Hasret in Centrum

This place made me wait more than 2 hours for my pizza. I ordered garlic sauce and then I got that disgusting battered fish sauce with it; on top of that, they are impossible to reach—a waste of the money they pay for the subscription. Waited 2.5 hours for one pizza. The pizza arrived an hour and a quarter after the agreed arrival time; it wasn't tasty at all, extremely dry and tough. They'd be better off canceling that phone subscription because I think the phone is out of service. Also, the garlic sauce was battered fish sauce. All in all, it was very disappointing. I wouldn't order here.

The service is perfect, they are quick with the food, the prices are reasonable, and how quickly the food arrived is incredible.

I ordered my food yesterday at 12 o'clock, and at half past two it still hadn't arrived, so I went to sleep.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni. Received a pizza with 4 pieces of pepperoni that look like they haven't even been fried. Meanwhile, half of the pizza is burnt. Additionally, the driver was half an hour late and impossible to reach. And the pizzas are lukewarm. This is really unacceptable.

I could say that this is the restaurant where the döner is served the least, and I do not plan to go there as long as there is no discount on the unnecessarily high prices.

Ordered online, took an hour and three quarters for a kebab, and the delivery guy didn't even take off his headphones when delivering it. First and last time.

Terrible restaurant, you order food, nobody answers, it takes a super long time, the food is always cold when it arrives, not normal, and the delivery drivers are rude. Shame on you for the delivery drivers you have. Promise that the delivery time you indicate will be delivered and not be cold, and make sure your delivery driver shows respect.

I explicitly tell them not to ring the doorbell and to say over the phone that they are there. What do they do? They ring the doorbell very loudly and offer no apologies.

There were no raw vegetables in my kebab except salad! Where are the tomatoes, cabbage/cucumber?

They don't listen to you properly if you want something specific. A real waste of money.

I ordered at 9:56 PM; my order stated it was supposed to arrive at 10:45 PM. I waited until 11:00 PM and called. Then they said, "It is arriving now, ma'am." We didn't get our food until 11:30 PM.

Ordered 2 pizzas a while back, and at the Hawai's, the pineapple was nowhere to be found. I let it go until this evening. Told my girlfriend I'm not ordering there again. She liked the kapsalon the best and ordered that with her last cents. She called politely, but the phone was hung up. I was about to call myself, saying "what, no time." A few years ago, I liked two places, including Hasret. Now, never again. Because of you guys, she isn't eating now; great mentality because it's busy during Ascension Day. The chicken was way too tough.

Very rude delivery driver. He was walking in front of my house video calling while I waited for my food. When I asked him to bring my food upstairs but he didn't hang up because he couldn't do everything with one hand, he dropped his bike with my food. He then came upstairs still busy on his phone, just unbelievable, and their fries were burnt. Really bad.

Please do not go there on busy days. Super unfriendly staff, though the pizza was tasty and the price was good.

I won't order from them again. You get called after placing your order and you have to pay more; if you don't, they won't deliver it, so never again.

I saw a mouse under my table and there was a cat in the restaurant itself, terrible, and the food itself is completely cold and not well prepared and raw meat.

This restaurant is a total disaster. We ordered pizza and it took over an hour and a half for it to finally arrive. And when it did… it was scandalously bad. The pizza was cold, tasteless, and simply inedible. I don't understand how this restaurant is still open at all. It is truly one of the absolute worst places I have ever ordered from. Pure waste of time, pure disappointment. This wasn't a meal, this was an insult. Never again.

We ate delicious döner, durum, and pizza. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, busy but not noisy. Highly recommended. Update: Tonight, in addition to the durum, we also had chicken, truly amazing, what a taste 🙏🙏

Ordered uber eats, they don’t pick up the phone. Nothing is being delivered. This kind of service should get them shut down. Absolutely unacceptable.

The food was fine, but I was treated very poorly by the man(s) working there. There was a lot of staring and I was addressed with, "Beautiful lady, you can have anything from me, nice clothes," and not in a normal, pleasant way. Please, let's not normalize this and leave your comments for you. Your gaze might linger for a moment, but give me a sincere compliment, not this nonsense.

The food was okay. The service was fine. At the checkout, they tried to charge me an extra €26. Unbelievable!

I called to complain, and they promised me new pizzas, so I thought it would be resolved properly... but unfortunately, these were empty promises, and they're ripping me off! Response to the owner: Not a fake review, I could add an order number to this. You're just ripping me off, and if you see how many one-star reviews there are, I'd suggest you take a closer look!

We ordered through Justeat. It was supposed to arrive within 20 to 45 minutes. After an hour, I called to ask where it was. They said it was on its way. Half an hour later, the food arrived cold and tough. Worthless!

My experience with Hasret was unfortunately very disappointing. The order arrived almost half an hour later than agreed, which was annoying in itself. To make matters worse, the delivery driver was at the wrong location, making it take even longer for the food to arrive. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, which really detracted from the quality. For a Turkish store where you expect good, fresh food, I found this subpar. This was not a positive experience for me, and I hope the service and logistics will be improved in the future.

Ordered 2 döner boxes - one with chicken, the other with calf. The order came in an hour, both boxes were with chicken. We also ordered extra sauce and it was not included in the delivery but it was on the receipt. Food wasn’t the best either, I have a feeling that the fries were very old and just warmed up. On top of that the restaurant is not reachable by phone.

Picked up something today with a group of friends at Hasret on the Astraat. The food was super tasty and of very good quality! The staff was also very friendly. There is a wide choice of dishes and the order was prepared quickly. It is definitely worth ordering something here! I will undoubtedly come here more often!👍

Ordered at 4:15 PM and it was supposed to be delivered at 5:20 PM. Called at 5:45 PM asking where the food was, they said it was on its way. It's now 7:30 PM, I don't have any food yet, I've called 14 times and the phone is just turned off!

When I went there I asked for two döner menus. He prepared chicken doner directly without asking me. Unfortunately the table was not clean too. The salads in the wrap were tasteless. I ate too dry döner. They're bad enough to say they suck at taste, except for french fries and cold drinks. I asked myself did I eat döner kebab that like bad before. I also wanted to connect to the internet network. The waiter made me horrified. He told me the boss doesn't even give us wifi pasword! l said tell him l will never come again! I never recommend the döner kebab here.

There was a mouse in the kitchen of the restaurant. It was a disgusting situation. There was no sink. The taste of the doner kebab was good and the quantity was high, but the cleaning was not good.

Tasty food and ready quickly. Lots of meat, good fries and tasty salad. I'll come back here several times. I pick up the food myself. Can be a bit warm inside in the summer, Turkish warm. But certainly not too hot for me.
