McDonald's in Kerk en Zanen

I ordered the McFlurry "All the Way," and even the manager didn't know what was in it. I then waited 15 minutes for my McFlurry.

Ordered through the app. It was easy, as always. The location is well-located, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The meal itself is, as always, McDonald's. The kids love it, and as a parent, it's convenient for a quick bite.

This afternoon I visited McDonald's with my daughter and her friend (both have Down syndrome). The manager was incredibly kind to the girls, and after they finished their meal, they got to make ice cream in the kitchen with the manager and received an ice cream-making diploma. The girls were incredibly proud! While they were enjoying their ice cream, I got a cup of tea. So kind! Thanks, McDonald's Alphen!

Ordered here twice, and they got it wrong both times. If you order an iced tea, you get a Sprite. We also ordered a spicy chicken mac and cheese, and you get a regular one.

My McFlurry was gone in three bites, and I had to wait fifteen minutes for four mini apple pies and an ice cream cone at 4:00 PM. The music was way too loud. And the table was sticky. I burned my mouth terribly on those mini apple pies. I let them rest, but it was like eating lava in a crispy coating. My mouth and fingers were burned.

I understand that working at a McDonald's drive-through isn't the most inspiring job. But a friendly smile and a bit of camaraderie cost absolutely nothing! I'd recommend the manager to drive through the drive-through themselves sometime.

I'm used to McDonald's in real cities. This was a real change of pace. Super good service, friendly staff, and excellent food and drinks. It's a unique McDonald's because it even has a covered parking lot.

Unfortunately, there's no hygiene. I threw my food outside and didn't bother going back inside because I was so shocked by it, along with the person I was with.

I don't go to McDonald's very often, but I was there last Thursday night. The food was excellent. As I was leaving, one of the guys serving food (he was probably 15 at most) saw that I was about to leave and that my hands were full. Literally within seconds, he was at my side and offered to clear my table because he saw I was going to be busy. It was a very small gesture, and perhaps not a big deal, and part of his job, but this attentiveness and awareness of your surroundings is something many restaurants could learn from. Absolutely fantastic and worth a compliment!

Always neat and friendly and clean!

We received very friendly service. A high chair was immediately provided upon arrival, and Olvarit food was warmed up. The staff were very hospitable and friendly.

Very pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's. Clean and fresh store. The ordering kiosks were constantly being cleaned. There was a floor manager at the kiosks to assist if needed. Staff were constantly cleaning up. Food was served neatly, not just thrown on a tray. Everything was prepared with care. The fries were nice and hot and crispy, not soggy. The burgers were beautifully presented. Nice building with the restaurant on the first floor.

Standard dishes, but the service leaves much to be desired.

Just ordered two McFlurrys for 7.6 euro’s and unfortunately only half the tubs were filled. The manager was polite, but it is absolutely ridiculous to pay full price for half the product. They say it’s to leave space for toppings but that is simply not true as we had oreo toppings with still half of the tub empty. I have ordered at other Mcd’s before and it was a filled tub which was wonderful. This was a rip-off I will not order it again unfortunately.

The manager lady who works there was super attentive and very hospitable.

The service is really great! Greeted kindly upon entering, they come and ask if they can help you at the column. It was my daughter's birthday and I asked the manager if it was still allowed to make your own ice cream on your birthday. That was allowed, the woman waited until she saw when my daughter had finished eating and then came to pick her up for a surprise. I was allowed to make my son an ice cream. Afterwards she was congratulated and received a nice diploma. When they left, the children were called by name. That really made her smile. Other than that it's a clean, tidy Mac. There was also a young man walking around who made the children happy with a nice mask.

Instagram post about mcflurry €1.75 removed... Came for this today and was told the promotion was invalid. Then ordered a sundae and mcflurry for normal price. I got half the quantity (maybe that's normal??). 1 plus point, I did get 12 napkins😂😂. Bad service!!! Do something about it please. And atmosphere also nothing. (it was a weekday so understandable)

Ordered a plain croquette, the receipt said plain croquette but you guessed it... didn't get a plain croquette.

