I ordered food and it doesn't arrive so I call them and they don't answer, I've been waiting for my food for 2 hours now

Ordered 2 döner boxes - one with chicken, the other with calf. The order came in an hour, both boxes were with chicken. We also ordered extra sauce and it was not included in the delivery but it was on the receipt. Food wasn’t the best either, I have a feeling that the fries were very old and just warmed up. On top of that the restaurant is not reachable by phone.

Picked up something today with a group of friends at Hasret on the Astraat. The food was super tasty and of very good quality! The staff was also very friendly. There is a wide choice of dishes and the order was prepared quickly. It is definitely worth ordering something here! I will undoubtedly come here more often!👍

Delicious kapsalon for a very good price, fresh salad and well-fried fries with tender meat, definitely worth repeating

Ordered at 4:15 PM and it was supposed to be delivered at 5:20 PM. Called at 5:45 PM asking where the food was, they said it was on its way. It's now 7:30 PM, I don't have any food yet, I've called 14 times and the phone is just turned off!

I don't know what those delivery people do on the road, but I always get a cold pizza!

When I went there I asked for two döner menus. He prepared chicken doner directly without asking me. Unfortunately the table was not clean too. The salads in the wrap were tasteless. I ate too dry döner. They're bad enough to say they suck at taste, except for french fries and cold drinks. I asked myself did I eat döner kebab that like bad before. I also wanted to connect to the internet network. The waiter made me horrified. He told me the boss doesn't even give us wifi pasword! l said tell him l will never come again! I never recommend the döner kebab here.

Bad things just hang on dirty food too

Ordered food but is continuously extended, food arrived cold, no contact possible by telephone. I would never order from this store again 👍🏻 next time just order from Shawarma Brothers or Sultan Kebab! This is a worthless store

There was a mouse in the kitchen of the restaurant. It was a disgusting situation. There was no sink. The taste of the doner kebab was good and the quantity was high, but the cleaning was not good.

Tasty food and ready quickly. Lots of meat, good fries and tasty salad. I'll come back here several times. I pick up the food myself. Can be a bit warm inside in the summer, Turkish warm. But certainly not too hot for me.

Ordered food for €20 on King's Day around 6:15 p.m. Called two hours later to ask where my food was. The gentleman indicated that the delivery person was on his way. Not great because I never received anything. In the end I cooked it myself and it was €20 lighter. Unreachable by phone after my first contact. This is really not possible! A solution please.

Food is never delivered. I tried calling them, but they didn't answer. All in all poor service and money paid for nothing…. Very unfortunate…

Real friendly delivery and always arrived on time! I have whole group of friends ordered and all my friend loved it so much and would love to go again!! But of course there is always a problem. Money doesn't stop growing trees! That's why I had to be patient before I could order again and enjoy the food so much! The only thing I think is a bit of a shame is that it wouldn't keep warm longer than Heen hasret! Delicious! 9/10

Funny, Just received a response to the following today. Everyone can read something. I shouldn't say shame, but I stick to my position. Should have responded sooner anyway, would have answered the phone during the incident. No, nothing at all. In other words, a big red 1…. Improve yourself and people will not speak of shame. So respond faster, answer the phone and even better... make sure the orders are correct and complete and no one will talk about shame. Ordered today for 8 people. 1 lamachun was delivered without kebab and the other 3 with. A doner sandwich was missing from the order. Tried calling several times but no answer at all. Everything was also lukewarm... so no, definitely not recommended and I will never order from here again. This is a shame for the city.

We ate delicious döner, durum and pizza. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, busy but no noise. Absolutely recommended.

Quality incredible. You don't expect this in Groningen. The sandwich was grilled, an unprecedented amount of döner, topped with beetroot with a very subtle amount of pickle that provided a balance of salt and acid that I have not often experienced. I will be back tomorrow.

Wow wow wow. I ordered on thuisbezorgd today the order was epically bad, it was an insult. They placed burned french fries in my kapsalon. I regretted every single bite. I paid 11€. It is seriously an insult , never order from them online. They’ll cheat you. Plus they cannot speak basic English. EPIC FAIL 🏆

Net 3 Durums kip doner besteld. Heerlijk gesmaakt en op tijd bezorgd. Zeker tot volgende keer toppers.

Ik heb zelf een horecabedrijf, dus ik ik heb de indruk dat ik een in staat ben een om een professionele mening te geven. Ik weet nu al dat (als) ik een reactie krijg, het er eentje gaat zijn in de sfeer van "het lag niet aan ons". Besteld op de website/thuisbezorgd. Toen onze bestelling een half uur na de afgesproken tijd er nog niet was, maar eens gebeld. Antwoord: Het staat klaar, komt eraan (dat is altijd zo, bezorgmaaltijden, internetbestellingen, taxi's). Met als toevoeging: wij hebben te weinig bezorgers (top-argument) Uiteindelijk 45 minuten te laat. Dat is vervelend maar tot daar aan toe. Vervelender is het als je niet beschikt over een professionele magnetron. Ja, klopt, het eten was koud. Sterk nog, het kon vrijwel meteen ingevroren worden indien wij dat gewenst hadden. Jongens, kom op, dit kun je echt niet maken. Ik betaal voor hetgeen in bestel en als jullie problemen hebben, dan mag je daar verantwoordelijkheid voor nemen. Slechte beurt.

Als je als man zijnde wil bestellen kan het voorkomen dat ze je bestelling niet willen opnemen later op de avond. Voor de grap ofzo, maar niet heel professioneel. Als je dan ook nog via je vriendin uiteindelijk de verkeerde bestelling krijgt, na 2 keer controleren of het de goede pizza is, dan ben je echt verkeerd bezig. Goed eten als je je goede bestelling krijgt. Maar na de vorige keer kan ik het niet aanraden

Al een aantal jaren dat ik via Thuisbezorgd bij hun bestel en het is elke keer weer een verassing hoe snel het eten bezorgd wordt. Het eten zelf is zeker voor deze prijzen erg goed.

Top personeel en klantenservice

Heb hier zo vaak besteld via thuisbezorgd, niet normaal, heb een hele verzameling aan bonnetjes. Super lekker eten, ik bestel elke keer de bodrum met een lekkere dr pepper. Kan niet wachten om hier weer van te bestellen!

Prima tentje om te eten, maar toen we hier besteld hadden, vroegen we om een turkse pizza met doner en kregen we helaas een normale pizza met doner waar we niet bepaald zin in hadden. Het is ook een tentje waar je alleen binnen zou komen in een dronkenbui, maar voor de rest niks mis mee.

Topzaak, niet te missen als je in Groningen bent (of een van de andere locaties)! Leuk personeel, zijn gezellig en maken grapjes! Ook nog eens lekker eten (beste van Grunn). Gewoon super👌🏻

Kapsalon met extra kalfsvlees valt heel erg tegen, een kleine portie met weinig patat en vlees….. geen aanrader!
