Gasterij Het Middenplein in Wijk 03 Enter (kern)

Very tasty coffee and delicious pastries made by the Gasterij itself.

Always delicious dining, a good menu, a nice atmosphere, and a beautiful building to boot.

A sandwich with... uh... filling. It was delicious!

Gasterij Het Middenplein in Enter is a cozy and welcoming place to enjoy a good meal and linger a bit longer. The staff is friendly and creates a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The menu offers plenty of choice, from a snack to an elaborate main course. A tasting platter is also a nice option if you want to try different flavors. 🍽️ The terrace is a lovely spot to sit in good weather, and with a beer in hand, you can easily spend an afternoon or evening here. 🍺 The overall feel is welcoming and friendly. The price-quality ratio is also good. For what you get, the prices are reasonable and the portions are fine. All in all, a cozy hospitality venue in Enter with friendly staff, a varied menu, and a pleasant terrace. Definitely worth a visit! 👍

Very good restaurant. We came here (2 persons) on a Sunday afternoon in August at 6 pm without reservation. It was already very busy. We still got a table and were served very fast. We skipped the starters and got very good main dishes and recommend for desert the strawberry trio. Very friendly staff, frequently asking if there are addional wishes.

Eaten here for the first time. Everything is just right here. Friendly service, delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere!

Had a delicious meal and super friendly service! For starters, eel with toast, which was a generous portion; for the main course, bavette and ribs. Wow, everything was so delicious. Prepared with love. Served with a nice platter of fresh fries, vegetables, and salad. Washed it all down with a Spanish coffee. Highly recommended. Thanks for the lovely evening and see you soon 👋👍👍

Good value for money. Friendly service. Fun with the children.

Had a delicious meal this afternoon. The steak tips and tuna sandwiches were perfect. Afterwards, I asked for ice cream, and that was arranged perfectly as well. Everything was in generous portions, and the price was very reasonable.

Delicious food, good wine, and friendly service. We love coming here 💜

Surprisingly cozy and very tasty, friendly staff, reasonable prices, definitely recommended

We had a delicious meal with our family!

Nice atmosphere. But on a busy evening, not a quiet restaurant. You can barely hear each other across the table. Super tasty food, our ribeye was perfect medium rare.

Nice place and good food with friendly staff. I thought the prices were a bit high, but you definitely get what you pay for.

High-quality and delicious food in a cozy restaurant. Friendly service. Large free parking nearby.

Always good and cozy, but make sure you reserve in advance, as there is a good chance that they are fully booked.

Had a wonderful evening, nice place. A bit crowded though.

We had a delicious meal! The food was prepared with great care. The service was very good and friendly. And the atmosphere was perfect!

I had lunch here around 2:30 on a workday. It was very quiet. I did have a delicious hot meat sandwich, though. Because I was sitting on the bench, everything was practically handed to me from behind. This didn't feel very pleasant. The staff is friendly.

Great atmosphere Excellent service More than excellent food 👍

Had a delicious lunch. They have a nice menu.

Enjoyed a delicious 8-course surprise menu with the family. The dishes were delicious, original, and perfectly matched to the season. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very friendly service there in enter

During our (repeated) stay in the area, we've now eaten there three times. Practically perfect. Very friendly service, beautiful location, and delicious food.

What a pleasant surprise, Gasterij Het Middenplein. Situated in a charming location, with a warm and genuine atmosphere that you immediately feel the moment you walk in. Everything is meticulously cared for, without feeling stuffy. The welcome was personal and friendly, and the team exudes both enjoyment and professionalism. For my starter, I chose the beetroot tartare with crispy brie, surprising in both flavor and texture. The cod that followed, with a subtle pepper sauce, was perfectly prepared. We finished with coffee and some delicate sweets! The owner himself came to our table briefly, visibly enjoying himself as he talked about his background in the business. Personally, I love it!

Had a lovely lunch here with my elderly parents for my father's 88th birthday. It's a lovely restaurant right in the center of Enter. The service is very friendly, welcoming, understanding, and helpful. The menu offers a good selection of delicious dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the restaurant is tastefully decorated. Parking is usually free nearby with a parking disc.

Good etten, vreandelik volk, mooie stea. Messen magnt wat skaarper.

Excellent restaurant! The surprise menu was superb! The courses were unique, diverse, and expertly composed. The accompanying wine pairing complemented this perfectly. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The location is also charming, with ample parking.

Delicious sandwiches, nice cozy atmosphere.

Always good, you don't have to wait in the back with John & Frieda

What a wonderful restaurant from spare ribs to the asparagus were very well prepared. A must in Enter

Nice restaurant! Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. My dietary requirements (due to pregnancy) were taken into account. Definitely recommended!

Hot chicken sandwich. Highly recommended.

The other reviews are correct. Good food, friendly staff, fair price.

Perfect location for a (business) lunch. Nice menu and good ambiance. Very friendly and professional service 👍

Very tasty meal. Started with a tasting, then trio of fish and ended with 20 year old Armagnac. Great evening with great service and at the end we had a nice conversation with the owners who took some time for it.

The controls are immediately noticeable. Extremely friendly and attentive. Then a very nice vitello tonato on the plate. With a delicious grilled piece of tuna. The main course was a nice piece of grilled salmon with scallops. The price-quality ratio and the exceptionally delicious coffee should not go unmentioned. The dessert completes it all. Unfortunately, this find is far from where we live, but if we are ever in the area again, it will be more than worth the detour.

