I just wanted to let you know that it's very dirty here. There's always hair on my food. I pointed this out, and he didn't even apologize and just took it out of my hands as if I'd done something wrong. Very unfriendly to customers. He made it difficult to make a new one, but he finally did it, and then there were dirty hairs on it again. I think this is unacceptable!

I found the food at Febo to be one big, lukewarm, disgusting meal! Especially considering the price you pay and what you get!

When I order a frikandel at your counter, I want it freshly fried. I don't want to grab an old frikandel from a vending machine and re-fry it in the same oil. It has no flavor at all and the crust is crispy. Absolutely disgusting. Just add it to your own mess.

The people preparing the food were burping and not being helpful when they forgot to pack the Coca Cola. Don’t seem to speak Dutch or English well either. I love Febo normally, but the service and staff was not it this time :(

Hours need to be revised. Supposedly open until 2:00 - but was closed by 1:00 (not sure when they actually closed)

We saw on the internet that the shop was open until 2 am but we came at 11:30 pm and it was closed. I was absolutely devastated to not be able to eat my Vega kroket that I was so excited to eat. Because of ur Time mistake, I'm sad with an empty stomach :((((

was looking for the burger in my sandwich and it came from the vending machine where it had apparently been for a while the friendliness of the man behind the counter is nowhere to be found. Apparently I should be happy that I can buy something.... "just say it" sounds better than "yes!" 10.70 !! make it a children's burger menu of 5,- then the cost of what you get hurts less

This FEBO was an absolute disaster. The female staff member was blatantly racist and incredibly rude, especially if you speak English. I paid for my burger with a card, but their machine failed, didn’t work, and still charged me. When I asked for help, she denied any problem, refused to check my proof of payment, and kept insisting I didn’t pay. Zero communication, just attitude. A week later, still no refund for the €4 charge. Even though it was only €4, her arrogance and rudeness were unbelievable. Avoid this place—worst FEBO I’ve ever been to, no question.

Well placed. Easy to find. The fricadelles, croquettes and fries are very good, great discovery! Quite salty all the same, but ideal for discovering a local fast food, I recommend 100%. The service is fast.

FEBO is the saviour! Those little burgers were bussin!! Krokets were a favourite too! Located throughout the city and a great snack place!

Leading Lady at the reception is extremely rude, especially for English speaking visitors, abuses them in Dutch. She knows English but shows ignorance and makes fun. Very racist!!!

Terrible service from the blonde lady who takes orders! I spoke to her in English and she answered me in Dutch, even though I don't understand Dutch! Not to mention the frown on her face when she looks at us customers. This is embarrassing! I don't recommend this place. Be more friendly.

Never go here... service is really -10, that man was extremely antisocial. Ordered 2 cheese soufflés and got 2 croquettes. Its vegetarian. Definitely didn't get any cheese soufflés from him.

Cold snack from the vending machine. Then I was put in my place in an extremely loud manner by a fairly confident lady because she didn't like the fact that I called the snack 'ridiculously cold'. And during all this, continue to address me as you, and keep repeating that she was polite and therefore not unfriendly. No, not passive aggressive at all.

Good quality and very clean with a very reasonable price tag 🏷️ People working on this project brand are very good and I had the honor to meet the owners. And was very impressed by their humble attitude. They provided us a very good experience with this amazing journey in all stores not the main branch. As FEBO - is the short cut of two letters Ferdinand Bolstered. What an amazing 🤩 people

Very bad service, I got something different than ordered even though I am vegetarian. No cooperation from the employee at all. Very unfortunate!

Worst febo case ever! This is the 5th time we have ordered here and already 5 times something has been missing from our order, but don't think we will get it... the first 4 times the phone's handset has been disconnected and today I have called a total of 16 times, but there's just no recording! This was the last time I order something here because this is simply not how the catering industry works. Be careful before ordering here!

A nice little fast food restaurant. Too bad a bug occurred on the terminal and deleted one of the two menus ordered. Simple but effective burger. The lady at the checkout was really very nice and smiling.

Very small Thai place near Albert Cuyp. Pad Thai was delicious, but don’t expect a very authentic recipe. Place is very small and don’t have a bathroom even for paying customers. Lady serving me was all grumpy for no reason.

For a French person, finding croquettes (beef, veal, veggy mushrooms, etc.) at any time of the day in pull tabs (a form of dispenser with boxes): it's so funny! In terms of taste, frankly it's not bad: children and teenagers like it. At 3 euros per croquette, it makes a different snack that everyone loves! When you leave the airport and nothing is open: it's very practical and helps out well on the first evening and on Sunday. Every time we arrive, it has become our fun ritual which is a change from the traditional meal: then we know we are in Amsterdam!!!^^ (Well, like any junk food... we're not going to eat it every day!)

Well-run Febo where you can get all the delicious Febo dishes. What the owner doesn't like is leaving the door open in winter. Understandable! I thought the prices were quite high, but that is now the case in all Febo branches.

Veels te duur geworden voor veels te weinig kwaliteit en kwantiteit. €4,50 voor een patatje oorlog? whatever. €4.80 voor een oud broodje frikandel speciaal met amper een drupje curry? om te huilen. €3.00 voor een kroket? dat is bijna crimineel.

De meeste etenswaren in de automatic zijn koud of lauw. Bij het melden hiervan word niets altijd even vrolijk gereageerd.

Seriously? € 5.10 for a large fries with mayonnaise! I can’t believe it! It was ok but not long enough fried also. I wouldn’t recommend to come here. It’s better to go to another snackbar

A good cheap lunch stop to try the famous hot vending machine food. After trying bitterballen and croquettes all over the Netherlands, I can honestly say, these were the best. The restaurant was small, but very clean. I didn't interact with any employees. There's no need to. Just pop in a couple Euro, open the door and enjoy your hot lunch or snack.

Muito gostosos os croquetes. O pagamento é em moedas na própria vitrine que apresenta todos os croquetes. Precisa usar o valor correto. Basta inserir as moedas na fenda superior, apertar o botão branco e abrir a janela do croquete desejado.

Vriendelijk personeel, maar ik raad af om hier patat te kopen aangezien ze erg weinig opscheppen terwijl andere febo filialen gewoon een volledig portie geven... Voor de rest is het eten prima.

Chaîne de fast food hollandais. On y mange sur le pouce pour pas cher. Ça vaut le détour. Essayez les croquettes.
