Cozy little Greek restaurant, the food is tasty although the Gyros was not really Greek, more like shawarma. Service is good and actually most Greek restaurants are good. Definitely recommended and will definitely come back again.

Greek restaurant Olympia in Roosendaal has been a household name for us for decades, and the recent restart is nothing less than fantastic news! We have been coming there for more than 25 years and it feels like coming home every time. The authentic Greek food, warm atmosphere and hospitality make every visit unforgettable. We would like to congratulate Stratos and his team on the acquisition and wish them every success in this new phase. We look forward to enjoying the delicious dishes and the warm welcome for many years to come. For us, Olympia remains the culinary jewel of Roosendaal.

Here you can literally eat heavenly. The food is very good. Staff very friendly and the prices are also very friendly. A tip, eat from the menu. We are regular guests and come back here regularly

Ik was vóór COVID meerdere keren in dit restaurant geweest, het was mijn favoriete restaurant. Toen ging ik terug in oktober van dit jaar en alles was veranderd. Ik heb altijd het tapasmenu gedaan, maar nu was het eten van zeer lage kwaliteit, porties die al klein waren, zijn nu nog kleiner, de manier van koken was totaal anders. Ik dacht: staat op het punt failliet te gaa en ik zou daar nooit meer terug willen! Nu begrijp ik waarom! Ik geef de nieuwe eigenaar nog een kans!

Delicious food. Bread as an appetizer, but that came very quickly after we received the bread with spreads. Main course was also very tasty/good.

Last weekend (Saturday) we had dinner with a group of 12 people. We received a warm welcome and started together with a glass of ouzo. Ordering went well with the QR code, but not all meals were served equally hot. Also, some drinks were gone after one round even though we were one of the first to arrive before the restaurant was full (5:15 PM). The cocktails were removed from the menu and so were the fanta and sprite. Not very common for a busy day on the weekend, which is a shame.

Afgelopen weekend (zaterdag) met een groep van 12 personen bij jullie gegeten. Fijn en welkom ontvangen en gezamenlijk gestart met een glaasje ouzo. Bestellen ging goed met de QR code maar echter waren niet alle maaltijden even warm geserveerd. Ook waren bepaalde drankjes na één ronde al op terwijl we een van de eersten waren die aan kwamen voordat het restaurant gevuld was (17:15). De De cocktails werden van de kaart gehaald en zo ook de fanta en sprite. Niet heel gebruikelijk voor een drukke dag in het weekend, jammer ook.

Ordered food at Greek Restaurant Olympia. 2x Olympia dish and a Mixed Grill dish. Delicious salads, fresh tzatziki and good, full portions! Delivered quickly, highly recommended.

Taken tapas for €32.50 pp. What a huge disappointment. Portions were incredibly small and minimal. Example if you order kalamaris you really only get 1 squid ring or a piece of meat is a piece the size of a teaspoon. The taste and seasoning were disappointing. Dessert "surprise from the chef" was exactly 1 small piece of baklava. Cake was dry and the size of chocolates. Chicken soup was really tasteless, no taste at all, just water with pieces of chicken in it. Tapas were served quickly and it was easy to order via the app. Atmosphere is normal, nothing special to say anything about. Staff is very nice. Not a second time for us and I would advise others negatively regarding the tapas/medzes.

Super fun opportunity. We were invited by friends and had a really great experience. We did the all-you-can-eat and it was all great. Thanks Cor and Marjolein for this introduction to this great restaurant. We will definitely come back.

Chose this Greek restaurant a few weeks ago. Since Greek food is a favorite with us, we have visited many such restaurants in the past. Beautiful decor for sure. The restaurant was full. The service was ok, but you notice that you are just the umpteenth person joining us that evening... impersonal. My Greek salad was uninspired, some cabbage with lettuce and a tomato. The main menu (a mixed grill) was on the meager side in terms of portions, all in all the food was mediocre, but not outstanding here either. Not bad but not really good either, the meat even tasted bland. Mid-range.

