In which restaurant is there hand sanitizer on the counter? I don't know any. But they certainly think of that. Bravo! A 10 for this service.

It is not one of the cheapest snack bars. Fries without toppings cost 4.20 euros. Mayonnaise 0.85. If you eat there, you are not allowed to use the toilet for free. You have to pay 0.50 for the toilet!! Insane!! Customer service is nowhere to be found!!

Delicious food and quick service

Spending so much on an order and then having to pay 50 cents to use the restroom isn't exactly customer-friendly. I don't think I'm the only one. Just adjust your policy. It can't be that hard.

Ordered 40 euros worth of food and still had to pay 50 cents for the toilet. Ridiculous!

You often smell the frying oil from the other side of the shopping center. So, frying oil is REALLY old!

I love Febo and been coming here for years. I don't like this place and the people are not always friendly. Just gimme back Borlinda with Cor. Cor was the best ever.

Grabbed some fries... card or cash? Carding, that goes through the console.... a bit new to me, but I was helped in a super friendly way. Really great. Nice staff and a super clean and tidy place.

I ordered fries here and was very disappointed. As soon as you squeezed them, the oil literally dripped off. When I pointed this out to the salesperson, I was told that this is a new type of fries they are experimenting with, and that the current stock needs to be used up before new stock arrives. In the meantime, the customer has to pay the full price for a product that is clearly not up to standard. I do not understand why this is being sold at all. For me, absolutely not a pleasant experience; very dissatisfied.

Order now via a computer if you pay by pin, it seems like they have become lazy, people of 80 can't do that, the minced meat is cold, they don't have to cut it either, the fan cools down very quickly, so Febo is getting worse

Unfortunately we rarely come across Febo as they have become expensive over the years.

The prices at FEBO on Waterlandplein are really high. The quality of the products is fine, but certainly no better than at comparable stores that are much cheaper. What's especially disappointing is that they don't accept cash. That's inconvenient and excludes people who can't or don't want to pay by card. All in all, a reason for me to go elsewhere from now on.

As a paying customer, you also have to pay to use the restroom. That could have been good for customer service, I think.

A regular snack bar with few bells and whistles, you can get everything there, but it is more expensive than a regular snack bar.

The people were nice and the food was good, but I just ordered for €20 because I wanted to wash my hands and now I have to pay 50 cents :/ come up with something else for that

I think the atmosphere is really bad and the room is completely dirty. There are 2 employees who are not friendly and the food was horrible.

Your typical little Dutch fast food place (snackbar). Food is nice but quite expensive for very small portion sizes. The service from the guy with cross necklace around his neck was not up to standard at all, looked miserable to be there.

Food was fine. Delicious fries and the satehbitterballen were also excellent. Service was okay. Was treated kindly. Went to eat it on site and still got it in a take-away bag, but that didn't spoil the fun. I have never experienced the atmosphere in a snack bar and I don't think anyone goes to a snack bar for the atmosphere, so it's not really interesting. Would definitely come here more often, so that's fine.

Nice place, just the usual Febo food, clean, friendly staff.

Good food in itself, but it is not 'fun' to sit down and eat. And the service is very superficial, no smiles and no response to my attempts to make it more pleasant. I might as well have pulled it out of the wall.

I really don't understand why people like this. Weak food, half cold food and just really rancid. It can be compared to microwave meals

Typical Dutch fast food. Mostly freshly made. Their grillsauce is the best sauce for burgers imo. They are fast but the service needs polishing. Their softijs is the best.

Just another Febo. Classic snacks and fries. Good choice for a quick meal.

Elke week eet ik hier even voordat ik s'avonds volleybaltraining geef. Altijd vriendelijk en goed geholpen. Meestal Patat en een burger of andere snack en die zijn prima.

Always clean, very friendly people working there and prices/quality ratio is very well compared to other fast food chains. Especially love the bigger, thicker, Flemish fries!

Deze Febo is prima. Vriendelijk personeel , snelle bediening en heerlijke snacks! Ik heb er vanmiddag een kip saté gegeten met saus! Heerlijk mals! Niet te vergeten......er is ook een mooi en schoon toilet! Belangrijk!
