What a disappointment. Zero service, zero croquettes. Zero hygiene, sticky table. I don't recommend it. The plain fries are good.

Best fries I've ever had. Everyone was very friendly. It was a bit pricey, but not too bad.

The fries are quite tasty, and the sauces that accompany them were also good to very good. The burgers were also quite good. What I didn't like so much were the prices. The prices were quite high for the portion size.

I ate here yesterday, but I'll never eat here again. For such an expensive place, it's a complete mess, with old frying oil, small portions, and everything overcooked. I honestly don't get the name "friet atelier" (fried workshop). It doesn't seem to match the actual image of the local chip shop; you pay 60% less but get better quality. Never again!

The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The price-quality ratio was disappointing: the food wasn't tasty and the fries were clearly overcooked. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience for me; this was the first and last time.

The guy who took my order was friendly, but otherwise, it was a very disappointing experience. "Flemish beef stew fries" were way overpriced, and you only got one piece of meat. The fries weren't very good either. The fries were very thick. If you like that, that's fine, but I didn't find them tasty. The stew was also mediocre. You have to pay extra for a small container of sauce. If the fries are already that expensive, I think that's a shame. I paid 16 euros for a small portion of fries, stew (sauce) with mayo, and a coke.

Very greasy fries. Not cooked properly. When I asked about the menu, he couldn't give me any recommendations or explanations. I also had the cheese croquette, which was tasty. The mayo wasn't "wow." The basil mayo... was surprising.

The fries were very tasty and you could take the sauces you wanted on the fries yourself, very friendly staff and you could also go to the toilet which was also very clean

Super delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. The Andalusia sauce is highly recommended, and refills are free.

Terrible chicken salad. I believe the cook does not know what herbs are, because the chicken tasted as if it had been cooked in water only. The rest of the "salad" was just some lettuce and a few tomatoes. Again, zero flavour.

Just paid 28 euros for two fries and two cokes, I think Serge should reconsider the concept or go eat at Bram Ladage in Tilburg. The portions were small and the taste was really no more than average. And if you have a studio instead of a chip shop, make sure the place is clean, several tables still with waste and no cloth or anything over it after clearing

Incredibly tasty fries, although there may be more flavors in the future, they know what food and customer service are, so come visit them!

Not to be repeated... No taste to the fries: I had the 'Indo Peanut' sauce that was covered in a thick (almost dry) layer over the fries, it literally seemed to come from a jar of chunky peanut butter. Some dried fried onions, a loose peanut and some green on top for decoration do not make it any better. The portion of 'Flemish beef stew' also sounded tasty, but was absolutely nothing special. If there had been salt on the tables it would have helped a bit, but oh well... The much too high price of the whole thing leaves a sour taste, which is considerably enhanced by the aftertaste of the 'Indo Peanut' sauce...

The Spicy Royal Rendang is absolutely phenomenal! Very hard working chef

Bad experience at Frietatelier Rosada. After a long wait, I was treated rudely by two employees, who even said I didn't have to come anymore. Most of the other staff members are friendly and fast. I am filing an official complaint about this.

What a wait! And if it were busy, you would understand. Delicious fries, that's not the case, but that's okay for that price.

Sergio Herman should be ashamed of himself. Terrible fries! The Indo peanut sauce was cold and inedible; it looked awful. The flavorless fries tasted more like mashed potatoes. We also had to wait way too long for our fries. The only thing that was good was the truffle sauce.

We were helped by a very sweet and friendly lady named Corine (I specifically asked her name). Very professional and helpful! The fries and sauces were delicious! The cheese and beef croquette were also delicious! We will definitely come back!

Strange way of ordering, not so clear instructions at the table or standing at the table, people in front of us still look at the menu, they didn't know yet, I managed to order 1 pack but had to wait until their food was ready, because someone was working only 1 person

We were the only ones waiting for food so we had a portion of fries and had to wait 16 minutes for it and it wasn't even tasty.

Waiting time is absurd. Staff can laugh sometimes. Young man is eating behind the counter. Headscarf that we had to order and pay for, cannot even say hello or hello and has a bit of an earworm. The whole store is useless.

