Restaurant Zuiver Amersfoort in Wijk 02 Leusden-Zuid

De avond begon veelbelovend: vriendelijk personeel, een fijne sfeer en een goede eerste indruk. Helaas veranderde dit volledig bij het hoofdgerecht. We bestelden beiden een diamanthaas, medium rare. Wat we kregen, was duidelijk niet medium rare – het vlees was grotendeels doorbakken met een grijze binnenkant. We gaven dit vriendelijk aan en de serveerster reageerde professioneel: excuses aangeboden en de borden werden meegenomen. Tot zover prima. Daarna kwam er echter een andere medewerker aan tafel – een mannelijke bediening – die op onbeschofte wijze de oude borden voor onze neus teruggooide en meteen in de verdediging schoot. Volgens hem wisten wij niet wat “medium rare” betekende en was het vlees precies goed bereid. Opmerkelijk, want het was gewoon half grijs vanbinnen, en mijn tafelgenoot heeft zelf jarenlange ervaring in de horeca. De discussie werd onnodig en ongemakkelijk. Uiteindelijk nam hij de borden weer mee. Toen het nieuwe gerecht arriveerde, dachten we dat het hiermee klaar was. Helaas, dezelfde medewerker kwam terug om opnieuw zijn gelijk te halen. Hij bleef erop hameren dat hij gelijk had en wij ongelijk – totaal ongepast gedrag richting betalende gasten die simpelweg netjes hun feedback gaven. Het hele incident heeft de avond voor ons compleet verpest. Van een gezellige avond uit werd het een ongemakkelijke ervaring waar je zo snel mogelijk klaar mee wilt zijn. Kortom: nooit meer.

Mooie lokatie, lekker eten, keurig opgemaakt en prima bediening. Maar wel te duur voor wat je er voor krijgt. Met name de drankjes en bijgerechten zijn erg duur. Ruim 6 euro voor een alcoholvrij biertje en vijf Eric voor een klein bakje sla.

Een prettig restaurant waar je vlot geholpen wordt door vriendelijk personeel. Prijs/kwaliteit is goed en er wordt snel bediend (dit was lunch). Enig minpunt is de muziek, wat een vreselijke speellijst stond er op. Snap ik niets van met een gemiddeld 40 + bezetting .

Kundige vriendelijke bediening en mooi vormgegeven heerlijke maaltijden. De alcohol vrije mousserende wijn is ons ook zeer goed bevallen.

Super fijne plek, mooi terras, top bediening, heerlijk gegeten, uitgebreid menu, mooie omgeving, goed bereikbaar. Echt een aanrader!

Lunch viel erg tegen. Uitsmijter was aangebakken, ingedroogd ei met een kwakje onaangemaakte sla. Eten werd geserveerd, stond koud te worden zonder dat er bestek aanwezig was. Al met al een forse teleurstelling.

Wat een teleurstellende ervaring.. Nadat wij het drankje hadden besteld werd ons meegedeeld dat de keuken eerst ging eten..dan maar naar het toilet & weer door. Nou daar was de hele dag nog niet naar omgekeken, vies & een enorme bende!

Odd location in-between two highways. However, easy to reach and that is maybe its main asset. Food quality was poor with little fantasy. Staff was very nice and location actually has a nice atmosphere. Food quality needs significant improvement certainly in view of prices charged.

Zeer aan te raden als ontmoetingsplek voor een feestje, jubileum of i.d. Vooraf de locatie en de zaal bekeken en op basis daarvan een keurige offerte ontvangen. De bediening was uitstekend. Je had niet in de gaten dat ze er waren of de gesprekken verstoorden. Hier was de klant koning. De after-sales is als zeer vriendelijk ervaren!

Nice place for lunch and dinner

When we arrived there was a staff shortage, so it took a long time before someone came to welcome us. But even later, when there were sufficient staff available, there was insufficient alertness among the staff, who were also poorly attuned to each other. For example, it took too long before someone seemed willing to hand us the lunch menu, and our request to pay was not followed up at all until we went to the cash register ourselves after ten minutes. Passion for the catering profession seemed to be lacking among the younger part of the staff. The food is acceptable, but the staff has ensured that we will not be returning here anytime soon.

Als je onderweg bent en ineens trek krijgt is dit een uitstekende plaats om neer te strijken! Een mooie lunchkaart waar je makkelijk een keuze kunt maken! Wat je ook kiest, het resultaat is mooier en lekkerder dan je verwacht. De Croque Monsieur heeft een héérlijke bechamelsaus, verrassend lekker! Mét verse frietjes! Een aanrader voor bezoekers uit de buurt én mensen, zoals wij, op doorreis.

