Het Feest van Joop in De Weteringschans

Unacceptable — be careful! Went with friends. A female friend was touched inappropriately on the breast by a security guard. When we confronted her, we were thrown out. The police didn't take us seriously at the scene. No apology, no investigation. Don't feel safe here.

The night before last, I was assaulted by two men at the club. A friend of mine went to the bouncer to report that we were being harassed. The man didn't bother to help us at all, and the situation escalated so badly that the police eventually had to be called because the men were assaulting me and my girlfriend outside the club. We really needed security, and they weren't there. Going out is fun, but once something happens, you can't turn to the club staff.

Even 1 Star is too much for this place. Guard outside making out with underage girls hahah. Well at least he let me in. Besides some of my friends that he didn't. Disgusted

Ordered 100 euros worth of champagne but was sent away immediately after ordering. So I never got my champagne and they were angry because the champagne was opened incorrectly

Letting girls go first in line. AWFUL. I stood in line for fifteen minutes to get in. 17-year-old girls were in the middle of the line and they were allowed in right away. And then all the security came for nothing. Pretty sad.

We were going to go in because it looked lively, but it turns out that in the end they didn't let us in because we were Spanish and only Dutch people could enter, and the doorman is rude and awful.

Every woman is favored by the bouncer who doesn't realize they're just using him to get in. Then, after waiting, you finally get to the front, and they don't let anyone else in.

Friday night I was aggressively thrown out of the tent because I asked for a glass of water from two girls at the bar who refused. Then intimidated and threatened on the street by three security guards who wouldn't leave me alone when I wanted to walk to the other side of the street. Security guards thought they were above the law for some reason, losers.

I have heard from sources that this is a great place with nice music and a pleasant atmosphere. First impression was not so positive. 1 security guard at the door who does not treat customers with respect. Pushing and threatening women. Not allowed to enter without a reason Furthermore, I hope that one day I will be allowed to enter and party

Terrible place with terrible doormen and music. If you want to have a bad night, this is where you should go.

Was dancing with my girlfriend at the bar happily enjoying the music when a guy came up from behind me and started yelling and shoving me I asked him to stop repeatedly and didn’t retaliate and my girlfriend went to get security when security came they grabbed me violently hitting me and throwing me on the floor than 6 other security came and took turns beating on me wile the aggressor was left in the bar after WE asked for help instead of engaging was completely assaulted and they lie never go to this bar I have proof in a video for anyone who would like to see the beating as google wont let me post the photos

Some moron doesn't want to let us in because my friend has a chronic cut on his little finger. He can't do anything about this. This wound opens with blood thinning.

Bald guard tells me to pick up my ID and then I pick it up and then I'm still not allowed to enter. Security guard with tight dark hair talks about my manners but doesn't even want to engage in conversation. I personally wouldn't go here with these two guards

Even if you have paid, you are apparently not allowed to go to the toilet. Staff are making a show of power! Physical contact without cause with a reasonable attitude. Too bad because the atmosphere was nice.

The music was okay and the service from the bar was very good, but the wardrobe could be better. We had handed in 4 coats, received 1 receipt from that woman and only received 2 coats back with the apology that she puts 2 coats on 1 receipt and did not receive the rest because we had not received a second receipt. She also did not give us any change and expected us to pay even more. The cloakroom service could be much better. Unfortunately we are still missing 2 coats

They treat you very bad there, the bartender splashed water in my face for nothing. He touched my face and took off my makeup, he was rude. At the end of the party I tried to use the bathroom and a woman said I couldn't do it anymore and stopped me from using the bathroom.

Opzich wel prima, aantal keer geweest inmiddels. Kan me niet vinden in de onderstaande reacties, denk ik gewoon incidenten die overal kunnen gebeuren. Beveiliging doet soms wel onaardig, praten op een onvriendelijke toon en lopen je beetje te commanderen. Voor de rest prima, zou t als toerist of buitenlander alleen niet echt aanraden

Personeel van de wc en jassen is echt niet aardig. Is ook een groot gangpad waardoor je constant in een doorloop staat en geduwd wordt

Echt leip maar sommige dagen niet goede muziek.

Zoals de naam al aangeeft; tijd voor een feestje. Dat weten ze wel bij Joop! Leuk, vriendelijk personeel zowel aan de bar, aan de deur maar ook bij de wc&garderobe.

No es nada del otro mundo pero la vez que entré había buen ambiente y se agradece, también había buena iluminación!

Leuke kroeg! Gezellige sfeer en goede muziek! Alleen sommige bewakers zijn zeer naar. Mij 20 euro te laten betalen om naar binnen te mogen??? Vervolgens had een maat (ongevraagd) voor mij dit betaald en werden we uitgelachen door de bewakers. Beetje vervelende gasten en niet alleen bij joop. Vandaar de 3 sterren.

Leuke tent, alleen Joop niet kunnen vinden!

Leuke plek, ruim genoeg en altijd een goede sfeer.

Prima gezellige bar, maar de barmannen lichten je op waar je bij staat en dreigen met uitzetten wanneer je hier iets van zegt.

Briljante tent....beetje druk....maar ach...muziek onveranderd (al 20 jaar)

Prima kroeg. De kwaliteit van het geluid kan echt wel beter.

Zo belachelijk druk! De uitsmijters zijn wel erg aardig.
