Excellent. Indescribable flavor, I've never seen anything like it! I ordered the Kinder Bueno one.

The cookies were delicious, though a bit rich, but that's to be expected for a cheat day. The girl who gave us the cookies was very friendly, and we felt very welcome. We'll definitely be back for our next cheat day!

We arrived half an hour before closing time, and the orange-haired woman immediately told us we couldn't sit inside and eat. I told her we had 30 minutes left and were all set. Five minutes later, when our order arrived, we were told they were closing soon. Five minutes before closing, we were asked if we wanted our food wrapped. I wasn't able to enjoy the food at my leisure. I definitely won't be returning. The English-speaking blue-haired woman was really friendly.

We wandered in here by chance while wandering around Rotterdam for the day, and enjoyed an ice cream that wasn't particularly special, even though it was sweet. The flavors we ordered were caramel and Kinder Bueno; the caramel tasted of something, but the Kinder Bueno was really just sweet. As for the order, we didn't even speak to the owner or the bartender; we ordered from a kiosk at the entrance; we just said hello on the way out.

Yesterday we had a disappointing experience at this place. We were craving something sweet and decided to have a cookie, despite the hefty price of €5.50 (or more). To our surprise, the cookie was clearly old—and we know what we're talking about, as we bake cookies ourselves. The texture, taste, and dryness left no doubt that it wasn't fresh, but had been sitting out for days. We politely pointed this out, but the manager offered absolutely no solution. No apology, no replacement, no alternative. For that price, you should at least expect a fresh product and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Instead, we received an arrogant response. It's a shame, because we'll never be back. A small gesture could have easily resolved this, but the staff's attitude means we're done with this place.

I ate a Kinderella cookie here today for €6.75, so you expect a lot! Well, this was a huge disappointment. The cookie was bone dry, tasted/felt like it hadn't been baked properly, and tasted like a factory-made cookie. There was little to no trace of the liquid filling after heating it in the oven. In short, it was the first time and never again. Take the example of the gingerbread man: not a dry cookie at all, and only half the price!

The food was delicious, very rich and sweet. Not for the faint of heart. Plenty of options for creating your own meal. The only downside was that I was constantly bothered by fruit flies and other flies, which made me lose my appetite. The interior could also use some maintenance.

Stopped by to try the pistachio+hazelnut ice cream, fragrant, sweet, smooth, melted in the mouth, wanted to try another one. The ice cream shop is located in the Commercial Center. There are many choices of cakes.

Good iced coffee, but you get very little iced coffee because they use the standard small plastic cup filled with ice cubes so in comparison and for the price you feel "cheated".

Ordered matcha, this was actually just milk with green food coloring, barely any matcha in it

They give wrong order we order 3 scoop each and the flavors that they gave us is wrong and also they gave us the order of other people that's why that person need to get from us.

You come to eat waffles, closing time is 21:30, but they say they don't sell waffles because they start cleaning the waffle machines before closing time. The closing time is actually 21:00, not 21:30. Also, you're in Rotterdam and they don't speak Dutch. It's like living under a British colony. The staff only speaks English to you.

I ordered a matcha, brownie cookie and ice cream, but unfortunately everything was very disappointing. The matcha was really undrinkable, I doubt whether there was matcha powder in it at all, it looked more like milk with some coloring. The cookie was extremely dry and stuck to my palate, you couldn't taste anything more than just dough. The ice cream looked nice, but had hardly any taste and the soft oreo pieces, pff. The whole thing felt like a lot of show, but without the taste experience you expect. Too bad, because it looked really promising upon arrival. I also thought the price was really disproportionate, €6 for one cookie, not normal, these three together cost €15. So much for my one cheat day, nauseous for the whole day so there goes my cheat day.

Chocolate fondue done here. The reservation did not go through properly, but to compensate for the wait, we received two free drinks and their best-selling cookie with the fondue. Great service!

Ice cream was good, cookies and other snacks also looked very tasty. Ordering has to be done via a terminal, which is a bit of a shame. Prices on the high side

Wow! I had a huge platter of sweet treats here today. Simply put, amazing. Everything was made with great taste and skill. A real treat for the palate. A very sweet lady who makes everything herself. Very child-friendly. The drinks were also fantastic! Highly recommended!!!