We had a wonderful evening on a Tuesday. Restaurant nicely filled, not too busy. The service was a pleasant surprise, especially Danielle, the floor manager, who was a party at the table. Pleasant to chat with, enjoys interacting with guests and good at her job. Until next time!

De plek is geweldig voor een eerste Date die ik gisteravond (dinsdag) heb gehad. We hadden een rustig plekje in de ruim opgezette drukke eetzaal, zonder last te hebben van de andere gebruikers. Het ontvangst was vriendelijk en er word terdege rekening gehouden met ons als gast. De bediening is vlot en zeer attent, zij komen regelmatig aan tafel om te vragen of alles naar wenst is. De dinerkaart is mooi voorzien van heerlijke gerechten die de keuze er niet gemakkelijk op maken. Na de keuze gemaakt te hebben duurde het niet lang toen het netjes werd opgediend. Het eten was verrukkelijk, de maïskip was mals en sappig met een heerlijke sous, mijn lieve gast had Sate met friet wat ook heerlijk was. Al met al hebben wij heerlijk ongestoord kunnen kletsen en hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. Bij gelegenheid zeker de moeite waard om nog eens te gaan dineren.

Ate here on December 12. Fish of the day with seasonal vegetables and potato. Turned out to be fish on pasta. I asked if this was correct, but it turned out that the chef had adjusted this dish. Unfortunately not in consultation with the customer! Was just bad, greasy and no vegetables. The vegetarian menu was the same pasta with a shred of cheese with a few tomatoes. Definitely not worth repeating!

The wines were good and the service friendly, but that's about it. The risotto was hard and was sent back by our entire group. On attempt two the granules were still hard, so I couldn't eat them either. The duck breast was so raw that the blood still ran out when it was cut. We also had to return this dish and for the sake of time did not send it again. The soup was bland. The dessert was very small. It took a very long time for glasses to be refilled. We also had lunch here once, where fresh orange juice was served in a small wine glass for €6. This clearly came from a pack. When we asked about this, they indicated that the package stated that it was fresh. We had to pay the full amount for this. Unfortunately I won't be coming back here again.

Sinterklaas evening had dinner with 7 people, unfortunately the satay was gone, 6 people chose diamond hare, which was fine, but for € 26 the amount of vegetables was minimal and because we asked for fries instead of baby potatoes, we had to pay for them separately. The service was good and friendly.

We had a service for the death of Adrie Goedemans, it was wonderfully arranged. Beautiful, atmospheric accommodation. Thank you for that.

Had dinner with 6 friends in Zuiver on Friday evening. All 6 of us are very satisfied with Zuiver, the service is friendly, attentive and careful (including wine advice). The quality of all dishes was excellent. And all that in a cozy atmosphere. 1 downside: price-quality is a bit lacking, for us it is a more expensive restaurant.

Ate at Pure for the first time, but often had meetings in the restaurant (always fine). We were happy with the quality and service. An extra sandwich with the steak tartare was spontaneously offered. Delicious fresh atjar with the satay. Carafe of still water no problem. Price quality excellent.

Entourage is mooi. Al helemaal in kerstsfeer. De dames van de bediening deden zeker hun best (ook om zoveel mogelijk drank te verkopen) . Het eten was echt koud, niet lauw, maar koud. Gaan hier nooit weer eten. Geen aanrader

Had lunch here today with the family. A very nice restaurant where you are really a guest. Nice menu with fairly normal prices. There is a good atmosphere, partly due to the beautiful interior.

No coat to be accepted upon arrival. The lamps are really not nice. Fast service, food is good. For the price it could be a bit better. Fish was well seasoned, the diamond hare was large but lacking in flavor.

Last Friday evening we had dinner with four people to try out the complete game menu. It turned out to be a very pleasant evening, because before we knew it we had traveled more than four hours. This was partly due to the cozy atmosphere, extremely polite, friendly and professional staff. The dishes were approved by the same family, they were tasty, special and enough, and at a reasonable price. That was the reason to immediately reserve places for the family for December 25. In short, we ended the evening with a very good feeling.

We enjoyed the tasty game menu, but missed fresh vegetable dishes. There was only stew. We were very surprised that a waiter mistook the wild duck for pheasant and vice versa when serving. That's really not possible! The stews in the kitchen had also been accidentally switched. That was solved by an extra bowl of sauerkraut.

Nice place to have a quiet drink or lunch

Service is young but enthusiastic but not always skilled. Atmosphere is nice, food is ok, but a salad for 21 euros that fills half the plate with a tiny bread roll is very expensive in my opinion. Too bad because the location near the Treek walking area is very nice and central.

