Ordered via uber eats. Specifically requested please no drumsticks for kipstukken. Got ALL drumsticks instead. Rude

I bought chicken here and was very disappointed with the quality. The chicken looked as if it had been fried in old oil and was even burnt. Moreover, the food had an unpleasant, rancid smell, which was very unappetizing. When selling food, it is not only important that it is halal, but also that it is prepared fresh, cleanly, and hygienically. Additionally, I even found hairs in the food, which is absolutely unacceptable. Honesty towards customers is important. If something is not fresh or of good quality, it should not be sold.

This just isn't right; every time I order from here, we wait 2-3 hours. After waiting 50 minutes, it says "it's almost here" and that the delivery driver is already on their way, but then it stays like that for hours! It's really a shame because I really like the food.

We ate here today and took a double beefburger home for the folks back. The beefburger was undercooked and at least 60% rare inside; the tables and chairs were dirty, as was basically the entire dining area. The staff was friendly, though. But this was definitely the last time for me.

My experience at HFC was downright terrible. From the moment I entered, I was overwhelmed by an unpleasant stench and the smell of smoke due to the lack of ventilation. The entire restaurant was filthy and sticky, which immediately gave an unhygienic impression. The food was even more disappointing. The chicken was not warm and tasted awful, and the buns and the smash burger were downright disgusting. After this meal, I developed severe stomach pain and even had to vomit. It was truly a nightmare. The photo is a real photo of one of the people vomiting. We all threw up. When we reported our complaints to an employee, they just looked at us and responded laconically with ‘oh, okay’. That made the whole situation even more frustrating, because there was absolutely no interest in or understanding of our complaint. Finally, it was a waste to spend 60 euros on junk. For three burgers and three portions of fries, we received a miserable meal that wasted every penny.

Empty restaurant, yet all the trash cans were full, with rubbish on top of them as well. Tables dirty. Both Somali ladies behind the counter were busy on their mobile phones, chewing gum in their mouths, and very unfriendly. Very short answers to questions, tense behavior. All specials sold out or unavailable. And what is available is very sad, see photos. The toilets were also very dirty. We will not be returning to this branch.

We ordered a 15-piece chicken bucket through Thuisbezorgd, but the restaurant called and said it was not available. We then changed the order to three burger meals. When the food arrived, the order was still incorrect. When we called the restaurant, the staff member said "he didn’t know how to help us". Very disappointing experience.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd... I didn't receive my complete order. After that, I couldn't get in touch again, by phone or text, to get my money back! What a terrible thing!

I wanted to order with visitors in November because of a special offer. As you can see in the image, I received a call back. Someone was supposed to come with a two-for-one deal, but unfortunately, I paid and didn't show up. I sent an email afterward, but no response. I'll definitely not be ordering again!

The food here is always good. The chicken is always perfectly cooked and not too greasy. The fries and burgers are also always excellent. It's a shame the milkshakes are often unavailable, but when they are, they're delicious too. Every time I come here, there's always a good spot to sit.

HFC is a fantastic fast-food restaurant. The staff is incredibly cheerful and friendly, and the atmosphere is super cozy. They really do an excellent job and give you good value for your money. Definitely recommended!

The staff was far too busy filming some promotional video instead of preparing our food. The wait for a burger took a full 20 minutes, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. One time, never again, unfortunately.

Average experience. There was no distinctive flavor. I ordered a "smash," but it wasn't a "smash"; it was just a regular frozen burger, not fresh meat. I didn't notice any unique flavors. It was frozen food served only at the restaurant, so I won't be repeating the experience. I prefer restaurants that have their own special meat, marinades, and sauces, not store-bought ones. The service was good, and the staff were friendly.

Just picked up two smash burgers, what a disgrace!! Not at all the smash burger pictured on their window display. Tasteless and no toppings like lettuce, tomato, or onion rings 😱👎. It's the size of a Happy Meal burger. You wouldn't even fill your hollow tooth with this at HFC. So save your money and effort! If you want a real smash burger and you're in Weert, in the south of Limburg, come to Smaax. You'll get your money's worth there, and the delicious, large burger comes on a Turkish bun (which is quite different from a kid's burger with toppings and delicious homemade sauce or your choice of sauce😜). The price at HFC isn't worth it, a pure rip-off!! Never again!

Scammers, this place needs to be shut down. Months ago, I ordered something from the menu board with a friend, only to be told there were no pastries or tea available. I paid, and they said it would be refunded, but it still hasn't happened. I called several times and was told the manager would contact me. This hasn't happened, and I still haven't received my money back. You're terrible, putting a customer through so much trouble, it's ridiculous!

Paid around 50 euros for 3 menus. - wrap was tasty - hamburgers were tasty - fries were not fresh a bit greasy - hot wings were okay - chicken leg was old probably been in the oven for hours, hard and no taste. I got a new one but it was just as bad we threw them away. The prices are a bit high, the food does not meet the price you pay for it. Music could have been a bit softer. Waiter was nice, but should clean the tables.

We got something here once before as an eat-in. The kids thought it was tasty and crispy, so we wanted to try it again despite the bad reviews. This time we had to wait for a Bucket with 7 hungry kids. After half an hour it still wasn't ready. We didn't expect this and because we had an appointment we couldn't wait any longer, because this isn't normal! We wanted our money back but this wasn't possible right away. They called the manager and wrote in pencil on the receipt that we could come back for a refund. I wonder if I will actually get it. Then I will update the review. Update: came back today and got the money back as agreed. That's why it's 2 stars

I don't understand on the right that this place is still open. It was good at first. Everything has really deteriorated in the last year. First I received the salad in a small cardboard container and without the accompanying sauce and it was really inedible. Ordered food for children at 7:00 PM. It is already 9:30 PM and food has still not been delivered. Happened once before during the holidays, but today really goes too far. 2.5 hours and food still not delivered. Worst experience ever had in my life. And communication super and super bad. Since I started going to HFC I never go back to other places that have fried chicken. Even though you have to wait a few minutes, the food is always tasty and the staff is very friendly. There is almost always room to sit and otherwise you can always do takeaway. 5:5 stars

Better than KFC. Price is comparable to other fast food restaurants, personally I think the fries here are much better and most dishes have more flavor. I do think there should be less salt.

Why does the chicken look like this?

Horrible food, no sauces, and the ones they have, you have to pay extra, the smell of the place is terrible, the toilet dirty, tables dirty, never going again.

This was honestly the worst burger I have ever eaten. The meat was still raw and seemed to want to escape from my mouth. It doesn't look like the menu pictures, this was really much worse. I'll never come back here again. How can two hamburger menus be ready in less than two minutes? Take your time and cook the meat properly!

The photo of the menu shows a fresh burger with some greenery and a good piece of meat, but what we received was an extremely disappointing, old and tough piece of meat with some sauce, for €28,-.
