Wat een nare vent die daar werkt of de manager is, totaal niet gastvrij en overal opmerkingen en kritiek over geven. Ik ga daar noot meer heen dan maar lekker een ijsje eten bij een andere salon.

Was my favourite shop to go to! Owner was very rude because I couldn’t understand Dutch and when I replied back in English he was very arrogant about it. He made unnecessary comments and refused us to sit outside the salon to drink our small drinks we baught. 10\10 wouldn’t recommend:)

Rude staff. And price-quality is not in proportion. This boy was either trying to be funny or being derogatory. He said 'what do you mean you get Oreo ice cream, a really boring choice, you can buy it in the supermarket' with a serious face. Then why are you selling it? Then when paying (the phone didn't cooperate) he started to act very awkward about us being able to pay in cash. But he kept repeating this so many times as if we were retarded and we were like: just wait 2 seconds for the phone to cooperate. While we said this a few times, he continued to react strangely. And it wasn't busy, so it wasn't like there was a long line behind us. Then small balls, for a lot of money. Not the best ice cream I've eaten. If staff acted normally, it would be ok. Now we don't have to come back anymore. Don't feel like going through stubborn fuss if you want to enjoy an ice cream on a hot day.

I've had a lot of ice cream in my life but what you get here for that price is really shameful. Ice cream literally has no taste? Can you taste the frozen water between the ice cream? I first waited to write my review (2 years). Recently tried again but quality remains disappointing... Price = very high Taste = doesn't taste like anything But otherwise the interior is modern, the location is of course top in Kralingen.

Very bad service. Really not friendly, I had a number of very bad comments from the owner, I think. Once got the error about an order that almost went wrong because of himself. Very pregnant, I am standing in the queue and he literally lets someone in front because his colleague will be ready soon and he will help me. It got even worse: his colleague wasn't allowed to put white chocolate flakes on the bun because it was decoration? He suddenly had time to argue. And I also have to say that I can no longer have ice cream, which of course I absolutely do not want anymore, because I indicated that it is not nice at all: Very rude, I won't be coming here again. Even though the bulbs were too small, I came here and often bought double bulbs because it is close to my house. I'll continue driving to the village again. delicious bulbs, top service without any hassle.

Super slechte service erg onvriendelijk, al een aantal keer dat ik kom opmerkingen die onnodig zijn lijkt wel bijna persoonlijk, Ik kwam hier omdat het in de buurt is. Ook al zijn de bollen te klein bestelde altijd maar na onbeschofte reacties, terwijl ik hoog zwanger ben.heb hem ook een aantal keer zo tegen andere dames zien doen, heel apart ik zou lekker fietsen naar de meent

Ice creams are tasty but as other people mentioned prices are a bit high. But I had more annoying incident today. They asked for money for 2 small glasses of water they gave from the tap. They charged 3 Euros for the water which they didn’t read a barcode. If there was a bottle of water they kept outside (not a cold one), I would have bought it, but there wasn't any, so I had to ask for tap water for my daughter. Definitely not a nice customer experience.

Delicious ice cream, good portions. It's nice that there is a place outside to eat your ice cream in peace. A year later: ice cream is still tasty, but the prices have become absurdly high. Yesterday we had to pay 7.80 for 3 scoops of ice cream. We had received two pink cones for which you turned out to have to pay a 60 cent surcharge. Wasn't mentioned, wasn't said and the staff looked silly when I said something about it.

Put 4 ball in 1 cup is 6 euros, if you ask the lady put 4 ball separately in 2 cup, then it will be 8 euros.

Gnome walked in with his buddy for an ice cream after a delicious meal elsewhere. Enjoyed Doppio's ice cream again tonight. Blood orange with mint and caramel with sea salt and other delicious flavors in a cup.🏆😋😋😋. Tomorrow I'll try other flavors or not at all.😋🤷‍♂️As always, friendly service from the ladies behind the counter. Great address.🏆🍦👍

Delicious ice cream, a bit expensive.

You get the tastiest iced coffee ever at Doppio. Delicious vanilla ice cream with a good espresso and perfect whipped cream. Then a round of Kralingse Plas and all is well again. Friendly service and a nice place.

Gisteren twee ijsjes gehaald bij IJssalon Doppio. € 9,20 afgerekend voor 4 (mini) bolletjes ijs. Dacht eerst dat ik het verkeerd verstaan had. € 0,70 toeslag (per bol) toeslag voor Pistache ijs. Eigenlijk te gek voor woorden toch? Voor mij een reden om hier niet meer terug te komen.

Aanrader: sorbetijs bloedsinaasappel munt!

Classic original IJssalon ice cream (real Rotterdammers know the meaning of it), so can't go wrong here!

Leuke ijssalon met misschien best lekker ijs. Het ijs is niet aan mij besteed ben aan de overkant een softijsje gaan eten. Lekker en veel.

The best ice cream shop salon in Rotterdam, their bloed-sinaasappel sorbet is fantastic! Highly recommend dropping by on a hot summer day, or on a cold day too, it’s worth it ;)

Er is geen openbaar wc daar ze hadden in begin wel als je wilt plassen is dat niet mogelijk

Er stond een redelijk klantvriendelijk medewerker alleen stond hij wel op zijn blote voeten. Persoonlijk heb ik hier geen problemen mee maar dat kan voor andere wel een traumatische ervaring opleveren. Ook vroeg ik of ze bananen ijs verkochten, maar volgensmij was de medewerker klaar met de vragen en kwam die snoeihard klaar op me bolletje. Extreem plezante ervaring ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Will definitely grab a cone whenever I'm in the area. It's my favourite ice cream store in Rotterdam, better than some in the city centre. Just right balance of creaminess and stiffness. Love the oma appeltaart and cookie dough. €1,90 per scoop.

Serves a good cup of hot chocolate and coffee. If you like mildly sweetened hot chocolate, try one at this spot.

Sabes que tiene que ser bueno cuando llegas a las 9. 30 pm y hay una cola a la puerta. La cola va muy rápido y las opciones son increíbles. . . simplemente genial. . . . Ve y pruébalo. Tuve cheesecake de fresa y vainilla.
