Unfriendly staff. Not recommended.

Tasty frappé coffee, not too sweet as I asked. Tasty churros, and also tasty coffee and latte. The children liked the ice cream too.

You should eat it hot. After trying the Dubai version, I also tried the regular cinnamon and sugar version. I liked that one more. Even the small size is quite filling for one person. It wasn't too greasy, it was light and crispy. I didn't really like the peanut sauce in the Dubai version. If you buy it, you'll probably like the regular version more. They also had pancakes, ice cream, and milkshakes inside.

A very unsympathetic and unfriendly owner. I see a woman's son accidentally spill something on the floor just past the store and walk back to the store to ask for some napkins to clean it up. She apparently asks the intern, who says it's no problem. While the woman is busy, the owner comes running at her angrily, telling security that she's stealing napkins and that's not nice! She shouldn't have asked the intern, but him. (As if she can smell it.) When I offered to pay for the napkins, he refused, but she had to understand that's not acceptable because he's an entrepreneur. Well, Mr. "entrepreneur," you still have a lot to learn. Perhaps you could start with customer service and basic etiquette. A truly ridiculous display today.

Both the staff and the owner were very unfriendly; unfortunately, I did not feel at ease.

The iced coffee had a strange, sour, and bitter taste, and the coconut bubble tea was bland. I've tried many bubble teas, but this one was truly disappointing. The combination of an overly sweet, artificial flavor and the unpleasant texture of the tapioca balls made it almost undrinkable. Furthermore, the owner was very unfriendly to every customer, which made me feel uncomfortable in the restaurant.

The man behind the counter was extremely unfriendly to customers. You can immediately see how angry he is and how he communicates with you. The frappé had a strangely bitter, unpleasant taste, it was manageable, but not good enough to get again. Other places have 20x better frappé... The churros were good, but I had to pay an extra €1.50 for Nutella. That's perfectly fine, and I paid when I ordered. When my churros were almost gone, there were a few left without Nutella in my container. I wanted a tiny spoonful of Nutella to keep them from drying out, so I asked for it. The man literally yelled at me that I had to pay another €1.50. What a disgrace!!! He's only after money, and you, the customer, aren't even treated properly. I paid for it, and I got a huge spoonful, completely covered in chocolate. The churros were almost inedible because of so much chocolate that I didn't even want them. I'll never go back!

The bubble tea matcha is not tasty, the bubbles taste like rubber balls. I only had 3 sips and just threw it away, a waste of my money, really not tasty, I wouldn't go there again.

Today I ordered a portion of 20 mini pancakes without sugar, but WITH butter. Well, I should have brought my microscope: the piece of walnut was 3x3x0.5 cm. On the receipt, that butter??? I don't feel like ordering a grilled cheese sandwich next time... For walkers and wheelchair users, it's easy to roll in, unless you plan to eat in.

For €4.95, you get a half-full cup of fake McFlurry, with extra air in the bottom. When I mentioned it to the man behind the counter, he thought the portion was fine ('I worked at McDonald's and this is normal there'). It actually tasted good, so it was a shame there wasn't more in it. Scam! Update after owner's response: The owner is not customer-focused, can't handle criticism, is incapable of self-reflection, falsely accuses a customer of lying, but lies himself. Update after owner's second response: I usually only leave reviews if my experience is particularly bad and/or if employees don't take a complaint seriously. You more than deserve this negative review, especially considering the laughable reactions of the employee in the store and subsequently the owner's online responses. Incidentally, the claim that I leave negative reviews 'everywhere' is a gross exaggeration. I've posted a total of 5 Google Maps reviews, 4 of which (indeed) were negative. By the way, there are more negative reviews of your business on Google Maps, so I'm spotting another lie here! TIPS From now on, if someone has a complaint in the store, have your staff respond like this: "Apologies, there really isn't much ice cream in your cup. Give it to me, and I'll add a little more to make it a decent portion." Problem solved and retain customer! And from now on, if someone leaves a negative review online, respond like this yourself: "Dear Mr. Dikkers, we're sorry you had such a bad experience during your visit to our business. We do everything we can to satisfy our customers. On your next visit, you'll receive one free poffertjes on the house. We hope to welcome you back as a customer with this hospitable gesture." Problem solved and retain customer! See you never again!

Bought churros for €5.50, okay, and then you get (1 small spoonful of Nutella on top) and pay €1.50 for RIDICULOUS shamelessness. There was so little Nutella on them and powdered sugar, you ask for a little more Nutella because otherwise you'd have to eat the churros dry, the gentleman says, "Yes, another €1.50 will be added." This is scandalous and unbelievable what you experience as a customer. I don't recommend eating here if you're treated like this and are being taken for a ride.

The cups are way too weak, the drinks and food are dirty, they spit in your food and drinks, I would not come here

I just got Boba here with my girlfriend. It was something we normally take and we have no allergies. And after drinking this Boba tea our bellies are completely swollen and distended with an extremely uncomfortable feeling. It's really bad and although the service is normally good, the product is extremely shoddy. I haven't eaten anything special before that reacts to the Boba tea. I often drink from Cutea - Yoyo - the tea tent of the Markthal and I have no problems anywhere. I have no idea what it is, but it really can't be like that. In addition, I don't come back here because of this but because of the bad music. It's way too loud like I'm in a carnival and it's really not worth listening to. I dare say my ears are even more swollen than my stomach. This will therefore not be repeated.

The churros and soft ice cream are delicious.

Yummy drinks - especially the boba tea. Nice selection of flavours. Churros are okay, crèpes are nice if the fruit is in season. However, the delivery service is an absolute disaster. We have ordered at this place about 7 times, and each time without fail we'll get a call about 1.5 hours after we placed our order saying that our food and drinks will be another hour (or in some cases, won't be delivered at all because their delay will end up beyond their closing hours). Even if our usual order is just three drinks! Might be an idea for this company to get their own delivery people and stop relying on Takeaway - locally known as Thuisbezorgd - if they fail to cooperate and communicate internally.

It was a great experience there, I along with my father had a coffee ☕. Nice ambience.

Lekker bakkie koffie, lekkere churros en vriendelijke mensen achter de balie. Echt sfeer heeft zo'n winkelcentrum natuurlijk niet. Maar als je met de juiste personen bent is het al snel goed.
