Frietboutique Hillegersberg in Hillegersberg-Schiebroek

Great fresh fries. Friendly staff with a nice atmosphere. For me, the fries could have been fried a little longer. The only thing missing from our special sauce was some onion, but otherwise fine.

At 33 deg C, after dentist appointment, thought to get have something cold n sweet n tasty. On our way to dentist, saw an ice cream shop with quite some rush. It was a nice place with more than ice-creams, fries and burgers etc etc. But we were there for only ice-cream , tried my fav pistachio ice-cream and it was good. The location was really great with enough indoor and outdoor seatings with a lake view.

Terrible service. Staff are busier with each other than with the guests. 3 men busy in a private meeting while there is plenty to sell. Ice cream fine. Service worthless!

Last week, after a bike ride, I very confidently told my buddy: "I'm treating you to a milkshake and a can of cola!" I regretted it immediately! I had to pay €28 for 2 cans of cola and two small cups of milkshake!! Just plain rude! They've lost me as a customer; what a rip-off! I asked for the reason for this price and hoped they would say it was due to high fuel costs because of the war in Iran. But it was because there were 3 scoops of ice cream in each milkshake. I'm never going there again!

Friendly staff. Fast service. Delicious fries with the skins on.

Very clean shop, nicely decorated and nice atmosphere😍 The fries are freshly cut every day and you can taste it!! Will definitely come back!

Delicious fresh ice cream and crispy fries! The staff is also very friendly.

Last week I visited "Frietboutique Hillegersberg" again, the perfect place for me when I'm craving delicious fries with a snack and a drink. My favorite snack: the chicken pieces. During my visit, there were two pleasant, efficient young ladies serving: Joiya and Laylin. Hats off to them for their kindness. The restaurant itself is always clean, the preparation is quick, and I usually choose to eat my order there... Highly recommended in Hillegersberg.

Very much enjoy visiting Frietboutique and Yoboutique for a snack. Usually we come by and order the delicious fries which are golden crispy dipped in their special sauce. Their frozen yogurt selection is fantastic - we especially like the mango. In the warmer months, it is sublime to sit outside with the sun beating down on you and a view of the lake. The ladies who work here are very nice and polite.

The person who was there tonight did a really good job, even though she was working alone. It is disappointing to know that someone had to stand by themselves while the line of impatient customers grew longer. In short; it was lovely, the person working did a great job, but it is a shame that she had to do everything by herself.

LOVE! For Fietboutique.. had a delicious meal and the kids played happily.

We have been here often for delicious fries. Last night we asked for extra fried fries. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and dirty. Such a shame.

Unfortunately. We've been here before and have had good experiences. Unfortunately, not tonight. We asked for extra well-done. We quickly received soft, undercooked fries. What a disappointment!

Ordered vanilla got a scoop of banana (very gross) :(

Tasty fries!!! Had a great meal. 😎

Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. If I could, I would. Today I got the truffle ice cream. We sent it back twice because the employee had visibly added far too much salt both times. Even when a colleague pointed out it was too much, she added salt anyway. This made the ice cream truly inedible. The third time, she said that if we didn't like it now, it was due to our taste. For €7.90, a very mediocre experience, resulting in a stomach ache and a very thirsty evening.

Regular place for my son and me. They have great coffee and even greater icecreams. The staff is superb! They are very sensitive towards children and specially abled. Ps: Try their pistachio icecream . Its one of the best!

They have really good fries, probably some of the best in Rotterdam. The snacks are also delicious, and so is the ice cream. What happened to me today is truly unprecedented… I want to order a latte, but there's a young guy behind the counter. I ask, just to be sure, do you know how to make a latte? He says yes, I do, okay, great. Then two minutes later he says, "Yes sir, I need six minutes because I have to get my things." Okay, fine, I'll wait! I immediately noticed that I got a latte that was super watery. I told him the same thing. Instead of making a new one or offering a different solution, he says, "Oh, okay, but a latte is coffee with extra milk, right?" It's a shame, because there's a nice coffee machine, but if your staff doesn't know what to do with it…

Ordered here for the first time today via Thuisbezorgd. The fries were good in themselves, but cold! The frikandel speciaal was incomplete; the onions were missing. Furthermore, the frikandel wasn't warm either. The milkshake lived up to its name... lukewarm milk with a bland flavor; has nothing to do with a milkshake. The delivery driver was a very nice young man, by the way. First and last time ordering here.

