Ordered fries for 1, secretly charged double the price. Hygiene also bad.

It's scandalous, I had to leave a review from the shop owner, that old man is friendly, not that, but come on, you make food, the food was inedible, I grilled chicken kapsalon and durum chicken, it was inedible, it looks like they are heating up the food a few times. one after the other, I happened to be standing outside before my pick-up time and I hear the microwave ringing a few times, I thought no, it can't be done for customers, but probably for my own use, especially when I was inside the shop and found a family with small children, probably the owner's family, I was surprised that it was all done for my order, shop smells like beer that would make you puke, you have 2 things that have nothing to do with it, nice owner, but the food, sorry Even my own cat couldn't eat it at all. The food doesn't even deserve a star, that's why I can only give one star and not half because this is not worth it for your money, I would have been better off not ordering just waiting until the next day, there are plenty of other restaurants that are opening with FRESH FRIES CHICKEN EVERYTHING YOU OFFER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS he actually had to give me money for this food that could not be eaten by a human or a cat..

I didnt get my order. I contacted with Thuisbezorgd and they said the owner of restaurant dont want to give me money back! He is thief! He stole my money . Its scam. I will report this.

NEVER ORDER HERE! They never even sent my order. I stayed up all night untill 7 o'clock and still it didn't arrive even though it said it would arrive at 02:30. Can't get in contact with Restaurant. Probably not going to get money back if I'm reading other reviews! Never go or order here!

Besides it's being one of the most friendly places in Amsterdam, they also have one of the best "Turkish Pizza" aka "Lahmacun" The owner is extremely friendly and the food is amazing, the service is very good and the owner makes the atmosphere amazing, definitely a place to recommend.

Great guy! Cooked decent food for me in 20 minutes at 3 AM, so not much to complain about. The owner is very sociable and has a great story, so if you like to chat while you're waiting for your food, it's a plus.

I'm visiting Amsterdam for 4 nights and surprisingly after a certain hour during the night, it is almost impossible to find some place to eat. But then, there's Gely. The owner is really nice, we had a really nice conversation, the food is quite good and he closes the store at 6 am and prices are fair. The only thing I personally didn't like that much, it was the prescence of flies all over the place, tha could makes you think that the food might get you sick, but actually nothing happened.
