We sat in the shade in front of McDonald's in the afternoon, lovely! We looked out over the Rijnplein. A Volunteers Band was just playing, nice! A girl of about 9 years old was conducting opposite the conductor for at least two hours, cute! What stamina!

Finally, a branch where you can still get nice hot food. Ideal to sail to by boat and pick up here.

It was really neat and clean. The staff are really sweet. The girl who worked there, in particular, was incredibly friendly. She had a beautiful smile and remained friendly, even though she had to walk up and down the stairs the whole time. Real respect for her dedication. All restaurants should have such friendly staff. Thanks for the good service!

The service is fine; I think good people work there. The food is McDonald's, and that never scores 5 stars. That is down to the prescribed food and certainly not to the preparation on the spot. Well, McDonald's is McDonald's, and sometimes I just really crave it.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this is a McDonald's I frequent. This is the 4th time in a row that something is wrong with my order, and if it were just a straw, big deal, but now it involves 2 sauces + a wrong Big Tasty WITH bacon (explicitly stated without), so I'm not eating that one, AND they forgot to give me my Big Mac. My orders aren't just for a few euros either, but always at least 30 euros. Fix this!!! McDonald's, this really can't go on like this any longer!!! Check all your orders before you hand them over.

Not a single table clean. A trash can that can't hold anything. At least 50 recycling cups already dripping over the trash can. Ugh.

Staff is very kind and patient with children. I wish there was an elevator or escalator to bring the stroller upstairs.

I placed an order for delivery 2 hours before the establishment closed. I paid for the order, but the delivery did not arrive. When I ate at the establishment, they brought me food that was not fresh and mixed up the order. My rating for this establishment is 0. I will never come here again, but will use more attractive places to solve my food needs👎👎👎

I ordered one triple chocolate cookie with my order, but it was probably out of stock. Instead, they very kindly gave me two white chocolate cookies. Very thoughtful, and I thoroughly enjoyed them!

Friendly staff, quick service, and good location for a stop while out shopping. I stopped here in the early afternoon to use the restroom and get some food for the road, making two separate orders, one with a customized item. Most of the eat-in seats were filled and there were people ordering food at the kiosks and waiting at the counter for their food. In terms of service, very good. Fast service even though it was busy, and even with a custom order. The toilet, however, was... pretty bad. There's no spray with which to sanitize it here thus requiring some... creativity. This may moreso reflect the previous guest to use it than of the establishment itself, thus I mainly take issue with the lack of sanitizer. Nevertheless all in all a good experience.

Dear McDonald's Alphen aan den Rijn, I'm back at this McDonald's place again, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing again. I was hoping for a decent meal, but what I got was far below the standard I would expect from McDonald's. Therefore, I would like to express my complaint about the quality of the food I received from you. To start with, the bun of my burger was dry and tasteless. Instead of a soft, fresh bun, I got a dried out bun that looked like something that had been left out in the open air for too long. This detracted from the overall taste and made eating the burger not an enjoyable experience. In addition, the meat was simply dirty. Instead of a juicy and well-cooked burger, I got a bland piece of meat that looked unappealing and had an unpleasant texture. It looked like it had been left in a warming container for too long or had not been prepared properly. A burger should be fresh and tasty, but what I got tasted bland and old. The fries were also a big disappointment. Not only were there raw pieces, indicating poor preparation, but the fries were also a strange mix of different sizes and types. Some fries were limp and soggy, while others were too hard and dry. This indicates that there is no consistent quality control in the preparation of the fries, which is a shame for a fast food chain known for its fries. All in all, my meal was downright bad and definitely not what I expect from McDonald's. I understand it can be a busy branch, but that should never be an excuse for poor quality. Customers pay for a meal that should at least be fresh and well prepared. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements in food preparation and control. These types of bad experiences cause customers to drop out and prefer to eat somewhere else. Good evening, I ate here today because I felt like having a quick, greasy bite, I'm sorry, the atmosphere is not there, the employees are lazy, the machines are acting strangely. I start to order but after asking 3 times I was only helped. I ordered a bigmac menu and a happy meal. After I paid I waited 1 hour for my food. It took so long I almost wanted to ask for my money back. The service here is bad, you can't get the quality back, even the manager doesn't care if your food is late. Finally I get my food, it is completely cold, the fries were raw, I found this unacceptable when I asked, they said it was perfectly cooked. I took a bite of my bigmac and tasted nothing it was so dry they even forgot one of my burgers. The happy meal was not really anything to be happy about, I got fries thrown in, a toy half-open bread that was crushed, I found this disappointing, this is the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. I do not recommend this tent.

