Truly unbelievably awful. I placed an order at 6 p.m. and called at 7:15 p.m. to ask how long it would take. The guy on the line was uninterested and completely unhelpful. I ended up canceling my order, but I still haven't gotten a refund. I'm just throwing a pizza in the oven and never ordering from here again!!!!

We called them four times before receiving our order (for six people), two hours later than planned. We spoke with Marijn, who said we would receive extra drinks as compensation. However, we waited two hours instead of the 20-40 minutes indicated, received no (promised) compensation, and one burger was wrong. After receiving our order, we contacted Marijn again, and he said the drinks would be delivered later, with a particularly nasty attitude, but that never happened. I understand that it can be busy and mistakes can happen, but this kind of behavior (on the phone) is unacceptable.

Bad, bad, bad, burned, looked really gross. What a difference between the image on the website and reality. Go here. Never order again, waste of my money.

Very bad experience. I orderd from o tacos. The order took 2 hours, cold oily fries ( in a johnny’s burger box!). The chicken tenders in the tacos are bad. The jalapenos cheese bites were good to be fair. Not recommended

My food arrived promptly half an hour after placing the order. The delivery driver was a friendly young man. However, I quickly discovered that two items were missing. I called the restaurant and informed them of this. They said this could happen and that it would be resolved. After 45 minutes of still not receiving anything, I called again. This time, the person who answered the phone was slightly less friendly. He said he had spoken to the delivery driver and that he disputed my statement. Therefore, they didn't believe that I hadn't received part of my order. I have the following questions: How is it possible that the restaurant didn't call me while I was patiently waiting for the rest of my order? Why would a 16-year-old delivery driver lie about this? I spent €30 and ultimately received €17 worth of food. I therefore advise others to order elsewhere.

A simple order (2 fried chicken burgers) took about 70 minutes for two hungry little girls at home. Ordered at 6:42 PM and delivered at 7:54 PM, just before bedtime. This makes absolutely no sense. Last time for me, as this isn't the first time we've experienced this.

What a ball tent!!!!!! Ordered burgers with extra toppings, BUT DID NOT GET THEM EXTRA ON THE BURGER!!! I think the staff there did not go to school because reading receipts is very difficult, BUT paying 1 euro per extra topping is ridiculous!!! I also doubt whether it is all fresh. The chicken burger was extremely tough and dry and it was impossible to eat!!! When you call, they don't answer the call again and then you are told, yes, and now what can I do about it? Seriously people DO NOT order here!!!!!

When I contacted him about the possible incorrect delivery of O'tacos, they danced around it and after the comment "what should I do about it?" I wished the man a nice evening and stopped the conversation.

Staff are disinterested, rude and the food was substandard. The tenders and burgers were dry, the portions were small and it was expensive. Really not recommended.

Ordered via Uber Eats, it was indicated 20-45 minutes, after waiting more than 1.5 hours, it was finally delivered, without any excuses, 1 child had already fallen asleep, just ruined an evening. Well done 👍🏼

The order was delivered 35 minutes late and also the wrong order. Finally, 45 minutes late, the food arrived. The burgers and fries used to be very tasty and also large high burgers, but now it was just like a McDonald's hamburger... The fries were also tough and the wrong drink had been delivered.

It was the worst beef burger I've ever had in my life. Even the burger meats bought from the market are of better quality. My order came hot, I have full points for it, but my stomach has been upset all day in the face of this taste. The red sauce in the hamburger and next to the fries was the same. I was disappointed, it's a flavor I won't give a chance again.

We come from Leiden, but drive to this branch specifically to eat. Delicious burgers, never disappoints and the atmosphere is always great!

Unappetizing burger, after unfortunately 2 hours! to wait. First time after 1 hour (indicated within 25 minutes) I received the wrong order...

We ordered with expected time within 30min. The order came after more than an hour, completely WRONG. Proposed solution was to wait longer until they come with new order. The total waiting time was almost 2h, and unfortunately, the quality of burgers is not great. Very soft bun, plain chicken, single tomato slice and sprinkle of lettuce. Do yourself a favor and order at McDonalds or KFC.

I regularly order the Honey Mustard Wrap or Chicken Tenders with Johnny's sauce. These are very tasty! The chicken is deliciously crispy. I'm not really a fan of burgers and fries, but that may be personal taste.

Burger with johnny sauce was very disappointing. Bland sauce and there were hard pieces in the meat. Fries really made no sense at all and were inedible. I think the hot dog was in the microwave for too long because the skin was burnt and it was very tough. Not really value for money. Even for half the price I won't order again next time.

I normally quite like johnnys and that's why I kept ordering. However, the chicken burgers now also seem smaller (especially thinner) and deliveries take forever. Owner(?) was very unfriendly and you won't be ordering johnnys from me anytime soon.

Order not delivered, picked it up after 2 hours! Very bad! No excuses really, what a rotten place! It was busy that was the only excuse! We had to get it ourselves and do nothing, what are you? Ordered a burger without cheese because I have a mild allergy to cheese, but when the burger arrived it did have cheese on it, I called the branch back and was told that they would not have a delivery person come for a slice of cheese. Super tasty food!!! I really like the burgers and spareribs, and there is also the option for twister fries!! I think it's great that it's also Halal. I picked up my food and unfortunately we had to wait longer than indicated when ordering. So I asked if they had a free drink for waiting longer. Received a mini can from them, despite the size, I still thought it was very nice and friendly. If I had known I would have asked for a free burger, maybe I would have gotten a mini burger.

Great service!! My order via Uber eats was canceled after 40 minutes of waiting because no delivery person was available. Yet Johnny's made my evening meal perfect by delivering it himself and covering the costs. That's what I call customer service! Of course the food was very tasty.

Had to wait a very long time (2 hours) for a very poor quality burger! Cooked sandwich, small burger, 2 pieces of lettuce and tomato and dot of sauce on the side of the sandwich. Together in a menu with wedges and soft drinks for 12.95. Not worth the money by a long shot.

For 6,95 a little bit on the pricey side, the service is pretty terrible the were no plexiglas screens the staff had no mask on and huged with each other. When I came at 9 o clock they were already putting the bike into the store. The burger was pretty good tho.

Delivery asap took 1 hour and 15 minutes and the burgers are tasteless, Twister fries taste like 4x thawed soft potatoes, the delivery person dumped everything on the ground in the rain, even had to rinse the cans to get rid of the dirt. Without a doubt next time McDonald.

Waiting 1.5 hours for 1 spare rib.... For almost €17, it is really hopeless. You call to ask where your order is (it is a 1.5 km drive) and you are told "just wait a little longer" that such companies are still allowed to deliver... Do not order here or eat here, they are not friendly either. Plenty of tasty spare ribs places (that also deliver) in Alphen.

Actually not even worth 1 star. Haven't received an order after an hour and a half. When you call, they casually say yes, you have to wait a little longer. The delivery people are also a mess because they can't even find an address where it should be delivered or they can't read the house number signs. Top Service. I had the pulled beef burger 200g menu with curly fries and my wife the Johnny's burger 200g menu with curly fries. We only had to wait 5 minutes at most and it was fresh and hot ready for us. Truly a top company

I came across a scene that quite shocked me. The burgers were delivered by an unfriendly delivery person and the burgers themselves, vinkgor. Namely cold and undercooked.

I've never been there and never will again. Very bad service. They like you but don't do anything. If I have to order at the counter, that can also be said. Especially continue with deliveries. They are busy with that, but they pay no attention to customers in the business.
