Very busy, but that's because Ajax had a football match. That was our fault, but the food was bad. The hamburger wasn't cooked through and was cold.

Nice restaurant with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the price-quality ratio is so out of whack that I can't give more than one star. The food was seriously subpar. It's nice for a drink, but you'd be better off skipping the food.

Sorry, but the food was just really bad. The satay was greasy, the sauce lukewarm, and the fries came from a freezer bag. €75 wasted!

Fast and friendly service, even though the restaurant was nearly full before an event at the Ziggo Dome. It's a large restaurant, but beautifully and pleasantly decorated. And the Saté Ayam was delicious, too.

I've never had an experience like this in a restaurant. We arrived 20 minutes before closing time (which we didn't know). We calmly ordered a cocktail, and then an employee came by to tell us they were about to close. When it was finally closing time, another employee came by and spoke to us very arrogantly, asking, "Is it almost finished?" "We're waiting for you!" It was just 5 minutes after closing time. I replied, "You can also politely report this." This employee was very angry and replied, "I've been friendly up until now!" She then gave us some more arrogant looks. This was only about one female employee. The rest were friendly. I've never experienced anything like this. Truly scandalous!

A great place to eat before a concert. Make sure to book in advance.

We had a wonderful meal before a concert! The service is incredibly fast and seems to be well-trained for days like this. It runs smoothly, but it often means you're done within an hour. Next time, I'll book a bit later. The food was delicious, definitely worth a return visit!

We were greeted kindly and shown to our table. The decor and lighting were nice, but that's where the positive experience ended. The waiter who took our drinks didn't even look at us, and the food was terrible. We started with a drinks platter with aioli, olives, sausage, and cheese. Only the bread roll was tasty, but the rest was truly poor quality. The cheese tasted like the cheapest pre-packaged cheese you can find in the Netherlands, and so did everything else. The main course, Salmon Caesar Salad, was a large platter with lots of lettuce and a watery dressing, with reasonably good smoked salmon and an egg, but that was it. Paying €95 for four glasses of wine is a bit of a bitter pill to swallow. Never again...

Great location, but unfortunately, the menu is limited during events. After ordering, the food arrived quite quickly. We had the cheese Angus burger (approximately €25 per person), which was a bit pricey but delicious. Reservations are recommended due to crowds.

Friendly and approachable staff. The food was delicious, but the portions were far too large. We only ate half, and the rest was thrown away. What a shame and what a waste of food. Tip: give guests the option of ordering half portions and then charge half price for them.

Very important: perfect gluten-free food (suitable for celiacs), and the staff are also well-versed. It's a shame you get a gluten-free biscuit with your tea, but in my experience, that's almost always the case.

We've been coming to Jinso for years, even before it was renovated. They have excellent food, and if you're going to a concert, they make sure you're never late. The atmosphere is modern, the food is delicious if you like Indonesian food, but you can also get a hamburger or satay with fries. I used to go there with my family for an open buffet, but that was almost 25 years ago. They've gotten bigger, though, and the quality is still the same as it was 25 years ago.

It was very busy, but the staff handled it very well. They came over and asked if everyone was enjoying their meal and if they wanted any more drinks. The food also arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. I don't get that at other restaurants.

It used to be always good, but this time it was such a terrible disappointment! It's now self-service: order yourself, pick it up at a counter, and then it comes in a takeaway container! The only thing that hasn't changed is the prices, which are completely out of character for this concept! We paid 50 euros for a burger and satay!! And then there's the quality. Absolutely WORTHLESS!! The satay was way too dry, the fries were way too salty, and a Black August burger that was completely tasteless!! No way, they'll never see us again! It's truly become a dumping ground!!

A bit busy but good food for a nice price

Decent restaurant with a wide variety of asian food. Not too expensive, but nothing to blow you away either.

This is an extremely bad experience. The manager didn't figure out the student's work visa at all. He asked me to trial for three hours. A week later, he informed me that they didn't accept student visas and didn't pay the salary for the trial work. It was very irresponsible and squeezed the labor.

Located in the center of bijlmer arena, nice tropical like construction.

The atmosphere of the place is wonderful, the food was luxurious and the waitress who served us was super attentive.

Lovely place . Nice clean and neat atmosphere.

Tbh we didn’t eat there because we had to wait too long for service. We had two issues: First, we sat at a table with dirty dishes because it was one of the only places in the shadow outside. Even after 20 minutes, no one of the staff cleaned the table and the table next to us. Secondly, the ordering via website at the table didn’t work. So, we asked getting a service person to help us. He said, he’ll be right there but he didn’t come again. Thus, we decided to leave. We were so excited for the food there, but unfortunately we had to experience this :(

Steak was ok , hospitality on high level, price foe that kind of restaurant normal.To suggest for quick lunch only, without expectation of anything spectacular.

