We were here at the beach years ago. Everything has changed. At the fish stall, we bought herring and kibbelinge. Both were delicious. The stall was busy. The tables and chairs around it were dirty, wobbly, and broken. They could use some investment.

I don't get it... I was here about five months ago, or a bit longer. Back then, the kibbeling was delicious and the staff was friendly... and now? Grumpy staff, disinterested, and the kibbeling isn't what it used to be... such a shame!

Drama, after a previous disappointment, I tried again. Never again. The kibbeling had more crust than fish, yuck. A portion probably didn't even reach 100 grams of fish. €6 for a container. No, then Roeleveld in Scheveningen 👍

Been here a long time, but it's as great as ever.

The snack I ate here was inedible. Extremely greasy, with an ammonia taste. Old grease? Ugh... I regret eating it out of decency. Still feeling nauseous after eating it for five hours.

I don't know what's going on here, but the quality is deteriorating rapidly, and the staff is extremely incompetent and unfriendly. The kibbeling was put in the ravigotte sauce without asking. After complaining about it, we received the kibbeling with a small cup of whiskey sauce, so we had to throw half a portion away. Prices aren't listed anywhere. I ordered one small portion of kibbeling, two herrings, and one mackerel, and paid €22.75. Kees, take note, this is really deteriorating rapidly.

Unfriendly staff; we weren't asked if we wanted a sauce or which one. The fish was in a sauce. When I requested a different sauce, I was simply given a separate container with the correct one. However, half of my kibbeling was in a sauce I couldn't eat. Because of this, I had to throw half of it away.

It's always busy there, from early morning until late at night. The food is delicious.

Food is always good here. Service is something that could be worked on. Ordered 4 'lekkerbekjes' but when he only put 2 in he insisted i only said 2 which is ridiculous as I was ordering for 4. Could have smiled and said aplogised! But again, shout out for the food, its always fresh.

We had lunch here while visiting friends. Very nice, friendly staff, the kibbelinge were specially marinated (thrown into a bucket), and the herring was amazing. Bottom line: super delicious, and we'd love to come back.

The lekkerbek was very small, but very expensive. The container of kibbeling was 9.50 and inedible. In both cases the oil dripped from the fish. Immediately felt sick after eating. The place was also very dirty.

Complete chaos staff no company clothing but casual clothing in shorts, also ordering is a chaos everything is mixed up. Was tasty but expensive and if I had not said anything I would have gotten a small portion and paid for a large one.

Whenever we are at the beach we go there to eat fish. Everything is top notch, delicious, prices are normal, fries are very crispy, we haven't eaten such delicious food for a long time.

It was really delicious! Also went there by storm, because it was very busy. But they remained friendly despite the crowd. Tip: pay immediately when ordering, that saves crowds and lines.

Kibbeling was not tasty. No seasoning and very mushy inside. Tray was also dirty, under the paper were old fries with mayonnaise remains. Very dirty. And both had huge stomachaches after eating.

Expect to get delicious fresh kibbeling so close to the sea, but unfortunately a major disappointment, greasy, not well seasoned and not fried until crispy. It was delivered in a bucket and was pressed flat by an employee. I won't be back anytime soon. No prices visible, you don't know how much you get for what amount. Big disappointment. I don't quickly write a review, and I don't like to criticize places and food. But if you come for a nice portion of kibbeling, you really expect better than this.

Fries were gone. It was said that the last one had just been sold. Very little quibble for the price. I wasn't even asked if I wanted sauce with it and it was simply put in a container with ravigotte sauce. Fish shop but if you look in the display case there are frikandellen and other snacks with the Fish in the Display Case, Kibbeling was bad, it was more crispy batter than fish, Limp fries seemed as if they were fried together with the fish, we expected much better in such a beautiful location

We were enthusiastic "visitors" but not anymore! There were no fries, no ravigotte sauce and the "large" kibbeling is expensive and comes in a small container... so we were really curious about the "small" kibbeling. I know a bomb was dropped on the previous store so I hope things will get better when the new building is ready! Too bad!

Portions have gotten smaller and prices have gone up. Fortunately, the quality and customer friendliness are still the same. They are currently in the middle of a renovation, so sitting inside is not possible at the moment. It is and remains a household name in Hoek van Holland and the surrounding area.

Normally I never leave a review... I have been coming here (previous owner) for 10 years. but the new owner is really rude and disrespectful. I asked for warm kibbeling because he had already put the old ones in the containers and was replenishing them with fresh ones. And he would rather give me my money back than put hot bickering in a bowl (with a whole drama scene involved). Very bizarre that you treat your customers this way. Pay attention people, you get 50% old and 50% fresh here.

Delicious kibbeling with really delicious sauce (as it should be). Don't wait too long.

The seller (guy around 30) probably didn't like our faces. The portions were significantly smaller than those of other guests, consisted mainly of fried dough and contained only a little fish.

The food was perfect, it's just a pity that your food is not neatly placed in the container you bring with you (this is difficult due to your physical disability) There were 2 somewhat younger gentlemen standing there at that moment. A few days later an older gentleman came to khat and he packed it neatly for me. (so it's possible after all)

Not so attractively located at the parking lot. But the quality of the Kibbeling, A1 The fries have a consistency of more like 2B. But overall everything is fine. Friendly, freshly prepared, I have been most excellently full.