I had fries with yakitori chicken and I really liked it. I would give it an 8.7 or 8.8. The reason I give it just under 9 is because I like it even better if the fries are a little crispier on the outside. is and they could also use a different choice of oil for frying which would give fries even more flavor, but I really like it!!

Overall an average experience. Chicken burger and fries were tasty, but the waiting time was a bit long. The prices are indeed reasonable, not entirely in line with what is offered.

The fries were certainly tasty. We ordered a hamburger, 1 portion of fries with stew and 2 drinks. €35!!!! There are large pumps with sauces for self-service. When I added a little mayonnaise to my fries, a lady immediately stood next to me and told me in a very unfriendly manner that that was not the intention and that I had to pay another 1 euro for it. I had read the sign wrong and the 2 free sauces are only for fries without topping. Fine girl, I'll give you 1 euro in a minute. We sat down at a table and she immediately stood next to me saying that she had to have that euro NOW. Of course I paid this euro, but uh, they won't see me there anymore. Hospitality is hard to find.

A total failure! If only we had read a few reviews beforehand. We just wanted a portion of fries for a quick hunger. We waited a good 15 minutes for this, even though our friends and we were the only guests. The fries were overly greasy and tasted like nothing, the ketchup was very sour. Considering that we paid just under €10 for a small portion of fries and water, it was clearly too bad.

Fries are mealy and nothing special. Standing with 4 staff, pace 0. Tables too dirty to handle. In short, ridiculously expensive, quality drama and a case too gross to tackle, so pass it by!

Dropped by for a quick bite on a friday evening. Prices are way too high for what you get. They have a kids meal on the menu, however my 10 yr old girl does not eat meat. So, I suggested to replace the chicken chunks by a cheese croquet. Now, the lady really wasn't allowed to do that! The frites were okay, but the price??? 61 euros for some oversalted fast food. Because, at the end of the story that is what it is. I can have a much tastier dinner with my family for that amount. Next time we'll go to the fastfoodrestaurants which are just outside Rosada. They will not necessarily be much cheaper or tastier, but at least they will be more flexible when it comes to combining your own meal...

Strange way of ordering. Not at the counter, but at a table somewhere. This was made clear in a very unfriendly way by an employee who also thought to tell us that we had to go to the back of the line. Which wasn't there. Put up an ordering post or a mega-sized arrow! Then the fries... not eatable! It has the potential to be tasty, but the ladies here do it by making it dregs, but dregs and not sufficiently cooked. I also think throwing salt on it unsolicited is a no-go. Tables are small and dirty, and it is not clear where to put your waste. Drinking time. You have to get the sauce yourself, it's not clear either. Save yourself a lot of trouble and give this a wide berth.

Pleasantly surprised to come across this in Rosada. Didn't know there was a branch at this location. I was a little suspicious as to whether this would be as good as the other locations, but this turned out not to be necessary. The food was perfect and the very friendly service/reception was also a bonus!

The way of ordering is a bit special. The place is a bit of a mix between a restaurant and a snack bar. I opted for the Korean burger. It tasted good but couldn't find the Korean twist. A bit pricey for a simple burger.

Fries look delicious at first glance. Until you start eating, you notice that it doesn't make any sense. For that price you expect it to be much better. Even the fries from the neighborhood chip shop taste 10x better. The oil drips from the fries and has no taste. Tables are all still full of dirt and nothing has been cleaned up. Real waste of money. Worst fries in all of Belgium. That is very sad for a top chef

Surpasses the fries from the snack bar on all fronts! Good combinations and good portions. We will definitely come back!

Long waiting time, staff not too friendly, expensive for what you get and not really tasty

I have been eating at Frites Atelier several times since about 2 years and have always been satisfied. But the last 2 visits very bad experience. The fries are very difficult to digest and you are still nauseous hours after the meal. We were there with 3 people and all three of us suffered from it so it can't be a coincidence. Very unfortunate, but on our next visit to the outlet we will definitely choose another lunch spot.