Nice concept, unlimited Greek Tapas. Portions have become very small, so the dishes do not always do justice. You can choose from more different dishes and they come to the table quickly. Food varied in quality. Went here a few years ago and the whole experience felt better then.

The food was mediocre. We chose Padaikia. The lamb shanks were not of good quality: a lot of bone and a lot of fat. Some were good. You also got too few fries as a side dish, so we ordered more halfway through the meal. Everything also cooled down too quickly. The wine, imiglycos, can also be of a better quality, for example boutari. In short: not recommended. We will try again in some time after receiving some advice in advance. Maybe there is a different chef or they have organized the purchasing differently. After quite some time I tried again seriously. What another disappointment! Poor quality, the scape bolts were almost charred!! Not recommended, never going there again. A waste of money and unhealthy, tasteless. Not recommended.

Several tapas had become cold or lukewarm that were supposed to be warm dishes are of mediocre quality on tapas With a normal menu this is fine there tried both before

We arrived 20 minutes earlier than the reservation and it was pouring rain outside. The only thing we were told was “We open at 5 o'clock”. So we were sent back out into the rain. People who came in after us from the pouring rain were also shown the door. Reason enough for us to eat at our neighbors Los Latinos where the customer friendliness and food are always top notch. You will never see us here again!!

Second set of photos are of tapas. Small snacks. Some dishes are good, others less so. Can happen Depending on whether you go there to pick up or eat in. Eating inside is good, but we have had problems with handling several times. One of the last orders for takeout was really bad, gyros was burnt. Bifteki was not filled. They put warm feta between the salads and herb butter, so it was completely melted. mousaka was watery and missing a few layers. potatoes were ice cold. and fresh salad... yes, I don't even know what to call it so I just took a photo of it.... sorry, but for 80 euros I don't think this is okay.

Excellent food, I had minced Bifteki with feta. Taste was fine but the dish was lukewarm! Few salad and fries 1 plate for 2 people! Nice men in service!

We read reviews but went anyway, worthless, too many herbs in the giros and it was very greasy. My squid was fried too long so it was chewing gum. 90th for two people for nothing, plates half eaten, a shame but hey...

Had a reservation for Christmas Eve to eat, 48 hours in advance you get a call that they are closed!! Now we have nowhere to go, all restaurants are full. We always liked coming there, but now I will pass their door from now on That you are closing is fine, but please let your guests know in time that they can arrange something else!!

Small tapas-like bites, ordering online via QR makes it easy. The pictures describe the food very well so it is easy to make a choice. However the plates served sometimes do not really resemble what you have seen and are mostly combined on one plate to save dishes.

Made the Merzedes, and it always remains super tasty and fun! In one word: great!

Delicious food, everything was good. Only the Giros meat is.... too spicy because a day later I could feel/taste it 🤣. It could be a little less spicy. Lots of red onions (rings) in... almost everywhere, salad, meat platter.... but good. You can easily put this aside. Furthermore, compliments to the chef and service. We were satisfied.

Unfriendly atmosphere and did not look clean (dust, food remains, flies). Order tapas on an app and then you get the dishes with your table and you don't know who what is for. Impersonal, not once addressed, for example about taste or explanation of which dish is which. And then the tapas themselves: very small portions (1 shrimp in a bowl of sauce), overcooked meat and fish, dry bread. Had a nice evening, but had a bad meal. Don't really understand the positive reviews.

Heerlijk gegeten zoals ik het van een Grieks restaurant verwacht (en ik ben kritisch door jaren lang zelf in een Grieks restaurant heb gewerkt). Het ‘Grieks tapas’ idee was prima. Al met al een aanrader.

