Poor service by two inexperienced young people ruined our experience. The lack of a drinks menu and limited choice for lunch were also disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, the dishes were still plentiful and tasty, and the prices overall reasonable. However, €24 for a burger seems a bit excessive compared to the price of other dishes. The terrace leaves something to be desired: it lacks cleanliness and seems dated, with dirty chairs and tables. These details spoil the general atmosphere and deserve special attention.

Un buffet all-in vraiment très moyen. Nous y sommes allés entre amis pour un resto un peu improvisé. La nourriture était fade et il a fallu bcp de temps avant que le buffet soit réassorti. Ça coûtait 28,5/pers et franchement ça ne les valait pas sauf si le but est de manger plus que de raison..

Das resturant ist modern eingerichtet und das Personal ist super freundlich. Leider muss ich zwei Sterne abziehen. Der eine Stern ist für die kleine Auswahl an den Speisen. Den zweiten Stern ziehe ich wegen Preisleistungs Verhältnis ab. Leider war die Pizza auch nicht gerade. Sie hat leider nicht geschmeckt und der Rand war Stein strochen, sodas man diesen nicht essen konnte.

Вот ей-богу, если я хочу вспомнить плохое обслуживание, то вспоминается Амстердам и ресторан в "Меркури". Уже не первую выставку мы здесь, и всегда какие-то косяки: то забудут принести, то принесут не то. Прямо фантастика! А еда-то вкусная, выбор вин тоже присутствует. Но вот обслуживание всё портит.

Friendly staff. I ordered an Amster-damn burger, 5/5 with good potato wedges. Wife ordered the vegetarian burger which was a disappointment, very dry and no sauce. However she got the sweet potato fries and they were marvelous.

Called in advance to see if we can deviate from the standard menu with a group. This was not possible, only by email. So we email. No response.... Upon arrival, it was very confusing as to where exactly we should be. Thinking this is a food place. There is a DJ in the room pumping loud music. Can't even hear each other at the table... We had no other choice on the menu. Fine... But then half of the starter is placed on one side of the table and if we want it on the other side we would have to pay extra... because an x ​​number of dishes are served at a table with a group . The food that was served was delicious. But I also thought this was too little. The main course took a while to arrive. More than 45 minutes after the starter. And it was taken out again before we had even finished eating. Once again tasty, but not great! Thanks After the visit, a greasy burger was shoved into my mouth out of desperation. What a shame this is, never again

8 out of 10 times the food is good there! Sometimes the chicken can have a special taste from the grill/freshness, which is a shame because I drive 1.5 hours specifically to buy this in Amsterdam. The sauce is really tasty and always finishes it off. Ladies behind the counter are always polite & sweet.

I ordered takeaway from this place and unfortunately ended up with food poisoning. Very disappointing experience, as I had expected better food safety standards. I hope they take measures to improve their hygiene practices to ensure this doesn't happen to others.

The service was extremely slow – we waited an incredible amount of time to receive the food we ordered. We also waited a long time to place our coffee order, and it took even longer to actually receive the drinks. I noticed the drinks were ready and sitting on the counter, along with several others, but none of the staff seemed to notice or care. In the end, I had to get up and grab the tray myself. This level of neglect made for an overall unpleasant experience, and I’m sure I won't be returning.

It’s the best pad Thai in the world indeed. I’m so sad that the last time I’ve been to Amsterdam they were closed. I recommend a lot the chicken one.