The fries were good as they should be. The portions are filling but not too large. The interior was quiet and fairly empty. I thought the prices were a bit on the high side for the portion and the drinks (especially for a small bottle of spa red). Tables around us weren't really clean.

don't recommend this place. Waited 5 minutes to place an order - no one was there for me. Then waited 25 minutes!! for 2 portions of fries. They say we have 6 types of sauces, of which only 3 were available. Girl packing the orders touched the fries with her hands. She touched her face and hair and then touched the fries 🤮🤮 The fries were so greasy that after eating a few fries I felt like I had drunk a glass of oil. Terrible place

The employee was filling the fries with her hands, she literally touched all the fries, I guess by chance she was sitting with her fingers around her nose and scratching her hair and touched all the fries with those fingers, this is really not possible!!!! I guess hygiene hasn't stopped here! I said this and got the comment that we all do, she said, and she was rude. I will never eat here again!

Most delicious fries and sauces I ever had... its always the highlight when I come to this outlet

For me a good place for tasty fries with stew. Operation is correct, prices are slightly more expensive than regular deep fryers. A stroke of luck.

This is not fries, all fat, strange color of fries and stench of burnt oil, so in short, tasteless👎 2 bowls of fries and 2 cokes € 20. Price-quality ratio below average.

I have read some comments here about greasy fries (or fries, whatever) and soft croquettes, but I honestly think it is due to the type of fries (or fries, whatever) or potato used as well as the type of home-made croquette. If you expect FEBO junk, then it's a bit strange. But honestly, I had a tasty meal. Would definitely come back if I'm at Rosada again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These were the worst fries I have ever eaten, if you can even call them fries. No taste and way too expensive. There was a lot of salt on it, but I couldn't even taste it. We left at least half of the bowl because we simply couldn't eat it.

Very expensive €10.50 for a portion of fries. A bit exaggerated

We have eaten at several "Frites Ateliers", but this was very substandard and does not live up to its name at all. 1 waiting in front of us, so we thought it was our turn. Unfortunately, not so. It took a little longer than usual, but that's still possible. We ordered 2 bowls of fries. We waited outside in the sun and the table next to us received their order after a while. The first thing the lady said was "hehe, finally". I already knew what time it was, but anyway, the order had already been placed and waiting was the only option. After 30 minutes we finally got our bowls of fries. Greasy, little flavor and downright bad. Besides the fact that it was not good, it is also quite pricey. 2 small bowls of fries and a coke for €20.20. Now I'm happy to pay a little more, but it has to be good. I don't know where it all went wrong, but everything got mixed up. 6 staff and there was no clear management. It was chaotic, very inefficient and it seemed like everyone was just doing whatever. If they continue to provide this quality and service, I am very curious how long they will last. Just read some of the reviews and I'm curious to see if they will do something with this. We are clearly not the only ones who experienced it as very bad.

Service and atmosphere could be much better, especially because the food is delicious. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as it should be. The burgers were deliciously fresh with distinct flavors that together created a real ecstasy in the mouth. Definitely worth repeating 👌🏻 Hopefully I can give five stars for the service

Firstly, we waited almost 45 min for just patat. We did not like and price is high for this quality.

More luxurious snack bar with new dishes. The dishes are not very large, but they are filling. The atmosphere is a bit less compared to other Frites Atelier branches: the layout of the tables is a bit more unpleasant. For the rest, the interior is nice and fits the concept.

Uninviting space, it looked like a butcher's shop, the fries were OK but not great, the staff was friendly.

Went today with my wife and I have to say they were the worst fries ever eaten and I eat fries every week, we paid 38 euros for fries that were so greasy that they completely stuck together, the chicken nuggets were cold, if you sell something like that in Belgium you will be bankrupt within a month, there were no people and then you get something like that after 20 minutes, even the ones from McDonalds are better

Fries were still good, Flemish stew was just disgusting 😡 wine too much and much too expensive, service is also nothing. They don't see us there anymore.

Poor quality fries and ridiculously expensive!

Today I had dinner here with a group of colleagues. We had high expectations in advance and they were certainly exceeded. We normally like fries, but this was a culinary taste sensation. We were served very hospitably and felt at home in the neat-looking restaurant. I recommend everyone to eat here.

