Ijssalon Rotterdam - Belicio Cheatday in Rotterdam Centrum

Have ordered the cookies many times but picked them up today. Unfortunately, there is no Kinderella in the store, this is a favorite and it seems to me that you just have it in stock, but that was the case. There was literally no one in the store, but a lady on her phone still pointed out to me that I had to order via the screen. Didn't work well and got really irritated by it. Really not a friendly lady behind the counter at all. I understand that it is quiet, but I certainly appreciate it if you have a customer who buys almost 40 euros worth of cookies.

Coffee was 10/10. Highly recommend it. So many varities of unique desserts to choose from.

Always order pancakes there, enough choice to make a nice pancake. Large portion too, which is fair for the price. Unfortunately, there is little seating and the staff does not seem very skilled in their work. Personally it didn't bother me, but I can sympathize if it would bother someone else.

Young lady with a tan was very nice and sweet.

The waitress was very nice but the price was extremely expensive for the quality/quantity of the products. It is not indicated on the screen that products are unavailable… The cookie dough ball is ridiculously small for €3.50 Let’s not even talk about carrot cake. The waitress brought it to us 15 minutes later because it was frozen! 5€50 for that, it’s scandalous!

We came here very often for ice cream. But in recent months you have to speak English when ordering and people refuse to understand Dutch. Recently you even have to enter your order at an order kiosk. We ran away and won't come back.

Cheat apparently stands for cheating customers. In the display case a Dubai special is listed that is not there. Since they indicate that you have to pay in advance and only then can you choose, you only then know that it is not there. They should have clearly indicated in advance that certain items are not available [sold out]. By paying in advance they force you to choose something you don't want because they won't give you any money back if you find out Not service oriented method of sale!!!!

Incredibly delicious cookies. Lots of choice, tasty, creamy. Been many times, also often brought others along, never experienced any dissatisfied people. Good quality, every time. Ice creams are also tasty. You will probably have to communicate in English, which is of course fine :). Personal favorite added as photo! Goes well with cappuccino!

Zoek niet verder voor de perfecte combinatie van heerlijk ijs en verrukkelijke koekjes! In dit eetzaakje smelten de bolletjes ijs op je tong terwijl de ambachtelijke koekjes een knapperige buitenkant hebben met een heerlijk zachte binnenkant. Een genot voor de smaakpapillen!

Ik dacht moet even een review geven omdat het personeel gewoon enorm vriendelijk is, vooral 1 mevrouw, gezellig, vriendelijke en gastvrij. Verder heerlijke koeken!

Wow the high tea was truly incredible. Could not recommend highly enough. Best cookies I have had in Holland. A must try when In Rotterdam. Staff are amazing!

Heerlijke en uitgebreide paas high cheat gedaan. Was teveel om op te eten, dus de rest meegenomen naar huis. Etablissement is leuk aangekleed, ziet er gezellig uit.

Very disappointed in Belecio cheats, we had seen the new crookie on social media and were very curious. We went to the store in Rotterdam center and paid €6.34, while the sign next to the crookie said €5.99. We turned a blind eye to that and were told to wait about 2 minutes and that he would prepare it... fifteen minutes later we finally got the crookie. We took it home and when we got home we were shocked... such a small thing for that money? It also doesn't look like what was on the counter as an example... really not normal! We definitely won't be coming back here again!! Ridiculous 😠

The staff is ignoring the customers and talk to each other, I don’t recommend this place, we went to other ice cream shop and don’t planning to come back to this one ever again.

The food is fine, nothing to complain about, but the service is very sloppy. After ordering 1 red velvet cookie and a crepe with a scoop of hazelnut ice cream and a scoop of white chocolate ice cream, the cookie was missing upon delivery. A mistake can happen, that's okay, but after looking again, they also delivered the wrong flavor of ice cream. In my opinion this is just sloppiness in preparing and not looking at the orders properly. Handled by Uber afterwards.

The crepes were tasty, the cookie was heavy on the stomach. I noticed that the staff was a bit fed up with it after a busy day, I understand, but you shouldn't really show it.

I don't understand how this is even healthy it's literally just giving diabetes. You are paying so much and the food is just pure sugar, no balance with anything. Also the coffee taste so disgusting and the cookies I bought were a bit raw as well. The place is also really small and was asked to go sit in a table for two because we were sitting in a 4 chair table and that its reserved for costumers for 4 people which makes sense but the place itself is so tight and it wasn't even busy so there was no need to ask us to change seat its so unprofessional to approach a costumer like that. Maybe next time have an etiquette workshop for your employees

The coffee here is not good. A simple coffee was a cup of ditch water. It would be better if you recruited baristas because the girls behind the counter clearly didn't know what they were doing. I would like to come and give a training?😄 Visit 18-03-23

I saw this and thought......oh I'm going to cheat for a bit, unfortunately I was cheated. Not a pleasant experience, it tasted good and looked okay (no, no photo, I'm not an influencer), but the service was a bit slow, it seemed that the staff had not been trained properly and did not really seem to want to do it (fortunately the minimum wage is going up and they become more motivated) it took quite a while before we received our order and the atmosphere in the store is cold, from the outside it looks well decorated once inside... unfortunately. I also thought it was a bit on the pricey side, but you don't eat here every day. It's fun for once, but that's it. Please try it yourself.

We ordered and when the desserts arrived the order was incorrect and when we called they did not answer the question. We just wanted the right food and we didn't get it because they were closed after 5 minutes. No apologies and no new food we are very disappointed with it.

