendly. They're multilingual. I give them a 10. As a homeless person, I've never been treated like a third-class citizen.

There was one tomato on my hamburger bun, while the picture showed two. We were being watched while ordering from the do-it-yourself machine. There's very little seating. The chairs are hard.

The food is good, but not the best. I've been living in the area for three years, and this is my first experience with a burger joint without napkins to wipe yourself down with. It's hilarious, and the staff is super rude. They had paper towels, but only for the staff, not for the customers. Meh.

Everything I want from a smashburger! Meat and cheese are the heroes, mininmal garnish just to cut through the dairy and beef. Don't expect a gourmet style burger. This sandwich is wider than it is tall. Macdonalds style self-service ordering screen. Grab your order from the counter vibe. Minimal seating inside. More seating outside under umbrellas
