We ate here tonight. The staff was young, understaffed, and the pancakes were delicious. Unfortunately, one pancake wasn't enough, and most of us, including the children, ordered a second round of food. The fries looked good but not fantastic, and the chicken nuggets tasted strange. The chicken satay was delicious! And the children had a great time playing.

Great food, not just pancakes but also meat dishes

A lovely restaurant with a wide selection of pancakes. And DELICIOUS! The meat dishes are also delicious! With its own indoor and outdoor play area, this is an ideal restaurant for children!

Erg leuk ingericht, Ze geven aan rekening te houden met lactose voor €1,50 extra dus we bestelde poffertjes en pannenkoeken voor onze zoon. Helaas werden deze geserveerd met Smarties en roomboter!! Echt een grote fout en geen excuses alleen “ohja dit doen we standaard” dus voor kinder zonder allergie erg leuk!!

It's very nicely decorated. They mention lactose intolerance for an extra €1.50, so we ordered poffertjes (mini pancakes) and pancakes for our son. Unfortunately, they were served with Smarties and butter! A huge mistake, and no apology, just "oh yeah, we do this as standard," so it's great for kids without allergies!

We went to dinner with six people and a baby. The baby food was warmed up for us and even transferred to a small bowl (we hadn't even asked for it). The waitress works incredibly hard and is very friendly. It would be nice if there were more people around; then there would be fewer tables cluttered with dishes and drinks would be brought more quickly. The pancakes were delicious. They were a good size, as I could have had dessert afterward. It's also nice after a pancake :) We've been here two years in a row now because of the children's play area, and it's fantastic!

The arcade was small, and too crowded with many children (max 6). The walking path was fun. It could use some updating. It was a bit confusing that there's also a sign for a barefoot path. I couldn't find it. The petting zoo was just one large meadow with some animals roaming around. The outdoor playground could be better. The food was fine. It took a long time for orders to be taken, and it took a while to serve the food. Children get incredibly impatient that way.

I've eaten here several times and every time everything has been excellent. The food was excellent, and the quality is very good for the price. This is also a great place for allergies. The batter can be customized to meet any allergies or dietary requirements. The service was really good; they clearly show that they enjoy their work. The service was also friendly and fast. The atmosphere is very good, and the restaurant is nicely decorated, with everything from bubble blowers for the kids to all sorts of fun natural decorations. Overall, it's a great restaurant for dining out with family, friends, or for a party. There's something for everyone on the menu, from the wide selection of pancakes to plated dishes and desserts.

We went to dinner last night with our children and grandchildren. When we received something different than what we ordered, and we complained about it, it didn't resolve the issue, but it started a discussion. Then it went back to the kitchen, and when it came back, you could see the sauce had been scraped off. Say something about it. It would lead to another discussion, and someone else would come over, a chef from the kitchen? He even had the nerve to say he swears it didn't happen. As a result, the food was returned, and the person didn't eat anything. And the atmosphere for us was ruined. You won't see us again. And they definitely don't give you any positive feedback.

We've eaten here several times. This week they renovated the indoor play area. There's a new bouncy castle, which is nicely organized and allows you to keep an eye on your child through the mesh. The playpen is a great addition for the little ones. The food is always excellent, nothing too complicated; they offer delicious pancakes, mini pancakes, or chicken satay. It's especially nice that the children can play both indoors and outdoors.

Fading glory, patio chairs broken and filthy, broken flower boxes that children could trip over. The ice cream inside wasn't much better in terms of hygiene. The pancakes weren't cooked through. Our daughter had a children's menu, and the fries were still raw. When paying, I saw ants crawling across the bar. It wasn't busy and there were plenty of staff, so that couldn't have been the problem. The staff were very young and didn't know much about the business. The one advantage of eating here is that you can enjoy a stomach ache and nausea for the rest of the day. Given your comment, we arrived around 4:30 p.m. The place was practically empty, and the patio too. Table 16, to be precise. If you say the patio looks neat, I would still make an appointment at Pearl.

Delicious pancakes and friendly service. We received a very warm welcome, and they definitely thought of the kids. Lots of play opportunities.

