I don't feel like you're really getting your money's worth out of it, because it's incredibly busy and there aren't enough staff, which makes it take a long time. Because of that, we went home feeling rather empty. I also think it's ridiculous that 4-year-olds have to pay 22.50; my son only eats fries. My 6-year-old daughter doesn't eat much anymore. It would be better to charge a certain amount per year of age up to 11.

Would have liked it a bit more seasoned. Otherwise, plenty of choice. Delicious and plenty to eat.

It's incredibly crowded. Too few staff. Very noisy if you're sitting under the wooden floor. The layer cake I ordered wasn't brought because it was probably gone (according to the server), and later you see other people eating that dessert you were craving. A bit odd.

Unfortunately, this one was a real disappointment. We've been to many restaurants, but unfortunately, we won't be going back. The dishes were very sparse, with little garnish, and cold. The service was friendly but slow. We had two drinks in 2.5 hours, even though it was all-inclusive and the restaurant wasn't even full. They brought dishes we hadn't ordered, and when we pointed this out, the staff became irritated. The atmosphere was also very chaotic. We, a couple of two, were placed in the middle of a room full of groups; we could barely hear each other. Google Maps for this location is incorrect! The photos on Google Maps show a kind of farm and free parking, but this isn't the case. Parking is €1 for every 18 minutes. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Delicious food and drinks for a fixed price (except for a few drinks), good and friendly service.

My new favorite tapas restaurant! The fact that drinks are included in the price makes it very appealing. The food is delicious, and the menu is extensive. We were served on a Tuesday evening by a very friendly and welcoming lady. Reservations are recommended. I'll definitely be back!

Delicious food, good atmosphere and nice staff.

The last time I went was when it was still Heinde en Ver and located in Leusden, and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be in Amersfoort. The bread was still frozen inside, and the steak had no flavor, and there was no gravy with it. Such a shame, but I won't be back.

The food was fine, but not great. Many dishes lacked flavor and contained a lot of pre-made, frozen junk. We were given bread with the inside still frozen. I understand you can't expect much for €42.50, but this was very mediocre. We all had stomach aches after eating. Such a shame.

What a great place. Delicious food, no time slots during the week. They keep asking if you want more drinks. Definitely recommended.

The food was truly fantastic, and the atmosphere was top-notch, with lovely, spacious seating. Drinks like coke, wine, and beer are included, and the icing on the cake is the Malibu and other drinks, which are included for a small fee of €2 per glass. Our host deserves extra credit. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful time. We were warmly welcomed, the host explained the concept thoroughly, and we were well looked after. It was pleasantly busy, and I could still hear my group. I definitely recommend having a delicious meal here.

Unfortunately for us the kitchen brigade was not very fast. Ate ok though. Maybe next time will be better.

Went there tonight for the first time and also the last time. Food that should be hot cold or lukewarm. Reheated food and you can taste it. Long wait for food. And then you order dessert as a last resort and that took almost 45 minutes. We also found the food very disappointing. This is definitely not worth the money. We also reported it there but I doubt if anything will be done about it. Staff just eat behind the bar while they are talking to you.

Last night, at the invitation of my colleague, for her 25th anniversary, the three of us had a wonderful meal there. Dishes are delicious and varied. Staff is very friendly, especially Daniëlle, what a sweet woman. Absolutely top, highly recommended. We were on the ground floor.

Cozy restaurant for drinks and dinner

Nice concept! Great portions and the quality of the food is beyond reproach. We were on a Friday when it seemed quite busy to the staff. Because of this, we ordered drinks a few times that did not arrive or arrived much later.

Good food, bad service. First drink took about 20 minutes. 2 drinks did not come. Dishes were gone without this being mentioned and did not come. Staff and kitchen cannot handle a full restaurant.

Nice concept with small dishes.

We had a nice evening with good food. However, there were some points of attention. The food delivery took a really long time in our opinion. We were there at 5 o'clock and an hour later we had had 2 rounds (that means 12 dishes). What was nice was that the dishes were generally nice and small, so that fits in well with the concept in our opinion. The side dishes (ordered fries) were big, I would choose small portions myself. A waste if it gets thrown away. In addition, they came to ask quite often if we wanted a drink while later, when we still wanted a drink, we didn't see anyone anymore. The staff that brought the food and drinks looked great. But you would expect some employees to wear a belt with pants halfway down the legs. I am all for personal choice and taste, but I do look presentable with pants that just go over your buttocks. I don't need to see your boxer shorts, that seems private to me. We were seated right in front of the entrance, which meant we could hear all the conversations at the counter (by phone and with the guests), which was a bit annoying. It was also quite cold at the end of the evening. Whether this was due to air conditioning or the air from outside (through the door), we don't know. But it wasn't pleasant. The table was just not that convenient, it would be better to separate it with a planter on legs or something so that the guests are not in the spotlight and you still have some privacy when you ask something at the cash register. Not all the food was to our taste, but tastes differ. All in all it was a nice experience and a good price (drinks were also included, that's a really great idea).

