FEBO – simply delicious! 🇳🇱❤️ For us, a visit to FEBO is an absolute must when we're in the Netherlands! This concept with the little lockers where you can grab your freshly prepared snacks is simply brilliant – quick, easy, and above all, incredibly delicious. 😋 The selection is huge, and whether it's frikandel, kroket, kaassoufflé, or other typical Dutch treats: at FEBO, there's something for everyone. For us, it's always a little culinary highlight. The only real downside: Why isn't FEBO everywhere in the world? We would be thrilled if there were FEBO branches outside the Netherlands. Until then, we say: Make sure to stop by FEBO every time you visit Holland! For us, it's a clear 5 stars – lekker, lekker, lekker! 🇳🇱🍟❤️

Last Saturday, we were craving a late‑night snack and decided to stop by Febo since it kept popping up on my feed. It turned out to be a fun little experience. We tried the kaassoufflé, the bami, the frikandel, and the vitaaltje with the bami easily taking first place for us. Would I recommend trying Febo at least once while visiting Amsterdam? Absolutely. Would I go back? Probably not; it’s a bit gimmicky. If you do go, I’d suggest choosing a location in a more touristy area, where the snacks are refreshed more frequently.

We came to visit every year and it's been 3 years already! We love FEBO, with all the wings they have and the chilli sauce 🌶️ yes, it’s salty but we love it!!!!

I just had one kibble, it was so-so. Affordable price, it's fine when you're a little hungry and just want to grab something quick to eat on the go.

The chicken was burnt, the staff were very rude, like they were having a bad day, and it was my first time in Amsterdam. The fries were horribly raw and greasy.

I bought a chicken burger here for €4, which I already found quite pricey for what you get. Unfortunately, after my payment, the slot in the wall wouldn't open, meaning I couldn't retrieve my order. I then went to the counter and showed them on my phone that the payment had gone through. The staff came across as very unfriendly and were unwilling to help find a solution. They indicated that they couldn't rule out the possibility that I had already taken the burger and wanted a second one for free. I suggested reviewing the security camera footage to verify what had happened, but they were unwilling to cooperate. After a long discussion without a solution, I eventually left without my order. It's a shame, because a customer-friendly and helpful handling of the situation could easily have prevented this.

Quick snack, you get your own snack or croquette from the machine. Everything is fresh and crispy.

The late staff on the night of July 6 was awful. Harassing and reprimanding people, myself included, for perceived offenses. Berating tourist women who seemed confused because it was they're first FEBO. Slammed on menu boards and counter top when he was frustrated with customers. I'm sure it can be an annoying job and sometimes people are rowdy or rude, but im this situation it was quiet and customers were chill.

Yes I know a kaassouffle is basically fried cheese. Yes I know I shouldn't eat them. But. They're so gorgeous. It took me 24 hours from arriving to munching my one and only kaassouffle, that's a record. Usually I'm there in 15 mins. Delicious Also chips. I do miss the days where you could drunkenly bin off all your change in a Febo but this one is card only now. Boo 🤣

A great value for money place for those who want to grab a quick bite to eat!

The croquette lives up to its reputation, and is indeed very good. The service is questionable because sometimes the vending machines would shut down, but overall I liked it very much. The hamburger isn't worth €4. The only problem is that there are always beggars on the premises creating a bad atmosphere and a unpleasant appearance, but you can just take your food and leave. I don't like them putting their hands in there and then putting food back where they took it from.

Febo, what happened? 4 euros for a dry bun, a flat kind of burger, a lettuce leaf, and a drop of sauce. The price-quality ratio is disproportionate. But they’ll buy anyway, you might think. Febo used to be my favorite. But I’m looking elsewhere now. Mass production equals big money, it seems. I hope to give 5 stars again someday; you were better and can therefore do better. And especially your prices need to come down.

Febo is great for a quick and easy meal. With their small lockers, there's no waiting and the service is super convenient. Their meat croquette, a typical Dutch dish, is excellent! Their other cheese croquettes are also delicious. My only slight disappointment was the hamburgers, which are very basic and not very varied.

Fantastic place if you are satisfied with a grilled burger that has been sitting in the vending machine for at least 4 hours. The bun looked more like a rusk and the toppings were tasteless.

You either love it or hate it, but the concept is really interesting, and it's one of the few places open late in Amsterdam. Frankly, the food doesn't look very appetizing at first glance, but it's actually quite authentic, at least the croquettes are.