Wij hadden redelijke verwachtingen toen wij met een groep vrienden op zaterdagavond dit restaurant bezochten , maar het was er verdacht rustig. De bediening was zeer jong en onervaren en wij moesten regelmatig smeken om bediening voor een drankje of iets anders. De pinot was lauw en toen wij dat aangeven ging de jongeman verdedigen dat het net uit de koeling kwam. Frietjes kwamen, nadat het hoofdgerecht al lang op was, evenals de Malbec. Deze jonge kinderen konden bijna geen van allen vertellen wat er op de borden lag. Om 22 uur zat de hele club aan de bar en werden wij aan ons lot overgelaten, niet echt zuiver. Of het met Halloween of de volle maan te maken had, want om 22.30 uur was het hele grote restaurant leeg. Als ik zuiver naar het eten kijk dan was het helemaal niet slecht. Maar, als ik zuiver naar bediening en service kijk dan een hele dikke onvoldoende.

It was very busy, quite noisy due to the somewhat bare decoration. The staff was (too) busy. Mistakes were made when Ane placed the order, which meant that the food was not all correct. The food itself was good, but not great and not very much, even a bit little. So all in all not very happy unfortunately.

Friendly service but we had to ask for everything, menu, drinks, ordering food, things that had been forgotten, a spoon with the soup. It was not busy and there were enough staff, yet little attention was paid to us. The bill was very high for what you got.

We were a large group of 12 and all received our dishes on time. Cheerful service! Delicious food. Tip: ask for more drinks and come by a little more often. Atmospheric dining, great!

Younger wait staff should not be talking to each other when preparing drinks. After more than 5 minutes of chatting, a young man brought the drinks to a table. In the meantime, I was unable to make contact with three people serving. Only eyes for each other!

Delicious food, professional service

When we had car trouble in the evening, we stopped at Restaurant Zuiver. Even though the restaurant was already closed, the young staff was incredibly friendly and offered us a cup of coffee on the house. Even though they were going home, we were allowed to sit on the terrace until the roadside assistance came to help us. We will definitely come back to eat there!

Had a delicious meal at this beautiful restaurant. A super nice staff with a lot of knowledge of the food and especially the wines. Bas in particular had a lot of knowledge of the different wines. The half wine arrangement for the BoB was also a good tip. Again soon!

It was a nice lunch with my sisters.

On the way there I was sharp enough to put this restaurant on my radar. We were allowed to have lunch on the way back, so we plopped down on the large terrace of Zuiver. It took a while before we were helped and it was noticeable that tables were still full of empty plates and drinks were regularly served at the wrong table. Anyway, flaws or a pattern? We both ordered a Caesar salad and it came with some bread, according to the well-stocked menu. The sandwiches arrived a lot earlier and was this a pre-made sandwich or was this part of the Caesar salad? When the salad arrived it was clear that the bread had arrived on the table a bit early. The Caesar salad was disappointing. It was a lot of lettuce and we felt more like a rabbit than a full-fledged guest. You really had to look for the chicken, egg, anchovies and tomato. No, not a sexy salad, rather messy and substandard. The bill was not too bad at €27 per person (a drink with the salad) and this is clearly on the list, nice terrace but a door further is so much nicer.

Zuiver definitely contributed to the success of my book presentation. Very professional and with a lot of personal attention. They absolutely took care of me and excelled in their hospitality.

Food was mediocre for the money you paid. The "bar boy" who served the beers was busy with other things and left some beers so that there was no foam head on them anymore. It took a very long time for the drinks to arrive so the food was finished before the drinks arrived. Service did their best to get it right, but I would quickly fire the bar boy!

Gisteren geluncht bij Zuiver. Het was mooi weer en erg druk op het terras. Daarom besloten we binnen te gaan zitten. Jammer maar dit werd ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de prettige ontvangst van Melanie . Wat een professionele, aardige en attente gastvrouw. Bij deze een compliment.

Beautiful location, large terrace.

Very nice restaurant with a large terrace that is excellent when the weather is nice. They have large umbrellas for shade. The staff is friendly, adequate and they can handle a smile and some changes in the standard menu without any problems. There is always a smile but still professional and helpful so big kudos to the staff. The space is very large and with a few people still cozy. The atmosphere is perfect for smaller and larger groups. The food is good and tasty. We made some changes to the basic menu again and it was great. Both the main course and dessert were very good. The price is high compared to the quality level of the food. So along with some excellent wine choices all in all a great evening with friends and their company. A place to come back to again for lunch or dinner.

Delicious food! We ordered a surprise menu with a matching wine arrangement. It was certainly a surprise menu, because none of the dishes were on the menu, but every course was much appreciated. Portions were large enough, everything was served at the right temperature and we received a brief explanation about the wine. Nice atmosphere and a lovely terrace at 30 degrees.

