The food served to us was fine, no downsides. The service itself was good, but the waitresses were inexperienced and didn't dare take much with them when clearing empty plates and bowls. We also had to ask several times if they would please remove empty plates, glasses, bowls, and bottles. Another minor downside was that we, 7 sturdy adult men, were seated at a small round table that was actually a bit cramped, while a spacious long table remained unused from our arrival until closing time. Otherwise, just a pleasant atmosphere and we had a fine dinner. Definitely recommended!

We visit multiple branches, but this one was quite disappointing. The concept was explained and the bread board was supposed to be brought, but after asking twice, it was only brought an hour later. It took half an hour before someone came to ask if we wanted something to drink. It took an hour before we received our first dishes. And the other courses also took forever. For the rest of the evening, there was nothing to complain about regarding the young man who came to take our drink orders. Twice, food rolled off the plate during serving. That can happen. The later it got, the less "presentation" there was on the desserts. My husband had a rock-hard dessert that was still half frozen. The toilet was also very dirty, and the paper towel bins were overflowing and lying on the floor. We know how things can be done differently at another branch, but we also had people with us who were unfamiliar with this place and were not impressed. Very unfortunate.

We are true gourmands and regularly go out to eat with friends. Heinde Amersfoort this time. The first impression wasn't great to begin with; the toilets were very filthy, and that was early in the evening. The food: Delicious steak tartare with pieces of plastic in it. Followed by raw pork tenderloin satay. Many dishes were not warm. Come on guys! It's not that difficult. Fortunately, the second half of the evening was better. Yakitori satay was excellent! Desserts were also very good. Plastic in food can happen, but it shouldn't. Raw pork is unacceptable. This is really bad. Heinde Amersfoort, there is work to be done! Keep the toilets clean, refill the paper in the ladies' restrooms, and teach the chef how a meat thermometer works. And if you stop throwing plastic into the meat grinder, we will gladly return. (3 stars). After our review, we received a voucher, which was very proper. Friends of ours used it to enjoy a delicious meal at their place without any fuss! (1 star added)

It was busy again; booking in advance is a requirement, otherwise you won't be seated here. Extensive menu, with a choice of meat, vegetarian, fish, and desserts. One side dish and two main courses per person with every round of ordering. Sometimes things go wrong with the order; tonight we received a dish we hadn't ordered twice. You can dine here in a relaxed manner; soft drinks, beer, and wine are included in the price. Furthermore, there are no time slots, so you can eat and enjoy yourself at your leisure.

At Heinde, you get small dishes, but they are all tasty and a nice change from a Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant. They serve completely different dishes here. You can choose 2 dishes per person at a time, plus a side dish. And that applies over the entire evening. Usually, you sit for 2 to 2.5 hours. But that doesn't apply here; you can stay until closing time. And this includes drinks as well. So yes, we will definitely be back here!!

Dinerd here with my boyfriend on May 2nd, not recommended 👎🏼 Upon arrival, we were politely escorted to our table. We immediately noticed that both small plates had hardened sauce residue and my glass was broken. The toilet was also really disgusting! There were paper scraps and plastic remnants on the floor. You could see the dust/dirt on the floor edges and the card holder could use a wipe too. Not a nice start and certainly not hygienic... 👀 Someone came to serve us quite quickly. Our drinks arrived after 10 minutes and we had to wait a whopping 37 minutes for our first round, MIND-BLOWING! When we finally got the dishes, they were lukewarm to boot 🤯 After 20 minutes we had already asked if it would take much longer. We were told then that it was on its way. After 30 minutes we received the excuse: “Yes sorry, there is also a table outside with the same table number. But there are no people sitting at that table.” What a stupid excuse. After the first round, we decided to order as quickly as possible every time because we knew how long it would take—too long. Once we got to dessert... I don't know how, but those bites were swimming in grease! Too disgusting for words. 🫠 Additionally, it was noticeable that while clearing another (long) table, staff members used loud and foul language in their conversations. They stood on both sides of the table and paid absolutely no attention to the guests around them; their conversation seemed more important. When paying, I pointed out that we had to wait a long time and that our food was lukewarm during many rounds. The response: “Annoying, so it was fine.” And then the bill was presented. That was it... 🙄 Once home, my boyfriend also had a stomach ache from the food. The last time I was here, you guys had things better organized. This was the second time for me, and immediately the last. There were simply too many downsides to come back.