The size of the ice cream ball was the only "cheat".

There is a cigarette/shisha smell behind the seats. You can leave the seats to read the menu and then get up and order again at the beginning of the store. Not recommended.

Gezellige high tea gedaan bij Belicio, je krijgt echt veel! Allemaal heel lekker en vers, echt aan te raden.

Volví ayer para probar el bubble waffle y el café. Los chicos que nos atendieron son hermanos, Sara y Kristi. Nos hicieron un café súper bueno con diseño y todo. Está a reventar de gente el local y aún así nos atendieron súper bien y súper rápido. Lo recomiendo 100%. Si volvemos a Róterdam sin duda volveremos aquí.

Ik ben een zoetekauw. Helemaal zin om een flinke bestelling te doen. Eenmaal aangekomen stond er zo veel lekkers 🤤 Kennelijk kan daar alleen in het Engels bestellen? Voor mij geen probleem maar raar vond ik het wel. Eerst koffie en een overdreven chocoladekoek. De koek was heerlijk de koffie NIET! Ik vroeg 3 koeken en 3 brownies in 1 doos kon kopen… hij keek even maar NEE, dat kan niet. Vervolgens bij de 🍩winkel geweest 🤫 Kortom voor de prijs is de koek goed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ maar de koffie en de klantvriendelijkheid ⭐️

Personeel erg aardig. Hielp me. Lachte mee dus niet zo'n sompige medewerker die alleen lijkt te werken voor het geld. Alle producten zien er goed uit. Prijs is te doen. Goed aangekleed. 10/10. Aanrader!

Wat een aanrader!! Donderdag 3/8 langsgegaan en zeker geen spijt van. Beide dames die er stonden waren zo lief. Echt toppers waren ze.. We namen wat softijsjes, crepes en wafels… echt te lekker. Zeker een aanrader!

Aziatisch meisje achter de balie maakte mijn dag helemaal goed met een lekkere ijskoffie en een hele lieve lach! Ze verdiend een complimentje :)

Very nice food, super delicious, the staff is very nice and respectfull, the food arrives very fast so no long waiting time and it wasnt too busy.

I was today there and it was really a nice experience to be there. Cookies re so delicious and i have to say that the workers especially the worker with Hijab was so pretty cute and helped me a lot. It was my first time , but won’t be my last time. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

The milkshakes and skillet tasted great . There was homemade ice cream that was really amazinggg. Friendly staff as well.

Was in search of a good cookie spot in Rotterdam and came across Belicio Cheats in Koopgoot. They have many options in cookies and with other treats like icecream, donuts and waffles. The Oreo Vegan cookie was on the dry side maybe due to being vegan. Unfortunately went later in the evening and this was the only vegan option. Looking forward to trying their non-vegan options next time to see the difference.

A rare place to have great sweets in Rotterdam.

Wow, this place is a sugar lover's dream! So many options, you'll want it all! The 'freak shakes' are superb, there are a few seats inside and it has a great vibe, can highly recommend a visit here.

Gezellige zaak leuke meiden, was wel koud want de deuren stonden open, maar de dames hadden t luchtgordijn gelukkig aangezet. Een lekkere high cheat, mega zoet en leuk om gedaan te hebben. Goede uitleg wat alles was. Heel de dag vol van gezeten🤣

De ijskoffie is zoooooo heerlijk met een zalige verrassing op de bodem . En de taartpunt was ook zooooo lekker mmmmmm

Usually I don't like sweets, but in this shop I find pleasure in eating delicious sweets, especially the red velvet cake, this cake is really made with love

It's about if you're into those extravagant desserts more than tast itself. The place is cute, fill this space, but is far from delivers really good desserts - not about quality or ingredients, it's about taste. I understand the concept, sometimes it's a option, but isn't a favorite.

Na het winkelen had 1 zin in crepes online opgezocht waar je dit kan vinden. Toen kwamen we hieruit Belicio Cheatday IJsalon Rotterdam. Winkel ziet er leuk uit de buiten en binnenkant. Het heeft mij nooit getrokken om hier een kijkje te gaan nemen. Hier werkt drie dames. Het komt vriendelijk over bij binnenkomst met een groet. Voor eten mogen we zelf een plek opzoeken. Het ziet er netjes uit paar kleine tafels. Bestelling is aan de bar en dient gelijk afgerekend te worden wordt mij verteld. Blijkt dat de 2 dames nog nieuw zijn en nog uitleg moet krijgen van de blonde dame. Om ons heen merk ik bij de andere klanten ik dat het eten hun niet al te best uit ziet. Een wafel ziet er heel droog uit die heeft ook niet alles op gegeten en een rijk gevulde de crepes zag er best wel drapperig uit. Ons bestelling duurde niet lang. Crepe is niet droog, ijs is wel ok maar de presentatie is minder, marshmallows zijn droog en hard. IJscoupe is ok, snoep en marshmallows zijn droog en hard. De poten waar de toppings wordt gebruikt wordt denk ik niet vacuum dicht bewaard of het is oud! Prijzen zijn hoog en voor wat je krijgt is het best wel duur en niet waard. Ik zie niet dat er een toilet aanwezig is. Helaas is dit voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wat een super leuk concept. Allerlei heerlijke gerechtjes voor een echte cheatday. Van mega grote koekjes tot freakshakes. Allerlei calorieënbommen. Je kunt er ondanks dat het een klein tentje is, prima zitten. Jammer dat er nog geen vestigingen in het Noorden zitten. Echt een aanrader als je van zoetigheid houdt.