Absolute worst service ever. For son always vegan nuggets in happy meal. They stopped that. So as a vegetarian you can't eat anything at this mac anymore. Manager also didn't want to make fries with salad for son so we won't come here anymore. Too bad

A classic McDonald's on the road. But since there are also pay-your-own screens, the service is fast. The veggie menu was delicious as always. Although not healthy, it is a good option in emergencies or when a change is needed.

I have lived in Alphen aan den Rijn my whole life. And quite a few MC Donalds visits in NL later. But this branch remains my favorite. I have not had a bad experience once, out of at least 150 times that I have been here. The food is always fresh and warm. The service is great. Really a top branch! Keep it up. The best for years.

Service is an absolute low point at this McDonald's branch. I was standing with my motorbike at the McDrive and after my order was told that scooters were not allowed. According to the employee because of safety... When I wanted to indicate that I was a motorbike, the conversation was abruptly ended and I could whistle for my meal... Very unpleasant to be treated like this.

The drive-in in Alphen is like a Carrera race track. A smart solution to create space. Friendly service and the nuggets were smoking hot👍

A bit small but any McDonalds with a free toilet gets a good review from me. Also, the staff was above average friendly when I was there!

It was quiet, there was a relaxed atmosphere. It was clean. We only used the toilet, so unfortunately I can't tell you anything about the service and food 🫣

A McDonald's that is far too small with parking spaces that are far too tight.

Very nice McDonalds. Parking spaces under the building, nice and cool on hot days. Restaurant is neat and clean and staff very friendly. Changing table available for babies, as well as very nice chairs for the little ones.

Well. It's the Mac. Always the same, something always goes wrong, the food is always lukewarm and yet you keep coming because of the taste. 🤷‍♀️

The food and service were very good, thoroughly enjoyed. However, it was very busy, and there was little room to sit quietly for a while. I was also looked at a lot because I only speak English with my partner.

Ffies for a quick bite. Regular fries were lukewarm. Burgers tasted the same for all 4. Also nice of course, but can't be the intention. Tip, use some different herbs.

As good as McD gets around here. The food is what it is, the service here is super fast though, and the drive thru ramp is spectaculair.

Review revised after 5 years. After ordering 70 euros McDonalds and while waiting, I was watched by 1 manager and 5 employees in a crowded tent. Reason being an open bottle of beer in my pocket that I haven't touched since I arrived. I am not allowed to consume my own food was the reason. See, some emnsen went in with open bottles, but were just not taken away. Had no room for my open bottle, so I neatly put it in my pocket

Picked up 2 double cheeseburgers yesterday via the drive. Then eaten. It felt like I ate a kilo of salt. What filth. I am cured immediately.

Super neat and clean McDonald's. There is an employee walking around who understands hygiene, one who would deserve a raise 😄 Food was delicious and on time, hot and crispy too.

Had to wait a long time in the Drive-in again. Cars that arrived later than us were helped earlier.

Drive through experience: Sometimes you have a good Maccie. You have bad Maccie sometimes. But this one was really bizarrely good. I would drive for this in a heartbeat.

Vending machines do not work properly, upon arrival it said that I could only order to go and what an extremely expensive Mac this is, not normal in Landgraaf I pay 15.10 for 2 breakfasts and here for exactly the same 18.90 they will not see me again at this Mac

Beautiful modern building. It was clean inside. I came there for coffee (cappuccino). Unfortunately, this was not what you would expect from the MC café. Coffee was of very poor quality. And then I express myself carefully. I ordered a triple chocolate cookie with it. This was tough and clearly no longer fresh. Hopefully the quality will be improved (and, among other things, a barista coffee machine will be purchased).

I like this McDonalds because of their new and modern building with parking place on de groud floor and seating on the first and second floor. The service was quite good, the crew was quick to response. We enjoyed eating here with a big group.

Due to the change of the city bus lines in Alphen aan den Rijn, this restaurant has become directly accessible from where I live. Recommended. The restaurant in the center often has a lot of noisy youth.

It's very inconvenient that you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to this Mac. Not recommended for disabled people. Don't believe there is an elevator but may have overlooked it.

Great Mac! My car recently locked the doors by itself with the key still in the ignition, while my phone was also in it, but the helpful manager let me call his phone for help. Very grateful for that! But anyway, this is a nice McDonald's restaurant with good service and excellent service.