Food was expensive, there was a woman behind the counter of the tent next door which we thought was strange. She also completely ignored us so we didn't order anything.

There was already a line to order when we walked in and many tables still waiting for their orders. Given the prices you also expect something, but unfortunately. We waited at least 40 minutes for our food (a croquette, a hamburger). Actually a mini croquette with fried parsley which has absolutely no added value and the croquette was very soft. It didn't break (which can happen when it's crispy), but collapsed like a pudding. Too high prices, no special food at all and staff is very slow. The front door does not close properly, so if you have a spot near the entrance, you have an extra activity.

The fries with beef stew were delicious, however, the extreme amount of added salt (opinion by everybody in our company) spoiled the delicious taste

Sat for 45 minutes, waiting for 1 fries and 2 croquet. Wrong order twice when picking up when the disc started flashing. Then went back twice to ask where and whether the order was ready. No sir, he's in there now! 10 minutes later nothing. Order was apparently lost. Finally informed that the order was no longer needed. Giving money back also turned out to be quite difficult. Oh yes, and the table and chairs were too disgusting for words!

Especially don't get fries here. It's expensive and you wait 15 minutes for 1 fries. We looked at the staff and that girl didn't feel like helping people with their orders and that man was really dawdling.

To the point, the person taking the order was very kind, other then that, behind the counter was a guy the only one dressed in black, was acting very arrogant towards other colleagues, constantly eating food, the kitchen was a mess and around it aswell, being used to the sergio herman standaard not only in frietes atelier in Antwerpen but aswell as in other places like le pristine and the cafe. Lets not talk about waiting for longer then 30 min for a buger and 1 fries. I dont mind the prices, but not for this, as the guy dressed in black just waited for hes colleagues to do most the work i got irritated and canceled my order, i will be back, because i know sergio wouldn't want this to be my experience. Unfortunately its difficult to find the right people and maybe even harder to offer good salaries and terms in this branche.

I entered with big hopes and came out rather disappointed. As a Belgian, I appreciate the good fries, and their seasoning seemed interesting. Other than waiting way too long, the fries where soaked in fat and greasy 😔. The person who took the order was however very prompt and kind.

Eten was zeer goed! Enkel de wachttijd was erg lang met weinig drukte en de tafels waren niet afgeruimd, maar het eten maakte het goed.

Heerlijke friet gegeten met truffel mayonaise! Bediening was aardig en snel. Verder een leuke nette tent!

Wij hebben deze uitgekozen, maar achteraf beetje spijt. Na vertrek had ik enorm buikpijn. Ik had een cheeseburger en 4 kids menu besteld. Mijn kinderen vonden de kip en friet lekker, ze hadden een limonade erbij, maar het was simpelweg water met kleur want er zat geen smaak aan, verder waren de tafels niet schoon en er was maar 1 personeel dus logisch dat ik geen ruimte had om mijn dienblad terug te zetten.

Frites waren lekker, maar bediening laat zeer te wensen over. Bijna alle tafels vol rommel, personeel niet vriendelijk en best lui... Jammer

Lekkere friet, aardig personeel. Wel wat aan de dure kant maar we hebben heerlijk zitten eten.

Voortaan alleen patat met mayo of andere saus, patat is verdomd lekker. Echt lekker. (Neemt niet weg dat de garnering ook prima smaakt) maar ik heb het graag apart. Soms komen er mensen met kinderen voor patatje met frikandel en appelmoes, is naar mijn inziens de zaak niet voor, tenzij kinderen ook iets anders willen proberen. Ook kip stukjes genomen, perfect en niet te zout. Kortom, prijzig maar heerlijk

Ik had de carbonara special besteld. Leek helemaal niet op de foto en smaakte ook helemaal niet naar Carbonara. Ipv een romige saus met spekjes kreeg ik een soort van grijze smurrie. De frietjes waren ook heel vettig (vettiger dan normaal) Het eten op de foto was al voor een deel van gegeten. Mijn 2 collega's hadden de frietjes met stoofvlees besteld en waren er ook niet tevreden over. Ziet er allemaal heel mooi uit maar zeker niet de moeite waard
