I found the service very friendly, the tapas delicious and not greasy. The first red and white house wines were okay for a house wine. Afterward, I had another glass of red, and it didn't seem the same. Really subpar. A bottle for €3.95, or one that had been open too long. I left it. The atmosphere was nice, but the music was too loud, even after we asked to turn it down. Later that evening, we were left in the cold. I would happily return for the food and the friendly people. On the other hand, I hope they do something soon, because that's putting me off meeting up again.

Absolute horror since the last takeover. Enjoyed coming here for years, but these lukewarm Hanos dishes simply can't be called tapas.

The waiter didn't understand anything and made no effort to take our order: he just asked for the number. On top of that, he served us inedible food: Ex: the salad, we asked for a sauce: he gave us oil, but the worst was yet to come: pieces of chicken supposedly the house specialty, in fact 5 small pieces of chicken fighting a duel without fries: €21, and above all, we ordered a steak with fries but we were surprised to get a chicken escalope. Horrible experience, really making fun of people's faces!!!!

The plates were dirty. We ordered paella with beef and chicken, but unfortunately, the beef was too tough to eat.

1. Aperol Spritz was served with no ice and tasted unlike aperol Spritz overall. 2. I was unable to chew beef pieces in my dish. 3. Toilet... Well I regret I visited it. 4. The plates were on the table for quite a while and it seems it was expected to use them for the food (the table was outside -> plates were dirty). 5. The guy next to us found out that he had dirty glass. 6. I was explicitly asked for tips.

Did the “all you can eat” tapas here for two people, and I genuinely wouldn’t recommend it, not even for my dog. Calling this “all you can eat” is almost laughable. It took over 30 minutes before anyone even came to take our first food order. We were supposed to have two hours, but we walked out after a little over an hour. because after waiting, we had only received one round of food and had not been asked yet for our second round. In addition to this, the waiter also seemed surprised that we didn’t give a tip. Service was chaotic. Our table hadn’t been cleaned properly, cutlery from the previous guests was still there, and empty glasses weren’t cleared away. Several menu items were unavailable, including: - Tap beer - All kinds of sangria - Meatballs in tomato sauce - Mussels in garlic or spicy sauce We ordered a Mahou beer and got a San Miguel instead. The table next to us had to return their wine glasses because they were visibly dirty. Food arrived before the cutlery for both our table and the table next to us We ordered patatas bravas with spicy sauce. The sauce was forgotten, and when we asked about it, the waiter couldn’t even remember which version we had ordered. The melon we received wasn’t ripe, it was hard and tasteless as well as the ham. As you can see on the picture there was also a fly on the ham This was a disappointing experience. What should have been a fun meal feels like a complete waste of time.

We were welcomed warmly by a friendly host, which gave a promising start. Unfortunately, he left, and things quickly went downhill. The service was poor — the staff seemed disinterested and visibly irritated while taking our order. We opted for the 2-hour all-you-can-eat tapas, but only received the first round after an hour. In the second hour, we had two more rounds, yet by the third, some items from the first round still hadn’t been served.(there was only us and 2 other tables taken) The service was very disappointing and greatly affected the overall experience. The food was okay, but nothing special — certainly not enough to make up for the lack of good service. Overall, not recommended.

La tienda estaba cerrada. Hicimos una reserva con Social Deal. Cambio de nombre y cerrado. No encontramos ningún horario de apertura. La gente en otros restaurantes alrededor dice que son gente extraña y abren cuando quieren. Las reservas siguen abiertas esta noche. Si quieres ir, mejor llama antes si te recogen... dinero en cintura.

Cannot recommend this tourist trap. Slimy service people, bad, chewy steak and scammy business practices (charged for a 300g steak when only a 200g one was ordered and served). They served us overcooked, chewy steak with a salad that consisted of only 5 pieces of shredded carrots and cabbage. Best part - the slimy waiter at the end demanded we all take out our phones and leave a google review while he watches and "remember to mention my name". No thanks, Bruno.