After waiting over an hour, a very sad-looking pancake arrived: undercooked apple crumble, drowning in a sloppy caramel sauce (which I hadn't asked for, and it wasn't indicated on the menu). The crumbs were ground speculaas? The children's pancakes were burnt, the raisins were black, and the other pancakes looked awful and weren't cooked through either. What a mess on your plate, and then they charged 13 euros for it! The interior was bland and outdated, with only one person serving. Dirty glasses weren't cleared. What should have been a pleasant evening during our vacation ended with hungry stomachs and screeching tires driving home! Tip: make your own pancakes and don't go here! It's a shame I can't choose to give them no stars at all.

First of all, my pancake was delicious! BUT: I had to order two pancakes to get a little full. In other words, a starter, 20 euros worth of pancakes and a dessert to get full and I think that's a shame because if the pancakes had been a bit thicker I wouldn't have had to type this. You can see that the girls serving did their very best but don't have enough information and experience to do justice to the experience of this catering establishment. Too bad, invest in your staff and don't be too stingy with the batter and then your guests will leave with a smile!

We were sitting with a large group in the conservatory. A very nice spot where we could all sit. The pancakes were very tasty. There was a play area for the kids. The waitress was polite and attentive when we ordered an ice cream with nuts because we had indicated that 1 person has a nut allergy. A great pancake restaurant!

Super nice and nice place. Very homely. The energy is immediately good when you enter. Love for the building is radiated here with nice lights and decoration. You will receive very good help, she will do her best for you to have a pleasant stay and good food.

Het is wat oud bollig. Tevens ook niet overal even schoon en netjes afgewerkt. De pannekoek was redelijk van smaak. Maar om 1.5 euro voor een melkvrije pannekoek te moeten betalen is nog tot daar aan toe. Maar ook nog eens 1.5 euro extra voor een bakje kaneelsuiker ipv poedersuiker. Heb ik bij geen enkele pannekoeken bakker meegemaakt. Tevens was was het voorgerecht broodje met 2 smeersels heel erg minimaal zeker tov de verkoopprijs. Zoek je een pannekoeken bakker, kijk even verder.

Had dinner tonight, very poor service. Constantly talking to each other and not taking orders. When an order is finally taken, half of it is forgotten. Very long wait for food and the relationship with the price of the sandwiches in advance makes no sense at all. It was fun for the children, but unfortunately that's about it. Once never again.

Dear all. We think along with you and prepare delicious dishes. It was very busy, but we didn't have to wait long.

Really save yourself the trouble of eating here. Pancakes are undercooked and even dirtier than they already look. The restaurant is also very dirty, flies and cobwebs everywhere.

They clearly couldn't handle the crowds of Easter Monday. We made a reservation well in advance so that it wouldn't be too late for our 2-year-old daughter. We then had to wait more than 2 hours for our pancake, and to our surprise, tables that came in later were served earlier. Mainly very young staff, who were also allowed to speak after a complaint from us. No manager/supervisor seen. This was a one-time visit for us.

Small-scale restaurant on a very quiet Saturday, but it's a shame that the service also showed this. They were chatting a lot with each other and acquaintances they were sitting with. No problem, but with 2 families in the restaurant, having to wait a long time for someone to come is of course not possible.

Very nice for people with children aged 3 to 8 years. Child-friendly and attractive with play cushion, outdoor play area and coloring pages before/during dinner. Menu choice; simple and large portions for a nice price.

The food is delicious! Been twice now. They also had everything well organized for a maternity party with delicious different sweet treats. For me personally it is a 'noise box'. But nicely designed for children who can also play inside and outside.

Had dinner with 15 people at Christmas. This was chosen especially for the children so that we were ready on time. Selected 3 course menu. Ended up sitting for 3 hours. Service was inexperienced and did its best, but was not managed. Everything took a long time. Dishes were forgotten. Glasses were not collected so the entire table was full. The food was fine, but I would especially recommend this restaurant after a walk in the woods to eat a pancake afterwards.

