Although it sometimes takes a while for the food to arrive, it is of very good quality. Highly recommended if you stay at the hotel. We highly recommend the cauliflower, meatballs and chicory with burrata. Also many vegetarian options on offer. Thanks!

Naeve de Paort is our favorite restaurant in the Heuvelland. We always like to come here to gain energy after a busy week. The food is delicious, with special and surprising dishes and flavors. It is beautifully presented. Everything here is done attentively and carefully. The service is always friendly and calm. We feel welcome and spoiled. We hope this gem will continue to exist for a long time!

We ordered two homemade lemonades. They brought us cooldrinks (branded). We asked if that's the lemonade and they said yes. I then later ordered the homemade lemonades from the menu but it never came. After 40mins it still wasn't there so we just paid and left, they also didn't check up on us in that time. Pretty disappointing because it's otherwise a nice establishment 🥲

The concept of sharing dishes is fun, but the execution is less so. The menu recommends ordering 2 to 3 dishes per person. Because it takes a very long time for the dishes to be served, they end up too spread out on the table. A side dish is then served as one of the last dishes after an hour and a half. It is therefore advisable to make and serve the dishes faster. We wanted to do a 2nd round but we were unable to get the attention of the staff (understaffing?).

When the sun broke through, we had a nice lunch at Naeve de Paort. As usual very (child) friendly, hospitable and delicious food. In a super beautiful location.

Every corner was taken care of down to the last detail and the atmosphere was exactly as we imagined it. The cocktails and dinner were of exceptional quality. Our guests were full of praise for the delicious drinks and excellent food. The snacks served during the party were original and tasty, ensuring that everyone enjoyed themselves throughout the evening. What was most valuable to us is the care and attention the team paid to us. We didn't have to worry about anything and were able to fully enjoy our day. The staff was professional, friendly and always available to ensure everything went smoothly. In addition, it was fantastic that we could spend the night with all the day guests, and the breakfast was also super organized! All in all, we can highly recommend Naeve de Paort to anyone looking for a perfect location for their wedding or other special event. They exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable day. Because we were the only visitors in the restaurant, I cannot say much about the atmosphere, but every attention was given to you. The chef's menu was a surprise, which also means there is a chance of dishes that are not quite up your alley, but that is your choice. The stated allergy was not taken into account, this was due to the waiter who had just started, I think because he did not know everything about the dishes, so the owner came to explain. It is an interesting challenge because it is a kind of tapas restaurant with plenty of choice. Not 5* because we only ate once.

Gorgeous food with a Spanish twist, fabulous cocktails and homemade liqueurs. Two beer gardens for days like today, one of which has a small playpark. Ample free parking but only a beautiful one hour walk, or 20-minute cycle ride, from Valkenburg.

What a nice and special place! We had a delicious dinner here. An attractive and special location in combination with unique and delicious dishes. Top beers and wines on the menu. The service was also excellent. We will definitely come back here more often!

We sat here on the terrace today in the afternoon. Our 5-year-old son had a great time in the playground. Wide choice of tasty and unusual drinks! This also applies to the drinks menu, the crispy chicken pieces were delicious, finally no bitterbal ;). Then we sat inside and enjoyed the evening menu. The bavette and scampi were very tasty, as were the mini squid from the specials menu. Plenty of choice for children too! My husband always has something to say, but finally not today. You are doing well and we will definitely be back!

Of course you can have lunch and dinner here. And during my previous visit I enjoyed a delicious and surprising lunch. But how nice is it if you receive a warm welcome at any time of the day and are welcomed with open arms even for just a cup of coffee? So this evening two cups of coffee and a piece of cheesecake. That's it. 😊 The staff is not only very friendly but also a full-fledged barista, who creates a delicious flat white or cappuccino with great dedication. The cheesecake was homemade and completely to my taste. Fresh, firm and creamy. And especially not too cold. A few words about the menu: it is not only very complete but also full of surprising and tasty combinations. You'll find me here more often!

Cozy decorated restaurant. Friendly staff. Chose to choose from the menu (shared dinner), tastes varied. Lots of fat on the souvlaki. And the fried dishes all had the same strong aftertaste. I expected a little more given the other reviews.

Enjoyed a shared surprise menu from the chef: 1 cold course and 2 hot courses: a nice varied selection and extensive palette of flavors. Neatly prepared and full of flavor, beautiful rosé on the side and ... great!

Wat heerlijk! Onverwacht hier terecht gekomen maar echt genoten. Leuk concept, goed eten, fijne bediening en mooie zelfgemaakte likeuren. In alles een aanrader. Hier gaan we vaker komen.

Heerlijk gegeten met shared dining. De drop likeur is echt lekker en kan je in de fles kopen. Echter, het is 0,2 liter en geen 0,5... Maar verder was het allemaal erg lekker!

Fantastische plek met ontzettend goed eten. Het personeel is zeer attent en zorgt ervoor dat je een heerlijk ontspannen avond of middag hebt.

Eten/drinken: geen opgewarmde/gefrituurde ingekochte tapas, maar verschillende originele gerechtjes met Spaanse twist (risottoballen, varkenswangen, stokvis...). Het eten was zorgvuldig bereid, goed op smaak en aangevuld met een eigen blond bier van de tap. Als souvenir kan je een fles gebrouwen koffielikeur of limoncello meenemen. Locatie: in het dorp, net van de doorgaande weg. Achterterras is rustig en op het zuiden gericht.

Op basis van reviews een diner geboekt voor 8 mensen. Een mooie locatie met een klein speeltuintje voor de Kids. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het concept vraagt enige toelichting van de bediening. Het was helaas niet mogelijk om het verrasingsmenu en losse menu's te bestellen? We zaten in een gedeelte waar meerdere groepen zaten. Het was zeer luidruchtig en daardoor was het moeilijk om een gesprek met een medetafelgenoot te voeren. De kwaliteit van het eten was niet slecht maar ik had beter verwacht.

Wat een fijn concept. Gezellig en heeeeerlijk gegeten. Echt alles was lekker en bijzonder.

Leuke zaak heerlijke koffie ben en eten wij missen ze ontzettend in de plaats echt waar ze jarenlang hebben gezeten en waar we vaste klant waren nu gaan we zeker nog eenkeer naar hulsberg maar het dagelijkse wat we zomers deden dat kan helaas niet
