A great restaurant to eat at in Amsterdam! The grilled chicken was delicious 👏🏻 and Michael was very friendly!!

Thank you for helping us even though we didn't have a reservation. The ribeye steak was delicious, too. However, one side of the burger was completely burnt. When we asked for mustard and ketchup, they brought them in a tiny container and added them to the bill for 5 euros. This was completely unpleasant. This is the first time I've encountered something like this. Therefore, I won't be going back.

The place isn't bad, and the food isn't bad either. But it's not an Argentinian steakhouse by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, there aren't any Argentinians there. I repeat, it's not bad, but the name is misleading.

A far cry from an Argentine grill. Most of what they serve is pre-made from an outside supplier (apparently they don't have a chef). The empanadas and chorizo ​​don't have the flavor or quality of an Argentine restaurant. The meat is of lower quality for the price paid.

The waiter served us well. Regarding the food: I don't recommend the empanadas; they're nothing like those at Restaurante Argentino. The meat was acceptable.

Very tasty food Good atmosphere and service

The restaurant itself looks nicely decorated. But I immediately found it odd that there are so many good reviews. When we were there on a Saturday between 5 and 6:30 pm, we were the only customers. There were four men (I think they were staff) hanging around, which made us feel quite watched and uncomfortable. I have a feeling there are a lot of fake reviews here. The food wasn't special either, especially not for the price. The meat (tenderloin) wasn't worth the price, the salad wasn't great, and the potatoes were piping hot, even after we'd finished the meat. The ice cream tasted like supermarket ice cream. As far as I'm concerned, this is not a place you'd recommend if you're looking for an Argentinian steak restaurant. A big no.

Grill Restaurant El Torado, Amsterdam While visiting Amsterdam, we got a craving for a quality steak and decided to visit Grill Restaurant El Torado. We were hesitant at first, but the reputation of Argentine steaks convinced us – and we definitely don’t regret it. The steak served was absolutely fabulous, unique in taste – without exaggeration the best we have ever eaten. Perfectly complemented by Argentine wine and fresh salad, it created a perfect harmony of flavors. Thank you to the entire restaurant team for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent cuisine, atmospheric establishment and wonderful staff

A real letdown! The service here is terrible. You have to order fries separately, which isn't a problem in itself, but the waiter had confirmed our order with the side dishes, and upon serving, we were told that fries weren't included. I also find the quality of the meat subpar for this price. It was otherwise quiet and uninviting, even though the street was incredibly busy due to Pride.
