Great cafeteria and great staff. I recommend a visit.

Ordered online, but the order hadn't gone through. I called and was promised delivery. It didn't arrive, but I did get my money back.

I ordered a frikandel with mayo and fries today. The guy behind the counter repeated the order twice. Then they announced I'd get a frikandel special. I hadn't ordered one, and I angrily told the staff so I'd take my frikandel special. Fine. Then the kid behind the counter came to my bike to check if there really was a frikandel special. Come on! I just wanted my frikandel with mayo.

Very bad, nothing is right and the sauce was all over the bag. This is the last time for me.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. A complete mess for the umpteenth time!! Order incomplete. After an hour and a half, I'm still sitting on fries without waiting: never mind! A warm meat sandwich with so much peanut sauce that everything in the bag was smeared because, well, the container had been opened. The sandwich was impossible to pick up and eat. The Kaesbaas burger was soaking in sauce and couldn't be eaten normally either. I called, and they resolved it: "Next time you pick up from here, let me know and you'll get two things for free." I don't expect them to remember that by then... Never mind: I'll never order from here again, and I won't go back either...

€11.95 for 2 plain fries and a bear bite. And they don't even want to add a napkin. Bunch of quarter pimps. You won't see me there anymore.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed in the price-quality ratio at Foodmaster Wormerveer. The prices are quite high, while the portions (especially the fries) are often very meager, especially when the owners themselves are behind the counter. What also really bothers me is the way in which the owners, Frank and Roos, communicate with their staff. I have witnessed several times when they address their employees in an inappropriate manner in the presence of customers. That comes across as disrespectful and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. I would like to emphasize that the permanent staff is always friendly and helpful.

There's always something going on when you order there. I've never had a complete order. They confuse a bear bite with fries? You've got one job to do. Besides, the staff hangs around with friends outside the door and watches you pay by card. A lot has changed in that place, and unfortunately, not for the better. It's going downhill, like the bazaar, except they're nicer in Beverwijk.

Waited for over an hour even though it was stated that it would take about 15 minutes. Tried calling 4 times, no answer. Finally, when I drove that way myself, there were notices saying that they were closed due to holidays. So you can keep waiting and your money is gone. So you still have to get it back. The atmosphere is not pleasant, unhygienic things are done (such as walking through the snack bar with their hand in their underpants while we eat), the behavior of the staff is not okay, they curse each other out, shout at each other. I emailed the company with this as a complaint and I only got 1 sentence back that there is a staff shortage, while the complaint was not about that.

The hamburger was cold and was out of the box and was loose at the bottom of the bag. The fries had been through a war and the peanut sauce was everywhere but in the container and was also cold.

Good snack bar where you can also read a newspaper at the reading table. Also learn work company. So varying service. But this is not a problem.

Pricey for what you get. Could be a bit cleaner and service, friendly but not fast.

Foodmaster was/is already expensive, but if a potato chip becomes the size of a child's potato, my advice is don't do it. Shame was always good and came regularly. Now go somewhere else. Went again recently and the disappointment was again great. Staff are making jokes among themselves as if there were no customers. Errors were then made in the orders. Came across as an irregular mess.

Rude owner and employee! I decide to order something tasty on Christmas Eve after it was stated that the place would be open until 9:00 PM. Ordered at 7:00 PM on the FOODMASTER SELF website and received a message that the order will be delivered on the 27th! 3 days later. 🙃 Contacted the business where I then got the rudest employee on the phone who asked me 'What do you want me to do? You will indeed get your food on the 27th because we are closed'. Indicated that I wanted my money back because incorrect information was being provided on the website. No way, I was just unlucky! Contacted me again today that I want my money back, the owner thought that was out of the question because he has to give 14% to the site! Obviously not my problem, but he didn't care about that and suggested credit. After 5 days we won the battle via nft.nl, which also indicates that it finds this story strange that the owner does not want to give this money back. They eventually contacted the owner, but he refused to transfer it, ultimately they transferred it to them! There is no service to speak of and when I did receive something, something was always missing. It is because of lack that I decided to take a chance again but after this time NEVER AGAIN!!! And I don't recommend it to anyone!