I ordered vegetarian spring rolls, pointed out which one I wanted, and they were literally in the vegetarian section of the menu. Instead, I got duck spring rolls. I've been vegetarian for 16 years, and now I've had them without the wild meat. I ate two of them and then, just to be sure, asked if they were vegetarian. They weren't... I didn't get an apology or anything. They didn't care at all. I'll never go there again.

Broken bad price quality ratio.

Horrible service!!! I arrive without a reservation, and a girl greets me very kindly and seats me. So far, so good. Then they bring me the menu, the food menu. No one asks me if I want a drink... After a while, a guy asks me... I see a cocktail menu on the table... And before opening it, I ask him if they have any cocktails made with whiskey, and he says yes, Amaretto. I tell him "I don't think it's a whiskey," but he firmly confirms that it is. Seeing what I've seen, I go for a beer. After 35 minutes, when the beer is already dry, I ask for the check to leave without dinner. No one in half an hour has even looked at me... Or approached the table... And suddenly someone else comes up to ask if I'm having dinner or not... I don't complain, I just shut up and order some duck rolls and a shrimp wok... Separately, please, first one thing, then another... Well, nothing. Directly, both. The reinforced concrete duck rolls. The wok is amazing, that's for sure. Another half hour after finishing, I ask for the check, clearly no one has come to ask if I want dessert or coffee... Why??? No??? So, I ask for the check, they bring it to me, they swipe the card reader, they turn around, and Ciao. No questions... Not even if you had a good dinner... Not even if you liked it... Nothing... Nothing... Nothing... I almost have to apologize... Please... Too many staff, and very little desire to work. They spend more time talking than serving. I won't be back.

Terrible food, rubber satay and burger dripping in grease and limp. No attention paid to it at all. You're better off getting kebab around the corner and having a beer here (if you want to do something before a concert like we did).

I have to adapt this, my review from 6 years ago is not valid anymore. We reserved a table for 8 here and were put on the first floor. Below was a company party with very loud music which made it impossible for us to have a conversation. They shouldn't accept reservations when such parties are going on. The menu changed considerably since 6 y ago, that's normally not an issue but the change is not good: the selection is very small.

A good menu during events; it's noticeable that efficiency is being taken into account. But this is more than expected, considering the number of guests who visit this location during events.

If you dont know your food, then this place is good value for money - (not bad tasting, nust standard) 60 seconds after finishing my dinner, with still half a beer, I was asked to either pay or move because the restaurant was closing (9.15)...so no option for a desert or coffee...unless i standard at the bar...wow The location is great and looks fun - still 3 stars because of that then

We've had our company borrel here a couple of times and it has always been a great experience. Cocktails are amazing, food tastes great and service is top notch!

Don't eat here with allergies. I had to ask 5 times if what I taste is honey in my drink, after I already asked 2x upfront when ordering. The staff made me feel stupid until they checked the ingredients. I'm lucky I trusted my taste buds. The food - the fried rice was mediocre (dry) but the Teriyaki chicken I can recommend. The meat was quite tender and nicely presented. Btw, I hope the kitchen gets more cleaned than the windows in the dining area. They look like people licked on the glass. Part of the dining area also smells like Thai fish sauce, which is not a pleasant smell.

Bad food. Too expensive for the quality they deliver This is just a soup kitchen. Avoid is my advice. Get fries on the square if you go to a concert...because this is not worth the money

The food was fine. The service was fast. But the food for the second person only came when the first had finished eating, that is very poorly done.

Been coming here for years when I go to a concert. But here too, the greed inflation has struck. 25 euros for a burger with fries or 29.50 for a tenderloin, those are prices for a good class restaurant, not for a bite that is already prepared on the conveyor belt and is on the table within 2 minutes. The price/quality has gone down in recent years. Even a meal for two and you will easily spend 90 euros, I would pay 60 euros at most.

Great that on a busy day there was still a place without a reservation.. it just took a very long time before someone came to the table.. eventually I went to the bar to ask.. from that moment on it went well. Great event menu.

Booked for dinner at Jin-so where we are normally very satisfied. After waiting for 10 minutes we were abruptly asked “food” and shown to our table. We waited here for half an hour before we were even asked if we wanted something to drink. When someone finally came, it was done but not in the most customer friendly way. After 20 minutes we got our starter which was only cleared after half an hour after addressing a waiter who then got another colleague. In between we could see all the staff and we tried to address them a few times but we were largely ignored because they were more concerned with each other than with their guests. The main course came fairly quickly compared to the rest of the evening. Fortunately the bill came within a few minutes. The amount was mentioned and that was it. No thank you, not a nice evening, before the beep of the ATM the waiter had already turned around and walked away. The food is very tasty but unfortunately due to the customer service that left a lot to be desired we will most likely not come back.

