You get fast a table but it takes long till someone take your order. Food is good, and service team are friendly.

Service was slow, but apologetic. Food was great, but overpriced. About what you'd expect from a hotel restaurant.

Go somewhere else. Food was nothing special and it took ages to see the waiter. I would just go somewhere else. It is a pity, because the restaurant looks fantastic, I love the space and atmosphere.

Very simple food, overpriced. Staff without experience. If there are more than 2 customers it becomes too much for them to handle.

I confirm the many reviews here, the food is good but you really have to be patient to be served. We had to wait 1 hour to eat, it was a bit busy but that doesn't justify the delay. If you're really hungry and in a hurry to eat, then move on.

The food is really good (if expensive), but the service is abysmal. At dinner and at the coffee bar we had to ask multiple times to get anyone's attention. Had to ask reception to get somebody to do coffee. Food was left at the staging counter for several minutes, even we heard the ready bell first. We were the only customers present, so it's not like they were busy.

We ate at the restaurant. We are not the hotel guests and the service was exception. Thanks to Musi and thank you to the waiters. Was very tasty

Absolutely terrible service. We had to wait even though there were very few customers, our order was incomplete, and dessert arrived after our coffee... The menu was very limited and the food was mediocre.

Had a great new year dinner here. The food was delicious. I ordered vegan curry and tea. The vegetables really fresh and sweet, and there were some tea options. The waiter really kind, he let me refill the hot water without extra charge.

This is an Excellent restaurant! One of the Top in Amsterdam and probably in Whole of Holland! The food was exquisite, its not too expensive as you can pay the same amount in any random restaurant around the city, but here the quality was over the top! Highly recommend it! Can go there for office gatherings/dinners or for your partner’s anniversary and for your birthday It suits all occasions! And the service was extremely good and friendly!

Business lunch with someone who was in the Netherlands for a few days. Choice wasn't really wide. Quality is not really special either. Service had no focus or attention that day. Location was convenient in relation to Haarlem and Schiphol.

We enjoyed a magical dinner experience with our family of 6 people. Our private waiter Claudio was really nice and he gave us special attention which was especially appreciated by the kids! In between the courses we even saw the animations of the other courses. The food itself was excellent! This is really worth it to enjoy with loved ones!

Wat een gewèldige ervaring, een 3d diner bij Le Petit Chef in het Novotel in Hoofddorp. De tafel wordt voorafgaand aan elk gerecht getransformeerd in een 3d bioscoop, waar Le Petit Chef avonturen op en rond je bord beleeft. Na elk avontuur gaat hij ten onder en komt vervolgens je echte eten, wat verdomd veel lijkt op het diner dat Le Petit Chef zojuist in de film had klaargemaakt. De gerechten waren verrukkelijk! Onze tafelheer Elfion was een fijne, lieve gastheer! De kosten van het diner liggen wel hoger dan een gewoon diner, maar je ervaart de avond wel als een hele beleving. Leuk voor jong en oud!

We hebben een geweldige avond gehad met ons gezinnetje. We hebben gelachen met de chef, genomen van het lekkere eten, het personeel is heel warm en vriendelijk, ... Een echte aanrader!

I stayed at the Novotel Hotel, so I used it for dinner and breakfast. During dinner, I had to follow the waiter several times because the food I ordered didn't come out. At breakfast, there were many Japanese customers and so many Japanese people were speaking that I almost forgot that I was in the Netherlands. Breakfast is buffet style, so you can eat as much as you like.

Very pleasant time at the gourmet bar, the service was really good, servers smiling and attentive! The dishes were delicious! We had a great time, we highly recommend if you have the opportunity to stay at the Novotel!

My family and friends enjoyed the private dinner with Eef. The experience was one of a kind and the food had a generous portion (come with empty stomach). We liked Eef who entertained us the whole night.

Heel mooi en sfeervol restaurant met vriendelijk personeel, veel internationale hotelgasten dus je wordt wel in het Engels aangesproken door de bediening. Eten vulde goed; wij hadden een zuurdesem breekbroodje met aioli en tapenade vooraf en als hoofdgerecht de vegetarische cannelloni en de zalm. De smaak was verder niet heel speciaal.. Wij waren €50 kwijt met z’n tweeën.

Lekker geluncht, goat cheese sandwich en de grilled brie sandwich met parmaham zijn zeker aan te raden!

Great ambience and diverse choices. Menu could offer a few more lunch options for example: veggie burgers and tunasalad on bread and a mixed platter of starters for two. Parking is easy as the local Park and Ride (p+r) is adjacent and connected to the hotel and its restaurant (gourmet bar). Remembwr to request your discount code to be stamped on your parking card before you head out to pay and leave. Staff : very responsive and helpful. You can also have a working lunch with laptop power (if needed).