Very bad experience. The first round of food and drinks was quick, but after that, it went downhill very fast. We sat there for a total of 2.5 hours and only got 2 rounds. We pointed out to the staff multiple times where our food was because we had already been waiting an hour for our second round. After waiting another half hour, we received the food, but it was cold. We asked for the bill and explained our experience, and they said they would get back to us... but they didn't... after that, we just grabbed McDonald's quickly because we were still hungry. A complete waste of my money!

After a fun day in Amersfoort, we went to Heinde on Eemplein. We often visit the Heinde in Delft. But this branch is newer and also a bit more upscale. Also, the staff all wear the same uniform, very neat and friendly. They often come to offer drinks and clear tables. Furthermore, the dishes are warmer and larger than at the Delft branch. Heinde is a nice concept, similar to La Cubanita and De Zusjes (slightly more luxurious), all owned by the same person. It is a bit rustic, but we had a great evening with friends, so what more could you ask for? 👍👍

It often took 30-45 minutes to get your food. All the plates, glasses, and bottles remained on the table, and they only came to collect them when we were leaving. Occasionally, they would take a few glasses or a stack of plates, but often walked back to the bar with empty trays. However, why two dogs were allowed remains a mystery to us. Other guests also let us know that they found it very unhygienic and, moreover, not allowed according to Heinde itself.

We ate at Heinde Amersfoort today and are severely disappointed: We arrived at 18:00 while we had reserved for 18:45 and were able to take a seat earlier, which was very nice. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and consists of 3 sort of levels. We sat on the bottom of the 3 "levels". It was very noisy up there and at times difficult to understand each other. In our opinion, this would be better if you sat in a different spot, and this is really a problem of the bottom floor, but we are not sure about that. The food was very substandard and took far too long. At the beginning of the evening, the food was nice and hot, reasonably fast, and tasty. With each subsequent round, this deteriorated; we had to wait an average of 30 minutes for a round after ordering, and as the evening progressed, the quality declined and the waiting time increased. Venison steak that was completely overcooked, cheese croquettes that were not fried long enough, and a cheeseburger that was cold, to name just a few things. To finish off, we were hoping for a nice dessert—or so we hoped. The brownie was tasty, but the tiramisu tasted like it had fallen into a bowl of water. We ordered a small apple tart and a red velvet cookie that, according to the menu, were supposed to be warm; however, they were cold, and the whipped cream on the apple tart had also seen better days. The service wasn't anything to write home about either. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and enthusiastic. She explained the concept well. At the beginning of the evening, they regularly checked if the food was tasting good and if we wanted another drink, but this happened much less frequently as the evening progressed. To the point where we had to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee or a new drink. The food servers often couldn't even manage a "bon appétit." All in all, a disappointing evening; for these prices, you would expect to at least go home satisfied, which was almost impossible given the waiting times. In any case, we won't be coming back here anytime soon!

This was our first visit to this tapas all-you-can-eat restaurant. Drinks are even included, although some are a small extra charge. Ordering is done via QR code on your phone, which I'm not a fan of. It takes about half an hour for your order to be served. Our standouts were the gyoza, fondue roll, karaage, and red velvet cookie. "The cheeseburger was gone," we were told after ordering. It was a shame that a cold wind started blowing mid-evening, so I even had to wear a scarf and my neighbors had to wear a coat. Reports to the staff weren't taken seriously; nothing was done about it or feedback given. That was a shame. But we'll definitely try Heinde again, either here or at one of their other locations.

We were really looking forward to it. Everything looked good online, and the reviews were positive. Maybe we weren't lucky, but it was disappointing. It was incredibly crowded and noisy, and our table for three was in a walkway and the downstairs area, which, due to the noise, is not something you want to be sitting in. It was very crowded. When we requested a different table, we were placed in a drafty area, next to the bar. On to the food. To be fair, most of it looked very good! However, the taste left much to be desired. Initially fine, it deteriorated as the evening progressed. Some items arrived literally cold, or a "dame blanche" was simply dumped onto a plate, straight from a prepackaged, frozen ice cream from a bulk container. The service was excellent. Friendly staff. The waiters, in particular, were completely exhausted. Fast service. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The only difference compared to other all-inclusives was the unlimited ordering time and the inclusion of drinks. I would make the menu a little less extensive and serve better quality food, then Heinde can really distinguish itself.

Great restaurant with good value. Most of the regular drinks are included with the set price, which is amazing. The food overall is very tasty with a few outliers but this is a matter of taste. The choice of foods is varied and international. The desserts are great too and I like that you can order side dishes separately with every order. Staff is helpful and friendly, we loved Sara in particular as her timing with the drinks was great and she had a great attitude and warm smile. This was the first time, but definitely coming back.