What lovely staff! And had some delicious fries!

Made a quick pit stop here this afternoon! Was assisted by an incredibly friendly lady who had a pleasant chat. Had a nice meal & on our way! 5/5. The location is also beautifully situated!

delicious pistachio ice cream, nice and helpful service

DELICIOUS dinner with the team! Chocolate soufflé was very tasty. Friendly staff, you will see us more often!

This was no stew, just a bit of pulled pork, tasteless and a portion of less than 100 grams for 5.50 and that is way too expensive! Fries stew then come to 9 euros. Frikandel limp and tasteless. Fries were tasty and crispy...but pricey at 3.40 for children's fries!

Order never delivered. After almost an hour and a half I called again. "We're about to close, sir." Order canceled by Frietboutique. Waiting for an hour and a half for nothing. They could also have called me themselves, so I could order something somewhere else. This was the first and also the last time.

Delicious food! Nice location to have some fries after shopping. Good, crispy fries and lots of snack options! I'll definitely be back.

Food takes a very long time and is soggy fries

If you want good fries visit Fritbutique Hillegersberg, if you want more than just fries, also visit them. Plus there is a beautiful lake nearby.

This was a very bad experience as far as the food is concerned. The cone barely contained fries, and the bag was soaked in mayonnaise. You got more mayonnaise than fries. It was way too little for what you pay. The fries were also greasy and limp. For us it remains a one-time visit.

Vriendelijke bediening

Lukewarm weak fries without salt, very bad frikadel straight from a bad supermarket. Peanut sauce in the smallest container available, a special one without onion, a cold can next to the "warm" fries and the worst costs for delivery and "service" €7.55 will quickly put you to shame. 1st and last time

Delicious fries and ice cream. Friendly and neat employees.

Quickly got 2 children's fries on Sunday evening. It was our first experience and, in terms of fries, as far as I'm concerned, Bram's first real competition. Delicious taste of the CRISPY fries and very good mayo curry and peanut sauce, but above all, what a super nice staff here (girl and a boy). Super young, but unlike the majority of the new generation, these teenagers really knew how things should be done. Friendly, polite, fun and super fast! Frietboutique Hillegersberg will ABSOLUTELY see us again! 10/10

What a worthless company, first they can't find the order, then it is delivered very late, at 7.20 pm. According to them, it arrived at 8.40 pm and it was really scandalous to deliver that. This was the first and last, something we should not be proud of in Rotterdam.

Very nice place. Next time I'll bring a date :))

Delicious ice creams and friendly employees

The best fries in Rdam! Nice service

When I ate here, the staff was very nice and helpful. They worked hard and were busy, but there was a nice atmosphere. Also the best fries I have eaten in a snack bar, the snacks were also really tasty! 😋

Tasty fries and snacks. The ice creams are also fantastic. We love to go here for a happy moment!

Aardig personeel👍🏻.

Sweet employees and it's a very nice location

Heerlijke friet, gezellige locatie, erg vriendelijke bediening. Aanrader.

Geweldig mooie accemodati En lieve mensen.

Love their food but really love their customer service! The delivery driver for Uber didn’t drop of my food and disappeared. I reordered, called Frietboutique to make sure they realised it was a new order and not the same one. The girls immediately offered to remake it and jump on their bike to deliver. Thanks, that’s how it’s done!

Lekker ijs!

Wij komen zeker terug.

Aanrader Ibiza saus!

Heerlijke frietjes en leuke personeel
