I had steak, ribeye steak, sausage, and french fries. The steak was cooked just right and the owner was very friendly.

The restaurant itself looks nicely decorated. But I immediately found it odd that it has so many good reviews. When we were there on a Saturday between 5 and 6:30 pm, we were the only customers. There were four men (I think they were staff) hanging around, which made us feel quite watched and uncomfortable. The food wasn't special either, especially not for the price. The meat (tenderloin) wasn't worth the price, the salad wasn't great, and the potatoes were piping hot, even after we'd finished the meat. The ice cream tasted like supermarket ice cream. As far as I'm concerned, this isn't a place you'd recommend if you're looking for an Argentinian steak restaurant. A big no.

This places is really good. The meat was good grilled perfectly. The cocktails were strong and delicious. I have been looking for a place to eat a good steak and this place fulfilled all of my needs. It is right in-front of a street so you can see the people walking around which was also really nice.

The steak was excellent and the service was extremely welcoming. I ordered the sirloin and it was very tender and flavor. Cooked perfectly to order. The Aperol spritz was good, and the limincello after dinner made for a fantastic meal. Especially considering it was midnight on a Sunday and the other options in town were fast food.

Great food with everything cooked to our liking. Service could have been better. We were sat upstairs and left on our own for 15 minutes before any staff came upstairs.

Great restaurant, the meat was perfectly cooked. The prawns were perfectly cooked. Excellent service, very welcoming. We were just passing through Amsterdam, but we'll definitely be back!

The pork ribs in the store are delicious, the sauce is slightly sweet, and the pork is soft and boneless. The staff are also very enthusiastic and serious, and it is a very satisfying experience.

Extremely chewy steak (for €42), tourist trap. Absolutely overpriced. It’s from Lidl - I could tell because the salt is from Lidl. Avoid at all costs.

The restaurant's two strong points are clearly the quality and cooking of the meat, but also Michael and his excellent service! Smiling and friendly, you feel welcomed. The only minor drawback: the "small" salad (the only side included in the price), which consists of a cucumber slice, a quarter of a tomato, and a slice of lettuce. A really good salad to accompany the dish would be welcome, especially with the warm weather coming and it's not offered as an extra. That won't stop me from coming back, though! A real treat.

Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews. They're mostly fake. I'm so disappointed, especially by the waiter! The service was fast (we went after lunch service), and the meat was cooked on point, BUT: The waiter didn't give us enough time to read the menus (menus that were dirty and greasy, btw). We ended up ordering two churrascos and he started to tell us that he wouldn't serve us the 225g steak, so we had to choose the 300g or bigger. Then we asked for one medium rare and one medium well, and he started complaining that we don't know how to eat meat (because of the medium-well). I should have left at that point... We ordered fries as a side, and 4€ for that amount of fries is ridiculous. The side salad that comes with the meat is just a slice of cucumber, a slice of tomato and some iceberg lettuce, no dressing or anything. The meat was perfectly done, but it was quite though to chew, I doubt it is really Argentinian steak. After asking for the bill, the waiter tried to make us pay by cash, saying that it was better (surprise, surprise). He started talking a lot and quickly grabbed the bill, so it didn't give me time to check that everything was correct. Asked to give it to me but ignored me. He also started complaining about Netherlands and Dutch language, saying that it is useless (why are you even in this country if you're complaining that much, but anyways). We wanted to leave, and he was very pushy, asking for a 5 star review at that very moment. My husband made a review but didn't publish it, and the waiter GRABBED HIS PHONE and started typing a 5 star review himself!!! Excuse me?! We deleted it, of course. I will never come back to this place. You should change the staff, so much lack of professionalism (and this comes from someone owning and working at a restaurant for 20 years).

Fantastic! A nice, cozy place, although like most Amsterdam eateries the tables tend to be pretty close together. The service is great - the wait staff (including the owner) couldn't be more attentive and friendly. The food is wonderful. We've been there twice - ribs the first time and filet the second (with baked potatoes both times). Both were great, and the potatoes were good sized and yummy. I highly recommend.!

We were there on Tuesday evening. The place was not crowded, but the meal perfect. We had steaks and Heineken beer. Everything first class

The dishes were good but nothing more, the service could be better and the atmosphere... The Christmas music on repeat in April is frankly not great. Carafes of water are chargeable when in other restaurants it's free, it's a bit of an abuse.

I came to Amsterdam for the first time and wanted to eat delicious meat, so I discovered and found a restaurant. I think I used all my luck here. The taste and service were excellent, in addition, the owner's friendly hospitality and asking about our satisfaction was 10/10. If you come to Amsterdam, I recommend you to stop by.

A very nice place with a cozy atmosphere and an excellent gastronomic proposal. The food is delicious, with quality ingredients and impeccable presentation. It's not a cheap place, but it's worth it for special occasions. The grill for two was abundant and well prepared, costing 81 euros. Without a doubt, I would return. Recommended!

We ate there and it was a success, the waiter was very attentive and pleasant. They treated us very well and the ribs were very good, the beef was very soft and had good flavor. We also ordered a cake to celebrate a birthday and they played happy birthday music and everything. The attention was excellent. Without a doubt, the food is good and the service spectacular, I definitely recommend it.