The food was good. The service was subpar. We had to order the last round of hot food at 9:45 PM and the last round of dessert at 10:15 PM. Meanwhile, the staff were already cleaning and moving tables to put them back in place. Several guests were clearly annoyed by this as well. The staff took the glasses from above with their hands...not very hygienic. We were sitting 3 meters away from a trash can, which was emptied while we were still eating. They tried to take away glasses that were still half full of drinks. The buffet was completely overflowing with empty glasses and bottles, and the restrooms had been messy and unclean since the beginning of the evening. The Heinde Amersfoort location was unfortunately a disappointment. We'll be back to Weert soon!!

We came in, that was very good. After calling, we were able to move our reservation forward half an hour and they responded very politely and luckily that was possible! When we were seated…. 20 minute wait 🫤 finally we could order a drink and a sandwich. 10 minute wait 🫤 Sandwich arrived! 5 minutes later 🫤 Drinks (finally) arrived. Ordered food, waited at least 30 minutes for the dishes, half of which were lukewarm. When we finally got to the fries, they arrived (after 30 minutes…) completely cold 😢 This was not so tasty 😢 We asked for a new container of fries 😋 20 minutes later…. ANOTHER container of cold fries?! At that point we gave up the mission for fries 💔 We were, however, on a mission for a nice glass of wine! 10 minutes of waving at employees and then we were finally seen.. When the wines finally arrived, there was a lip print on the glass 😱😰 Another mission to wave until we were finally seen 🥲 Received a new glass, and it was completely dirty again 😰😰😰 Again waving at an employee until we were seen, only to be told off by an employee 🥲 Then we finally got AGAIN a dirty glass 😰 We gave up the mission and ended up cleaning the third glass ourselves with a tissue. What a huge difference that made, the glasses were REALLY dirty 🤢 Our handkerchief was completely covered in lipstick 🤢🤮 Then we didn't dare to order anything anymore, we reported it to an employee who reacted politely and said sorry 😊 She immediately spoke to the rude boy, and the manager came by later to offer us a paid drink on the house 🥳 We just didn't dare to order a drink after all the dirty glasses 💔😢 We asked for a discount on the receipt and (after consultation) eventually received €10 compensation at the checkout 🥳 We just don't dare come back to Heinde anymore and after this experience I will no longer recommend the restaurant 🥲🫣

Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the cozy atmosphere and friendly welcome. We could order food using a QR code, which worked perfectly. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. It's great that drinks and desserts are included. A huge compliment to the service. Food: excellent! Service was also great. My husband received a modified menu after he mentioned an allergy. The staff was very friendly and regularly checked in to see if everything was to his liking. We went once on a Tuesday, and it's a bit quieter and less noisy then than on a Friday. I had high expectations based on the reviews, although some lowered them somewhat. The food exceeded expectations; what incredibly delicious food! There was also more than enough choice on the menu, something for everyone. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, it all looked quite luxurious. The dishes also arrived quite quickly (an average wait of 10 minutes), and we were regularly asked if everything was to our liking and if we wanted any drinks. The concept is similar to la cubanita: you scan a QR code with your phone, and you're taken to the website to order. Every 15 minutes, you can order two dishes per person. It seems small, but it's perfectly manageable. The less pleasant aspects: - Extremely noisy; tables are quite close together, so you can hear the neighbors' conversations. If you're already overstimulated, like me, this is really unpleasant. - Staff: I feel like they don't have enough staff to manage everything properly. This is our worst experience at a Heinde restaurant. We had a reservation for 5 p.m. and found the door closed. This made us wonder if we'd made the right reservation, but luckily, the door opened after a few minutes. The food wasn't hot on the first visit. It tasted good, but nothing special. One steak was overcooked, and another time, it had only seen the pan. The service was quite good at the beginning of the evening, but by the end of the evening, the wait for drinks was far too long. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very disappointing. We won't be returning to Heinde in Amersfoort! I hope not all Heinde restaurants will maintain this level of service.

We arrived with high expectations, as the previous times the food and drinks had been truly excellent. The flavors were good, and the dishes were clearly prepared with care. Unfortunately, the quality declined throughout the evening. The later dishes were less good; it seemed like they had already been prepared and therefore lost their freshness. This was a disappointing end to a good start. The service also left much to be desired. We had to wait far too long between orders, and the lack of staff was clearly noticeable. Drinks we ordered took ages to arrive. The beer was already dead before it even arrived. For the price we paid, I really expected more. This made the price-to-quality ratio quite skewed. In short: a promising start, but the lower quality of the later dishes and the slow service made for a disappointing experience. If you don't have enough staff for so many guests, you have to sell fewer seats to maintain quality and keep your customers satisfied. No more Heinde Amersfoort for us!!

