The food was not cooked properly, the cheese on the pizza was very hard

Rudeness of the staff is legendary here. Either you wait to pay for the order while they discuss how their day is going or they get frustrated because they made an error proceeding your order. Its ridiculous . The most expensive Store in the centr of Amsterdam with the worst service 😂🤣

Nice and aesthetically pleasing bar inside of the De Bijenkorf. I like the idea of taking a cocktail pause between the shopping and they have really made the bar look good. The espresso martinis tasted amazing, but the foam on top looked a bit sad. Also, the straws weren’t really necessary. I liked the nuts on the side (for free). The bartender (who was the only working person there) wasn’t too service oriented, didn’t get too much of an impression of him.

A very nice place for families to eat and have fun in the center of Amsterdam. You can rest after shopping downstairs. Diverse menu for the food and accessible for elderly people. Very clean restrooms with a changing room for babies. We have also enjoyed the food. Maybe the quality and the cooking of the French fries can be improved a little bit.

Only ate one sandwich with something to drink, but it was tasty.

Aanbod op de website komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. WiFi verbinding super, super slecht. Tv kijken idem.

Verborgen parel in het mooiste warenhuis van Nederland met een barman uit de 5-sterren categorie.

Mooi verzorgd & lekker gezellig. De chai latte is uitstekend.

This small bar is on 1st floor of de Bijenkorf (department store). The bartender is skilled and very friendly. coffee tasted good. Nice place to get some break during shopping.
