Waited 1.5 hours on Wednesday evening and received a cold pizza. Complaint filed but 0 compensation. Never order here again. Very unfortunate, I think if the pizza had been warm it could have been quite tasty.

Best place in Amsterdam, always good food. You can choose anything, paninis, pasta, pizzas, everything is perfect. It couldn't be better. And the delivery is always good too!

This place does not deserve one star, bad service, arrogant man behind the cash register, without respect, everything in a hurry, I regret that I ate here, never again!!! Mister didn't even want to make me a half and half pizza and I paid the final jackpot for a TOP pizza!!

I have ordered many times from this place in the past two years. I have to say previously it used to be good with few exceptions once in while so I continued ordering and it was ok. Recently, the service and food has been very bad, the food comes later than expected time, the pizza quality has significantly declined and the past two orders, there were long delays and when I called them, no one responded the call. I decided not to order from this place anymore.

The spicy chicken burger and chicken Wings were amazing 👌

Ordered food, waited long(2 hours) just to call them and find out they never received it and can’t do anything about it.

We order food and wait for 2 hours then I call and they say it's going out now it's busy but you as a restaurant have to call the customer and say it's busy but the final score is the food is cold and send it back but they want me money 50 euros don't give them back. This way you can easily become rich

If you order a tuna pizza, you get a red onion pizza. You report it and you get a response about what should I do for you

I ordered a kapsalon chicken satay, but received a kapsalon without sauce. The dish was tasteless and disappointing. I immediately contacted the restaurant to complain about this, but they denied that there was anything wrong with the order.

I ordered through Thuisbezorgd and the food never arrived. Then I tried calling them and the number they have listed is not even in use.

Wij hadden hier een pizza Hawaï met knoflooksaus erbij (rare keuze maar ja) besteld die 14 euro kostte. De pizza was helemaal oud en de ham op de pizza was helemaal uitgedroogd en verbrand. Ook hadden we 2 kapsalons besteld voor 9 euro per stuk waar ten eerste de patat die erin zat was zowat aardappelpuree en de shoarma was helemaal aangebrand en het alle ergste was nog dat de groente erop bedorven was. ECHT SCHANDALIG! HIER NIET BESTELLEN WANT JE KRIJGT ECHT TROEP VOOR EEN DURE PRIJS!

Een aanrader buiten de pizza's om is de kapsalon mix kip/shoarma met twister friet heerlijk

Fijn dat ze het meteen hebben opgepakt Bedankt... 5 sterren Irritant, je kan via site bestellen maar wordt niks geleverd! Telefoonnummer doet het niet! Via IDeal betaald, nou krijg ze dan maar eens te pakken als je je geld terug wilt... verdienen 0 sterren, het is dat ik er 1 moet aanklikken om te posten. Lekker zo geld verdienen!!!

Lieferant war sehr freundlich obwohl er uns nicht so schnell gefunden hat und warten musste weil schneller geliefert als thuizbezorgd app angezeigt hat deshalb essen leider kalt gewesen aber war okay für 0 Uhr Mitternacht Bestellung.. Danke & Sorry für Wartezeit aber das müsst ihr checken was mit der app falsch läuft wenn Countdown zeigt das noch 30 Minuten dauert obwohl schon angekommen ist..

Heerlijk ga vooral zo dooorrr echt een aanrader heb besteld binnen 20 minuten was de vriendelijke bezorger met ze lach op ze gezicht voor de deur met de overheerlijke pizza's heel erg bedankt ga zo door heren

Ik ben zelf al jaren klant bij pizzeria presidente , en ben altijd goed behandeld door de personeel . Zeer lekkere pizza`s en ook pasta is erg lekker bij presidente . Zeker een aanrader 👍. Ik kom er zeker 2 keer per week
