Linsey, our waitress, was incredibly helpful. She's very friendly and helpful, and she regularly comes to our table to ask if everything is alright. All hard workers, all on a beautiful sunny terrace. The location, atmosphere, and atmosphere are fantastic; we'll definitely be back.

Really bad pasta!! Couldn’t eat much of both the dishes we had ordered. Tasteless and overcooked - pasta was broken in one dish or sticky (in lumps) in the other.

(Dubai) Pistachio ice cream is really good here!! Noa gives the best service here (better than Maartje!!) 🫶🏽✨

I ordered two All Ariabatta pastas, but I received the wrong ones. I noticed this later and called them, and they said they'd call you back. They called me back the next day and said they couldn't find your order, please email us with more details. Check your food if you order from them, because they make things very difficult if something goes wrong.

Delicious food, especially considering the price. The service was also very pleasant and it was nice that Bo also took the time for a nice chat at the table.

Booking online went smoothly. It was wonderful to be able to dine outside with two families. It was delicious, and any leftovers were well-packaged. Save room for a delicious dessert! Large portions. For us, a main course alone was more than enough. That's why we took some home. I did notice that a group of staff members weren't productive; I don't know what their role was. Anyway, definitely worth repeating.

I ordered the mushroom pasta with extra pieces of steak. Unfortunately, it tasted like only pasta, mushrooms and pieces of steak had been added, without any herbs or salt. The sauce had hardly any flavour and on top was some limp rocket, which could perhaps be better served separately in a bowl. The steak tasted watery and the pasta was too soft. For €22 I really expected more. I do want to say that the guy on the phone was friendly. With some salt, pepper and herbs it was somewhat doable, but it was not tasty.

What a wonderful experience at Pavarotti Delft! We recently dined here and were incredibly impressed with both the food and the service. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, exactly what you want for a great night out. A special mention for Tycho, our waiter that evening. What a gem! He was friendly, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, and he knew exactly the right moment to stop by—never pushy, always helpful. You can tell he enjoys his work, and that really makes all the difference. The food itself was delicious. The pasta was fresh and full of flavor, and the dessert (the tiramisu!) was highly recommended. Everything was beautifully presented, and the wait time was just right. In short: highly recommended for anyone in Delft who wants to enjoy delicious Italian food with excellent service. We will definitely be back—hopefully with Tycho at our table again!

Delicious food, unfortunately we had to wait a long time before we could eat.

The pizzas are decent. The delivery version of Pavarotti with only pizza is totally fine. Dining in is a completely different situation. Having ordered delivery multiple times and finally came to eat in person, we were disappointed. The restaurant itself is filthy. The service sucks not just in speed but attitude. The pasta had no salt. The menu hanging on a table tent with ring binder clips makes it feel like you’re at Chilis in the US. The decor is kitschy. The drinks are watered down with dirty scratched glasses. The layout makes no sense. It’s a disgrace to what used to be the original Delft station, a lovely small Dutch train station that looked like it was in a classic movie. Now it’s just an overpriced restaurant with subpar food and terrible taste for decor.

No AC and it was very hot inside. The food is alright, but it has nothing in common with italian cuisine. The service was good.

Pavarotti Delft is located in a beautiful building, which contributes to a nice atmosphere. The food is delicious, ample choice and was, despite the crowds, quickly on the table. We also used the karaoke room, which was a really good end to the evening! Lukas, the manager is customer-friendly and service-oriented and Mick from the service was also very friendly and hospitable. Both gentlemen are an asset to this establishment!

Unfortunately I don't quite understand the average of 4.3. My girlfriend and I have been here 3 times now, so this review is NOT based on 1 single experience. The first time we had a burnt pizza and it took 45 minutes before a replacement arrived. The second time the food was disappointing and the coffee that was on the menu was suddenly no longer available because the ice cream parlor provides the scoops of ice cream and that was already closed (in this case it was an espresso with two scoops of ice cream). The third and really last time we were here unfortunately beat everything. The soft drink comes from a tap, they do have 'real' soft drinks here but that is on the menu, when taking the order they don't ask which one you want and so you automatically get the tap soft drink, which is undrinkable. The pasta pesto was inedible because of bad pesto, the starter was disappointing and the pizza was a tub of grease instead of a properly baked pizza. Unfortunately nothing was done with our very neatly given feedback. All in all a shame about the location and the potential that lies in this business!

I am writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant , which was unfortunately disappointing, horrible and frustrating. I visited your restaurant and ordered a well-done burger, confirming multiple times with the staff ( her)that it would be prepared as requested. Despite these confirmations, the burger was not cooked to my specifications, which I pointed out to the staff when they checked on my order. When I brought the issue to the attention of the server(her), I was informed that there were no other options for preparing the burger the way I requested. This response was both unhelpful and dismissive. It is concerning that my specific request wasn’t properly communicated to the kitchen, despite clear instructions and repeated confirmation from the server. Moreover, no apology was offered, and the staff did not attempt to rectify the situation or escalate the issue to a manager for further assistance. If I knew it at order ing time I would change my order! As a paying customer, I believe that basic customer service expectations were not met during this interaction, and I was left feeling both frustrated and unheard. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving both communication and customer service standards.

