Heksenketel in Binnenstad

A very nice, quaint, and cozy pub. We received a very friendly and welcoming welcome and immediately struck up pleasant conversations with the owners and locals. We didn't eat there, and due to the weather, we couldn't use the outdoor terrace by the water.

Great spot by the harbor! For a drink. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Just a nice pub. Food? No idea.

Lovely terrace. In Amsterdam we call this a dead bar. Just drop by and soon 🍻 🥂 Weesp meets at the Heksenketel, but new comers are always welcome. No meals but snacks.

Cozy pub on the waterfront, but be careful with smaller children.

Nice cafe with very good location. They didn't have a menu yet, but the waitress gave us the options verbally. We took the bread with meatball. To me, the flavour was a bit too sweet, but I guess that is a matter of taste. The location is lovely, right on the water.

Cozy, noisy pub with Dutch music that you won't like...

We came for karaoke but it was turned into a DJ evening. Nice music, nice atmosphere.

Drama, first the neighbors received frozen bread that was then burned black. We received 2x carpaccio sandwiches that were still frozen and came from the supermarket on very dry old bread. Tuna salad sandwich was also on dry old bread and the tuna was two large pieces of tuna with a whole bunch of mayonnaise. Croquettes were decent but the white bread was also dry and old. Then the full whack of math is scandalous.

Fantastic location. Amazing atmosphere. Efficient staff. Basic but very nice food. More importantly, the lovely lady who owns this place came over to speak to me. What she said to me made, what was already an incredible holiday in the Netherlands, the best ever. Thank you x Visited again this year (2024) and a little disappointed that the only available food were snacks. Otherwise, still fantastic

Terrace with a beautiful view of De Kom van Weesp. Friendly service and a nicely filled glass of wine for a good price.

Great tent, just a shame about the lady who works there. I believe Chanthal is very customer unfriendly and often argues with customers when they just ask a normal question, it's ridiculous! Food is fine but that lady better drink her wine at home🫣

I HAVE NOT TRIED THE FOOD YET BUT THE COFFEE WAS GREAT. GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION IN WEESP, THE NETHERLANDS. IDEAL TO ENJOY THE WEATHER AND SURROUNDINGS

Wat een geweldig café en wat zijn de eigenaars onwijs leuk en zo gastvrij . Het trouwfeest gisteren was amazing en het eten was geweldig . Echt een aanrader en wij komen gauw bij jullie een eten. Claudia en Constantijn

Onaardige mevrouw in de bediening...

Leuke locatie aan het water. Bediening rokend en ongeïnteresseerd. Het gebak (appel en kwarktaart) was opgewarmd uit de diepvries en veel te warm geserveerd. De kwarktaart was vrijwel vloeibaar terwijl deze stevig en koel behoort gezin. Kortom amateuristisch.

Ik was hier voor een muziek quiz, erg gezellig en een leuke kroeg!

Lekker biertje gedronken op een mooie locatie

Heel gezellig en aardig personeel.en uiteraard lekker eten.

Uitstekend plekje om bij mooi weer even gezellig aan het water te zitten. 2e Paasdag vanwege extreme drukte alles wat trager en rommeliger, maar volkomen logisch wanneer je in je eentje een vol terras tevreden moet houden. Gelukkig heb ik geduld en begrip .......... en bitterballen en Southern Comfort ;-)

Wat een gastvrijheid en service! Wij komen rond lunchtijd via de achterdeur binnen, worden allerhartelijkst ontvangen en de eigenaresse (denk ik) gaat meteen op pad om aan mijn dieetwensen te voldoen. Nooit eerder zo meegemaakt, echt grote klasse. Lunch was heerlijk, we komen zeker nog eens terug. Groetjes uit Tilburg

Weesp is nog prachtig in stad gebleven. Jammer dat het gemeente Amsterdam wordt ipv Gooise Meren
