Although the initial impression was negative (few tables occupied, patio furniture poorly maintained and partly dirty), the food was absolutely delicious (Pizza Parma, Pizza Caprese, Pizza Burrata al Tartufo, Spaghetti Carbonara). I'd even say it was the best pizza I've had in a long time. The service was okay, but the restroom definitely needed a thorough cleaning.

Please, don’t waste your money! Wait staff has no clue how to provide good service. Chef has not tasted his own work.

My experience on Saturday, July 25, around 6:00 PM was downright shocking. The person who served our table was extremely unfriendly, arrogant, and even aggressive in his attitude and manner of communicating. The most disappointing thing is that no one took responsibility for the situation. This is no way to treat paying customers. Hospitality was nowhere to be found here. I hope the owner takes this review seriously and investigates what happened on Saturday, July 25, around 6:00 PM. The behavior of the employee who served us damages the restaurant's reputation. I will certainly not recommend this restaurant to others.

5 limoncello sprites, unfortunately inedible. When you mention it, you are told that you should have brought it a bit earlier (maybe there needs to be wait staff then...). Craptelli!

We waited a very long time to get our drinks, while other people who arrived later were served; very unfriendly in my opinion.

I would like to give more stars, but if the terrace isn't completely full and you can't manage to serve one portion of bread within the hour, then there is nothing to score stars for. The service is deplorable because there is no communication and after asking three times, nothing arrives. This isn't the first time the service has been this bad, but for me, it will be the last.

If you read all the reviews, you get a mixed picture. My impression is very good! The very friendly staff stands out in particular; they take the time to see how they can make you feel comfortable, or arrange something extra like a small dish of vongole. Compliments! The food was very good, beautifully presented, and arrived quickly, but it wasn't really busy (Whit Monday). The only downside is the fact that you sit outside on the terrace under the trees, with all the consequences that entails... you can fill in the blanks!

The arrival was very welcoming. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. We had to wait longer than an hour for our food. People who arrived later got their food earlier. When I mentioned it, the boy said he had forgotten to pass on our order. Unfortunately, we received nothing on the house. A bad experience, and expensive to boot!

Had lunch here this weekend. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. It took ages to get served, and once our drinks were taken, it took ages to be served. We were the only table on the terrace at the time. The staff said the coffee machine still needed to warm up, so it would take a while. I ordered a chicken wrap, but they were out of it. They asked if I wanted to order something else. So I ordered a prosciutto panini, and I got a panini with plain ham. I explained that I hadn't ordered that, and the kitchen replied: "That's also the ham they put on their pizzas, so I'll have to make do with that." We also ordered tea, but that also took ages. We ended up paying quickly and leaving the tea alone. That's what happens when you employ young staff with little restaurant knowledge. We'll never be back!

We ate here last night. The food didn't arrive at the same time; the last person got theirs after everyone else had finished. The pizzas were cold. Other tables around us had the same problem. We ordered drinks, but they didn't go through. After asking four times, the drinks finally arrived after 25 minutes. When we paid, we didn't get a receipt or anything. They just presented the card machine with the amount. After insisting, we got the receipt. The drinks were all double-charged... All around, a really bad place. The staff was incredibly chaotic, and the food wasn't good. It's a waste of money to spend at this place.

We ordered the Parma ham pizza and pasta carbonara, but the carbonara sauce was very watery and lacking in flavor. That was the only slight disappointment. Otherwise, the service and atmosphere at Fratelli were absolutely fantastic!

We had a wonderful meal. Few Italian restaurants in the Netherlands still serve truly flavorful pizza and pasta. As a starter, we had Capesante al forno and Burrata e crudo: perfectly prepared scallops with a creamy Parmesan sauce and generous Parma ham with the burrata. For the main course, we had Linguine dello Chef and Pizza 4 Stagioni. The linguine was beautifully flavorful, all dente, and served with perfectly cooked shrimp. The pizza had a light, crispy crust and a flavorful topping. For dessert, we had an espresso with a house limoncello. The espresso was really hot, which is often a problem in restaurants. Superb! One minor complaint: the temperature and ambiance in the restaurant could be a bit warmer.

Just ate here, nice place! Great service from the hosts, we'll definitely be back.

I booked a cocktail arrangement here through Social Deal. It was perfectly arranged.

Booked a "high cocktail + drinks platter" for €19.95 per person through a social deal. Service was slow, but the staff were friendly. The restaurant could use a refresh; a broken fireplace, a hole in the ceiling, broken panels along the wall, a broken mirror, five cameras pointed at you??!! and fruit flies constantly flying around your ears. The deal description was: "3 cocktails and a drinks platter with bruschetta, calamari, and more." It's strange that "and more" included frikadelles and bitterballen, especially in an Italian restaurant. A big compliment to the cocktails, though; they were delicious!

Good food, very pleasant service.