Beetje verouderde tent vooral als je wel eens bij Hans en grietje bent geweest… Wij vroegen een ander ijsje als het menu gelijk 4,25 erbij op de rekening ik denk 2 euro komt eerst of gewoon niets voor een positieve beoordeling of mond op mond reclame. Jammer dus…

Super cozy children's restaurant with very sweet owners! We have enjoyed coming here for years and it is a party for the children every time. The bouncy castle, the building blocks, the good pancakes and also delicious coffee! Recommended!

Last Sunday we celebrated my 60th birthday with a group of more than 20 people. It was a very pleasant and well-organized party in the conservatory and outside. Received many nice comments. Nice waitresses and the entire communication process in advance with the owner went smoothly.

Been with the kids. The restaurant is very outdated, which is not a problem, but it is certainly not clean either. Dirty glasses, fingerprints and dust everywhere. There are still food remains from our predecessors in the seams of the tables. I personally check this right away and then I'm done with it. But it stayed good for the kids who really enjoyed it! The girl at the counter is super friendly and does her best!

What a wonderful place to eat with (small) children. Casual atmosphere. Don't expect high-quality culinary arts, but just a nice, tasty pancake, good value for money. Food came quickly and we were also asked several times if we wanted something to drink and if everything was to our liking. Locatie + personeel erg kind vriendelijk Nadat je het naastgelegen kabouterpad hebt bewandeld, kun je hier heerlijke grote pannekoeken eten, inclusief een groot springkussen binnen is dit ideaal om de kinderen te laten spelen en zelf een borrel te nemen.

Easter Monday. Delicious pancakes! Quite nice and thick and well filled. The children can play while waiting and after eating. It was also nice to see the train running again! Staff was busy yet very friendly. Compliments! We were also able to walk the route with the children and play outside. I'm glad it all looks nice again. We will definitely come back again!

Nice place for the kids to play. We were there at 4.15 pm with 4 adults and 2 children as one of the first. We ordered the pancake and a starter (bread). Around 5:45 PM we still had no pancakes. The children had already returned from playing dozens of times to find the pancakes already there. Because the entire restaurant was already eating pancakes, we asked if ours came that way too. Then it was said that they had been waiting for us to finish the starter. It had indeed taken us a long time, but partly because the pancakes were not there yet. In addition, it also took a very long time before the starter was picked up. Then the pancakes came quickly, but they should have asked for this because the children did not eat bread. Drinks were also often empty and you had to ask for them yourself. When we left, half the table was full of empty glasses and bottles (from the entire evening). There were also very young people. Were very nice, that was certainly not the fault (hence three stars). But unless the owner has a non-profit motive, I wouldn't build on that alone.

Had coffee today and (on the advice of the waiter) shared a delicious piece of whipped cream cake. Staff very friendly!

Good price/quality ratio. The interior is outdated, but that's why you don't pay top price. The food is delicious, service very fast and friendly. The chicken satay was tender, highly recommended. Just like the Frenzy for dessert, ice cream with Kinder Bueno and Maltesers, you can't go wrong. Child-friendly and space to play.

The reviews were good, and I had driven past it many times and thought it was a nice place. The service is friendly and easy to deal with. The Pancakes, thick, white and tasteless... The Gypsy Schnitzel is very good, fortunately because the fries were very limp...and the salad, well, three and a half slices of cucumber and a quarter of a tomato. You can't talk about the fish in the tank or aquarium, that's just animal abuse. Tank too small for the type of fish, full of algae. The filter does not work and the fish gasp for air.

Gluten and dairy-free pancakes are clearly indicated on the menu and when ordering, and this was also confirmed at that time. Apart from the fact that it was not really tasty, even after half an hour I immediately suffered from it. Potentially used milk after all. When serving, only gluten-free was mentioned.

We had a wonderful few hours. First to the animals and various playgrounds. Then we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. We see nostalgia here, but it could use a little makeover. All in all, a great experience for the children. Thank you for making reservations easy, playing facilities for the children (indoors and outdoors), good pancakes and delicious desserts. We will definitely come back!!

