McDonald's in Kerk en Zanen

I've been to the drive-thru a few times now, and every time I very clearly ask for a cheeseburger without mustard and pickles because I am super allergic. 9 out of 10 times I just get pickles on my cheeseburger, even though I always ask twice.

Expensive and food cold, at almost all McDonald's

I let myself be pleasantly surprised at this McDonald's. Whereas things at McDonald's are often sticky and dirty, this one is really super clean! Great. The food was good and the staff friendly. The McDonald's is located on the first floor, but there is an elevator available for the disabled. There is also ample free parking.

Friendly service ... they even came to clear the table! I really felt like a guest!

The food was fine, it's just a shame the fries were lukewarm. The girl who brought the food was super friendly though.

Nice McDonald's, but sometimes the toilets are really filthy. The food is tasty, nice to go to with the family. Always plenty of parking space and nice and fast. Friendly staff, lots to do otherwise.

We visited this McDonald's restaurant today and we are extremely satisfied. They even brought colored pencils to our table for our daughter, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture. Employee Dani came by regularly to ask if everything was to our liking and really made us feel welcome. All the other employees were also friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and has a nice play area for children. The combination of excellent service, the tidy environment, and the attention to families makes this the best McDonald's we enjoy going to. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I come here more often than I should, but I can honestly say with 100% certainty that this is the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. It is always clean, the staff are super friendly, and I know that 99% of the time my order is just right. This doesn't even feel like a McDonald’s; it truly goes beyond the standard McDonald’s experience. Staff take your tray when you are finished eating. I hope other McDonald’s would follow this example. I recently heard from a staff member that this Mac is a franchise. Well, hats off to the owner and the staff!

Staff hygiene is poor. You will need anti-diarrhea medication.

Inside it was very tidy, outside all the light paper was scattered in a corner.

I had ordered online, but wanted to take it with me. Formally that is not possible, but it was arranged face-to-face.

I think this McDonald's (drive-thru) is cutting corners badly, at the expense of the customer! I've experienced this a few times already: very sadly filled fries, half-filled McFlurries (even though the containers have already gotten smaller!), and milkshakes where part of the portion is missing. We always order large fries and large milkshakes, so I want the large ones too!!! That's how I could make money too!!! I won't be coming here anytime soon, it's way too expensive this way.

The food was tasty and the service was good, but the annoying children were constantly screaming.

It took a while for the food to arrive, but it was very busy. The staff was friendly, noticed themselves that they had forgotten the sauce and brought it immediately (more than what was ordered). If every McDonald's were like this, it would be great.

There are a lot of children, antisocial people in the parking lot, and the bars of the seats rotate which makes sitting uncomfortable, but the food is great.

Work is not being done hygienically. Food has ended up in a trash can outside. Broken bones in the chicken, not doing a good job.

At the time we visited McDonald's, it was very busy, and McDonald's is too small for that. Regarding the service, when the food was brought to the table and not everything was complete, and I pointed this out, the young man apologized for the incomplete menus. The young man resolved this quickly and kindly by bringing the missing order.

McDonald's is always nice for a quick bite. However, I must honestly say that when I went to the toilet here, it didn't smell good (a urine smell). I hope the management takes note of this and takes measures. I must say, though, that the toilets were clean. So, McDonald's, probably an air freshener or better cleaning.

Nice building, easily accessible. Staff very polite, friendly, and helpful. The strawberry milkshake was excellent.

Delicious food, always delicious, very friendly people (staff and managers). I took a tour with one of the managers to see the new decor and more tables and seating, including the children's play area. I think it's the best McDonald's in the Netherlands, and I'm sure many others do too. The meal was made quickly. I ordered 15 cheeseburgers and 15 hamburgers, and they were ready in 10 minutes. 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏻👍🏻 If you go there for a delicious meal, you'll see what I mean.

Friendly staff, fast service, quiet. What stood out: very clean location. Clean tables, clean floor and windows, staff constantly busy with the trash and cleaning. They look well-groomed. That is sometimes different at a random McDonald's.

I'm completely done with this McDonald's! We've been going there for years, almost always the McDrive, and after countless minor annoyances (I don't know how many times I got too little fry sauce, shakes without flavor or just sickeningly sweet, ice in the Fanta without ice, etc., etc.), they've now managed not to deliver an entire burger. Mistakes can happen (although they do happen often there), but when they simply don't respond to my complaint about it, that's the last straw! There are plenty of alternatives, and I'm happy to drive a bit further to go to places where the customer is actually appreciated.

It was a McDonald's.🤣 A woman choked and was supposed to get some water, but that took ages. I don't think that's in McDonald's protocol.