Food was good, although I didn't like everything. This is also taste. Restaurant was cozy, tables were not close together. Wheelchair is not very handy. Most tables are in the restaurant, for which you have to go down a flight of stairs. The service was not always friendly. Every now and then we got a sneer or disinterested reaction. Maybe too busy?

We have a lot of experience with the Heinde concept. We have been to different locations but this is the least. The food is fine but the service is slow and sluggish. Sometimes you have to ask for drinks several times or they just don't come. We are not used to that in other branches. Too bad but can be improved.

Once again we ate and drank well. A little busier, so it all took a little longer, but it didn't bother us. Remains a nice concept.

Had dinner at Heinde Amersfoort last Sunday, had some doubts after reading some reviews. However, none of that is true. Service top, very attentive young man who had an immediate answer to all questions and a friendly hostess. The appearance inside was good, the quality of the food was also excellent. And if you order again immediately after receiving your dishes, you won't have to wait long at all. All in all a successful evening.

Went to dinner with 8 people on April 12. Thought it was a bit exciting, saw quite a lot of poor reviews, about slow bad intentions, and mediocre and cold food. Well, we have not experienced any of this. Parking garage almost next to the restaurant, so only a very short walk. We were kindly received and helped very quickly. Food arrived within 15 minutes each time, and the entire table received food at once. Very extensive menu, all the things I ordered were delicious and nice and hot. So for us a very positive experience, If I had to mention one downside, it was very hot, something could be done about that. But otherwise a big 10 for us, we will definitely come back!

The food was tasty. Staff were friendly. You are regularly asked if you would like something to drink. It does indeed take a long time for the food to arrive on the table. 20 - 25 minutes. The great thing is that you can sit indefinitely, which makes you feel more relaxed. The atmosphere was also nice and cozy. However, you sit very close together, which can make it noisy. There could be a bit more variety in the food.

We visit various Heinde branches because we like it and the concept really appeals to us! Here too we were received enthusiastically and guided to our table, after which someone quickly came to take our drinks and asked if we wanted a sandwich beforehand. It was Sunday evening and the place was packed. Ordering was easy via the QR code and the drinks were replenished well and very regularly. We thought it seemed a bit “crowded”, there was little separation between the tables (plants for example). What we did notice was that there were a lot of receipts on the floor and we indicated 3 times that the toilets were not fresh, that is a point of attention. The waiting staff were friendly and enthusiastic, we can't say anything about that. We liked the food again and will visit another location next time :-)

If you are already in the "restaurant", I recommend ordering a lot of alcohol. The wine list is not bad for the concept (everything is included in one price). The red port was tasty, and the regular red wine...was also quite fine. It was fairly clean and the interior looked good. What surprised me, however, was the large number of positive reviews about the food. The food was awful – way too much oil, grease and mayonnaise everywhere. Almost every dish is served with a tasteless mayonnaise. Moreover, everything seems to have just been microwaved (hot on the inside, lukewarm on the outside) and not even cooked in an oven. Really disappointing!

Had dinner with 15 people on a Saturday evening. The place was full. Service is friendly, you will be answered promptly if you have any questions. Food was delicious, fast service. Compliments for having to keep going up and down the stairs. We all enjoyed it.

Service was friendly and food tasty, but unfortunately a piece of plastic was found in the food twice. A piece of tie rip in the soup and a blue plastic string in the dessert. Management only apologized the first time. When you walked past the bar there was a lot of rubbish on the floor, it didn't look neat.

Booked here to celebrate our son's birthday. Nice and busy on a Thursday, but the reception left much to be desired. After we were directed to our table, a drink was ordered and that was it. No explanation about the concept, no explanation about how to order the dishes, nothing at all. Drinks were requested again as they were not delivered. Beers literally wait for more than 5 minutes and are refilled several times. A tapping training from Heineken would not be an unnecessary luxury. Dishes taste great but take quite a long time to arrive on the table. In between, no check from the service whether everything tastes good, small effort. Many young people in ministry who lack the right guidance. The evening is chaotic, staff are often behind the bar chatting, playing and pulling each other's teeth. At the cash register, a stack of 8 crates of empty packaging is literally in full view. I spontaneously felt the urge to clean and polish the large mirror behind the bar because of all the stains and smudges. I got the impression that the light was at 100%, background music was audible in the distance. All in all, not a success for the first time. Food was decent. Service, cleanliness and hospitality were quite disappointing. Nice concept but still a long way to go.