Insane cookie. Not that expensive but still a budget for a cookie. They make it warm before you eat damn they know what they 'r doing. Top 1 place in Rotterdam for sweet, smoth cookie with so many choices

My husband went to get something nice in town. 2 people are standing behind the counter, eating their noses. He wants to order from them but is sent to the order post. Here he has to choose, take it with him or eat it here. He is then forced to choose a bag of 75 cents. Otherwise they assume you will eat it there. He comes to the counter, it is packed in a box and then she wants to put another bag around it. He says, I don't need it, she says but you paid for it. That's right, you are forced to do that. They can't do anything about the fact that they are standing behind the counter doing nothing (they do what they are told), but this impersonal and then a light form of fraud of 75 cents... Big bye.

Worst business ever(!) You 'win' something.. Turns out to be purely & solely for a COFFEE XD.. You go for it, in combination with your mother and a nearby cinema, to the Belicio store in Amsterdam.. "Ehh.. Yes.. The coffee machine is broken, but I was also completely unaware that there was a promotion? Instagram.. Oh.. Ehh.. Yes, you'd better go to our branch.. In ROTTERDAM for it!" My mother, still remembered this herself, when a more serious (never received package - after 2 months of emailing / calling DHL about it myself etc.) situation occurred! NEVER AGAIN! Really(!) Please save yourself the trouble of ordering/going! I have lost an extreme amount of time & energy, in particular, because of it - now after a month, with many(!) unacceptable comments from their side(!) I finally, as an adult/just having reported the situation initially, person, got my money back. Bizarre. Too Belicio Bad for words really! *But hey.. I could, again.. Pick up my package.. in ROTTERDAM Or pay costs again regarding the shipping, after a long wait for lack of substantive responses about the more and more sold out offer online at the time(1) and THEY did not have 'the time' for customers like me! (No, I myself of course had a lot of desire, in combination with the coincidentally previously mentioned, personal chronic problems, to go after an order that was issued and ordered with difficulty - where even DHL could report: THIS must be resolved by the 'sender', they have (was NOT done!) to contact us!). Again, many thanks! For Exactly Nothing.

5 stars for this restaurant! It's such a welcoming place, the staff are really friendly, and the shop looks great. I loved the food they made, the pancakes and coffee were amazing! The best part is that it feels like a positive space, which makes it even more special. I will definitely be back! 😋

Had a horrible experience today as a disabled customer, was refused a refund, the lemonade and ginger drink was disgusting far too sugary, the ice cream was sloppy and melting even in the cold weather, service was rude and very poor. My daughter and I ordered (where I didn't get a receipt), we sat at a table in the near-empty cafe and were told we have to move as all the four seater tables are for four people even though there was no one there and we'd be about 10 minutes tops with our order. As I have hidden disabilities it is difficult for me to squeeze into a tiny table and causes significant problems. I asked for us to stay at the table because I'm disabled and was very rudely told no. After arguing a bit I was grudgingly told I could sit but by that point I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe I wanted to leave. I then asked to keep my daughter's ice cream as a takeaway and cancel my drink because I wanted to leave. I was refused a refund for a drink that hadn't even been made yet (I would have understood if it had been made but it hadn't) and told that I would have to email the company. Which, Sarah, I have done so. Perhaps you said that with such confidence because presumably your company don't care about disabled people or basic courtesy either. I also saw your comments on someone else's review and yes it is highly unprofessional and impolite to ask people to move but presumably arguing with customers, especially ones who have come forward and shared they have a disability, is a standard part of your business operation. A real pity as I have been bringing my daughter here for years previously with no problem and it used to be lovely. No longer. ps even though staff claim to speak English, they speak English poorly. Forget it if you want to speak Dutch with them.

I've ordered the cookies many times before, but I picked them up today. Unfortunately, they don't have Kinderella in the store; this is a favorite, and I assume they'd have it in stock, but that's just how it was. There was literally no one in the store, yet a woman on her phone reminded me to order through the screen. It didn't work well, and I was really irritated. The woman behind the counter was absolutely unfriendly. I understand it's quiet, but I appreciate it if you have a customer buying almost 40 euros worth of cookies.

Coffee was 10/10. Highly recommend it. So many varities of unique desserts to choose from.

Always order pancakes there, enough choice to make a nice pancake. Large portion too, which is fair for the price. Unfortunately, there is little seating and the staff does not seem very skilled in their work. Personally it didn't bother me, but I can sympathize if it would bother someone else.

The tinted young lady was very nice and sweet.

The waitress was very nice, but the prices were extremely high for the quality and quantity of the products. It didn't indicate on the screen that some products were unavailable... The cookie dough ball was ridiculously small for €3.50. Let's not even talk about the carrot cake. The waitress brought it to us 15 minutes later because it was frozen! €5.50 for that is outrageous!

