We had a delicious meal and the service was great.

I had a salad there for a short break; it is quite expensive though!

Cozy restaurant on the edge of the Schollebos with delicious pancakes and ice cream and friendly service.

The area is really beautiful and makes for a lovely setting. The restaurant was quite noisy during our visit, mainly because there were quite a few babies and young children. I ordered the pancake of the month, which was pistachio and white chocolate. It was a little different from what I expected, but I still enjoyed it. The food did take a quite long time to arrive, though. We also weren't asked if we wanted any more drinks, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we still had a nice experience, but the service could have been a little better.

Super nice place. The service is old-school good. You feel seen and heard. The food is very good. They are very helpful. Even if you order something off the menu and they have the ingredients in stock, they will make it for you. More than amazing value for money!

The food itself was fine, once it finally arrived. We had made a reservation here for 1:00 PM for 12 people. At 2:30 PM, the food still hadn't arrived. Two of us then had to leave for another appointment and left on an empty stomach. The staff shrugged their shoulders when we filed a complaint.

Cozy pancake restaurant with more on the menu than just pancakes. Friendly service and everything is served quickly. If you want to be sure of a spot, be sure to make a reservation, as it can get very busy when the weather is nice.

I'm definitely going to do that, but we've been going there for years. And it's getting cozier and cozier.

The atmosphere was fine, but it took an incredibly long time before we could order. Once we had ordered a dessert from the menu, we were served a Ben & Jerry's with a dollop of whipped cream. This was a huge anticlimax, assuming you were just going to get a fresh ice cream. They should have at least put it on the menu. We won't be coming back here anytime soon.

I have had business lunches here several times with business contacts. It is a pleasant place to do so.

Always fun, and lovely on the terrace when the weather is nice! There was a (new employee, I even asked her name.... (Isa..?) blonde girl with curls whom I didn't know yet; she is really a good addition to the business. Friendly, quick, nice to chat with, even though she works straight through and regularly asks if she can do anything when walking past. There was another employee at the cash register who knew me and knows that my business card is hanging there; she said so too, it surprised me that she knew this. Always a nice atmosphere there!! Delicious pancakes but unfortunately very expensive

Service was subpar; I had to walk up to the bar myself to say we'd like to order again after fifteen minutes, and to get another drink, I had to walk back to the bar while four other women were chatting... if they'd taken their jobs more seriously, they would have earned an extra drink from us. There were six of us. The food was just fine, and I'll definitely eat here again!

Great shop! We walked in and the chairs were on the tables. About 16 of us were allowed in for coffee. Great people there!

The service was excellent and fast. Even though all the tables were reserved for noon, we were still able to enjoy a cup of coffee or hot chocolate with a treat.

I've lived in Schollevaart for five years and go to this restaurant almost every week with my children. So far, they've never asked us for a reservation. Today we went around noon, but even though there were five tables available, we weren't allowed to sit down. No one else was waiting, and the people with reservations hadn't arrived yet. We indicated we might want to wait, but we were told we couldn't wait inside and could wait outside, even though it was 5 degrees Celsius and we were with three children. Finally, we were told we wouldn't be allowed in and that only guests with reservations would be allowed. We left very disappointed.

My family with the kids visited the restaurant today but they were refused to have a table even though there were empty tables and mentioned that they needed to have reservation. We always go to the restaurant and never had to make reservation. The behaviour of the waitresses was not pleasant and and they even didnt let them wait inside the restaurant. Our kids were dissapointed and unhappy with the situation. I can understand that It can be busy during this time but this should be handled in a better way.

What a lovely place to relax, enjoy a bite to eat and a drink after a walk in the Schollebos forest. Or after taking the kids to one of the playgrounds or the petting zoo. There's a wide selection of delicious food! You can also get ice cream. You can sit inside or outside. The friendly and helpful staff will happily set up a high chair for you. Reserve a table first, especially on busy and cold days! There's limited space inside.

We recently had pancakes with 23 people. Fantastically organized. The service was smooth and friendly. In short, a 10.

On November 30th, after a walk with 22 people, we wanted to have a drink at your place at 8:00 PM. However, the employee didn't open the door and was already cleaning, despite us calling out and knocking on the window. We had to go elsewhere. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

The times are wrong. Around 7:00 PM, a group of 22 went for a walk while people were still inside the pancake house. Around 7:58 PM, we returned to the pancake house to enjoy drinks together, as usual... which they certainly didn't appreciate. The staff (two women) wouldn't let us in and were already busy cleaning. They didn't even speak to us and just kept laughing. They don't need customers! What a ridiculous display and incredibly poor customer service. It's unbelievable that people still come here with such terrible service!

I was there with a group of hikers and wanted to have a drink after the walk. But to our surprise, the door was locked just after eight o'clock. One of us briefly contacted them, but unfortunately, the place remained closed!

