I had selected "takeaway" on the order screen, but since the restaurant was completely empty, I decided to stick with it. I was asked to leave purely because I chose takeaway in the beginning. Also, the pizzas are so greasy that they are just like soup.

Absolutely terrible experience at this place! We came here to eat with 11 people, but only one dish was warm; truly ridiculous. Pizzas were black and cold. All the pastas were cold and tasted like nothing. The steak was tiny, cold, and completely overcooked. Unchewable, man. Don't go to this restaurant.

Visited here for the first time with my "sweetheart"; she knew Pavarotti from another visit somewhere else. Had a delicious meal on a Tuesday evening; it was pleasantly busy. Go visit sometime; it is located in Delft near the station.

We had a fine pizza, but unfortunately, the service was downright disappointing. We were served the wrong food no less than four times, and the staff came across as very incompetent. After the meal, we then waited about 20 minutes before anyone even came by. When I asked around 9:00 PM if I could still order something, I was told that this was no longer possible because the kitchen was already closed. Moreover, the way this was conveyed was very rude and unfriendly. All in all, definitely not recommended. The pizza was fine, but the poor service and the unfriendly attitude of the staff mean I wouldn't be going back here anytime soon. It's a shame you can't leave a negative tip.

To begin with, it is a place with high expectations for being a beautiful building in front of the station. We ordered two pizzas and two pastas. The carbonara was very good, adequate quantity for the price. The pizza, on the other hand, was not so good. The minced meat one was very flat and lacked flavor. On the other hand, the 4 seasons was good, but could be improved. The service was not very pleasant. We entered and no one was attending to us, so we walked around until we asked someone if we could sit down. The place is very nice, but that day there was no one there. The waiters were very helpful and efficient, but not at all grateful. It would not hurt to smile a little and put more heart into the service. In general, a good place for a quality dinner, but you should not expect warm service.

We had a fantastic, well-catered drinks reception with our group of 60 people in Sala Blu on the ground floor. Delicious appetizers, great service, and a good atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Pizzas are very good and affordable, one normal pizza suffices for my wife and myself and they do not mind at all if we share it. Therefore the meal gets really affordable for the Dutch standards, we spend together totally less than 20€, drinks included and sharing a pizza. The staff is really nice and friendly and there are nice lighty tables by the balcony. Tess was very unfriendly

I think these could be really tasty pizzas if you eat them in the restaurant; a thin, crispy crust. For home delivery, that's a different story; because they are so thin, I can't imagine the pizza wouldn't end up cold and chewy on a plate at home... very disappointing! It also took well over an hour for it to arrive.

An employee is standing shamelessly in front of the restaurant clearing the entire contents of his nose and smearing it on his pants. To think that this person prepares your food. I hope they strictly enforce hand washing. A disgusting situation.

We really recharged here after our long journey through half of the Netherlands. The location alone was amazing, and we were able to enjoy our coffee and the treats this great chain has to offer on the terrace. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There is plenty of choice.

What a nice and beautiful place! We were super surprised by the incredibly chill terrace in the back 👌🏼 Plus, it's really cool that it used to be an old train station. As a surprise, we were also able to have some really fun karaoke with the four of us, so it was nice and private. Highly recommended 🤗

We came here because we were craving pasta. Unfortunately, the waiters were very inattentive. I'm heavily pregnant and extremely hungry, and we waited about 40 minutes before being served, even though it wasn't particularly busy. After raising our hands several times, a server finally came. We also waited a very long time for the food. The prices for the food are okay, but the drinks are outrageous. A small glass of Coke costs almost €5. We wouldn't come here again. The spaghetti I ordered was undercooked, hard, and unsalted. My husband also didn't enjoy it as much as we had expected. Overall, €60 for two dishes and two drinks is far too expensive.

Bad experience, absolutely not recommended! We had chosen this restaurant because of the seemingly good reviews, but the reality was quite different: the staff's skills are zero and the customer experience is absolutely inadequate. We had reserved via Social Deal and explicitly indicated that we were coming with children and therefore needed a high chair and a safe spot. Upon arrival, the staff knew nothing about this and we had to find a place ourselves. Ordering was done via a QR code on the table, but we had many questions about the menu. Even though we were there between 1:45 PM and 3:00 PM – a very quiet time – we had to wait almost 35 to 40 minutes for our main courses. Guests who had only sat down next to us 10 minutes earlier received their food very quickly. What was even worse: we saw with our own eyes that the wait staff was about to give our food to those newly arrived neighbors! We were almost starving; was the chef perhaps already on his lunch break? As if that wasn't enough, while clearing the plates, the wait staff asked if we were still in the mood for dessert, even though we had ordered all our drinks, side dishes, main courses, and desserts at once upon arrival. How is this possible? The staff has absolutely no overview: they don't know if dishes have been served and have no idea what we ordered. When leaving, we accidentally walked to the right where a barrier tape was hanging; the staff knew perfectly well that we were walking in the wrong direction, but they didn't bother to warn us. There was also no "thank you" to be had when settling the bill. The management of this restaurant is falling apart on all sides, and the staff lacks any basic skills whatsoever. Even with a discount via Social Deal, this is not worth the frustration. We will absolutely never come here again, and I strongly advise against it for anyone with children!

Ordered here twice on UberEats and both times the pasta was practically inedible. When ordering the first time a couple months ago we thought the restaurant had simply forgotten to add any kind of flavoring and we wrote it off as a one off incident. Today’s order was unfortunately exactly the same, with the added bonus that there was a long hair in our dish of pasta. I cannot believe this place has so many good reviews.

Fine, at first I thought it was just a station restaurant, but it is actually a separate restaurant.

We ordered food; first of all, it arrived way too late and you won't believe it... cold. How surprising! And then you think, "Okay, just a minute in the microwave then, because yeah, those people are busy too," you take it out, and you take a bite... utterly tasteless. I have never eaten such a weird pasta carbonara! Pastas are not recommended. Pizza, on the other hand, I have had good experiences with in the past!

Worst service ever. One specific waitress completely ruined my impression of Delft. ​Our waitress didn't even greet us. She said she'd come back to take our order but left us waiting for ages. She kept taking care of other tables nearby without taking our order. ​At first, I tried to understand, thinking she might be busy. But even after we requested the bill, she didn't come to our table again. ​I was so upset and felt like we were just wasting our time, so we eventually had to get up and go inside to find the waitress ourselves. Even when we were paying, she didn't bother to ask how our meal was or even say goodbye, even though she was being perfectly nice to other tables. ​Another server who came over during our meal was really kind. But overall, the experience with our main server was absolutely terrible. 옛 역사인거같은 건물이 예뻐서 갔는데 웨이터 한명이 ㅈㄴ 별로임.. 음식도 그닥... 비추
