The pancakes seem smaller/thinner than I was used to. The taste is excellent.

Friendly staff, but because we were spread over 2 tables there was some unrest. Divide groups over 2 tables and combine them when paying, to avoid unrest. Otherwise great as always! Only missed the liefmans 0.0 😊

Good portions and tasty food for a fair price, definitely recommended!

Nice professional service, nice ambiance but above all, really refined cuisine. Good attention was paid to everything. Surf peat with perfectly cooked pork belly, but also the dish with roasted beetroot. Even the warm vegetables. Everything tasted perfect. Enjoyed and surprised to the fullest. And oh yes, also perfectly tapped specialty beers, which you don't see very often.

Chairs are terrible, hard wooden kitchen chairs. Not comfortable at all. Maybe nice for the atmosphere, but not for seating comfort. I want to sit comfortably when I eat. No vegetarian lunch or vegetarian croquettes on the menu. Parking is fine. Nice atmosphere. Boy who served us was fine. Mustard soup too salty.

Delicious food, simple but tasty. A few special dishes where the service was happy to provide extra information. The restaurant is clearly old, but it also has a nice atmosphere. Also a section aimed at pancakes and children, but that was not present due to the separation in the restaurant.

My mouth-watering introduction to mustatd soup (with cream, mustatd grains and crispy bits of lard - delicious and nutritious. The green edamame bean curry was fabulous, the terrasse comfy with a great vidw of the town green, and the waitstaff friendly and efficient.

Definitely recommended! Super friendly service, delicious food and child friendly! Play corner inside and playground outside. Not a very large menu, but that's not necessary.

We wanted to have lunch at Hotel Kuik, but unfortunately the kitchen was closed. Luningd was the only restaurant otherwise open. It seemed good, friendly young man takes the order. But then 2 minutes later someone comes to take an order again. In her PDA she would be able to see that this had already happened. Then it takes quite a while before the food is absorbed. Anyway, he comes and does that again in a friendly manner. Everywhere on the terrace we hear that everyone is serving each other's guests, which makes it seem quite clumsy. Orders that have already been placed but are not in the PDA, guests who are asked to pay but have not yet received anything and even more guests who have already ordered but are asked if they want to order something. Then part of the order arrives. It takes and it takes, before the rest comes. My husband goes with the plate of poffertjes, which is only slightly lukewarm by now. Several more minutes pass, the friendly young man comes to tell us that it will take a while because the poffertjes come from a different kitchen than the rest of the dishes. The atmosphere changes. I indicate that they should have communicated better because I now have almost cold poffertjes, to which the boy responds whether I can't just start eating. My surprise will be visible on my face and so will the irritation. No, of course I won't eat until my family has also received their food. The response is that he will warm it up. To which my response is that I don't want them heated up and perhaps he should just talk to the owner to come up with a better solution, followed by the smart comment that the owner would do the same. Fine, then I just want to pay for the drinks now and we'll eat somewhere else. The boy didn't want that, 'I told you I would solve it.' Was his response. Of course, we no longer had that confidence. After that I went to the open door to pay. Unfortunately, I saw a lady there laughing, apparently responding to the story. Inappropriate, because it wasn't funny if you had to throw away food without paying for it. Apparently you don't understand that. I told her that I really didn't think it was funny, and she denied that she was laughing. We paid for the drinks and left. It's a shame for them, the sandwich, soup, spicy chicken BBQ and pancakes were left unpaid.

Above all, it is not a pancake restaurant. They serve ready-made heated pancakes.

Restaurant looks cozy. Food was also very tasty. I just thought it was a shame that the ordered pancake was served first and due to busy times in the kitchen we had to wait for the rest of the order. As a result, the pancake was not completely warm when the rest finally arrived.

Delicious monchou cake. But the poffertjes had almost no sugar and were mealy. Just like the pancake that didn't contain too much Nutela. Furthermore, pay some attention to your customers by speaking to them politely and not treating them like a soldier in the army. A friendly tone and a smile does wonders. Something to try?? We sat outside so the kids could play on the monkey bars; was a good idea. The service was impeccable. We had the tappas platter for two people and were thrilled.

The poke bowl is not tasty. Instead of a pokebowl I got an old hard rice cake. I would not recommend this restaurant. Price-quality ratio is not good. It's nice.

What we really miss is the separate bowl of shawarma sauce, now there is a little over the salad, you eat it, there is no more sauce for the shawarma pancake

Had dinner last night around 6:00 PM. The ribeye was gone but there was Entrecôte. That's fine too, I thought. Entrecôte is cut from the thin loin of the cow. It is a steak with an edge of fat on one side. So delicious from the pan or grill, you will think of yourself as a master chef. But I had a white piece of meat on the plate, no brown edges from baking or grilling. You would think that the combi steamer is a waste of this beautiful piece of meat, serve it with sauce on top and it is not noticeable. If this happened to the ribeye, it would go back to the kitchen. I call this cooking without passion. We were in good company so the atmosphere was great, even the washing up boys who regularly came by with buckets full of dishes had a great time. The question is, will I eat here again soon? Do not think so More passion, more energy, more footwork

Went out for dinner with the kids. We assumed that there was something to play for the children since you can also get pancakes there. Few indoor play options for the children. Little attention to the children when taking the order. Only later did I see that there were also coloring pages and pencils with the cutlery. Seems normal to me that the service at least drew our attention. There was no answer to a question about whether there was anything to play inside.

Our annual Ruinen meeting with born and bred Ruiners who no longer live there. Let the chef surprise us with tapas. And we can recommend that to everyone. Really delicious food in a very good atmosphere. Unfortunately at the end a full cappucino was poured over me, pants and sweater. An apology, lots of tea towels and a new cappucino. After that, not a word was said about it. I expected a little more when you are completely covered in coffee due to the actions of an employee.

We komen hier zeker terug, lekker gegeten en vriendelijk personeel.

Heerlijke pannenkoeken gegeten, eten was erg snel! Restaurant is netjes en mooi en personeel erg vriendelijk.

Wij hadden nog een Happen en stappen bon. In overleg konden we die nog inleveren. Super zoals er werd meegedacht. Vriendelijke bediening en heerlijke lunch. Voor herhaling vatbaar