Only the men's toilet could be a bit cleaner. (More supervision needed.) Otherwise, no complaints at all. The food is hot and tasty.

I can't really judge the atmosphere because I use the McDrive, but unfortunately I do notice that when parking briefly by the blue sign, quite a few customers don't take into account that someone might have been served earlier and needs to get past. They don't park as far to the left as possible.......

There’s hardly anything in the ice cream, and if you go back, unfortunately you get nothing but a big mouth from the “manager”…

Too bad, but unfortunately. A small mistake isn't being resolved. Out of enthusiasm, my daughter ordered a (happy) meal for adults. She didn't open a gift... and unfortunately, she wasn't allowed to exchange it. I understand that things are written down, but a little understanding and a bit of shades of gray would be appreciated sometimes to make a child happy.

Very nice service as soon as we sat down we got 3 colour pencil sets with a drawing pictures.The manager was also very polite sadly we were travelling so we can not come multiple times but from this first visit very nice (we are comming from Germany).The food was also very tasty.

Didn't have to wait too long for a hamburger

I ordered the McFlurry "All the Way," and even the manager didn't know what was in it. I then waited 15 minutes for my McFlurry.

Ordered through the app. It was easy, as always. The location is well-located, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The meal itself is, as always, McDonald's. The kids love it, and as a parent, it's convenient for a quick bite.

This afternoon I visited McDonald's with my daughter and her friend (both have Down syndrome). The manager was incredibly kind to the girls, and after they finished their meal, they got to make ice cream in the kitchen with the manager and received an ice cream-making diploma. The girls were incredibly proud! While they were enjoying their ice cream, I got a cup of tea. So kind! Thanks, McDonald's Alphen!

Ordered here twice, and they got it wrong both times. If you order an iced tea, you get a Sprite. We also ordered a spicy chicken mac and cheese, and you get a regular one.

I understand that working at a McDonald's drive-through isn't the most inspiring job. But a friendly smile and a bit of camaraderie cost absolutely nothing! I'd recommend the manager to drive through the drive-through themselves sometime.

My McFlurry was gone in three bites, and I had to wait fifteen minutes for four mini apple pies and an ice cream cone at 4:00 PM. The music was way too loud. And the table was sticky. I burned my mouth terribly on those mini apple pies. I let them rest, but it was like eating lava in a crispy coating. My mouth and fingers were burned.

I don't go to McDonald's very often, but I was there last Thursday night. The food was excellent. As I was leaving, one of the guys serving food (he was probably 15 at most) saw that I was about to leave and that my hands were full. Literally within seconds, he was at my side and offered to clear my table because he saw I was going to be busy. It was a very small gesture, and perhaps not a big deal, and part of his job, but this attentiveness and awareness of your surroundings is something many restaurants could learn from. Absolutely fantastic and worth a compliment!

We received very friendly service. A high chair was immediately provided upon arrival, and Olvarit food was warmed up. The staff were very hospitable and friendly.

Very pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's. Clean and fresh store. The ordering kiosks were constantly being cleaned. There was a floor manager at the kiosks to assist if needed. Staff were constantly cleaning up. Food was served neatly, not just thrown on a tray. Everything was prepared with care. The fries were nice and hot and crispy, not soggy. The burgers were beautifully presented. Nice building with the restaurant on the first floor.

Just ordered two McFlurrys for 7.6 euro’s and unfortunately only half the tubs were filled. The manager was polite, but it is absolutely ridiculous to pay full price for half the product. They say it’s to leave space for toppings but that is simply not true as we had oreo toppings with still half of the tub empty. I have ordered at other Mcd’s before and it was a filled tub which was wonderful. This was a rip-off I will not order it again unfortunately.

The service is really great! Greeted kindly upon entering, they come and ask if they can help you at the column. It was my daughter's birthday and I asked the manager if it was still allowed to make your own ice cream on your birthday. That was allowed, the woman waited until she saw when my daughter had finished eating and then came to pick her up for a surprise. I was allowed to make my son an ice cream. Afterwards she was congratulated and received a nice diploma. When they left, the children were called by name. That really made her smile. Other than that it's a clean, tidy Mac. There was also a young man walking around who made the children happy with a nice mask.

Ordered a plain croquette, the receipt said plain croquette but you guessed it... didn't get a plain croquette.

Instagram post about mcflurry €1.75 removed... Came for this today and was told the promotion was invalid. Then ordered a sundae and mcflurry for normal price. I got half the quantity (maybe that's normal??). 1 plus point, I did get 12 napkins😂😂. Bad service!!! Do something about it please. And atmosphere also nothing. (it was a weekday so understandable)
