My autistic nephew won't eat fries anywhere else but here at the HBC store in Osdorp. I've been coming here weekly with my nephew for a little over two years, and the staff is so kind and empathetic. The fries are crispy, hot, and served with love, and I've never experienced anything else. The store is also clean, and sometimes they even open earlier than the times listed on Google! Very friendly staff, served very quickly. I recommend the Triple Smash for big eaters; my wife had the veggie version, which was delicious. And the price is around €10 per person for a meal.

Wow, what a place! We ordered through Uber Eats. For an hour and a half, they kept saying it was being delivered. We called the store, and the person said it was coming. Then we spoke to the person in the store, and he completely ignored us, didn't hang up, and simply stopped talking to us. If this is a priority for customers, this is a complete disgrace! The person on the phone was incredibly rude!

Kids menu has been a shame, given out a very simple toy injection which is 1eu for 10pcs at Action. Hamburger was not tasty, i didint like there unfortunately there was recommended by my friend

I ordered delivery 15-20 minutes before closing, they were really fast. Within 20 minutes the food was here and to my surprise it was fresh and still hot. The portions are huge and their fries were one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, hot and crunchy. 5 stars without doubts, I will definitely order again!

We ate as a family (2 adults and 2 children) at HBC Osdrop Helal Burger Chicken, and this was our second visit. Kids love this place! The burgers are really delicious, always fresh and tasty. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, and the staff are extremely friendly, cheerful, punctual and professional. Every request was met with kindness and attention. It's rare to find such quality at this price, especially when we compare with what we find in France. We will definitely come back. I recommend this place with my eyes closed to anyone who likes to eat well in a pleasant and family atmosphere.

When I explained this to the staff they were disrespectful and did not offer any solution. No compensation, no help, nothing at all. Moreover, the food wasn't even tasty. Very disappointed, especially since there are several restaurants nearby that are much better. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant!

Ordered via Uber, then called the store specifically and asked to seal or close my order properly due to food safety, which is also what Uber Eats guarantees. The previous order had the unkempt delivery person touching my food. The owner promised me to close everything. But I get my large order stuffed into an open bag that is too small and that is not closed!! I called immediately, but the employee denies everything and says that everything has been properly sealed. I took pictures and declined the order. Afterwards, despite everything, I did not get my money back. The big bad thing is that during the telephone conversation I was asked about my origins. But unfortunately I wasn't Turkish, so maybe they could do something for me.
