My daughter discovered this place, and the website stated that the first coffee is free on Tuesday mornings between 10:00 and 11:30. When she came here the first time, the staff knew nothing about this promotion; inquiries had to be made, and eventually, she did get one flat white for free. Out of politeness, she drank two flat whites and paid for one. The second time, she took me along. I had a cappuccino and she had a flat white. It turned out that this promotion only applies to regular black coffee (which was not stated on the website or on the sign outside). So, she paid the full price. The third time (this morning), we both ordered a regular black coffee, assuming it would be free. After that, a flat white and tea. My daughter pointed to a piece of cheesecake of which there was only one left and asked what it was and if it was the last piece. The trainee employee said it was. Then we were given another cheesecake with forest fruits, of which there were still plenty of slices. It tasted bland and the base was soggy. My daughter indicated that she wanted the other cheesecake and had clearly pointed it out, saying that there was only 1 slice left. I mentioned that the cheesecake was soggy. The staff member said that she had taken it out of the freezer this morning and also claimed that it was fresh. To our surprise, the rules had changed again when we went to pay. According to the staff member, the 2nd regular coffee was free. So, my daughter paid for 4 drinks (including the 2 regular coffees), 1 piece of cake, and whipped cream. We also did not eat the cake or whipped cream. She also paid for 2 teas, whereas I only drank 1. She got her money back for that. After we had left, I went back anyway because I did not agree that my daughter had to pay for everything. I directed the lady to the sign that says '1st cup of coffee free'. She insisted that it was about the 2nd cup. I asked her to come outside with me to see the sign herself, but she refused. I told them that they can't keep changing the rules without putting it on the board and the website. Eventually, she reluctantly gave me back the money for the first two cups of coffee. Such a promotion is nice, but it is useful for the rules to be clear and for the employees to be aware of them.

Absolutely terrible. From the ice coffee served warm, without any coffee in it, which ended up in the bin and which took over 20 mins and 3 ppl to make, to the attitude of the young stagiaire sitting down and, when asked by her manager to come and work, replies that she is tired and can't be bothered! I know the concept is to give youngsters a second chance, and i love the concept, Heilige Boontjes does it wonderfully, but this is the proof not everyone is cut to work in service, or work at all. A place as useless as the whole Capelle Schollevaar shopping center.

On a cold day, my daughter and I came to have coffee and talk, ordered some coffee and spent an hour and a half in the cafe. We were approached twice and asked if we had drank coffee or not. We left in a very bad mood, it felt like we were politely asked to leave the cafe.

Today we were visited this coffee place and we didn’t like the coffee (was not tasty) and the service. We were sitting in the cafe for 1,5 hours and we ordered 2 coffees. We were sitting and talking not bothering others. Person from the staff came 2 times to us with not satisfied face and asked if we ordered already and if we want more. I didn’t like this approach. It is normal to sit in a COFFEE place and just drink coffee!

We had a delicious "uitsmijter" (fried sandwich) here. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. The chairs were comfortable and the decor was nice. When I return to Capelle, I'll definitely be back!

This was a really nice experience. The students quickly come to help you take your order. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Portions are generous. The taste is also good. Update: The pastries are also delicious, especially the mini tarts. The granola bar is disappointing in terms of texture. They're a bit soggy. The brownies are average. Update 2: The complete breakfast is highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Er werkt een heel vervelende dikke meid die dr haar altijd in een staart heeft, ze loopt er altijd bij met een blik alsof ze geen zin heeft om te werken. doet altijd tegendraads en de presentatie van de gerechten zijn zwaar met tegenzin in vergelijking tot haar collegas .zit in dr vrije tijd tussen smerigheden in een garage joints te roken en te drinken om vervolgens gestressed aan het werk te gaan

Nice coffee/gift shop/breakfast/lunchroom. It is a so-called learning environment for children from practical education. Very nice atmosphere.😊