Greeted very friendly upon arrival. Brought to our table which was very wobbly because the table top was loose. Service at the table really good, good wine and they come by regularly. Now I don't know if we were just unlucky that evening, but had to wait a very long time, 20 to 25 minutes for 2 very small dishes that were also very salty or tasteless. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the food, but perhaps this was just bad luck or it has to do with the price/quality.

Service was good, especially Sara. Spontaneous and service-oriented hostess. You can eat and drink what you want for 42.50 on the weekend. We were 14 people and the orders were delivered quickly. They also came by quite often for drinks. Busy and noisy, but a nice atmosphere. We will come again in April. Parking in the parking garage for 14 euros per day. A tip: Maybe give customers a discount for the parking garage (several restaurants do this at Eemplein)

You could order 2 dishes per person per round. It was a bit of a long wait between rounds, but when the food was ready, it all came at the same time and was nice and hot. In between, the servers kept asking for a drink. It was super quality!!

Poor service, inexperienced young employees, tables are not cleared on time. You pay for people who are not there (for example due to illness). Orders are not processed properly and have to be retaken several times. In addition, it sometimes takes 20 to 30 minutes before a small dish is served.

We were here on January 4 for a bachelor party. Service was good and it is nicely decorated. Dishes were tasty, not too big and well seasoned. We enjoyed it, thank you!

Well that's it.... often enjoyed Heinde in Leusden. Lovely atmosphere, cozy, outside on the terrace in the summer, etc. But now it is not on the Eemplein in Amersfoort. At least not for us anymore! Noisy and bad acoustics. The start of the evening was not good. After that it was handled better. But for us it was the last time......a pity!

We had a credit voucher. But this time things went wrong again. Had to wait too long between rounds. And when I got home everything was thrown out. Just had food poisoning. Never again for us.

Had dinner last night with colleagues. Food was very mediocre, not what I am used to from having often eaten in Leusden. Food was cold and dried out. Had to wait 1 hour for food between dishes 1st round. The other round was always half an hour in between. The restaurant was very noisy, heard other people talking, but we could not hear our own table. Service and Food really need to improve. Too bad we won't be coming here to eat again.

Had dinner here with seven adults last night. I read below that sometimes things go wrong, but we were warmly welcomed and served excellently, quickly and flawlessly throughout the evening. Just absolutely good! A great format where you can choose from numerous menu options for a fixed price for an entire evening, including Vegan and lactose-free options (please notify the waiter of course). And everything was tasty! Drinks are also included, but there is a (modest) surcharge for a number of more specific drinks. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely come back here again. Keep it up! (Just provide that step with an LED strip or something 😜)

Sat here tonight. Pleasant staff. The menu itself is excellent in terms of choice. However, the food took a very long time. Understandably busy, but because of this the quality of the food was very disappointing (dried out under a warming lamp, etc.). The feedback was also reported to the restaurant and I sincerely hope that they can do something with it.

Yet another all-inclusive restaurant where you can order unlimited (always the same) dishes from the menu with your QR code. It looks nice on the inside and the menu itself is fine, but not distinctive and not something to go back to regularly because you always eat the same thing. What is different from the other all-inclusives is that the drinks are included. That is distinctive. They have only been around for a short time, but please train your staff a bit before letting them start. Went in on Friday to make a reservation and 3 employees in a row had no idea; not even what the card was, how I could make a reservation or how it worked. You can only ask questions to staff wearing a pink shirt. The rest bring food to the table and clean up. The system is that you tick it yourself (via QR code). I tried to order twice so that we would have something quickly, but that is prevented by a time slot. Only after a few minutes can you order again. However, most orders come quickly (which is also a sign that nothing is fresh). The waitress was great and really tried her best. However, on the first floor you feel the harsh cold dry wind from the air conditioning on your neck. This causes dry eyes, a stiff neck and headaches. Despite her really good attempts, it was not possible to turn it off or soften it. The food itself was excellent and we had a nice evening. But clearly a chain with “fast food”. Next time just go to a good Italian or Argentinian where something tasty will be prepared for you on the spot with fresh ingredients.

We hadden al ruim van te voren gereserveerd bij Leusden en kregen bericht dat het door was gezet naar Amersfoort. Na even zoeken die dag gevonden en lekker gegeten al was het niet druk wel lang wachten op de gerechtjes. Bij weg gaan moest er nog parkeergeld betaald worden wat een behoorlijk bedrag nog was. Was wel zo netjes geweest als heinde dat voor zijn rekening had genomen. Tenslotte hadden we voor Leusden gekozen dichter bij en parkeren gratis voor de deur. Zou niet snel weer naar Amersfoort gaan.

