WARNING: Most of the good reviews here are FAKE. Check the username carefully. The owner is creatively manipulating the reviews. I ate here myself. The fries were raw. Doner from a bag. A little for a lot and not tasty. Last time I went.

The food was semi-acceptable, but the service was so abysmal that I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here! Do yourself a favor and grab a kapsalon or doner kebab just down the street.

The hair salon is more of a garbage dump. In any case, the chip pan comes from there because raw fries were the basis of this puke parlour.

Been a regular customer for years. By far the best kapsalons and kebabs in town. Unfortunately, they've hired a new staff member who is known for being a user and incredibly disgusting. I've spoken to several people who no longer want to order from Cleopatra because of this. We've informed the owner himself about this, and so far, nothing has been done about it...

Delivery was almost an hour later than promised. The food was therefore lukewarm at best. Maybe it would be better warm, but the food was nasty. The cheese had no flavor, but the only thing on the pizza was cheese. The quite edible tomatoes were not enough to compensate for the rubbery texture of the cheese. The hair salon was okay. The delivery was incomplete. We had for 2 persons. Ordered soarma pita bread, but the bread was missing. Because we didn't want the meat to get cold, we just ate the meat with salad. We ordered the delivery at night. The cost was almost 50 euros for pasta + pizza + 2 juice. The delivery bag was torn. The pasta had to be with cream sauce but it was with tomato sauce. Be careful, the store is fake. Ordered kebab and couldn't define the so-called meat. We asked about the type of meat. Suddenly the man couldn't speak German or English anymore and said that it was calf meat...whatever kind of animal that was supposed to be? The meat tasted completely dry and indefinable. First visit was a hit. Very tasty food, sat outside and the service was polite and friendly. Everything is fresh. Pizza base and mozerella were just as good as the Italian's. Kapsalon was full of fresh lettuce/vegetables/tasty pieces of chicken and good fries. We will come here more often

Ordered a large spicy spareribs dish twice. The spareribs had more fat than meat, inedible. Were fat ribs. Wasn't really spicy either. Fries were not good either. The only advantage was the fast delivery, but it's a shame that everything could go in the bin for such an amount. We will never order from here again. M.V.

Ordered via home delivery and was given the option at a large hair salon to choose 2 sauces. We put garlic twice per hair salon and we got another garlic with the Turkish pizza. In addition, ordered and signed 2 separate garlic containers. Then did not receive the 2 extra garlic and then called to resolve this in a normal way as adults. Special experience. Rude man who helped us. After going out we ate a pizza at this place. Friend wanted to pay and was not allowed to see what she paid for. Then I wanted to order a water and again I was not allowed to see what I paid for. So no water and 9 euros poorer for a vegetarian pizza, which makes us wonder if this is the actual price. Thinking back to this man's behavior and the price the pizza cost, we feel like they are ripping off drunk people.

Delicious shawarma sandwich, not greasy, nice and tender. Reasonably priced. But prepared in front of you and not from a warming container.

Can't believe it's so bad. When we opened the containers, there was such a terrible smell from the chunks of misery that we professionally discharged the matter into the bin through the sliding doors.

It's even better to get shawarma meat at the supermarket. I have never had such a bad shawarma sandwich. They have to close the tent.

Staff behave strangely and when you ask for a coupon or receipt, this turns out not to be possible and they suddenly start being difficult.
