delicious pistachio ice cream, nice and helpful service

I ordered two capuccinos and fries for my son and me. First cappuccino arrived in an espresso cup. 15 mins later another one arrived in normal cup. Chips an eternity later. We wanted to have coffee together ofc, but the service want safisfactory. Spoiled the experience

This was no stew, just a bit of pulled pork, tasteless and a portion of less than 100 grams for 5.50 and that is way too expensive! Fries stew then come to 9 euros. Frikandel limp and tasteless. Fries were tasty and crispy...but pricey at 3.40 for children's fries!

Order never delivered. After almost an hour and a half I called again. "We're about to close, sir." Order canceled by Frietboutique. Waiting for an hour and a half for nothing. They could also have called me themselves, so I could order something somewhere else. This was the first and also the last time.

Delicious food! Nice location to have some fries after shopping. Good, crispy fries and lots of snack options! I'll definitely be back.

Food takes a very long time and is soggy fries

If you want good fries visit Fritbutique Hillegersberg, if you want more than just fries, also visit them. Plus there is a beautiful lake nearby.

This was a very bad experience as far as the food is concerned. The cone barely contained fries, and the bag was soaked in mayonnaise. You got more mayonnaise than fries. It was way too little for what you pay. The fries were also greasy and limp. For us it remains a one-time visit.

Lukewarm weak fries without salt, very bad frikadel straight from a bad supermarket. Peanut sauce in the smallest container available, a special one without onion, a cold can next to the "warm" fries and the worst costs for delivery and "service" €7.55 will quickly put you to shame. 1st and last time

Quickly got 2 children's fries on Sunday evening. It was our first experience and, in terms of fries, as far as I'm concerned, Bram's first real competition. Delicious taste of the CRISPY fries and very good mayo curry and peanut sauce, but above all, what a super nice staff here (girl and a boy). Super young, but unlike the majority of the new generation, these teenagers really knew how things should be done. Friendly, polite, fun and super fast! Frietboutique Hillegersberg will ABSOLUTELY see us again! 10/10

What a worthless company, first they can't find the order, then it is delivered very late, at 7.20 pm. According to them, it arrived at 8.40 pm and it was really scandalous to deliver that. This was the first and last, something we should not be proud of in Rotterdam.

When I'm craving "frites from desire" Frietboutique Hillegersberg is the obvious address for me. The delicious snacks complete my trip. My favorite: the chicken pieces... Nice, smooth service, clean, fast... Highly recommended in Hillegersberg

When I ate here, the staff was very nice and helpful. They worked hard and were busy, but there was a nice atmosphere. Also the best fries I have eaten in a snack bar, the snacks were also really tasty! 😋

Aardig personeel👍🏻. Patat was erg droog en veel kleine stukjes. Pindasaus niet zo lekker. Jammer dat deze ook niet zelfgemaakt is.

Love their food but really love their customer service! The delivery driver for Uber didn’t drop of my food and disappeared. I reordered, called Frietboutique to make sure they realised it was a new order and not the same one. The girls immediately offered to remake it and jump on their bike to deliver. Thanks, that’s how it’s done!

Lekker ijs! Vriendelijk personeel en je kan buiten zitten.

Het ijs heeft een goede textuur. Wel is het zwaar/vet en wat aan de zoete kant. Dat maakt dat pistache (+€0,40) niet natuurlijk smaakt. Karamel-zeezout smaakt daar helemaal niet naar. Daarnaast heeft de inflatie ook hier toegeslagen.

Aardig pers lekkere patat beetje prijzig dat wel

Frietboutique is een patatzaak met ambities, gezien de luxe uitstraling van het bedrijf. Wij hebben er patat en verschillende kroketten en kaasvingers besteld met truffelmayonaise. De bestelling was niet helemaal goedgedaan maar werd opgelost door extra truffelmayonaise te geven. Een nieuwe patat zat er niet in. Verder waren de tafels niet schoon en moesten we vragen om de tafel schoon te maken. We gingen eten en de patat was wat vetter dan normaal. De kroketten en de kaasvingers waren ook erg vet. Het lijkt wel of de olie waarin de snacks waren gebakken niet op de juiste temperatuur waren. De frietboutique is nog niet zo lang open en ik denk dat ze last hebben van aanloopproblemen. Ik geef ze het voordeel van de twijfel.

Gisteren geweest met mijn zoontje. Koffie en de frietjes (patat) was echt lekker. Je betaald echt voor kwaliteit! Personeel is ook heel vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker terug.