I used to work in this restaurant in its old state, so I'm curious to see what it has become now. We don't live nearby, so I was really curious! The environment is great! The old style of the building and surroundings has been preserved and the decoration has really kept up with the times. We were able to take a seat on the terrace where there were about 4 or 5 tables...few and a shame for a place with such a beautiful appearance. It took a while before we were helped, but that was fine. A boy and girl were serving. The cook was chatting at the outside bar. It was quiet, so of course there may be time for some fun... after that, the help was excellent at first. Ordered drinks and food and it was delivered promptly after receiving a sandwich. In between we had already finished our drink. The wait staff only paid attention to each other at the bar and guests had to walk to the bar to pay. In between, no further attention was paid. When our food was brought we asked for the drinks menu, the response was surprising...apparently we had a table without one. ...we have now started eating our food, while waiting for the waiter to come by, we continued eating. This was very tasty, we were not asked in between (small problem when you are standing 3 meters away to clean a table) and we were no longer asked if we wanted something to drink. Finally, after eating our food for about 10 minutes, we got up to pay and go to the toilet. We would have liked to spend the evening here and in addition to an extra drink, have a dessert and coffee.....what a shame! The bill did not ask whether everything had been satisfactory, so at that time I did not feel the need to discuss anything about this. We were very sorry that the evening was unfortunately ruined. I hope you can take the description of the evening as a tip. I was a waiter at restaurant Oud Leusden, so I know what it should be like and certainly know what it shouldn't be like (everyone has a bad day sometimes). Do something good with it. The service is super friendly and the food is good, although it could be improved with some minor adjustments (think of dressing on the side salad). The service is super friendly but not really efficient/professional. For example, our drinks order (a bottle of rosé and a bottle of spa red with lemon separately) was complete on the table after fifteen minutes (brought in five different rounds).

Was at the restaurant at 10:15 am. Hadn't eaten yet and wanted to eat something. Impossible. Lunch menu from 11am and no breakfast available either. Cake, but that's not for when you're hungry. Later I saw a dish on the counter that I wanted. That was for the staff. Visit cannot be called a success

Very neat looking case. Ate and drank on the terrace. Clean toilet and open kitchen.

Fantasieloze kaart en prefab (niet vers per portie bereid) voedsel. Rose werd niet uitgeschonken aan tafel, maar gevuld afgeleverd. Er hing een vissmaak in het glas. Rose was een suggestie van de kaart, maar ook zonder karakter; komt vast uit een pak. De Cesar salade (21 euro) met platgeslagen kip en oppervlakkig geroosterd, was smaakloos. De combinatie met anjovis was vreemd en niet volgens de kaart, die spreekt over anjovismayo. De kroketten waren OK, maar geserveerd op slap donker brood en de mosterd is weinig verfijnd. Koffie na, waterig en het melkje was zuur. Kortom, dramatisch overpriced restaurant. Gewoon links laten liggen. Prijs-kwaliteit is zoek. We hebben de moeite genomen om gratis feedback te geven; werd niet zichtbaar met dank ontvangen, niets mee gedaan. Bij het betalen gevraagd naar wat ze met de feedback gaan doen: "ik heb het doorgegeven". Dat is niet een service instelling die je bij het pretentievolle Zuiver verwacht.

Nice atmosphere, nice staff. The cappucino just enough. The price for cappucino is ridiculously high, €4.10, which we have not experienced yet. Our visit will therefore not be continued.

21 euros for the Ceasar Salad / Chefs Special, salad not very tasty, at most 50 g of chicken (cold, not under the salamander) and few garnishes. My wife had the Fregola for 22 euros, the green asparagus and Parmazan were missing and the Fregola was lukewarm/warm, it also lacked flavor. Not for us anymore.

Condolences and subsequent dinner with family. A person who "became unwell" was cared for so lovingly that it far exceeded normal service! The dining room was beautiful, wonderful to relax together in a private atmosphere after an emotional and tiring day. Highly recommended!

Mooie terras, moderne uitstraling matig eten en rommelig. Het uitgifte punt voor drank op het terras is rommelig en zorg voor overlast door het sjouwen van de afwas over het terras. Ondank voldoende bediening (geen afstemming) duurt het even voor drank (geen goed werkende opener) en voorgerecht is geserveerd. Het hoofdgerecht dagvis Tarbot is een ramp. Zompig van de boter waarin deze mooie vis heeft liggen sudderen. Een bakje met volgepropt met friet en een bakje met sla. Het ziet er niet aantrekkelijk uit en de smaak is matig en dat voor 29,50 euro pp.. Espresso wordt geserveerd in kopje met barst. Totale kosten bijna 150 euro. Jammer maar hier komen we dus niet meer.