Heel gezellig. Met grote groep (23 mensen) uit eten geweest en alles was keurig verzorgd en het eten werd zelfs in 1 keer uitgeserveerd.

Leuk en betaalbaar restaurant, veel verschillende pannenkoeken maar ook wat vlees gerechten met patat. Vriendelijk en leuk jong personeel die weten van aanpakken ! Super leuk restaurant voor kinderen. Zowel buiten als binnen speel plezier, dat maakt dat ouders lekker rustig van het eten kunnen genieten! Tot de volgende keer ! Wij komen terug!

Sehr leckere Pfannkuchen von pikant bis süss. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, die uns bei der Auswahl gut beraten hat. Das Essen wurde flott serviert.

Als pannenkoekenhuis heb ik zeker betere gezien. Geen hoogvlieger maar ook geen afrader.

Als groep van 16 was de serre voor ons gereserveerd. Heerlijke plek waar onze 5 kleinkinderen zowel binnen als buiten konden spelen. Lekkere pannenkoeken. Lekkere lavacake. Vriendelijk personeel.

Leuk en gezellig om met (klein)kinderen te eten. Ook veel speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen en het personeel weet heelgoed met ze om te gaan.

Leuke plaats. Ook voor kinderen.achteraan heb je ook dieren die je kunt voeden!

Pannenkoeken zo dik als baksteen. Smaak redelijk. Toetjes direct uit vriezer. Spelen voor kinderen super.

Helaas kan ik niet meer geven dan 3 sterren. Broodplankje laat lang opzich wachten. We hadden 3 Pannenkoeken besteld waarvan 1 was aangebrand. Hier hebben we snel een nieuwe voor gekregen maar helaas zat er aan deze Pannenkoeken stukjes verbrand vanuit de pan. Duurt heel lang voordat het personeel naar je toekomt of je nog iets wilt drinken of dat het smaakt. Het kabouterbos is leuk bedacht maar erg achterstelling onderhoud.. loopbrug kapot, wimwap flink doorgerot. Pand mag ook wel wat liefde hebben. Ik denk dat dit een goed en sterk concept kan zijn alleen moet het wat aandacht krijgen.

Leuke bediening. De kleindochters mochten zelfs de vissen in het aquarium voeren. Pannenkoeken waren heerlijk maar erg dik. Vult goed, maar ik heb de pannenkoeken liever iets dunner

Wat een lieve mensen. Kwamen zonder reserveren aan en er was gelukkig nog plek. Knus , speel hoek met springkussen voor de kids 👍 geen reuze kaart maar wat erop staat is goed en vers. Voor ieder wat wils zelfs voor de NIET pannenkoek eters onder ons

Heerlijk restaurant om met je kinderen te komen.

Eigenlijk oubollig en achterstallig onderhoud, maar erg gastvrij en gezellig

Bijzonder kan je het niet noemen. Bel je voor een groep. Moeten ze kijken of er plek is. Kom je er zitten er 5 gezinnen.... Een boeren schnitzel besteld. Was niet speciaal... Kinderen kunnen er heerlijk spelen. Muziekje aan springkussen lekker kleuren. Dat was allemaal prima.

Circa anderhalf uur moeten wachten tot de pannenkoeken kwamen (!). Dit is helaas niet te doen en hebben we ook nog nooit meegemaakt binnen een ander pannenkoekenrestaurant. Wij komen er in ieder geval niet meer.

Vriendelijke dames, eten geven we een voldoende.Springkussen is kapot en daardoor klimmen de kinderen op het dak.Blijven haken in het onstane gat. Restaurant sterk verouderd: vloerbedekking en verouderd sanitair.Ik zou het niet aanraden maar wel prima vermaakt

Gisteren hier gegeten. Konden lekker buiten zitten en de kinderen konden zich uitleven op het luchtkussen en de kabouterhuisjes buiten tussen het eten door. De dames van de bediening waren erg vriendelijk en het eten was prima! Een aanrader met lekker weer.. de papa's en mama's konden lekker bij kletsen en de kleintjes lekker spelen goed in het zicht. Het enige minpuntje was het parkeren. Het was wat lastig om een plekje te vinden. Alles stond al erg vol en was niet veel plek.

