Very slow service... by the time you get to the counter, they are already busy with all sorts of things instead of serving us and our food. Then you can wait 20 minutes for a sandwich that is ready in 3 minutes.

Just make it simple and tasty. Ordered a large portion of fries and got half a bowl full. The quality of the food is just good enough. There were rock-hard fries in there that had been fried multiple times. Also, the amount of mayonnaise was extremely small in proportion to the fries.

Today I went to gewoon en lekker (ordinary and tasty), but unfortunately, my visit was quite disappointing. When I walked in, it was absolutely chaotic. I placed my order and asked how long it would take. I was told, "about 10 minutes," but I ended up waiting 25 minutes. The chicken was dry and tasteless. What also didn't help was that the woman working there had clearly lost track. She was walking around with a tray and couldn't remember whose order it was – very unprofessional. Two weeks ago, I had a similar bad experience. I placed an order online for pickup at 12:30. But when I arrived, it turned out the order hadn't been made at all. I had to wait another half hour. And this didn't just happen to me; other customers also complained about long wait times and poor organization. All in all, it just doesn't feel right here. The service is chaotic, the communication is poor, and the food is subpar. I won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Ordered a ham bouncer after 45 minutes and a lot of whining in the kitchen, you get a cold bouncer, the discussion at the cash register was more important, don't just bring your food!!! never again 🤪😩😩

Ordered an hour in advance online. On-site, I waited another half hour due to kitchen chaos. On top of that, I had to settle for a different type of sandwich because "otherwise it would take even longer, ma'am." Dissatisfied customers are told there's nothing they can do about it, so let's start with an apology for the wait. Now I can't eat my sandwiches during my break... and this affected other customers. Despite the good quality of the food, I'm very disappointed. If a snack bar can't handle a Wednesday lunch rush...

Although the staff is incredibly friendly, I won't be coming here again anytime soon. Cold and not properly cooked eggs, without cutlery, salt and pepper was under the bun, it was a real shame, I expected more for this price. Next time try somewhere else.

I had a delicious sandwich with smoked salmon, onions, egg and rocket salad. The waitresses are very polite and friendly.

Perfectly arranged for two classes of fries and snacks delivered to the location. Accurate, thoughtful, and high quality. Excellent. 👍🏼
