Gastrobar Bij Rozendaal in Wijk 04 Enschede-Noord

Had to wait an hour before the food or drinks were served. Service was very slow. Pasta was lacking salt. The 7 course menu has been delicious and fresh in the past but it was very average this time.

Great place to visit, lovely area. I loved my sandwich which was well made and tasty. Others on the table enjoyed their food too.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, ook voor onze hond. Heerlijke lunch gegeten en koffie gedronken. Vriendelijk eigenaar die vertelde over z'n teleurstelling dat hij mogelijk moet gaan stoppen. Oproep aan B&W van Enschede : laat deze ondernemer niet in de kou staan en steun zijn onderneming.

Delicious lunch at Rozendaal. Especially when the weather is nice, you can have a lovely lunch on the terrace. I especially recommend the bread with (lots of) tuna.

Great industrial spot! Lovely on the patio or inside, both are cozy. Very friendly staff, and it's always nice to be able to peek into the kitchen.

Service was not very fast. We wanted to order a high tea, but heard that we should have ordered it a day in advance. Then do not put the high tea on the menu or state that this is only possible with reservation. They have an open kitchen, but the risk of cross-contamination is quite high. They were cooking meat and seafood on the same cutting board. I ordered a chai latte, but this was a cheap infusion with a bag of English breakfast tea in it. Carpaccio sandwich is recommended! At checkout I was not asked if everything was satisfactory, otherwise I would have told you personally.

Recommended! Super hospitable and welcome by the host! Nice dishes, good wide choice of wine, cozy atmosphere both inside and outside on the terrace. Nice place and surroundings.

The food was tasty but you don't get enough, we had a 7 course menu, but we left with a moderately full stomach. I wouldn't recommend it, if you want to eat somewhere good.

Quiet this evening, a delicious and pleasant dinner with the chef's appetizer selection. The wishes of our pescetarians were taken into account very carefully, and we thought all dishes turned out particularly well: delicious, beautiful flavor combinations, well balanced, not too large dishes, and very satisfied after 6 courses. Just ordered via home delivery. Two sourdough sandwiches, an iced coffee and a smoothie. The iced coffee was literally sweet filter coffee with milk, without ice…. It's that I had ice cream myself, but otherwise I would have just drunk lukewarm bad milk coffee. Five euros for that junk is really not possible. I don't think they really know what sourdough is here because we just got a piece of white baguette. In addition, the sandwiches were incredibly bland and could really use some salt or sous. Smoothie was tasty, but you don't need a lot of brain function to throw fruit and orange juice into a blender. Sandwiches were still eatable after some salt and pepper. The iced coffee is unforgettable. 2 ass.

Super lekkere knoflooksaus ,nog nooit zo een lekkere saus gehad van de kok ,en nog een super lekkere aanrader de cheese cake die moet je zeker proberen ..super lekker .

I know from experience that you can eat there very well, but if you come at 3:50 PM (yes, it is a bit late) and then only get help after 4:00 PM, so you can't order lunch but from the lounge menu, it felt a bit strange.

Heerlijk gegeten in een hele mooie zaak! Advies om de meter voorgerechten te verlengen met een meter hoofdgerecht was super! Allemaal kleine gerechtjes. Echt heel lekker gegeten en tegen een prima prijs. Wij komen graag terug.

Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. Meter starter was super tasty (especially salmon rilette!) The offer to add a meter main course was a great idea! Would love to come back!

Deze zaak is duidelijk niet meer wat het geweest is. De gastheer is totaal niet klantgericht en oogt overspannen. Totaal ongeschikt. Ook in het aansturen van zijn bediening.

Beautiful location, where you can enjoy delicious food

It was busy so we had to wait a long time for our food. Sate was mediocre, the fries broom salt. The white cheese salad was fantastic! Pricey: an aperitif for 9.50 is probably too expensive. Nice atmosphere.

Heerlijke vegetarische gerechten. Mooie wijn en bierkaart. Centraal gelegen en op 50 meter gratis parkeren. Gastvrij personeel.

Hygiene is really not in order in terms of food and the restaurant itself. Dirty chairs, food remains on the floor and even worse, no hygienic handling of food. No washing of hands before preparing food and even worse, soup that was really inedible (tasted by us) was put back in the pan. Nice open kitchen... Even though this has been indicated, there has been no response to this, this is not worthy of a chef! Super nice location but completely out of order...just bad.

I had a delicious meal here with my girlfriend. A very nice location with surprising dishes. We had the 6-course dinner. Good price/quality ratio and the wines are also very tasty. Recommended!

Special place. Extensive lunch menu. Friendly service. Come and sit in a nice spot. Lunch took a little longer due to quite a crowd. But on the other hand, very tasteful.

After a visit to the museum factory, we had a bite to eat at Gastrobar at Rozendaal in Enschede. Nice ambiance, industrial and modern furnishings with cozy seating areas and corners. Friendly staff. My table companion had a Roombeek bouncer for 11 euros. 2 generously filled sandwiches with 3 fried eggs, cheese, ham, pickle and a lettuce leaf, several slices of tomato and cucumber as garnish. There is a choice of bread and ham, cheese or one of both. I had the Croque Madam for 9 euros. 2 brown sandwiches with cheese, one fried egg (not a fried egg as stated on the menu), a bag of ketchup, one slice of cucumber and tomato. I thought the difference in price and quantity between the two dishes was very large. The fries ordered were fine. A cone of brown and crispy French fries with 2 types of mayonnaise. All in all a delicious meal.

I was there for a Christmas dinner with the company, but there were only frills. Not for me and many like me.