Beautiful place, excellent food & friendly, quick service.. Boxing day, everything was in tip top condition 👌

Tasty food, good service and real quality

Without making a reservation, we had lunch at Gasterij Het Middenplein on Saturday afternoon. We had a delicious meal here. At our request, the lunch dish could be adjusted slightly so that it was gluten-free. The price-quality and quantity ratio is very good; You can have a filling lunch for a very reasonable price.

We ordered a tasting. 8 courses. It was delicious, all dishes were prepared with care. Friendly staff and there was a nice atmosphere. Something to go to again

This is a top location for lunch, dinner or a nice drink with a platter! Super spontaneous people, staff and service👍

Tonight we had the best veal steak ever. Very soft and tender. Finished with a cheese board with delicious cheeses. We ordered a sherry on the advice of the waiter. It fit in very well. Beautiful combination!

Very tasty food in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Enjoyed the tasting yesterday with 6 people! In a word, fantastic.

Delicious snacks in the evening and excellent service

Delicious lunch! Eel with salmon is highly recommended 🤩. Also super friendly service!

Had a truffle burger for lunch, perfectly ok. Friendly and good service

Cozy atmosphere, delicious food. Great evening!

Nice location for lunch or dinner. Often busy means it is a good restaurant. Varied menu with carefully composed dishes. Beautiful wines with reasonably filled glasses for a reasonable price.

Enjoyed an 8 course tasting menu. Very good. Nice and personal service.

Had a good lunch at this restaurant. Eel/salmon sandwich definitely recommended.

Very attractively decorated, super sharp service, you will not be short of anything, the food was great, had an 8 course menu and was always surprised by the great taste, keep it up

My favorite restaurant in Enter, always great food and personal and hospitable service

Been twice now and it was fine, delicious food...

Worthy of 5 stars…….? Of course!! We enjoyed it, it was a pleasant evening that was made possible by the friendly staff, the chefs who showed us the love for their profession and the total picture from interior, beauty to accessibility. We would love to come again. Oh yes, for those who read reviews, try the 8-course tasting, highly recommended.

Five years ago I wrote the following: Very friendly staff...delicious food. Just be careful when you eat soup. Bowl comes out of the oven and this is not told. You'll burn your fingers if you just touch the bowl. Very unfortunate and annoying that this was not reported in advance...I had really burned my thumb. You only get an "sorry" afterwards... maybe you should have said it beforehand... Now all I can say is, it was great. It was a lot of fun and above all super tasty...highly recommended. You really feel like a guest of honor...very friendly staff and very good service! Oh yes, I was now clearly told that the soup had just come out of the oven and was still very hot.... so the previous message really did something.... all praise for such a top restaurant!

Delicious food, prompt and professional service, cozy atmosphere and a nice restaurant in general.

You will receive the most friendly welcome, you will be helped quickly and no long waiting times for the food, great! The food was super tasty and well balanced!

Nice meal. Luckily we were able to go inside before the showers...

There is a nice restaurant on a pleasant square, along the main road. The lunch menu is general but good. Lactose-free and gluten-free eating is possible.

Eten is top!

Very tasty food and of good quality, friendly staff and nice decoration

Had a lovely lunch on the beautiful terrace. Nice dishes on the menu and we will definitely come back for dinner.

Nicely settled down, nice menu (strawberry sandwich!) Smooth, friendly service, beautiful classic-looking but modern building.

Delicious food Friendly staff. Beautiful location.

Great food , delicious Salmon and onion soup. Truly recommend!

Ribeye was excellent and the eel on toast was delicious.

Nice place, very tasty food and lovely staff.

Atmospheric restaurant, delicious food and friendly employees. The prices are generally a bit higher, but the quality was top. I don't think I've eaten such good tournedos before.

Excellent dining option, cozy, good restaurant. Delicious lunch with lots of high quality choice. Attentive staff.

Book in advance! We sat comfortably on the couches. Just very tasty. Doesn't disappoint anyone; appropriate prices. “Worth a detour”

Food was well prepared and tasty! Well worth it!

Very good restaurant, delicious food with a nice menu. Attentive service. In short, this is the perfect place for an evening of enjoyment

Yep, this is a good restaurant. Enjoyed the eight-course dinner. Tasty and varied dishes. Price, environment and service are good and solid. Open kitchen and the chef also says goodbye to you at the end. Nothing to complain about? Maybe one of the eight will have a bigger and surprising taste explosion?

I was there from work. But it was so good. Atmosphere warm and cozy. Good terms and top food, super tasty and sufficient. It was a pre-arranged arrangement because we were there with the entire company.

Heerlijke plek om te eten. Diner was perfect en de bediening erg attent.

Nette sfeervolle locatie. Lekker 12uurtje. Prima bediening.

We komen hier snel weer terug.

Heerlijk eten, fantastische service.

Vlotte bediening heerlijke lunch gehad!

Constante kwaliteit en altijd goed.

Fantastisch! Alles was top! Het eten was heerlijk. Prachtig gebouw en mooi ingericht. Vriendelijk personeel. We komen zeker terug.

Top gegeten