We came here very often for ice cream. But in recent months you have to speak English when ordering and people refuse to understand Dutch. Recently you even have to enter your order at an order kiosk. We ran away and won't come back.

Cheat apparently stands for cheating customers. In the display case a Dubai special is listed that is not there. Since they indicate that you have to pay in advance and only then can you choose, you only then know that it is not there. They should have clearly indicated in advance that certain items are not available [sold out]. By paying in advance they force you to choose something you don't want because they won't give you any money back if you find out Not service oriented method of sale!!!!

Incredibly delicious cookies. Lots of choice, tasty, creamy. Been many times, also often brought others along, never experienced any dissatisfied people. Good quality, every time. Ice creams are also tasty. You will probably have to communicate in English, which is of course fine :). Personal favorite added as photo! Goes well with cappuccino!

Zoek niet verder voor de perfecte combinatie van heerlijk ijs en verrukkelijke koekjes! In dit eetzaakje smelten de bolletjes ijs op je tong terwijl de ambachtelijke koekjes een knapperige buitenkant hebben met een heerlijk zachte binnenkant. Een genot voor de smaakpapillen!

Ik dacht moet even een review geven omdat het personeel gewoon enorm vriendelijk is, vooral 1 mevrouw, gezellig, vriendelijke en gastvrij. Verder heerlijke koeken!

Very disappointed in Belecio cheats, we had seen the new crookie on social media and were very curious. We went to the store in Rotterdam center and paid €6.34, while the sign next to the crookie said €5.99. We turned a blind eye to that and were told to wait about 2 minutes and that he would prepare it... fifteen minutes later we finally got the crookie. We took it home and when we got home we were shocked... such a small thing for that money? It also doesn't look like what was on the counter as an example... really not normal! We definitely won't be coming back here again!! Ridiculous 😠

The staff is ignoring the customers and talk to each other, I don’t recommend this place, we went to other ice cream shop and don’t planning to come back to this one ever again.

The food is fine, nothing to complain about, but the service is very sloppy. After ordering 1 red velvet cookie and a crepe with a scoop of hazelnut ice cream and a scoop of white chocolate ice cream, the cookie was missing upon delivery. A mistake can happen, that's okay, but after looking again, they also delivered the wrong flavor of ice cream. In my opinion this is just sloppiness in preparing and not looking at the orders properly. Handled by Uber afterwards.

The crepes were tasty, the cookie was heavy on the stomach. I noticed that the staff was a bit fed up with it after a busy day, I understand, but you shouldn't really show it.

I don't understand how this is even healthy it's literally just giving diabetes. You are paying so much and the food is just pure sugar, no balance with anything. Also the coffee taste so disgusting and the cookies I bought were a bit raw as well. The place is also really small and was asked to go sit in a table for two because we were sitting in a 4 chair table and that its reserved for costumers for 4 people which makes sense but the place itself is so tight and it wasn't even busy so there was no need to ask us to change seat its so unprofessional to approach a costumer like that. Maybe next time have an etiquette workshop for your employees

The coffee here is not good. A simple coffee was a cup of ditch water. It would be better if you recruited baristas because the girls behind the counter clearly didn't know what they were doing. I would like to come and give a training?😄 Visit 18-03-23

I saw this and thought......oh I'm going to cheat for a bit, unfortunately I was cheated. Not a pleasant experience, it tasted good and looked okay (no, no photo, I'm not an influencer), but the service was a bit slow, it seemed that the staff had not been trained properly and did not really seem to want to do it (fortunately the minimum wage is going up and they become more motivated) it took quite a while before we received our order and the atmosphere in the store is cold, from the outside it looks well decorated once inside... unfortunately. I also thought it was a bit on the pricey side, but you don't eat here every day. It's fun for once, but that's it. Please try it yourself.

We ordered and when the desserts arrived the order was incorrect and when we called they did not answer the question. We just wanted the right food and we didn't get it because they were closed after 5 minutes. No apologies and no new food we are very disappointed with it.

There is a cigarette/shisha smell behind the seats. You can leave the seats to read the menu and then get up and order again at the beginning of the store. Not recommended.

Decent variety of cookies, they tasted great although they are quite heavy on the stomach. Would recommend sharing with someone.

Volví ayer para probar el bubble waffle y el café. Los chicos que nos atendieron son hermanos, Sara y Kristi. Nos hicieron un café súper bueno con diseño y todo. Está a reventar de gente el local y aún así nos atendieron súper bien y súper rápido. Lo recomiendo 100%. Si volvemos a Róterdam sin duda volveremos aquí.

