The service was slow, I ordered a bitter garnish and it was quickly overcooked and really overpiced

I met a friend here for lunch, and while the place wasn’t very busy and the menu wasn’t extensive. I tried their teriyaki chicken, and the flavor exceeded my expectations! However, the toilet was a bit unusual – there was a box asking for donations, which was unexpected and slightly confusing.

Cool vibe in the restaurant but horrible slow service and bad nachos! And they charge for tap water and the bathroom. Waiter was dismissive and rude but the manager was nice.

What an atmosphereless, soulless restaurant, when we entered we were parked upstairs, this is not a bad thing, but no one came to us to take our order. We had to give a signal ourselves to order drinks. Not a good first impression. The drinks are expensive, we ordered coca cola and got it straight away in a glass, normally you get the bottle with it, which gives the feeling that it was not real coca cola. The food is terribly overpriced, 24.50 for 3 pieces of chicken thigh and rice, I think it was ready an afternoon, it arrived on the table in 3 minutes at the same time as the appetizer (bread with spread) that we ordered. The food was very mediocre, it seemed as if the service had scooped it straight from a buffet onto the plate, even the bread was dry. There was virtually no service, and when paying we first received the wrong bill. You walk out the door feeling like you've been robbed and regretting that you didn't go to McDonald's. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, I don't think the owner has any passion for catering. This restaurant is a good example of a beautiful location that means no effort is put into quality.

On the 5th of December at 22.30, We went in to get a quick beer before taking the train.there were a maximum of 30 people in the place. There were around 6 waiters standing around and chit chatting with one another. They told us at the entrance we have to order at the bar , I don't see why , what are the waiters for ? Decoration ? They have a barcode ordering system that doesn't work , so after waiting for 10 minutes and noone serving us , I went to the bar , and asked why noone is taking an order, they said we have to come to the Bar. So I need to get out of my chair and pay 6 euros for a Lagunitas IPA ? I don't think so , why do you have waiters for ? Are they there for decoration? This is not what I call customer service.if its busy, I can understand, but they were sitting around chit chatting , and then me as a customer needs to get up and go order ? And you think as an owner that this is normal ?I might as well drink that beer at home , I still need to get up and go get it from the fridge for 1,2 euros total, thank you very much. I'm not going back again to a place where the customer needs to put in the work. I did not order food ( they'd probably ask me to cook it my self) so I can not grade that, but service 1 / 100 on a good day. The place has nice decoration though , that's all. If you as a bussiness owner want to see customers you have to respect them , if you want customers to come in pay , and work for it also , then you'll be out of bussiness soon enough , that's all I can say

Fries just like from the Mac, Burger bun limp and little taste and the 'salad' is a green leaf with half a cherry tomato and a ready-made sauce from the supermarket. And you ask €25.50 for that.

Nice restaurant, we came here from Belgium especially for this place. just a shame they don't serve food. Tonic is nice and fresh and comes with a lemon and 2 ice cubes Disco lights are a plus. Unless you have epilepsy and just want to have a nice chat. Then you foam in your mouth

Very nice restaurant with a great ambience. The service is very quick and friendly. The food we ordered came quickly, was visually appealing and was very tasty. The cocktails are also a clear recommendation. All in all, a well-rounded story.

Don't eat here with allergies. I had to ask 5 times if what I taste is honey in my drink, after I already asked 2x upfront when ordering. The staff made me feel stupid until they checked the ingredients. I'm lucky I trusted my taste buds. To the food - the fried rice was mediocre (dry) but the Teriyaki chicken I can recommend. The meat was quite tender and nicely presented. Btw, I hope the kitchen gets more cleaned than the windows in the dining area. They look like people licked on the glass. Part of the dining area also smells like Thai fish sauce, which is not a pleasant taste.

Very salty that I already asked for 2 cut lemons and it was still salty, what I did was throw water so that I could eat something, because I just got off work and very hungry, very unfortunate that kind of restaurant that their menu is not edible . Never run out of money again.

What a shame. We got the events menu, which we knew and didn't mind. Just those prices compared to this quality are outrageous!! The burger had no taste and has probably been waiting in the kitchen for 4 hours. I asked for mayonnaise on it instead of BBQ sauce, I got almost a kg of mayonnaise on my burger. My mother had a chicken satay, it still had all the fat on it. My girlfriend had a salmon salad, I don't know what that was supposed to mean…. Some pieces of iceberg lettuce with some slices of salmon and 1 piece of tomato. Ridiculous! All this food was €22+, so you can expect a bit more in terms of quality. In addition, the music was so loud, we felt like we were in a club. You can't even understand each other. And lastly, the staff did not have a pleasant smell, not really nice to have your food reserved from them. All in all: very bad! Never again.

I can't judge the food. I was there on Friday evening, a concert in the Ziggo and a concert in the Afas. So then they have an events card, which is on their website, no problem. On the event menu, vegetarian options are limited to a Ceaser Salad or a poke bowl (or bites). To my surprise, the events menu in the restaurant was different than on their website, and the vegetarian option was limited to the ceaser salad. So I went to eat somewhere else. My rating is therefore also based on the lack of decent vegetarian options, and the difference between their website and reality.

Very bad food for an event. The hamburger is really not tasty, you are better off going to Burger King around the corner where you get a better burger for less.

They have a strange way of customer service. You can drink outside (via QR which does not list all the drinks and still receive the wrong arrangement of the drinks), but food had to be eaten inside, even though we had been drinking outside for a while and had received the menu to view.. We went inside only to be told that we had to stand in a line to be received. That's fine if this is your method, but please let us know immediately when we sit down.

