100% real Genoese focaccia, handmade every day. In Amsterdam you can't find anything more authentic, fresh and that takes care of every flavour. Each ingredient is of high quality, Italian extra virgin oil, artisanal cheeses and cured meats and farmer's vegetables. The service is excellent, every person who enters is greeted by a rich explanation of the products that makes you feel welcome and aware of what they offer. The coffee is delicious and even the desserts they have are based on products derived from focaccia (bread crumble and focaccia cookies) which follow the concept of a circular kitchen without waste. Also highly recommended for small events and dinners by ordering their party boxes.

If I am around the area I make sure I come here! Only downside I can think of is that they don't make the foccacia with peach and sugar all the time and it is one of my favorites :)! Still all the other ones are amazing.

Nothing much to say but just Delicious! Got a party box mix recently to share with some colleagues and they all adored it (and looking forward to having more!). The product is just next level: the dough melts in your mouth and it feels very soft and light! Even the plain focaccia is so flavourful. Big up for the girls in the shop: super friendly and nice and very hard working. No wonder it's all sold out in a few hours! Y'all go to Focacceria and get yourself a proper treat :)

When you miss the focaccia from your Genoa, but you are on holiday in Amsterdam and you go to your Genoese friend who opened the Focacceria there and you feel at home.

Absolutely fantastic focaccia with a real Italian taste—the best I’ve had in Amsterdam! The staff were incredibly kind, making the experience even better. I tried the Flipped Buffalo and the Pulled Pork—both were delicious. My only suggestion would be to offer a sauce with the Pulled Pork, which could take it to the next level! The atmosphere was lovely, though I’d love to see a few more tables for seating if possible. The coffee was excellent, too. Highly recommend visiting—it’s sure to not disappoint!

Foccaceria had been on the list to visit for a while. They sell various foccacias, which can also be topped. We went for the foccacia with pulled pork. A delicious option, but very filling! You can order the sandwiches to take away, but you can also take a seat in their courtyard. Definitely a good asset for the Overtoom.

We don't usually look for Italian food when I'm abroad, but I had read in the guide about this focacceria run by Italians and we wanted to try it, and were very satisfied. True Genoese focaccia, with quality products. I recommend the one with homemade pesto: the aroma is exceptional. The staff is very courteous and of course you can also speak to us in Italian. Highly recommended.

Had this place on my go-to list. The price is really high for the quantity/weight of the focaccia. This is a poor type of food exported and adjusted for the richer audience of Amsterdam. The focaccia itself needs to be reheated if you want to appreciate it more. Overall, it's okay once, but I am not drawn to drop by again.

Great place, great staff, great food. Not much more to say for this place. Mortadella and focaccia was fresh and delicious. Nice to have a Sunday lunch in their little garden sipping some coffee and having a sandwich. Staff was super friendly and gave a nice overview of what they have and the specials right when you walk in. The line outside before it open is definitely justified.

The focaccia is divine and staff so lovely, kind and attentive! I wish they open one in Brussels too where i live. They had tons of choice, hard to decide, but all was delicious. 10 out of 10! Thank you for your passion!

Literally my favorite place in Amsterdam. The focaccia is soft, delicious and never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh and high quality. It really makes you feel like you've come home. Stumbled upon it by chance after a walk in the park, simple, clean place with friendly staff but above all super focaccia. We tried the classic focaccia, with olives and onions, all fantastic and prices normal for Amsterdam.

Absolutely on of the best place in Amsterdam! I grew up in Liguria and i was used to have focaccia almost every day. When Focacceria opened i was thrilled! Since then i go as often as i can to enjoy a slice of home💗 Their products are deliciuos and of excellent quality, i couldn’t recommend it more. The staff is friendly and the shop has a warm vibe, with always changing art on the walls and a cute terrace where you can enjoy your meal. They have a wide range of options in their menu and everyday you can try something new from their specials. Make sure to pass by ok weekends to have the chance to try other ligurian specialties like farinata and Recco focaccia. 1000% love it💗

This is the perfect place to grab a quick lunch. It has a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. Everything tastes homemade and fresh, very good value for money. The garden in the back is also a big plus, especially on a sunny day!

What a wonderful shop. The best focaccia Genovese i ever had. Thin, soft and crunchy at the same time, you can taste the beautiful extravergine olive oil they use( they also sell it). Ambient Very cozy and the art wall is beautiful concept. They have a different artist each month. If you go to Amsterdam you can't miss it.

Very low focaccia, very small and skimpy portion, for the sum of €4.20 per piece. I understand that in Amsterdam everything costs money but it's so indecent. I was very excited but unfortunately I won't be going back. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

I must say that my expectations were very high, given the super enthusiastic reviews even from Ligurians. Very nice place, but the first alarm bell, you can't smell focaccia at all. I think they make focaccia once a day, which is quite rare in Ligurian focaccia shops. The focaccia is therefore not just removed from the oven, and you can feel it. It's not that it's not good, but it has a few hours under its belt. You can't smell or see the oil, there are no typical filled dimples. Lastly, the price of 4.2 euros for a small piece of focaccia completely undermines the concept of focaccia, where you get a lot of quality for a little while. This is more like a "restaurant" that does focaccia. Very nice staff.

Provided that the focaccias taste fantastic and are more than worth making a detour for. But if in the past period a sold out sign has to be placed outside several times after having been open for two hours, then you are doing something wrong. You have a business with a great product in one of the city's most popular neighborhoods, but operates a pop-up stall production style. I understand that the business is in favor of zero/no waste, but why not just increase production and possibly give away the leftovers or sell them the next day for a lower price, like other businesses in the city do? You judge a business mainly on the product, but if the other facets are not correct, then in my opinion you deserve not five, but two or three stars.

The focaccia is ok, nothing that any Turkish delicatessen can't do, price wise we are a bit too much over the top (4 euro for a square of focaccia is too much) TLDR: could be better if prices starts to be honest. Focaccia is edible at best (7/10)

Very tasty!!! The sandwich made from two focaccias with pesto and mozzarella was wonderfully juicy and a golden combination. The concept of unlimited free water really enhances the business and, just like the hospitality of the helpful employees, radiates an inviting and warm ambiance.

The focaccia is great we loved it. They also have wide variety of options which is nice, and they are all quite original and simple so that is a plus. I liked the warm crunch feeling of the focaccia. Also the place is very cosy and casual which fits a Focacceria. They also have a beautiful little garden which has a viewing on a picturesque residential neighbourhood around vondelpark, super nice! I’m giving 4 stars however because I believe prices to be a bit unfair. The focaccia with pomodoro and mozzarella was 5€ which is a bit too much given the somewhat small size. The other focaccia with the other cheese was 5 euro as well and that was bigger but in general portions are quite small and it’s still 5 euro. I might come back and try some nice combinations but the basic focaccia are overpriced so I wouldn’t go for those. Overall a nice place, staff also Italian and that’s cute!