Unfortunately, order on Foodmaster Wormerveer's own site - indicate that delivery must be made between 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM and no food is available at 6:45 PM: it appears that it has only just arrived in the fryer. "It was busy" can happen... Money back is non-negotiable, only a discount voucher/voucher is an option.

Yesterday I wanted to get some fries, there was a boy in the shop. They'll be there soon. After 5 minutes no one yet. I just left. What a service.

Ordered 2 fries on Saturday afternoon, one wart, one with garlic sauce and it was spoiled. So said and had new ones, but the fries were put back in the fryer and soaked in frying oil! I also said something about this, the owner responded that that was the way it should be, so I broke a fries to show that the fat had run out. This was followed by a fresh bowl of fries. Staff was indifferent except for one girl, but she didn't like the owner, strange, vague guy. The toilet also smelled terribly there, time for the Taste Police on the Market Square, really bad all in all, just not neat, apparently the owner doesn't care much...

Ordered food and had it delivered the first and last time. Asshole delivery man had delivered food across the street. I got the business on the phone and said he's been gone for a while. I happened to be outside for a while and the neighbors walked by and their food was delivered here. A child had been accidentally tackled. But it was already quite cold. The delivery person should wear glasses so that he can see the house number better. And they have large numbers on the doors

Eind vd middag kroket rundvlees gekocht. Deze keer was hij niet goed. Vond hem niet lekker ruiken, hij was hard, leek net alsof het vet oud was jammer, deze keer niet positief hmw

Even lekker snacken. Alleen de tafeltjes mogen wel schoongemaakt worden als de klanten weg zijn.

Jammer vandaag weinig patat in bakje ,kleine stukjes en hard normaal is het goed hou dat vast ...

Eten kwam niet op tijd frikadel speciaal en patat was te eten, hotdog had een beetje te lang in de oven gezeten, cheeseburger zat geen kaas op, als je saus op je hotdog en berenhap wilt moet je dat dus apart bestellen (kan beter op de site vermeld worden) al met al ik ben diep teleurgesteld en bestel ik hier niet meer 🤷‍♀️

Ik had een frikandel speciaal en een milkshake, die waren allebei prima! Heel vrolijk en gezellig personeel, prima dus voor een snackje tussendoor! Oh, en bonus: een normaal rietje bij mijn shake, niet zo'n ellendig papieren ding!

Heerlijke hamburger en patat. Er was helaas iets mis gegaan met het bestelde ijsje, maar er werd binnen 10 minuten een nieuw ijsje gebracht. Top!

Bij afhaal altijd lol met ze! Eten is heerlijk. Via thuisbezorgd daar en tegen minder.... na een uur gebeld, word er gezegd dat het net vertrokken is. Ik woon 1 minuut van de snackbar af en na 20 minuten nog steeds niets ontvangen.... ik had een broodje ei besteld die logischer wijs ijskoud was. Erg jammer

Altijd gezellige gasten achter de toonbank vooral mijn maatje Martijn. Eten is prima.

Dit is wat je van een snackbar verwacht. Goede kwaliteit, proper en leuk personeel. De prijzen zijn een tikkeltje aan de hoge kant. Maar verder een beste frietboer.

Hun patat is zo Spang (Spang = lekker ) als je hier eet wil je nergens anders eten. Personeel is zo lief en sociaal, en de service is TOP!!!! Heerlijk eten, snel bezorgd vriendelijke bezorger, miste alleen mn milkshake & kroket

Eten is goed maar men moet goed schoon maken de wielen van de ijsmachine waren vies achter de ijsmachine was het vies, personeel zat in hun oren en raakte het eten aan, ze moeten handschoenen gebruiken.

Goede Snackbar, vriendelijk personeel.