Pleasant, but not safe for people with a gluten allergy. We were told the standard message that the meal might contain traces of gluten. You hear this everywhere and it's usually a sign that the kitchen is doing its best to minimize the risk but can't guarantee anything. That's understandable and good communication. Here, it means they cook the gluten-free pasta in the same water as the regular pasta. I strongly recommend management use a different warning. For example: we have gluten-free pasta and pizza, but if you are sensitive to cross-contamination, we advise against eating here.

Had to eat with a coat on because it was cold. After reporting it, nothing was done about it. The appetizer was first brought to the wrong table. The other guest ate it and then put it next to us. The pizza wasn't cut. The ravioli wasn't cooked. Extremely rude manager! Never again!

Super friendly, welcoming, and attentive service. Music not too overpowering but pleasant. With 3x Affligem 0.0 and a cappuccino and regular coffee, we paid 72 euros including tip. We will definitely be back!

For two years, whenever I've been in Delft (every 20 days), I've been to this restaurant at least once with my daughter. Although the menu isn't very varied, we've always had a good experience, but not on October 25, 2025. A Caprese pizza for €16.50 was made with a frozen Margherita base and topped with a cold sliced ​​tomato and a few mozzarella balls. You could tell it was frozen from both the appearance and the texture. Such a shame about these choices!

I always get this without shrimp, but with tuna. Finally, a dame blanche. Naturally, with a nice bottle of red wine. And finished with a cappuccino and a house limonchello. Delicious food and drinks. Definitely recommended if you're in the area! July 27, 2025: Had a delicious spicy pizza (Americana without shrimp, but with tuna). It came with a drink and a nice cup of coffee with a house limonchello! Keep up the good work! If you like pizza, I would definitely recommend this place. Initially, we sat outside, but because of a cold wind, we moved inside.

The pasta carbonara had no taste and the lasagna was half cold and half warm, they didn't want to do anything about the price after reporting it, so half the staff was at your table and no one came for 20 minutes

Today I went to Fratelli in Delft via Social Deal. We arrived in a good mood and especially hungry. Last time, Raúl was our waiter, and we were so pleased with him that we hoped he would be there again. Unfortunately, we were helped by Costa, the "team leader," and then by another colleague. The "team leader" tries too hard and tries too hard to be friendly, which is counterproductive. I had a few perfectly normal requests, but he wasn't solution-oriented at all. Everything was "no!" Nothing was possible. I wanted truffle mayonnaise instead of cocktail sauce, which cost €3.50!!!! Truly bizarre! My mood immediately changed. At the end of the evening, we ran into Raúl. He recognized us from last time. He was once again very customer-friendly, respectful, enthusiastic, and above all, hospitable. He immediately offered us a limoncello on the house. Raúl would be a perfect host and team leader and deserves 5 stars! He should become team leader; that would certainly improve the atmosphere and experience considerably. And it will ensure we visit Fratelli Delft again; otherwise, this will be our last time.

The appetizer was fine. Large portion and varied. The main course left much to be desired. It lacked flavor and wasn't warm. The vegetables were only steamed and not seasoned. The tuna was colorless, tasteless, and cold. A major disappointment. Unfortunately, I developed severe diarrhea an hour after dinner. The price and quality were disproportionate. Not worth repeating.

I ate here for the first time a few weeks ago, and the service was excellent, courtesy of two young men; top-notch. We went back yesterday, but unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. There was no attention paid to the guests, and everything seemed a bit sloppy. It's a shame, because the food was just as good as last time. Hopefully, the next time it will be as good as the first visit.

We had made a proper reservation for Thursday evening. It wasn't busy. Just walk to the back, and you'll be taken care of. "Social deal," she asked, "no way." Sit wherever you like. We chose a table where a bottle and glasses from the previous guests were still there. No problem, but after ten minutes we wondered if there would be any service. New guests arrived at a table within sight and were immediately given the menu. I went to ask if anyone else was coming. She was on the phone making a very important call; someone would be there soon. I politely returned to the table, but after 3-4 minutes I'd had enough. We left, and the friendly waiter outside asked how it was. I replied, "We're enjoying ourselves at Moodz now." A warm hostess, a very nice waiter. What a relief, the evening with my wife turned out to be unforgettable.

It was a lovely spot, and we enjoyed the view of the rest of the Beestenmarkt. The cocktails were a bit strong. It's quite tricky to make a good one, and they really try their best. A little less and in the right proportions is the secret, guys! Still need some practice on that one. My glass had a big crack. I returned it and got a new one. It was resolved well. The amount of bites was more than enough, and the presentation was great. A bit too much fried food, which is a shame for a place like this that serves really tasty snacks. The service was super friendly, funny, and very kind. In short, a great deal for this enjoyable afternoon out. Thanks, guys!

I've eaten here regularly, but in recent months, the service has been poor (too few staff and not very friendly), orders don't arrive, and the coffee is cold... in other words, I'm not keen on going back, even though the Beestenmarkt is a charming place. I tried again in June 2025, but the pizza was badly burnt. I see the staff are trying really hard and are friendly, but the overall experience is poor, so... nothing has changed since two years ago. This is more a management issue than the staff, because, again, they do their best. If the management would try as hard, it would be a great place to eat Italian food.