Had a great meal with my colleagues. Very attentive and professional staff. The leather upholstery of the chair could do with an upgrade soon, but it was comfortable.

Allergens are mislabeled on the menu. I told the waiter I have a dairy intolerance and he suggested a cheeseburger, because it's cheese not milk. The food was fine and delivered quickly.

Fantastic experience at Jinso Restaurant! A few days ago I visited Jinso with friends, and what a wonderful experience it was! From the start we were welcomed nicely. Despite the fact that the restaurant is quite large, the waiting times were surprisingly short – really well organised. The food was delicious and the cocktails, especially the piña colada, were also delicious. The price-quality ratio was very good; you really get value for your money. All in all we really enjoyed our time at Jinso. Definitely a place to come back to!

This place is what it is. It serves 3 large event venues and they usually have an event menu when there's something going on. The food is OK, nothing special. There's definately an event- / tourist-tax situation going on with the prices, and I personally think the prices are not worth it for what you get. But, hey if you are hungry go for it. 3/5

Always have a good meal before going to a concert

Terrible and raw meat!! Upon arrival the staff was too busy with themselves. After we sat at the table it took forever before our order could be placed. The waiter's attention was elsewhere. The food came before the drinks. Chicken was raw. Service unsympathetic and getting the bill also turned out to be quite a challenge.

Ok, sitting here with a view on the bar where they haul beer. What happens there is interesting, a big bucket is placed underneath the tap (that delivers a wheat beer, locally brewn) , everything that spills (passing the stem and bottom of the glasses, these are not rinsed and hence touched by dozens of people) is caught in that bucket. Then the bucket sits there for a couple of minutes before the guy with the task to pour it arrives. He proceeds to pour the bucket's contents into a pitcher. This pitcher than sits there for approximately half an hour... Then as soon as somebody orders that beer the glass is half filled with fresh beer and then topped off with the lukewarm "stuff" that was in the bucket, the pitcher and now the overpriced glass of beer somebody unknowingly is actually going to drink. A glass of the liquid gold costs a lot (removed price for Google policy) at the time of writing. Drink up! Update: the pitcher is now there for more than 45 minutes and just now it was used t pour another 3 "toppings" out.

They were seared and then put on the plate. It is a blessing that we did not get sick from it. Also just like last year the food was served within 10 minutes which seems very fast for a large piece of meat. when we wanted to report the problem the next problem came and that was that the staff did not speak a single word of Dutch and you immediately heard the answer I don't know or I don't understand you. if we go again next year we will definitely not eat there again. we went here for dinner just like last year before the concert with Bouke. You get your food in cardboard containers and then pay 25 euros for a satay menu. Ridiculous.

They asked us to finish our food as soon as possible and leave even they still have so many empty tables, we were there having drinks and bites and sitting for 1 hour only allowed. And prices are high and quality is low.

Nice restaurant to eat, reservations are recommended if there are events in the area (AFAS-Live, ZIGGODOME). When it is busy it may take a little longer before you are helped, but the food makes up for it.

Terrible service and food. We celebrated my brother's birthday, who is a tourist, and I was embarrassed. The waitress was very unfriendly, the bathrooms were clogged and flooded, the food was expensive, and the cocktails were pure ice. I do not recommend it.

Very nice little oasis in the arena area. Really nice atmosphere and unreserved seating is plentiful. Service is good and the food is of a high standard. Had the pad Thai and it was very good given it's not a Thai Restaurant . .. the photo speaks for itself.

The food arrived in just 5 minutes. It tasted great. Staff was slow, but friendly. I ordered the pad thai, the picture showed a fried egg, but there were pieces of scrambled egg in the dish. Fine, but I was looking for my egg first ;)

Long waiting times for someone to come and answer. That's not so bad when it's busy, but now after taking the order, the food came first and halfway through the drinks and a bottle of wine to go with the food. The excuse was that there are a lot of staff in the kitchen but few in the service. I had the feeling that there were 4 people working on 1 order at the same time. There was also no real fire going on. Downstairs you sit in a kind of flickering disco lights. I don't fully understand the function. Not recommended for people with epilepsy.

An unattractive restaurant with okay food if you go to a concert, but the service is very poor. We had to wait a very long time for someone to come to our table to record something. We communicated our choices for both food and drinks, after waiting some time we did receive our food but our drinks kept waiting. The wait staff came to tell us that it took a little longer with the drinks because she was only behind the bar and the kitchen was busy, so the food arrived before the drinks. Maybe a tip not to put 1 man behind the bar, but to help behind the bar instead of waiting until the drinks are ready.

I met a friend here for lunch, and while the place wasn’t very busy and the menu wasn’t extensive. I tried their teriyaki chicken, and the flavor exceeded my expectations! However, the toilet was a bit unusual – there was a box asking for donations, which was unexpected and slightly confusing.