This Febo was very clean! I enjoyed tasting some treats out of the vending machine. It is not cheap, but it is fun and unique. There are no seats so be prepared for that. In case you have never been - tap the card on the snack you'd like to have and then the button and the door opens and you grab your snack. Our favourites were the croquette burger - GOOD SAUCE! And the different flavour croquettes. OH! the Cheese pastry was also so good!

FEBO croquettes do the job: they're hot, quick, and inexpensive. They're not gourmet food, but they're convenient.

Had to stop here after seeing this on TikTok and see what it was about since I haven’t seen anything really like this. We got the flat mozzarella stick thing and was so delicious and fresh. Honestly could have ate a few of them. Next time I’ll try the others!

FEBO Leidseplein isn't a snack bar. It's a cathedral at night. It was 3:47 AM. My ears were ringing with club music, my heart was pounding from the vodka-Red Bull, my friends had melted down. And then I saw it: a wall. A sacred wall. Squares filled with light, as if heaven itself had created hatches. I put in my last few coins, my hands trembling, and the hatch opened… slowly… as if time itself stood still. There it was. My croquette. Warm. Golden. Crispy. I took a bite, and I swear, I heard angels singing above the canals of Amsterdam. Around me, it was pure chaos. A Brit lost his shawarma in slow motion. Two girls were fighting over a frikandel. A German tourist was praying for a chicken burger. It smelled of sweat, beer, and eternal friendship. The staff stood behind the counter like war heroes, handing out frikandels as if they were ammunition in the battle of the nightlife. And me? I sat there, with tears in my eyes, a frikandel speciaal in my hand, and thought: this is not a snack. This is reincarnation. 5 stars. Because after FEBO, there's no going back. Only love. Only snacks.

Clean and delicious. They use Dutch beef. You can shop at the kiosk, so you don't interact with people. It's cheaper and better quality than other fast food places. You should try it, and it's open until late.

FEBO is a truly brilliant fast food chain in Amsterdam. The food is delicious and the shopping experience is super convenient and original. You choose directly from the vending machines, pay with a contactless card, and open the door to get sandwiches and hot snacks on the spot. There are many around the city, and it's perfect for a quick bite to eat. A unique and convenient experience, I highly recommend it.

The life saver of my trip. The vegetarian dishes and the cheese slice were UNREAL. Came in stoned and delivered every time. My stomach now hurts due to the fried FEBO food everyday after coffee shops. Love u febo come to uk x

Standard FEBO quality, but the bread in this shop was stale. You expect a chicken burger, but the one that comes out isn't hot. Strange, but still very good. Definitely a place to stop if you're hanging out late at night.

Just came in to get ice cream. 8 euros for two soft serve ice creams. We asked for soft serve with disco dip, but got one with a biscuit. So we explained that wasn't what we ordered. The seller got into a heated argument and refused to admit his mistake, saying he'd repeated the order. My girlfriend asked if he could perhaps give us disco dip after all. He threw half the ice cream away with the biscuit on top, threw some disco dip on top, and told us to listen. Truly bizarre. So mean and rude.

Febo is always good! Only the staff (female) isn't polite. Whether tourists come or not, you must be polite at all times. The woman was only on her phone and showed zero customer attention. It's fine if you're on your phone, but do it out of sight of customers. You're a face for FEBO, so be polite and do your job as FEBO expects.

The inimitable Febo!! If you find yourself in Amsterdam, you can't miss trying one of the Febo restaurants in the city. First of all, the concept is very unique and successful, as you can serve yourself very quickly and easily. The prices are certainly higher than McDonald's or Burger King, but I must say the quality is certainly superior. I personally found the fried chicken sandwiches to be truly amazing, as well as the fried foods that are very similar to cheese fritters but much better.

I'm usually super happy with the food from the vending machine, but yesterday I was harassed by one of your colleagues. "Harassment" means mocked, ridiculed, and mentally destroyed. I really didn't like it and felt uncomfortable, so I'd go for the food, but not for the people who work there!

I was really eager to test this Dutch chain as it was in my Amsterdam bucket list. Food actually was better than what I was expecting and really good quality for the price. However as other people pointed out the lady in the service desk was super rude and super grumpy. She even said the f word to us…we will remember this Amsterdam experience for sure…for the wrong reasons.

Let me start by saying that we ordered a good-to-go package, but we had to wait a long time for a package of five potato croquettes. We didn't find them particularly good, but luckily we didn't pay much.
