Friendly service and delicious food, though we felt like we had to warm up a bit at first. (Except for the bar, which was open in record time.)

The food took a while to arrive. The service could have been more frequent, clearing away all the plates and glasses. The food itself was delicious.

I've been coming here for years and I think it's a lovely and beautiful sauna. It was incredibly quiet when we were there, but I still had to ask if I could order something. The ladies fluffed pillows next to us without looking at us and asking if we wanted to order. And not a single lady walked past us. I found that more than annoying. If it's very busy, I can sometimes understand that; we weren't exactly hiding by the large fireplace. But the food, coffee, and the sauna itself, including the infusions, were excellent.

We had made a reservation, and upon arrival, we were told that other people were occupying our spot. We were then moved to a different one. This spot turned out to be under the air conditioning and therefore very cold. The people next to us told us that other people were also sitting there and found it too cold, and they were shown to another spot, I suspect the one that was supposed to be ours. We had told them it was too cold and that we didn't like the spot, but we were told that the air conditioning was on its lowest setting and that there was nothing they could do for us. We then left and went to another restaurant. A day later, I sent an email saying that we were very disappointed that our spot had been given to other people and that we were essentially forced to eat in the cold. I never write negative reviews, but since I still haven't received a response to my email, I find this very disappointing. This was our first visit to Heinde, but for now, it will also be our last, which is a real shame.

We sat in the back twice, in a raised area. It was very noisy there, a real echo chamber, especially when there was a large group. We had trouble hearing each other. Hence the 2-star rating for the atmosphere. It took a very long time to get our food. We had to order the next order even though the other one hadn't been served yet. Drinks were also a problem; half of us got something, and we had to ask again, and we couldn't order it through the app.

Good food, but especially good service. Despite the holiday season and the crowds, someone is always at your table quickly.

What a lovely evening we had! The food was delicious, the service outstanding, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We'll definitely be back.

I made a reservation on the internet last Saturday. For 5 people for next Thursday 26th everything went well, it said thank you for the reservation but I still have no confirmation for tomorrow. It was 5 o'clock tomorrow, I would like to hear from you

We enjoyed the delicious food and the surroundings, the service was excellent and especially Jeroen, we will definitely come back.

I tried to reserve tables for somewhat larger groups on different dates in connection with various events. I received a message which tables could be reserved and so I made a reservation for 3 dates (that date so many people etc.). I also asked about the possibilities regarding a 4th date. They then indicated that they no longer understood it. I sent another 2x email. A day later I received a reply that the most important date was now fully booked and whether I wanted to pass on the booking for the other three dates ... Well, I had only not confirmed the last new date yet ... I assume that the rest are also fully booked by now. In any case, I am going to look for another restaurant that does not give out tables to third parties that you have reserved and / or that you have just offered to someone. Very sloppy not to consult. After all, the delays were not my fault. The reservation system leaves much to be desired. No, I will not be coming here again. Thank you for the extra work that you saddle me with and the publications already commissioned that I had to reverse due to your mistakes. Postscript: I had submitted several bookings and if you then hear after four days that the table has been given away and the rest still needs to be finalized, then the fault does not lie with the customer as you state. "I do not recognize myself in that image:" Fortunately I do not have to cancel anything because the reservation was completely definitive, that saves me work haha.

Food is fine, atmosphere too, a bit loud sometimes. On drinks they walk slowly on purpose we had the idea. Ordering food also takes a long time (about half an hour per round).

Good food and drinks for a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Enough choice of dishes and the quality is fine. Unfortunately we were unlucky enough to be sitting near a noisy drinking group and a crying baby. The restaurant couldn't really do anything about that but it did dampen the atmosphere for us. Furthermore, definitely worth repeating.

Went there for the second time, the first time was a bit of a bad experience (they had only been open for a week). Glad we went there again, good service, good food and a nice cozy atmosphere, tables were not too close together, so you had plenty of space.

Super nice food! Also with children. You can eat and drink the entire menu for a fixed price. How nice that as a child (and adults) you can choose everything! If you like desserts, lots of desserts and why not just start with them... service is very friendly! We will definitely come back here again!

The food is delicious, and the staff is great. The only negative was the noise from other tables. The volume produced there was of disco level, so we could hardly hear each other. Option: walls? Or no free beer.