Ik ben een zoetekauw. Helemaal zin om een flinke bestelling te doen. Eenmaal aangekomen stond er zo veel lekkers 🤤 Kennelijk kan daar alleen in het Engels bestellen? Voor mij geen probleem maar raar vond ik het wel. Eerst koffie en een overdreven chocoladekoek. De koek was heerlijk de koffie NIET! Ik vroeg 3 koeken en 3 brownies in 1 doos kon kopen… hij keek even maar NEE, dat kan niet. Vervolgens bij de 🍩winkel geweest 🤫 Kortom voor de prijs is de koek goed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ maar de koffie en de klantvriendelijkheid ⭐️

Wat een aanrader!! Donderdag 3/8 langsgegaan en zeker geen spijt van. Beide dames die er stonden waren zo lief. Echt toppers waren ze.. We namen wat softijsjes, crepes en wafels… echt te lekker. Zeker een aanrader!

Very nice food, super delicious, the staff is very nice and respectfull, the food arrives very fast so no long waiting time and it wasnt too busy.

I was today there and it was really a nice experience to be there. Cookies re so delicious and i have to say that the workers especially the worker with Hijab was so pretty cute and helped me a lot. It was my first time , but won’t be my last time. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Was in search of a good cookie spot in Rotterdam and came across Belicio Cheats in Koopgoot. They have many options in cookies and with other treats like icecream, donuts and waffles. The Oreo Vegan cookie was on the dry side maybe due to being vegan. Unfortunately went later in the evening and this was the only vegan option. Looking forward to trying their non-vegan options next time to see the difference.

A rare place to have great sweets in Rotterdam.

Wow, this place is a sugar lover's dream! So many options, you'll want it all! The 'freak shakes' are superb, there are a few seats inside and it has a great vibe, can highly recommend a visit here.

Gezellige zaak leuke meiden, was wel koud want de deuren stonden open, maar de dames hadden t luchtgordijn gelukkig aangezet. Een lekkere high cheat, mega zoet en leuk om gedaan te hebben. Goede uitleg wat alles was. Heel de dag vol van gezeten🤣

De ijskoffie is zoooooo heerlijk met een zalige verrassing op de bodem . En de taartpunt was ook zooooo lekker mmmmmm

Usually I don't like sweets, but in this shop I find pleasure in eating delicious sweets, especially the red velvet cake, this cake is really made with love

It's about if you're into those extravagant desserts more than tast itself. The place is cute, fill this space, but is far from delivers really good desserts - not about quality or ingredients, it's about taste. I understand the concept, sometimes it's a option, but isn't a favorite.

Na het winkelen had 1 zin in crepes online opgezocht waar je dit kan vinden. Toen kwamen we hieruit Belicio Cheatday IJsalon Rotterdam. Winkel ziet er leuk uit de buiten en binnenkant. Het heeft mij nooit getrokken om hier een kijkje te gaan nemen. Hier werkt drie dames. Het komt vriendelijk over bij binnenkomst met een groet. Voor eten mogen we zelf een plek opzoeken. Het ziet er netjes uit paar kleine tafels. Bestelling is aan de bar en dient gelijk afgerekend te worden wordt mij verteld. Blijkt dat de 2 dames nog nieuw zijn en nog uitleg moet krijgen van de blonde dame. Om ons heen merk ik bij de andere klanten ik dat het eten hun niet al te best uit ziet. Een wafel ziet er heel droog uit die heeft ook niet alles op gegeten en een rijk gevulde de crepes zag er best wel drapperig uit. Ons bestelling duurde niet lang. Crepe is niet droog, ijs is wel ok maar de presentatie is minder, marshmallows zijn droog en hard. IJscoupe is ok, snoep en marshmallows zijn droog en hard. De poten waar de toppings wordt gebruikt wordt denk ik niet vacuum dicht bewaard of het is oud! Prijzen zijn hoog en voor wat je krijgt is het best wel duur en niet waard. Ik zie niet dat er een toilet aanwezig is. Helaas is dit voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wat een super leuk concept. Allerlei heerlijke gerechtjes voor een echte cheatday. Van mega grote koekjes tot freakshakes. Allerlei calorieënbommen. Je kunt er ondanks dat het een klein tentje is, prima zitten. Jammer dat er nog geen vestigingen in het Noorden zitten. Echt een aanrader als je van zoetigheid houdt.
