We had a delicious meal last Saturday, good quality, and the delivery driver, Tristan, was friendly. The food arrived within fifteen minutes and was still nice and hot, definitely worth coming back for more.

The burger was fine, but nothing special. The loaded fries we ordered, on the other hand, were very disappointing. They were just a bowl of soggy fries with "cheese sauce," very unappetizing.

Delivery took 1.5 hours. Fries were limp, burger meh (maybe it's just a matter of taste). Loaded fries were also limp, with dry chicken in a soggy dough (so not crispy) and cheese sauce instead of cheese, and no scallions in sight. A waste of money, far below expectations, unfortunately.

Enjoyed delicious burgers with the family. The veggie burger is also highly recommended! Tristan's delivery was fantastic! Super friendly, fast, and everything delivered neatly. Highly recommended!

I had a delicious double smash burger and sweet potato fries here today. I've had many disappointing burgers, but this wasn't one of them! Very tasty, the bun was nice and soft and toasted, and there was a good amount of sauce and cheese—great! The sweet potato fries were also tasty and crispy. And all for a reasonable price :)

We waited over an hour and a half (less than a 200-meter walk!) for a cold, limp, soggy hamburger without fries for almost €20. Very disappointing.

Don't come here for Loaded Fries; they're just watery cheese sauce for a relatively high price. The burger is good, but delivery took 45 minutes longer than expected, making it too expensive and slow.

I had to wait 2 hours for my order after coming back from a hard day at work when I called them I got the response "we are not a priority for you at this time" I let my little daughter sleep hungry because she normally goes to bed at 7:30 pm and now it was already 8:30 pm

We have tried many burgers in the Alphen area, here they were a bit more expensive in comparison but it was really worth every euro! The tastiest burgers we have eaten so far. Also delivered quickly (for a holiday) and friendly delivery person.

This is not a review based on one order. Ordered multiple times and top quality every time. Everything is neatly taken care of, the burger looks good and tastes fantastic. You may pay a little more, but you get double the quality in return. An asset to Alphen

We ordered take away food there. The burgers and fries were freshly prepared, but were ready quickly and tasted fantastic.

Unfortunately, without hearing anything, my burger only arrived after an hour and a half. It was limp and wet from the sauce and the sweet potato fries were also very limp. Too bad because a previous order was a success. Not worth the 18 euros this time...

Delicious burgers! We had the NY Filthy Burger & Steakhouse Burger; both were very good. They were very accommodating with gluten free and dairy free requests; they wrapped my burger in lettuce instead of a bun. Great spot to stop for a burger.

Picked up a burger tonight because the snack bar we wanted to go to was closed. Absolutely no regrets it was delicious! We both had the chicken burger which was really delicious (could have been a little more juicy but still great!!!). And the sweet potato fries were really delicious. We will definitely come back, thank you!

Unfortunately it is either hit or miss with HighSide burgers recently :( Don't get me wrong the food would be great if they weren't cold at arrival, last time I ordered it was great, today unfortunately it was cold and it took 2 hours to arrive - I expect that they take longer than other restaurants as I have ordered many times but 2 hours is a bit mad work even on a Saturday, recently I am also getting undercooked fries which is so disappointing- They usually call beforehand and that was a nice touch but this time they didn't which was unusual. Will leave it at that I hope the restaurant can find more delivery staff as waiting 2 hours and getting cold food is not the norm. I don't leave reviews but today I was so hungry it genuinely upset me that the food wasn't good haha. Honestly the only decentish burger take-away in Alphen aan/den Rijn but no-where near the quality of Buns of Glory which unfortunately moved out of Alphen :( For anyone wanting tips on what to order - the coleslaw is never good so don't bother with that, the sweet potato fries are a good option recently as the fries are undercooked and mushy. The chicken is grinded freezer patties which is disgusting in my opinion (comparable at something from a snack-bar or a mcdonald chicken nugget meat), pretty sure the beef is also pre-made freezer patties but its still good because of the bun and toppings to compensate, the American smash burger is GREAT but is only order-able on their site and not on Takeaway and finally their milkshakes are decent but honestly taste a bit too bland.

Had a Steakhouse Burger today. The meat, the cheese and everything else in the burger was of great quality and taste - all together it was just delicious. I had two extra patties of meat - 400 grams in total for an extra charge, but it was worth it!

I had a tropical chicken burger with fries and coleslaw as a side dish. I was very impressed and haven't had such a good burger in a long time. Fries were also excellent and tasty, fresh coleslaw. The delivery guy even called politely when he arrived and said he would be there in 7 minutes. Really great!!

My partner and I ate a tropical chicken burger (menu) and a classic burger (menu) here and were very impressed. It's been a long time since we've had such delicious burgers and sweet potato fries. You can see and taste that a lot of attention is paid to the preparation. The staff is also friendly and you get a lot of value for your money. In short, if you are hungry and looking for a tasty burger with good fries, we highly recommend this place!

The first look of the burger place was great. We ordered sweet potato fries and a NY burger. The fries were great but the burger was dried and weird taste, the bun was old and tastless. Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the burger.

As much as 4.65 euros for a bag of weak fries. 4.80 euros for a milkshake that is more milk than shake. And a lot of sugar. 10.95 for the burger. The burger was fine, but for 10.95 you expect something more. This tent is not worth the money. To avoid!

I enjoyed the tasty flavor combination of my chicken burger with mango relish. The chicken burger remained crispy the entire time and never got soggy! I also found the sweet potato fries to be quite delicious and well-seasoned. Not just well-salted! There was actual flavor there. (The fries were also crisp and not soggy.) I'm excited to go back and try more combinations!

Delicious burger, all in the right portions, making it a real taste sensation in your mouth. Price-quality ratio is good. Friendly and hospitable staff. All in all a very pleasant experience. Order from them at least 2-3 times a month via Thuisbezorgd. If I order on their own site, I get this -> it would take 30 - 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later and still nothing. Called 10 times now and no answer. Finally after 2 hours they arrive, already over hunger, all they say is: sorry we are late... nice then

Ordered via home delivery. We ordered before 8:00 PM, it didn't arrive until half past 8. That was a bit less. But the quality of these burgers is really great! I have never eaten such a tasty burger

I really enjoyed my order at Highside Burgers in Alphen aan den Rijn. The burgers were fantastic, the staff called me after delivery to ask how my burger was, which I thought was very thoughtful of them. It gives a feeling that I am not just an “ordering customer”. I definitely recommend the Highside Burger, it was cooked perfectly, the choices were diverse and the taste was great. I will order more often and visit them myself when they are open for pickup!

Placed an order well before closing time. This was confirmed via home delivery. The order was supposed to be delivered around 9:45 PM. After waiting an hour, the order via home delivery was canceled by the highrise burgers. No phone call nothing. The order has already been paid. I want my money back quickly!