Had dinner here on a Saturday evening with 6 people. It was busy but you didn't notice it. We sat in a nice corner, with enough distance from other tables. The dishes were all delicious, normally there are always dishes that are disappointing. But everything here was tasty! The staff was super friendly, up for a joke. We were also asked often enough if we wanted something to drink. A perfect evening. The only 'downside' was the cheesecake for dessert, very tasty but far too large a piece (read: a normal cake slice), not really fitting in size with the concept.

We enjoyed it again, this time with a good company that arrived on time, the atmosphere was immediately good!

To my surprise, I suddenly heard that the party my grandmother had been looking forward to was no longer going ahead. That was because we were too small a group for the table?!?! 19 people, very strange. Then we got the owner on the phone and he was very unprofessional, and actually very insulting and unfriendly towards my grandmother. It's not just any birthday but her 75th!!! There may be some understanding for this. I will tell everyone not to come here because these people are not allowed to make money like this. You will never see my family and group of friends again. Bah!!!

Same concept as before, the white farm in Vasse and Cozy in Hengelo. Order unlimited relatively small dishes with QR code and drinks are included in the price. Excellent staff, the quality of the dishes varies from sometimes no more than reasonable, in my case some dry vitello tonato, to excellent. The latter applied to the main courses. Overall great restaurant and value for money.

Very good! We were able to eat here because a spot had become available and we were on the waiting list. Our wishes regarding sound were taken into account. Food was excellent, the speed between rounds was also nice, not once did I think it took too long. Service for drinks was also smooth, and because there is no time limit, dining was casual. We will definitely come back here when the menu changes.

Nice restaurant, good and friendly service, but the food is really mediocre. Sushi from the deep fryer, overcooked tough steak, tasteless mushrooms, too much sauce on dishes such as the carpaccio. The desserts, on the other hand, were very tasty. Too bad, we won't be back there.

Price-quality is more than excellent. Nice staff and a leisurely pace between courses. All you can eat without time pressure. Nice concept for groups.

It was a bit noisy on Christmas Day (logical) and the menu was well stocked with some extra dishes that were in the app, but not on the menu. You can use your own phone with a website to order, although I don't know if that is mandatory. I assume there is a tablet available to borrow. It was difficult that the session went quickly, which meant that the QR code had to be scanned again every course. Our phone did not pick up the code with the scanner on the site, but with the QR code scanner on the phone it works fine. Other than that, it went smoothly. Also very nice that you can just sit there. No time limit and if the kitchen closes, you will be notified politely. Great! We had a wonderful long evening with the in-laws.

The first time was really great. You don't know exactly what to expect. But it really is an amazing sensation. Food is perfect, service is excellent. Delicious food, a few times.

There were approx. 3 times that my chicken was raw.. at first I didn't notice - but eventually I did but I didn't wanted to bother the service bc we felt like we had to be fast and they came up to our table 4 times asking us if we were ready, bc they wanted to go home I think, but they told us that we could stay untill 10:30 but before 10 they were already in a hurry or something.. We felt like we had to be fast and it just was not a great experience. We felt the pressure.. and normally I wouldn't mind,like I get it; if you want to go home from work - but then again we paid money for a great experience and that didnt happen & raw chicken is a Big NoGo for me..because of that I got sick.. Never going back again. (Other food was fine though)

A tasty meal in itself. Especially for this all-in price. I was a bit irritated by the friendly waitress who often came to ask if we needed any drinks. A friendly tip, look at your guests' glasses. If they are full at one table, do not ask every 5 minutes. The dishes were tasty, but sometimes they took too long.

A nice "tapas" concept with many different choices. You can order with a QR which is quick and easy. Everything is included except spirits and some special beers. And without a time limit, you can sit here very comfortably.

Note: Ate here 1/2/2024, was edited later. I ate here with colleagues. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly and fast. Drinks are included in the price, unless you choose one of the more expensive options. One thing to note is that I thought the food quality differed per dish. Some dishes, such as the Rendang, are really good while others, like the nachos, are less so. I really recommend the soups, rendang, spekkoek, mango mochi and the gyozas. I advise against the nachos (very heavy on the stomach too imo), nigiri (this isn’t a sushi restaurant so it wasn’t the best), currywurst (the bun it comes in is very soggy and dry) and the ham (the meat was very red and it didn’t taste great). All in all, a great experience if you choose the right dishes.

Excellent and friendly service. Plates and glasses are cleared quickly. Recommended: Japanese yakatari and Chicken gyoza and Rendang.