We had a karaoke room that was supposed to fit a max of 15 people, but actually having 15 people in it was cramped and uncomfortable. Nobody could move. Additionally, the room wasn't cleaned and there was broken glass on the floor. Floor itself was sticky. A room for 15 people and yet there was space for maybe 3 people to sit. The karaoke screen also stuttered fairly regularly. Some parts were even inaccurate in the songs we chose. I don't think I'll be returning.

The food was pretty good. Service was there, but never there. After 30 minutes, we had to ask a member of staff to come to our table to order. We were constantly ignored by avoiding eye contact. We also sat with our empty plates for 20 minutes, and no one even asked if we enjoyed our food. Too bad :(

Everything took forever today. Waiting at least 25 minutes for a few drinks is possible once but not every time we ordered. There was more no service visible than there was. Around us, 6 tables were full of junk from previous guests for an hour. Food was fine. Busy is no excuse.

Delicious types of ice cream, sweet girls behind the counter, but the scoops could be a bit bigger, had 2 in a bowl, which almost disappeared in it. For the rest everything great!

Had a lovely lunch today. Beautiful location, unbelievable that this used to be the station building. Now there is a nice atmosphere, very nicely decorated with great music in the background. Furthermore, attentive service by Eline, and of course delicious food! Tip deserved! Top, we will definitely come back!

They can't handle the crowds, but they will show you a table. Where you can then wait until the waiter comes to you to take your order. The online system is also unclear and does not work properly. We won't be coming back here!

Absolute catastrophe, really very very poor quality whole onions whole garlic, (raw) taste supermarket quality, I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.!!! Not recommended once and never again!! Oh yeah, the Parmesan doesn't taste like anything either.

We have ordered two pizzas, the prosciutto one tastes very good. We ordered an Alfredo pasta, quite weak in flavor and little chicken.

Nice spot to relax, right next to the station. If the sun is there you get it for free. Enjoy. Beautiful garden in the middle of the city. Recommended to make an appointment, for example.

Ordered food here yesterday.... It was already 20 minutes late. Then I called to ask where my pizza was? And didn't get a clear answer as to why it was too late. Then I felt sick during the night. This is the first and last time I order here. Not recommended.

My partner and I had dinner there yesterday. There was one slice of pizza left. We asked the waitress if she could put it in a box so we could take it with us. To my surprise, when I got home and opened the box, I saw the piece of pizza and the eaten edges inside. I feel this is a major disrespect to the customer.

I had a Mista salad and the red onion was too strong. The three of us had a pizza and the red house wine. I must say it was served quickly and it tasted nice too. But the evening after dinner I was terribly thirsty, even though the pizza didn't taste salty.

The Food was good. The pasta was little too much. Better to lower the price and amount as well. Atmosphere is good.

Last weekend I had dinner at Pavarotti in Delft, and overall it was a nice experience with a few minor negatives. To start with: the tomato soup was really fantastic. Rich in flavor, seasoned just right and served wonderfully hot. The pizzas were also very good - good base, tasty toppings and beautifully baked. In terms of food, definitely recommended! However, there were some points that could have been improved. Our table was very wobbly, which was a bit inconvenient at times while eating. In addition, it took quite a while before we could order our first drink, which was a bit of a shame. Fortunately, the service was friendly and attentive, so that made up for a lot. In short, Pavarotti Delft is a great choice for an Italian meal, especially if you fancy a tasty soup and a good pizza. But a little more attention to the service and comfort would make the experience even better!

Fantastic atmosphere, nostalgic train station, super staff and delicious pizzas. We were just a bit shocked by the total price at the end. We won't be doing this any time soon.

We reserved the glitter karaoke room and that was great, due to circumstances we were a bit late, but it was handled very smoothly and we were still able to fill the entire hour. Then at the last minute we had something to drink and eat, with staff generously handing out extra plates and cutlery so we could share 1 pizza. Great service and great atmosphere.

Inrichting is snoezig, bediening is aardig. Tafels zijn vies, op de grond plakkerige resten ijs. We hadden poffertjes besteld, vriendelijke serveerster brengt t na 15 minuten wachten. Deeg was rauw. Teruggegeven en zij beaamde dat t niet gaar was. Opnieuw 15 minoren gewacht, poffertjes waren gaar, maar smakeloos. Poffertjes smaakte taai deegsmaak overheerste. Suikerpoeder was hard en boter smaakte nergens naar.
