The snacks were so well prepared. A beautiful dish was included to present the snacks. But even more importantly, THEY ARE SO TASTY. Highly recommended. We ordered two for two birthdays.

Large order placed on December 17th. Was delivered on time and the boxes were generously filled. Quality of food was also very good and our guests were very satisfied. Very repeatable.

Fast service and lots of choice.

I ordered a high tea for 10-15 people for my birthday. I received several emails on the day itself about the exact delivery time. It looked fantastic, both savory and sweet. Everyone loved it. There was more than enough. Something for everyone. It was very fresh and delicious. We will definitely order from here again. I would definitely recommend it to someone!

I'm sorry to say I have to give a bad review. For high tea, we could only choose from Christmas high tea, which sounded great. However, you couldn't specify allergies or dietary requirements, so we assumed there would be something for everyone. There was also no indication of what to expect in terms of fillings. Five out of six of our group don't eat meat, but some do eat fish. Unfortunately, there was no variety, and all the savory dishes were only cold cuts. We tried to contact them, but it wasn't possible. A tip for the website to clearly indicate what people can expect and to be able to specify dietary requirements and preferences.

I have never experienced such poor service as at Hightea.nl. The Hightea togo ordered from Anne&Max was fine. The box was not complete because they had forgotten something. Can happen and they offered compensation. Communication took place via hightea.nl. I was of the opinion that something was still missing and I indicated this. I approached hightea.nl several times from the end of August, but to no avail. They don't even bother to respond! So no compensation yet. Terrible service and will therefore no longer purchase high tea through here! I will respond in response to your response: You indicate that you responded to my message on August 29. That's right. Isn't that what I said above? I indicate that compensation was offered but that I did not agree with it? I received no response to the emails I sent THEN (4 in total!)! In short, I have to settle for what you consider appropriate with regard to compensation.

Looked very nice on the site, but the high tea cannot be provided gluten-free. In this day and age, I no longer think it is acceptable that someone who eats gluten-free cannot be taken into account.

Een heerlijke high tea box besteld voor relatief weinig geld. Een echte aanrader!

Leuk kado, helaas geeft men geen thuis als er wat mis is. Zwaar beschadigde chocolade doos mogen ontvangen, keurig gemeld, maar inmiddels een week verder, nog niks nieuws mogen ontvangen. Men heeft het geld binnen en daarna moet je het maar even uitzoeken.

De cadeaubon met chocolade is een leuk cadeau om te geven. Door een misverstand van mijn kant contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, daar werd klantvriendelijk en super snel gereageerd. Verder kan de bon op veel plekken worden ingewisseld. Zeker een aanrader hier te bestellen!