We hebben hier gegeten (walking diner) met het team van mijn werk. Het eten was smakelijk en gevarieerd. Aardige bediening en een fijn terras. Kan het zeker aanbevelen.

Sfeervolle gelegenheid, hier heel gezellig mijn verjaardag gevierd met 35 personen. Uitstekende hapjespan en goede service.

Hier gekozen voor het 7 amuses diner. De zalm, niet gezouten De kreeftensoep, veel te sterk en de garnaal die er in lag was veel te droog gebakken. De entrecote, niet gezouten...te gaar De risotto. Te lang gekookt en was een rijstebrij, geen risotto te noemen Extra gerechtje was tournedos met truffel. Tournedos was te gaar en teveel truffel, geen truffel rasp maar flinterdunne schijfjes waardoor de truffel smaak gewoon te sterk was. Maar ook dit gerecht miste de zout. De amuses waren oke maar misten net de finesse die je bij een Gastrobar wel graag proeft. Al met al geven we voor de amuses een 6 en voor de bediening ook een 6 Meerdere malen om kraanwater moeten vragen Ruim 70 euro uitgegeven aan 2 flessen wijn maar alsnog mochten we 3,50 betalen voor een karaf kraanwater waar zonder dat wij daarom gevraagd hebben wat citrus schijven aan toe waren gevoegd. Een karaf was ongeveer 700 ml water € 10,50 aan gewoon kraan water moeten betalen....schandalig. Het was een hele beleving maar dit geld, naar onze mening,niet waard.

Mooie plek in het opgebouwde Roombeek. Startplek met een buffet voor de rondleiding met collega's door het Roombeek. Was boeiend.

Prima plek om na een bezoek aan het museum even te lunchen en koffie te drinken. Die koffie is goed. De lunch oke maar in verhouding prijzig. De jonge bediening was vriendelijk maar liet wel wat steekjes vallen. Nu was het wel druk want het terras was vol maar de medewerkers leken geen efficiënte structuur te volgen waardoor er te vaak iemand aan je tafel kwam zonder dat zij signalen oppikten van de klanten of de tafel zoals het weghalen van kopjes of borden terwijl nog niet iedereen klaar was. Ondertussen was het wel heerlijk weer en prettig vertoeven in deze gastrobar.

Mooi plekje, vriendelijke bediening. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is matig. Op de broodjes zalm (€16,50) moest de zalm echt gezocht worden en de avocado was vergeten, maar er zat wel bijna een volledige tomaat op. Dat kan beter. Lekkere patatjes.

Heerlijk gegeten! 5-gangen amuse menu echt een aanrader!! Mooie gerechtjes en goed op smaak! Top bediening en gemoedelijke warme sfeer en goede wijnen per glas! We hebben genoten!!!

Afgelopen zomer paar maal geweest,personeel, comsumtie,s prima. Borrelplank 2x terug gestuurd, toilet lijkt in geen jaren schoongemaakt, langs randen en accersoires, net als de rest van het restaurant, veel lawaai( omwonende ook last van) geen aanrader.

Veel geld voor heel weinig eten. Mooie locatie, heerlijk op het terras in het zonnetje gezeten. Toen ik de menukaart zag, zag ik de stevige prijzen. Toch als het goed is en voldoende vind ik dat geen probleem. Helaas, hele kleine porties. €13,50 voor 1 boterham met wat vlees een hand vol rucula en €15,- voor een kleine flammkuchen. Porties hadden we 2x zo groot mogen zijn! We gingen met honger naar huis.

Coole Location. Haben dort schön drinnen gesessen. Draussen im Sommer bestimmt auch sehr toll. Die Frittten mit zwei Sorten Mayonnaise waren außerordentlich lecker.

Altijd top, fijne sfeer en altijd lekker.

Zeer attente bediening, prima lunchkaart.

Wij aten een heerlijk 3-gangenmenu. Met prima wijnen. Prettige bediening, Bij Rozendaal is aan te raden!

Hightea gehad. Heerlijke en complete Hightea! Vooraf met een carpaccio, etagere met hartig en etagere met zoete lekkernijen. En een dessertje toe. Vriendelijke bediening en gezellige plek om te zitten.

Voor een gezellige bijeenkomst in "Bij Rozendaal" geweest. Het was weer prima (eerder al een paar keer geweest). De sfeer vind ik altijd al fijn. Je kan relaxed zitten en je laten verwennen met alles wat de kaart te bieden heeft. Nu was er een vaste volgorde van hapjes, ook allemaal heel smakelijk. Klein verbeterpuntje: niet alle personeel met hapjes was bekend met handige looproutes waarmee je iedereen kan bedienen. Overigens nu alleen binnen gezeten, met beter weer is het buiten ook heerlijk toeven.

Lekker eten, doet de prijs helemaal recht aan, smaakpapillen verwennerij, prettige bediening, was door de week en dus wel heel rustig, open keuken is wel heel prettig

Prachtig café-restaurant met goede keuken in voormalige textielfabriek.

Met twee personen geluncht. Allebei egg Benedict. Was erg lekker. Mocht iets warmer. Leuke tent, industrieel, gemoedelijk.

Wij hadden een feest op de rooftopbar Bij Rozendaal. Een prachtige locatie en heerlijk verzorgde hapjes en drankjes.

Fijne sfeer en leuke plek voor een bijeenkomst!

Super lekker eten, leuke sfeer, unieke locatie (zowel binnen als buiten). Ook voor grote groepen echt super. Goede en vriendelijke bediening.

Op zondagmorgen koffie gedronken, ober doet het ontzettend leuk.