I don't feel like you're really getting your money's worth out of it, because it's incredibly busy and there aren't enough staff, which makes it take a long time. Because of that, we went home feeling rather empty. I also think it's ridiculous that 4-year-olds have to pay 22.50; my son only eats fries. My 6-year-old daughter doesn't eat much anymore. It would be better to charge a certain amount per year of age up to 11.

Unfortunately, this one was a real disappointment. We've been to many restaurants, but unfortunately, we won't be going back. The dishes were very sparse, with little garnish, and cold. The service was friendly but slow. We had two drinks in 2.5 hours, even though it was all-inclusive and the restaurant wasn't even full. They brought dishes we hadn't ordered, and when we pointed this out, the staff became irritated. The atmosphere was also very chaotic. We, a couple of two, were placed in the middle of a room full of groups; we could barely hear each other. Google Maps for this location is incorrect! The photos on Google Maps show a kind of farm and free parking, but this isn't the case. Parking is €1 for every 18 minutes. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

It's incredibly crowded. Too few staff. Very noisy if you're sitting under the wooden floor. The layer cake I ordered wasn't brought because it was probably gone (according to the server), and later you see other people eating that dessert you were craving. A bit odd.

My new favorite tapas restaurant! The fact that drinks are included in the price makes it very appealing. The food is delicious, and the menu is extensive. We were served on a Tuesday evening by a very friendly and welcoming lady. Reservations are recommended. I'll definitely be back!

The last time I went was when it was still Heinde en Ver and located in Leusden, and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be in Amersfoort. The bread was still frozen inside, and the steak had no flavor, and there was no gravy with it. Such a shame, but I won't be back.

The food was fine, but not great. Many dishes lacked flavor and contained a lot of pre-made, frozen junk. We were given bread with the inside still frozen. I understand you can't expect much for €42.50, but this was very mediocre. We all had stomach aches after eating. Such a shame.

The food was truly fantastic, and the atmosphere was top-notch, with lovely, spacious seating. Drinks like coke, wine, and beer are included, and the icing on the cake is the Malibu and other drinks, which are included for a small fee of €2 per glass. Our host deserves extra credit. Highly recommended.

Went there tonight for the first time and also the last time. Food that should be hot cold or lukewarm. Reheated food and you can taste it. Long wait for food. And then you order dessert as a last resort and that took almost 45 minutes. We also found the food very disappointing. This is definitely not worth the money. We also reported it there but I doubt if anything will be done about it. Staff just eat behind the bar while they are talking to you.

We had a nice evening with good food. However, there were some points of attention. The food delivery took a really long time in our opinion. We were there at 5 o'clock and an hour later we had had 2 rounds (that means 12 dishes). What was nice was that the dishes were generally nice and small, so that fits in well with the concept in our opinion. The side dishes (ordered fries) were big, I would choose small portions myself. A waste if it gets thrown away. In addition, they came to ask quite often if we wanted a drink while later, when we still wanted a drink, we didn't see anyone anymore. The staff that brought the food and drinks looked great. But you would expect some employees to wear a belt with pants halfway down the legs. I am all for personal choice and taste, but I do look presentable with pants that just go over your buttocks. I don't need to see your boxer shorts, that seems private to me. We were seated right in front of the entrance, which meant we could hear all the conversations at the counter (by phone and with the guests), which was a bit annoying. It was also quite cold at the end of the evening. Whether this was due to air conditioning or the air from outside (through the door), we don't know. But it wasn't pleasant. The table was just not that convenient, it would be better to separate it with a planter on legs or something so that the guests are not in the spotlight and you still have some privacy when you ask something at the cash register. Not all the food was to our taste, but tastes differ. All in all it was a nice experience and a good price (drinks were also included, that's a really great idea).

Ze gaan na 27-12-24 sluiten. Ga er niet meer eten want alles is zeer slecht. Restanten worden geserveerd en de bediening is ronduit slecht. Geen kerstversiering niets! We waren niet geïnformeerd dus de kerstlunch viel behoorlijk in duigen.

I have ordered pizza and pasta here very often. I find the quality much better and tastier than the well-known American chains (Domino's and New York Pizza). Those are really American-style pizzas; here it is more traditionally Italian. You can always rely on the quality here, and delivery is always quick and friendly. It's nice that you can also customize your own.
