FEBO Amsterdam - Osdorpplein in Osdorp-Oost

Bought a croquette sandwich yesterday... Too bad!!!! The croquette was cold, the filling was cement (returned), and my appetite was gone...

Whenever I've been to the AVL, I also stop by Febo Osdorpplein to celebrate with him. Hopefully, he'll come to Scheveningen one day.

Febo is always good! But it's gotten really expensive.

Always delicious and fast at FEBO Osdorpplein, a firm favorite in Amsterdam FEBO on Osdorpplein in Amsterdam has been my go-to spot for years when I'm craving something quick, hot, and above all, delicious. Whether I'm looking for a quick takeaway, on the go, or just craving a reliable snack, you know exactly what you're getting, and that's great. What I especially appreciate about this location is that the food is always fresh and hot. The vending machine is regularly refilled, so you never grab something that's been sitting there too long. And whether you go for a classic croquette, a grilled burger, cheese soufflé, or chicken nuggets, it always tastes just right. Crispy on the outside, delicious on the inside. FEBO knows how to make snacks, and you can taste it. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. You get your money's worth, which is quite remarkable these days. The fries are also always delicious: freshly fried, golden brown, and perfectly salted. Especially when combined with a milkshake or a cold can of drink, it makes for a delicious, quick meal that you can truly enjoy. Another positive aspect is the fast service at the counter. If you order something that isn't on the counter, it's prepared quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly, hard-working, and ensures everything runs smoothly, even when it's busier. And even then, the wait time remains short. That efficiency is a real plus. The atmosphere in the shop is exactly what you'd expect from FEBO: no-nonsense, clean, and organized. It's not a place where you'll linger for long, but it is perfect for a quick bite to eat or a quick takeout. There are seats available, and even if you eat inside, the atmosphere feels neat and tidy. What I also appreciate is that FEBO consistently delivers the same level of quality and taste. You know what to expect. No surprises, no disappointments. That makes it a safe choice, especially if you just want something familiar and delicious. And let's be honest: there's nothing quite as familiar as that smell of freshly baked snacks when you walk in. It has something nostalgic, something quintessentially Amsterdam, and you can really feel the atmosphere. In short: FEBO Osdorpplein is a great place for anyone looking for a quick, tasty, and affordable meal. Whether you're in for a quick bite after shopping, on your way home, or just craving a good snack: you're always in the right place. For me, it's always a simple, tasty, and familiar experience. FEBO simply remains a classic.

In preparation for the Febo half marathon, I got a croquette. The Febo staff are friendly guys. It's a shame there's often riffraff hanging around the location.

It was ok...fries really don't taste like they used to...floury and dry

3rd time we did not receive the order completely, very unfortunate. Phone is not answered. The previous time it was even indicated that I could come and collect the missing part myself. After 3x the same experience we are quitting with FEBO Osdorp.

I was able to order in English, the staff were friendly and I found the prices affordable. Food was freshly prepared and there are some options for vegetarians - absolutely sufficient for me. Both the fries and the Vega Kipburger were very tasty 😋

So many places to eat, but I still come back to the old familiar Febo, which used to be on the other corner. I've been coming there for years and the quality is still perfect.

Half of the food ordered was not received. Called, mainly due to the delivery party... unworthy of Febo. First and last time I ordered here.

First experience with local food. Not bad!)

There is a Moroccan young man who stares at me very defiantly every time. He usually gives my shoes a very dirty look. I wear different shoes every time. Is full of jealousy staring at me every time. If he works there, I'd rather not go in. Seems like he's dreaming of another life. What a soul. Major identity crisis.

I'm surprised I haven't written a review about this FEBO yet. :) I used to visit them sometimes when they were still at the end of the street near the bridge. The quality was still good then. Then I haven't tried it for a long time and recently stopped by. The same people still work there, only now a bit older and fatter. Sometimes other staff are also present. The fries are standard FEBO quality. The curry sauce was tasty. For dessert I had an ice cream cone with nut garnish. Half of the ice had already fallen off and because the weather was warm, everything leaked quickly. The result was that I had a sticky hand. I thought less of that. A napkin would have been welcome. Still, I won't be coming here for snacks anytime soon. They fry the vegetarian snacks in the same deep fryer as the meat snacks. And I don't like that cross-pollination. Unfortunately, this is a general method of FEBO.

I went in, everyone had food but the guy at the cash register does everything except make 1 small order.

The toilet that is always closed makes it difficult with small children.

Very unfriendly employee, we wanted to order a children's ice cream and the employee said that we were skeer because we took a children's ice cream.

Ordered Febo via Uber eats. Food arrived quite quickly but everything was cold, I don't think it was even fresh, it was all really gross and the milkshake was watery. A waste of money because the service costs and delivery costs are also high. Never again.

There was a large group of students and they were quite noisy and felt a bit intimidating and did not want to clean up their used things.

Delicious fries, I think it's a shame that they always put too much SALT on the fries. I always forget to ask myself, not too much salt please. The service is not rude. But it could be a bit more pleasant. That would make the atmosphere a bit more fun. I know other Febo branches that can create a pleasant atmosphere.

Gewoon prima; heel goeie patat, verse sla en broodje bij een wel wat dunne grillburger, nette zaak en dito bediening.

Zeer gezellig restaurant en gastvrij personeel. Tevens zeer hygiënisch

Altijd prima, patat en snacks en burgers. Bestellen voor thuis laat wat te wensen over.

Iieve mensen alleen vieze ramen hihi maar ik ben dan ook eem glazenwasser hihi

Zowaar weer eens ouderwets een lekker, smaakvol bakkie patat met gehad en een goed gebakken rundvleeskroket. Zitten daar is kil, maar ja, je wilt alleen maar genieten van je hap. Een aanrader om nog eens wat te gaan snacken.

Topservice zoals altijd en vaste personeel al ruim 15 jaar daar in dienst alweer.

Mooie Febo, ruimte ingang, plek om te zitten, fijne mensen die er werken. Altijd vrolijk! Eten is vers en goed!

Zoveel plekken om te eten maar toch kom ik terug op de oude vertrouwde Febo zaten vroeger op de andere hoek kom er al jaren en kwalieteit is nog steeds perfect.

Ruime nette zaak, maar het mist de gemoedelijke sfeer van de oude zaak.

Goede febo, betere locatie dan waar het eerst zat. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en lekker eten! Dus wat mij betreft zeker een aanrader, febo is wat mij betreft sowieso wel een aanraader.

Leuke medewerkers met wie je veel kunt lachen.

Had een patat mayo/ pinda zonder ui besteld, mayo waren ze vergeten* anders 5 Sterren. Patat was verder goede kwaliteit en warm, ik had het voor onderweg opengemaakt om te eten en was nog warm voor ik thuis was.

Sneller ervice, goede prijzen, lekkere milkshakes en vega opties! Al in al perfect. Ook bezorgen is goed!
