Pasta portions aren't that big, not filling

Best pizza we have ever had in the Netherlands! And great service.

We went to Settebello in Delft and the experience was fantastic. We tried three spectacular pasta dishes (gnocchi, ravioli, and carbonara) and a delicious ham focaccia. The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very kid-friendly because the waiters were so kind. We didn't have dessert this time, but we will definitely do it next time. We'll definitely be back! The dishes are medium-sized, so I suggest sharing plates to try everything :)

Best Italian food and service in The Hague!

Charming owners of Neapolitan origin, good food, good atmosphere, imaginative decoration with simple elements. We went with my 10 year old granddaughter, and the next day she wanted to repeat the pappardelle with ragù, very good. We also had the cold cuts and cheese board, and the frutti di mare, excellent. Lovely Dutch waitress one day, and the next one from Udine. Very correct quality - price. Definitely our favorite restaurant in Delft. To improve: tiny bathroom. We will be back.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were surprised by the quality of the pasta and desserts, as well as the down-to-earth and welcoming owners. The carbonara was excellent, and the tiramisu was probably one of the best we've ever had the chance to taste. Our first dinner here was so good that we returned a second time before leaving the Netherlands. If you're looking for quality Italian cuisine at a reasonable price, this is the perfect place in Delft! Thanks again from France!

One of the best pizzas we’ve ever had! We came here just for a „snack” as we were not hungry. We ended up ordering 4 pizzas, 1 focaccia & tiramisu. Everything is so delicious that you can’t wait to try the next order. It’s not just a delicious food, it’s quite an experience. Highly recommended!

Cozy atmosphere, specially if seating in the back by the canal. The service what very friendly and familiar but what stood out was the variety of dishes which are perfect to share. Make sure you go with a large enough group of people that like to share so that you can try many things.

Lovely Italian place on the Markt. Cosy terrace, nicely sheltered. Food is meravigliosa. So tasty and beautifully prepared. Not too big menu. Great pizzas and nice wines. You really have to experience it once!

My wife and I stopped at this restaurant hopping for "good" Italian food. What we got was "GREAT" food! We have had Italian food throughout the world and did not expect to find food this AMAZING in Delft, Netherlands of all places. The salad was fresh crisp and very flavorful. My wife had the pappardelle with ragu. I had the gnocchi. Both incredibly good! Even the fried polenta was some of the BEST I have ever had. This place is kind of a sleeper, no fancy awnings or umbrellas, sitting right next to the Old City Hall, on the town square. We walked by first, then I said to Sharon let's go check the menu---SOOOOOO glad we did. The kitchen is small, so you might have to wait if the place is busy, but it IS worth it!!!!

In the central pizza of delf you can find this nice restaurant run by Italian guys. They offer typical Italian dishes in addition to pizza by the slice. Indoor restaurant with well-arranged tables and some outdoor tables. Wide choice of menu. Good dough and ingredients of the pizzas, for the dishes let's say you feel a bit nostalgic for Italy. Friendly and professional service. Average prices.

Frederico and the staff here were super nice, the salsiccia pizza and pappardelle are excellent! Wonderful spot for lunch or dinner just off the square.

The dishes (we tried pasta and gnocchi + polenta and croquettes as a starter) were delicious, the setting was very nice on the terrace and the staff were welcoming. The pizzas were also very tempting. We also had cocktails. In short, I recommend it!

The best pizza place in delft, we go fairly often and the pizzas are always amazing specially the parmigiano slides. the portion size and quality reflect on the price. The atmosphere is amazing very cozy and clean. The service is also great.

Went here for dinner to celebrate my partner and I's anniversary. We've walked past the restaurant before, as it has a beautiful location in center Delft. The staff was very friendly, there was plenty of choice, clearly Roman cuisine, and it all tasted great. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a classy dinner!

I came here for an early dinner and it was a very nice experience. Both slices of pizza were delicious and the starter was pretty yummy as well. The pizza bread was near perfect and tasted amazing. The service was very friendly and swift and the prices seemed fair. The location of the cafe is nice and central and I'd easily recommend this place for a nice meal. I had booked a table on their website on Sunday evening and when I showed up to the place the restaurant was closed. Not even to phone call to let me know. I saw the email, you should have called me if you cancel a reservation 1 hr before, and besides your email ended up in my spam folder. Lame

Settebello lives up to its name: at their new location you can now really get everything, including delicious pizza, excellent service and a nice, enthusiastic owner! Highly recommended!