Music was blasting, children were screaming, and it was incredibly noisy, making it a nightmare for someone sensitive to stimuli. They wouldn't turn the music off, which, because of the noise, didn't add any value. The pancakes were mediocre. Thin, and the cheese had hardened. The staff were friendly, though.

We were pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of the meal. Nothing to complain about, the taste was perfect. We're happy with this restaurant in Capelle.

A very disappointing experience. We had made a reservation a day in advance for lunch at 1:30 PM and arrived right on time. After ordering drinks, we were told it would be at least an hour before the food could be served. Why would they accept a reservation at that time? This is completely unprofessional. We ended up leaving without eating and had lunch elsewhere. I can't comment on the food, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. Not recommended.

Today we stumbled upon this super cute and cozy little restaurant. A warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Excellent value and good quality. Perfectly warm ginger tea and delicious coffee. We had a wonderful lunch, and the staff are attentive to our customers' needs. We will definitely be back.

Met ze 4e uit eten. Ze vergeten je gewoon, dus ik naar voren of ze de bestelling nog op komen nemen. Kinderen waren even spelen en hebben afgesproken als wij het eten hebben dan mag je wel aan het eten van de kinderen beginnen. Ik krijg mijn schnitzel maar zijn ze de pepersaus vergeten, kan gebeuren zegt de jongeman met het baardje die constant op zijn telefoon zit en alleen maar aan het damespersoneel zit, zelfs helemaal erover heen hangend. Ik zei nee dat kan niet gebeuren fout op fout. Nou zei die ik vind van wel, ik zei wil je een slecht review, roep die door de zaak, gaan we dreigen? Dus ik hou de eer aan mijzelf en nee we gaan niet dreigen, hier is je slechte review dankzij je slechte inzet en je brutaliteit. En je raad het al, wij hadden ons eten op en komen vragen, zullen we nu het eten van de kinderen bestellen? Tuurlijk…volgens mij hadden we wat anders afgesproken. Dus nee nooit meer…ik kwam er graag, maar nee nu nooit meer! Daaaag

We have eaten here many times (pancakes), they were always delicious. But now we went yesterday, it was very busy and maybe because of that less attention for the kitchen. We both had a pancake that turned out not to be cooked, the service was informed and without any problem a new one was made for us. But these also turned out not to be cooked, too bad because we like to come here. Next time try it once more and otherwise they will lose us as customers.

Gisteren 8 maart 2025, het was schitterend weer, zijn wij op het idee gekomen om met kleindochter pannekoeken te gaan eten. Gebeld om te reserveren. 4 x gebeld en 4 keer werd de verbinding verbroken. Daarna een uur lang de telefoon er naast gelegd. Ok het zal met dit mooie weer druk geweest zijn. Zo ga je niet met klanten om. Met men moet zich ook realiseren dat dit gasten kunnen zijn die komen eten als het minder druk is. Maar je bent daar blijkbaar niet welkom. Dus voor ons hoeft het niet meer, Veel succes met je pannekoeken we gaan wel naar een ander restaurant.

Overall a very picturesque little pancake/lunch restaurant. Very busy but worth it the food and drinks are very good. A little on the pricey side for pancakes but the experience and atmosphere makes it nice once in a while.

This has been a household name in the area for years. We know the food is delicious and the service very good! When the weather is nice, there is a lovely sun on the terrace. Playgrounds nearby for children. The children always get a coin at the end to choose a toy. Always great!!

Celebrated my father's 80th birthday here yesterday, it was amazing! From a 'dressed up' coffee where etagères were placed with all kinds of goodies, a tasty appetizer to a delicious, varied buffet. And what a very nice, friendly, enthusiastic and cooperative staff. In short, highly recommended!

In dit pannenkoek-restaurant zijn heerlijke gerechten, waaronder de pannenkoek in vele soorten! De sfeer is gezellig en knus. Overdag biedt de ligging in Het Schollebos een geweldig uitzicht en een omgeving om lekker te wandelen of fietsen. Overigens zijn de pannenkoeken niet petit!

We had a nice walk in the Schollebos. The dog was thirsty and so were we, so we went to the pancake house had a lovely glass of wine. We did take a snack as we were not in the mood for a pancake. Later when we were done we continued our walk. It was a wonderful afternoon and we will do it again soon.

We only got an ice cream from the outside, but it looks very cozy and no trouble was made when we went to the toilet twice with 5 people! 💪

Lovely spot on the water with a playground nearby. They have more than Pannekoeken at a pretty good level. The carpaccio salad with crispy vegetable chips was a nice and tasty combination. The music inside was very dominant. But luckily we were able to sit outside without unnecessary noise. Service and friendliness was excellent.