Geweldig restaurant, mooie speelruimte, erg leuke aankleding en sfeer! Heerlijke pannenkoeken (stroopwafel met bolletje ijs, rode ui spek brie en kaas spek champignon), er staan ook leuke vleesgerechten op de kaart. Hebben wij echter (nog) niet geprobeerd. Lekker veel ruimte om te spelen voor de kids, zowel binnen als buiten. Erg vriendelijke service, onze kleine kreeg een frikandel versierd met sterretjes omdat hij jarig was! Geweldig 😆👍 Dat er bij sommige recensies staat dat ze erg langzaam zijn hebben wij zeker niet zo ervaren. Het tegenovergestelde juist, voor je het weet zit je te genieten van je heerlijke pannenkoek. Nu wij dit pareltje ontdekt hebben gaan wij hier zeker vaker komen. De kinderen baalden dat ze weg moesten en vroegen meteen wanneer we weer gaan. Dat zegt genoeg 😉 Helemaal top, bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en het lekkere eten 👍

Gezellig en kleinschalig restaurant, leuke variatie op de kaart, zowel pannenkoeken als wat vlees gerechten. Laagdrempelig, fijn restaurant met kinderen. Zowel buiten als binnen speel plezier, dat maakt dat ouders lekker rustig van het eten kunnen genieten! Prijzen zijn netjes, wij komen zeker terug!

Reserveren ging snel, vriendelijk personeel locatie was gezellig, eten was lekker. Ondanks dat het druk was, vrij snel pannenkoeken gekregen. En er werd ook voor een verrassing gezorgd voor de jarige.

Kleinkinderen vonden het spelen binnen en buiten leuk. Maar als je voor 17.30 heb afgesproken en pas om 19.00 uur de kleinkinderen hun pannenkoek kregen en de volwassenen nog een half uur moesten wachten, dan kan je niets anders zeggen dan hier komen we niet weer.

Verschrikkelijk lang moeten wachten. Dat ondanks het in het geheel niet druk was en we simpel pannenkoek aten. Absurd. Aankomst om 17.30 . Eten pas gebracht om 19.00 .

Bij het kabouterwoud geweest, er heerst een prettige sfeer en er is veel ruimte voor kinderen. Ook is het gelegen op een mooie plek met fietsroute, dus ook zeker aan te raden in de zomer als tussenstop. Er is genoeg keuze op de menukaart. De pannenkoeken blijven het beste na mijn mening.

Lekker gegeten en leuke vlotte bediening

Ik vond de werknemers enorm vriendelijk, en het eten was erg lekker, ik heb er van genoten!

Lekker gegeten. Leuke, spontane bediening. Geweldige speelruimte voor de kinderen (8 en 3). Kortom; aanrader!

Leuk restaurant vooral voor de kids. Eten was prima, wijziging in het gerecht was niet echt top, bestelde zonder ui, maar in plaats daarvan extra champignons, maar had welgesteld 5 champignons, viel wat tegen. 1 gerecht was vergeten, werd alsnog snel gemaakt, echter hadden we met de hele groep het eten al op. Wat echt een minpunt was: de kou. We kwamen binnen toen was het er 15 graden. (Buiten vroor het) We hebben met onze winterjassen aan gegeten, vooral voor de kleinste kids echt té koud. Personeel deed hier niks mee. We zouden wel weer komen maar dan…. In de zomer

Restaurant was niet half vol maar toch een uur op de pannenkoek moeten wachten, ze namen niet de tijd of moeite de appel te schillen alvorens deze mee te bakken met de pannenkoek de rozijnen werden er later overheen gedaan ( niet meegebakken) Prijs kwaliteit eten vind ik echt slecht de wachttijd is uitzonderlijk hoog ook erg slecht maar de bediening is vriendelijk vandaar de 2* voor de kleinste kinderen is er veel spelplezier!

De entourage was heel apart, geschikt voor kinderen maar de inrichting wat oubollig maar bediening alleraardigst en attent.