Ordered upstairs and the food came quite quickly.

Me and my friend ordered 2 burgers and chicken nuggets. The Maestro burger was cold after 3 to 5 minutes and after half an hour my MC Crispy burger was still warm and even after 45 minutes the chicken nuggets were still warm. We filed a complaint and my friend was not believed and they told me that we had to let them know sooner that we wanted someone else. Or we should have started with the burger earlier. It was our own fault that it was cold. We were not very pleased with the service we received. And you are sent away with an apology

Favorite snack spot! In Alphen aan den Rijn. The food is fresh, the traffic is big, it’s the center of the city, so it couldn’t be cooler! Recommend for inexpensive food! Mak himself is large, 2-story. Comfortable.

A few weeks ago I sent you an email about the very loud music in the toilets and whether you realized that this sound is a trigger for an (epileptic) attack for our daughter, and probably also an unpleasant experience for many other people and children. That same afternoon the manager contacted us to say that they had never considered this. Bose, who installed the sound system, was immediately contacted. I thought that was very thoughtful. We also received a voucher. Today the children used their voucher and had a delicious meal. Coincidentally, the manager who handled our complaint was present. He was happy to meet us and was able to report that Bose has arranged another solution for the music in the toilet and that it happened to be arranged last week. Thanks for this.

(I ordered local consumption while a number was waiting) The assistant manager told me all this with a smile, as if it was my fault. Don't eat here...

Today I went to McDonald's in Alphen aan den Rijn Castellumstraat. We ordered 2 pop dots, we had to wait half an hour and asked where they were. It was repeated several times that it was busy, but it was not busy at all. After waiting half an hour we got tired of it and asked again when suddenly the straciatella pop dot was gone. So we had to have a chocolate flavor. And the system said they were still in stock, so that's not the biggest problem for me. But it is a fast food restaurant and I don't expect to wait half an hour. And the toilet was broken and it was very expensive but good

My elderly father had gone to great lengths to pick up an order from this MacDonalds and had driven all the way home before discovering that the meal had once again been delivered incomplete. With limp fries. My mother had nothing to eat even though it had been paid for. Called MacDonalds this time, they received a voucher - but that was of no use to them. My father couldn't bear to drive all that way twice, so there they were for the umpteenth time with not enough food. This MacDonalds really needs to come up with a suitable solution for these kinds of mistakes, and not leave people without food. It's expensive enough as it is. I don't think it's style to bash people with a voucher instead of solving the problem they caused.

Recently renovated, completely refurbished. This results in a fresh and beautiful appearance/decoration. Enough seats, slightly less staff, sometimes just chatting with each other. The hygiene is also not completely in order; dirty edges and sometimes even sauce at the table. Furthermore, tasty burgers and chicken, also vegetarian, etc. Also sustainable; reusable cups or alternatively surcharge for non-reusable cups.

Food was as you would expect from MC but I wasn't even allowed to go to the toilet while they were still open. What a shame!

You go there because children like to order a happy meal. They no longer have the advertised toy. Staff would rather disappoint a child than give them the toy from the display case.

Visited McDonald's Alphen center after the renovation and wow what a change. It looks beautiful.

You go to M's for dinner because the children get a toy, which they don't do anything with anymore. The food is bad, not filling and lukewarm. It looks more like cardboard and rubber than what it pretends to be, meat on a bun.

Lots of screaming young people and delivery services. Things don't get any more pleasant.

Reasonably large Macdonalds in the center of Alphen aan den Rijn. Easy to reach by various means of transport, parking nearby or cycling in front of the door. Also accessible by public transport. There are 4 touchscreens to order food yourself, but you can also order at the counter. Generally fairly quick to prepare unless it is busy. There is a toilet, but it is upstairs (no idea if there is an elevator). Staff is friendly and helpful. Taste is the same as any other Macdonalds. The atmosphere is so so, it is often full of young people. Families often go to Macdonalds on the N11. Getting a quick bite in the center is fine.

Bought a large menu. Once home, fries were not available. Less man. Now I have to check everything from now on. Unnecessarily traumatized