Update: unfortunately the new location in Amersfoort cannot yet match Leusden.. the interior is much more 'crowded', which means that seating space is really on the tight side.. also a lot of new staff who clearly still need to get used to it and could receive a friendliness course.. everything else is fine. remained the same, but the atmosphere is unfortunately a lot less..

For the time being NOT going to eat in Amersfoort, we ate at the table last night at 7.30 pm. A lot of things went wrong. At 9 p.m. we had the first dishes and we had to order again quickly. Some dishes were no longer in stock, at 10 p.m. (the kitchen closes for hot dishes) we were allowed to order 4 dishes each, but that also went wrong, after fifteen minutes a lady came who would arrange it, but some of us were done with it. There was an employee who tried to save our evening and completely agreed with our comments and was also very friendly. But there is an employee who did not think it was necessary to give the proposed compensation that the friendly employee suggested. So we will not be returning to this location for the time being, as there are staff who are not trained or properly managed.

Near Leusden: Good concept, tasty dishes. Cheerful and attentive team. Nice location. Handy ordering system using your telephone. Everything is right about this restaurant. Update Unfortunately they have moved from Leusden to Amersfoort. Location is a lot less and paid parking. Shame.

We had now driven from Zeewolde to eat here for the 6th time. As always, great for each other. Staff great! New things on the menu every time, fun! Next time to the new branch in Amersfoort, we are curious!

Na een half uur wachten totdat de app aangaf wat te bestellen was het een verkeerde tafel die toegewezen was. Bordjes aan de onderkant vies door scheef op het dienblad gestaan te hebben. Lang gewacht op het uitserveren van de gerechten (meer als een half uur) en dan waren niet alle gerechtjes compleet. We hebben meer als 3 kwartier moeten wachten op een biertje ( terwijl we al een bediende tussentijds hadden laten komen) maar deze was het ook weer vergeten, 2 x spa rood besteld we kregen 2 glazen water. De crêpe als dessert was heel dik en het ijs was geen bolletje maar saus geworden, kipsate was koud (allemaal te laat uitgeserveerd na mijn mening) er was helaas veel te weinig personeel en we hadden de indruk dat sommige er ook totaal geen zin in hadden niet echt vriendelijk. Bij afrekenen wel de problemen allemaal aangegeven en er werd ons gezegd dat het inderdaad een rommelige avond was. We vinden het jammer dat het zo gelopen is, we hadden ons er veel meer van voorgesteld. We hebben wel vaker hier gegeten en toen was het allemaal heel goed, maar zondagavond was het echt niet goed! Als er te weinig personeel is dan moeten er minder gasten geboekt gaan worden, we weten dat jullie binnenkort gaan verhuizen maar dat zal niet uit mogen maken dat de avond zeer rommelig en niet aangenaam verliep.

We wanted to go out for dinner for the first time with our newborn baby. Unfortunately, she has a cow's milk allergy, which makes choosing a restaurant complicated. We came here for the extensive allergen map, linked to the good Google reviews. We were very much looking forward to our visit. Unfortunately it all went wrong. The food itself was "okay" at best. Not bad, but not particularly tasty either. The tastiest dishes were the tomato soup and the potato salad. The latter is a side dish. The other dishes (meat/fish) were mainly overcooked. Fortunately the children liked it. In terms of allergens, things seemed to be off to a good start. The waiter gave us tickets and consulted with the kitchen about the allergy, so it was all perfect. But it turns out, the allergen card is not the complete truth. In the kitchen it is checked again (rightly, and only properly) whether there is any cow's milk in a dish. Only then are parts simply left out. No replacement is arranged, no consultation takes place. It is simply served. Which gives you tartare and tataki without mayonnaise. Or an Indonesian rendang without rendang. When paying, we indicated that we didn't think this was all that normal, and whether something could be done about the price. The manager was called in, who didn't get much further than "we haven't done anything wrong, so unfortunately we can't do anything about the price". Then after 5 minutes I went to the cash register to pay. In addition, the acoustics in the building are dramatic. It was a complete cacophony. Your table companions can hardly be heard. They are now moving on October 1, hopefully the acoustics in the new building will be better. So once, but never again.

Delicious food! We don't really get close anymore, but we enjoyed it all the times we were there. Medium-sized restaurant, nice and fast service. There is also room for staff who speak Dutch less well. No time pressure so you can enjoy a long meal. Good price-quality ratio. Ordering is easy with any telephone. In the summer the air conditioning may be a little too loud. Or we just sat under the air conditioning. A bit too zealous with spring onions 😎

It took a long time before we got our food. Some dishes were forgotten. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the food.

The food was really bad. Rice (Sushi) was hard and seemed to be fried for the 3rd time. Meat was cold, drinks not in a bottle but from packages. We will never come here again...