The location is beautiful, tapas concept is good, pictures on the menu with the app seem bigger than they actually are, but you can eat your fill. You can order enough times. The ice cream was slightly less: for our table of 6, our choices were made on 1 platter. We did receive new, clean plates, but they were still so warm from the dishwasher that the ice melted immediately. Furthermore, excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Buiten op het terras de Mezedes genomen. Lokatie was prima. Serveerster vroeg of we tapas wilden?! Dat was meteen ook een indicatie over haar kennis van de Griekse keuken. Dat viel een beetje tegen. Eten was qua smaak gemiddeld. Drankjes aan de dure kant.

Nice restaurant with good and tasty food, especially suitable for big eaters because the portions are on the large side. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy the salad and fries because of that.

Het eten mankeerde niets aan maar wat een slecht ongeïnteresseerd chagrijnig personeel. We waren met 9 man en de bestellingen werden maar voor de helft opgenomen .Dus de ene kant vd tafel werd gevraagd wat ze wilden hebben en bediend en de andere kant niet. Terwijl we nog aan het eten waren werden er borden van de tafel afgehaald. Er waren nog mensen aan het eten en er werd al gevraagd of we een toetje wilden?Bij de reservering was er gemeld dat we een jarige in ons midden hadden en vonden het leuk om als grap een vuurwerkfontein in het dessert te doen .Dit werd ook vergeten dus even naar de balie gelopen om het nogmaals te vragen ..gingen ze in orde maken achteraf hebben we 2x een toetje moeten betalen terwijl hun het vergeten waren .Bij het weggaan werd ons niet eens gedag gezegd...geen fijne avond oid....helemaal niets!!Ondanks dat het eten goed was zal ik het niet meer doen vanwege het slechte personeel.

Disappointing. Well-cooked meat, while the minced meat is still half raw. Desserts did not taste fresh. Tips do not go to the young, friendly waiters, so they are better off in cash.

Perfect place, very tasty food, kind staff and the owner. I will prefer it again. MARILIZA and ROZANE at the service smiling and friendly.

There was well over an hour between ordering and eating. When asked, after 5 minutes partially cooled food was on the table. During the meal, an elderly lady at our table became unwell. There was no willingness to help from the staff. However, our table was cleared very quickly and the bill was placed on the table without being asked, with a request to pay it while the ambulance took care of the elderly lady. One had the feeling that we were a nuisance here and should leave as quickly as possible. Absolutely no trace of humanity or compassion.l

Been before. Tappas the Greek way. Sometimes the dishes were very small. A bowl with 1 shrimp. It was tasty, but let's face it....1 shrimp???? Fortunately, you could always order 4 dishes per person with the app.

Een paar jaar geleden hebben we hier voortreffelijk gegeten . Het concept is reuze; griekse tapa’s voor 33 euro onbeperkt Reden om het eens te herhalen. Echter was het nu niet best. Weinig keus, droog vlees, sommige gerechten mislukt. Ik heb overall wel mwah ok gegeten. Maar als ik 90 euro aan ons avondeten uitgeef verwacht ik wel iets meer.

Fetched. Was wet rice, no rice or potatoes with the menus (despite the menu), no tzaishiki sauce and the food had already cooled down quite a bit when we got home (after 5 minutes). We live a bit too far for another round trip and it was raining heavily.

Good Greek, what is especially good is that you can eat Greek tapas here, for a fixed price and as much as you want. Fun with children, they can choose what they want to eat, including vegetarian snacks and tasty fish, squid, etc. Our favorite go to Greek!

Best Greek in Roosendaal. Not much of a foodie. Most dishes are also delivered to your home and they are also more than fine.

Unfortunately bad experience at this restaurant. We had to wait an hour before we got our starter and it was only delivered after speaking to the waitress. My starter consisted of unpeeled shrimp, which were tasty, but there was no bowl of water or wipes provided to wipe my fingers. After the starter we had to wait another hour before the main course was served. Customers had come in after us and were helped earlier and also left earlier. The food was nothing special. It was lukewarm, dry and chewy. one waitress was nice, the rest were walking around like a headless chicken. No structure at all. Also no compensation after telling the experience. Next time we'll go somewhere else