Going for a bite to eat before a concert We arrived on time (5 p.m.), friendly service and quick assistance. Food came at the speed of light. Friend really liked her food, I thought it was okay but that was more my own taste.

Despite the crowds around the "canceled" Stones concert, there was still a relaxed atmosphere and service. Not reserved, but a solution was quickly found.

Too hot. Over rated, I went because had read good reviews but was disappointed. Service was strange. A lot of people doing nothing imo. You’d ask for bread etc and never came with the meal, asked for a bottle of drink & that took far too long considering all they had to do was get a bottle. Never again

so, We were greeted in a friendly manner, the drinks came quickly and they didn't make us wait for the food, but the condition showed no motivation and left a bored impression. When I was clearing up the drinks, my partner ordered a beer that never arrived (there weren't many here today) and then wanted to pay and the waitress still wasn't there. Apparently stuck in place because they just stand there and look around. But the food was good 👍

Here they really have no idea how to make a café americano. They made a second and even a third attempt for me. Then I lied that I was okay with it because I thought it was so sad. I would have given them three stars for that effort, but the biggest letdown is yet to come. After paying I received a pedantic lecture that showed that they were indeed doing it completely wrong! (Namely let it run for a very long time instead of espresso with added water) Goodness, go take a barista course or something. Or google it. It's not that difficult at all.

We received a friendly welcome upon entry. Wasn't busy but staff were more concerned with each other than with their customers. No one ever came by to ask if we wanted something to drink. Missed opportunity this! Nice location and interior, but this is let down by the staff. The P. Martini cocktail was tasty.

Nuestro camarero derramó una margarita de fresa sobre los pantalones de mi amigo. Ni siquiera tuvimos una disculpa, y lo vimos reír con otro camarero mientras se alejaba. Le pedimos algún tipo de solución para hacer esto bien y envió a su ‘manager’ que era una mujer extremadamente agresiva que no veía el problema con esto porque no podía ver personalmente la mancha en los pantalones de mi amigo. Era un visitante que volaba a la mañana siguiente, por lo que enviar los pantalones a la tintorería tampoco era una solución factible. El gerente hizo una escena enorme, avergonzándonos en voz alta mientras otras mesas miraban. Ni siquiera obtuvimos una disculpa, y solo después de grandes empujones, decidió darle a mi amiga un café gratis. Servicio muy decepcionante. Y la comida era horrible también. Los bocadillos fritos estaban demasiado cocidos y secos. El vino de Burdeos «street emillion» era agrio, con corcho y no estaba a la altura. Una experiencia horrible. Evita este lugar a toda costa.

Enough staff, but it is still common practice to have to get your own drink at the bar. This doesn't really invite you to get another drink that you have to stand in line for.

Had a delicious food. Amazing atmosphere. Perfect place to have lunch and dinner. Had noodles and rice was amazing. But last we also ordered hot wings which was way too salty. However, we had a great time. Ladies were good at their services.

We thought it was a nice bar, lots of staff... We still waited a long time for our cocktails. When we ordered the second time, we were asked if it was our last one, even though the store was still open for 45 minutes and there wasn't much going on. The bill came before our drinks were there and we had to wait a really long time for it, which wasn't because the employees were very busy...

The lettuce was withered, the burgers were green/gray and I think they came straight from the freezer. The fries looked as if they had been fried, left for a day and then fried again. The McDonalds would have tasted fresher in my opinion!

Last night, I visited JinSo with four colleagues for dinner. We began with starters, opting for two plates of mixed appetizers. Unfortunately, the presentation was underwhelming, appearing as if leftovers were scooped together from the kitchen. The taste matched the presentation—utterly lackluster. Moreover, the starters were priced exorbitantly at over 35 euros, adding insult to injury. Our main course experience didn't fare much better. After a forgotten half-hour delay which required a reminder to the waiter, we received our dishes including teriyaki chicken and other Asian specialties. Disappointingly, these too missed the mark in flavor, and half of our orders were returned uneaten.

The three of us ate there and all three of us got sick from the food. Unacceptable for these prices

Really nice location, nice food and drinks . I think they had problems with the staff, they forget our main course . By the way it can happen, everything else was good . The location is very nice, the unique thing that I didn't like are the colored lights like "disco music" that are particularly annoying meanwhile you are eating .

Ate here during an event. Previously, a beautiful buffet was always ready here. Unfortunately, they no longer do this and we now had to make do with a meager events menu. Little to offer. Food tasted okay. Portions are very small compared to the price. In addition, it was very hot in the shop.

We wanted to have a warm bite before going to see Bouke and the Elvis matters band in the Ziggo Dome and we thought we would eat here. So you have a line for those who have made a reservation and one for those who walk in on spec. We belong to the latter, but we soon have a table. We can soon order something to drink, but before ordering food we have to get the attention of a waiter, as well as if we want something to drink. We also sit close to a door to the terrace, so when it opens because a waiter has to go outside, we enjoy the draft. So a minus. It seems to me to be a bit of a food shed, alla van der Valk. It is packed and there is no ambiance whatsoever. Quite easy if you want to have a drink near the Ziggo Dome.

Advantages: Quick service, quite good food, big space. Disadvantages: Loud noise, warm and no fresh air.

Our visit to Restaurant Jinso with a group of 7 people yesterday was nothing short of amazing! The cocktails were not only good, but also surprisingly tasty. The staff was quick and attentive, allowing us to enjoy our drinks and delicious food straight away. The quality of the meals was excellent, with flavors that pleasantly surprised us all. The atmosphere in the restaurant was welcoming and cozy, which made our get-together even more special. I can highly recommend Restaurant Jinso to anyone looking for a place with delicious food, mouth-watering cocktails and excellent service. We are all looking forward to coming back again soon!