Amazing rare spot. As an Italian I didn’t expect such good Italian food, with a very nice staff and a cozy and relaxed ambience. I suggest the pappardelle which reminded me of home and the pizza is very nice and crunchy, just like they use to do in Rome. Bellissimo!!

The best pizza and pasta in Delft!! My favorite spot for pizza and a little something sweet :)) in the summer months the outdoor seating has a perfect view of the Markt Square / city center.

Our "traditional" Italian dining experience was decimal at best. Interior without atmosphere, a table on the draft, no ambiance coming from within the place. My €15,- traditional pasta ragu should have been an appetizer and at best a spin-off of a traditional dutch pasta Bolognese, more sauce then pasta, no cream or milk in the sauce. Also the concept of offering small slices of pizza mostly works in the advantage of the owners wallet. This place still needs to mature, focus less on their concept and more on the food and their guests. The staff was sweet and did their best.

2024.9 My conscience suggests not to dine here when taking a one-day tour! ! The food is served very slowly. It will waste your precious day trip time. The pizza crust is very dry, the crust feels a bit like biscuits, and the fillings are well seasoned. The tiramisu was moist and delicious, with a slightly alcoholic taste.

It was 4 degrees outside and I think 12 degrees inside the restaurant. It was a bit warmer in the parking garage. Not really attractive, but the pizzas were tasty

Very cozy place, the owner has taken good care of the location and shows genuine interest in his customers and staff. The San Daniella is definitely my favorite pizza slice. I can definitely recommend having lunch here combined with a walk through Delft.

The drinks were great, but it wasn't clear from the menu what the portion sizes of the food were. My expectation was that it was a bit bigger, but that wasn't necessarily a problem. I thought the carbonara was quite thin in terms of sauce and it didn't necessarily make me full, and I also tasted very thick, all egg. The service was good, but my server wasn't the most handy with a tray. It remains an art.

I am absolutely enchanted by this place. My wife and I have been looking for a place with real Italian food for a long time. We finally found it! It will definitely be our favorite place for dates. The food is delicious, I can safely say that I have never eaten a better carbonara (even in Italy). I could also try the famous Italian liqueur Limoncello, which of course was also wonderful. Finally, dessert, Tiramisu... heaven in your mouth! The service was very nice, you could see that they were happy that we liked it. To sum up.. Come on guys, because it is delicious!

Price-performance ratio is not right. Even 2 pieces won't fill you up and it's already at least €12. Some pieces were very dry (ham, rocket) or had hardly any tuna on them (Tonno). Pasta didn't taste like much either.

I don't know how they can call this pizza. Dough is hard and dry. Tomato sauce below average. And the portions for small children. Even children should not come here hungry.

We chose a table for 2 outside, we were offered the wrong menu cards. And when we just received it, the waiter was already behind us tapping a pen. We felt rushed and decided to just have a drink and leave.

Horrible. A slice of pizza, actually a piece of thick bread, smeared with a little sauce and with some extremely salty fior di latte on top.... 6 euros! A portion of pappardelle with ragu sauce, actually a tomato sauce with uncooked vegetables, a trace of meat... uncooked pasta, not even al dente... I left it on the plate. He didn't even ask me why... All 25 euros, Terrible!

Home cooked Italian meals by a young chef. He puts at the table unusual flavors, unveiling some hidden Italian food gems. The last one I taste was the combination of pistachio and bacon in a pasta dish. Absolutely amazing. It is un unpretentious place and the service is polite, friendly and even familiar.

The pizzas were nice, the good thing is that you can take multiple pieces with different tastes, however, their behaviour was so unfair, I stayed there for 20-25 mins for food and drinks, but because there were 2 people waiting outside for a seat and I was alone, the guy who is in charge always, told me we have no deserts and then pushed me to pay instantly!

I tried the ‘Verdure’ and ‘Formaggi e noci’ slice pizzas. The taste was excellent, no complaints there. However, the crust was too hard and dry. Since slice pizzerias pre-make their pizzas, customer traffic is crucial. We went after 5 o’clock and the restaurant was empty, so I suspected the pizzas might not be very fresh. Apart from pizzas, they also offer cannoli varieties. I especially recommend the hazelnut one. Much love to the friend who took care of us.
