Expected better from a seafood merchant

Personnel interrupts their colleague who is helping me. Gives an "answer" to something I did not ask for. Then I am told that I should eat it there instead of taking it with me. I ask if they know of another colleague business where I can get the requested (cold fish dish). "No, you can't get anything better than this." Too bad...

The owner is nice. We can’t understand Dutch, so we just said we wanted Fish & Chips. He immediately said yes. Fried shrimp is available if you want. The salmon salad was super fresh. Although this is not a tourist attraction, it is worth stopping for a meal. I didn't remember to take a photo until I was halfway through my meal. I know it tastes super delicious.

Nice neat place on the outside so I thought I'd get a Lekkerbekje. Anything but tasty applied here, because what I was served was cold and limp. Of course this was reported to the staff and they responded as if this was the most normal thing in the world. Then the Lekkerbekje went into the microwave and it became even weaker and unappetizing. I hope that this response will lead to an increase in quality, but they won't see me there anymore.

A very good fishmonger, everything super fresh and very well prepared. The restaurant area looks great, friendly and knowledgeable staff, Jaap himself sometimes comes to ask if everything is to your liking. Delicious food, we would love to come back again. It's also nice that the staff recognizes you, plus for the attention!

Fish shop with restaurant & terrace, nice staff: good food at affordable prices, such as fish soup, herring with onions (of course), kibbeling, shrimp sandwiches, etc., fish menus with gourmets, etc.

Bagger! 1. Poor handling 2. After 20 minutes I went to get my food and it turned out that the saleswoman had forgotten me. 3. She had sold our mussels to others and we were allowed to buy the rest 4. Everything was cold! 5. plaice and mussels had become cold. 6. Plaice was cleaned incorrectly (bones) So you should NOT be here. Bah.

A busy catering business with very young staff during the weekend. The fish is paid dearly.

Kibbeling was already ready and being heated up, so it was spongy So we don't go here anymore.

A nice and clean place with friendly staff, affordable prices and beautiful red and very comfortable chairs. Ate a delicious eel sandwich here. The last time I ate that, in Harderwijk, with Dad was at least 40 years ago. Table in the sun and a cat that jumped on the table. Goodbye eel. But there was no cat here. :-) I will definitely come back, because where do they even sell a glass of wine with the fish.

Ate a delicious dish of kibbeling this afternoon. Nice large portion for a modest price. Service with a smile. Atmosphere also good, but a bit more for the older generation. And I'm not that old yet! 🤣🤣

Friendly staff, tasty and plenty of food and here they still have nice and reasonable prices, especially in these bizarrely expensive times. As long as this continues, I will finally have a place where I can do this every now and then.

I was able to find the old fishmonger on the IJssel from years ago. This was a great business but is no longer there. I don't know if this is related, but I have never eaten such disgusting food. Just like with my wife's fried mussels, the kibbeling dripped out of the bowl. 2x 250 grams became 1x 270 grams and 1x 220 grams. Way too greasy, weak bite and half cold. Never here again tomorrow, but just drop by the market at the IJssel. Just a small addition... sitting on the toilet all day, this is called food poisoning.

Prachtige plek. Wij komen hier vaak een kibbelingschotel halen. Ik vind het zeer leuk dat de dame die ons helpt ons meteen herkend, mij naam vergeet ze wel vaak (salih) maar die van Frans weet ze wel altijd. Eten is zeer lekker en totaal niet prijzig. Het sfeer is altijd zeer goed binnen het restaurant gedeelte. Ik raad zeker mensen aan om in het restaurant gedeelte te gaan en een schotel te bestellen, je wordt zeer netjes ontvangen en snel geholpen. Super bedrijf! En de mevrouw die ons bijna altijd helpt u doet het zeer goed!!

Goedlachse Jaap en z'n gezin verkopen heerlijk vers gebakken vis met kruiden en vissaus, koude vis en toebehoren. Al jarenlang vaste klant. Hij kent vrijwel al z'n klanten en is altijd in voor een gezellig praatje en grappige moppen. Respect: ze werken hard. Keurige schone vitrine waarin vele vissoorten en delicatessen uitgestald. Fijn terras, zitplaatsen binnen. Zodra ik thuis ben ruikt junior kat de vis en eet gezellig mee. Ziet erop toe dat klanten mondkapje dragen 😷

Top ruim gesorteerde visproducten tegen goede prijs en kwaliteit, het restaurant is een aanbeveling meer dan waard, vriendelijke bediening en heerlijke mosselen.

Haring is goed maar gebakken vis vaak niet warm en de kibbelingis slap en smaakt nergens naar... vraag je om warme vis wordt deze opgewarmd in de magnetron. Echt heel jammer want dit was altijd een hele goede visboer maar wij komen er niet meer.

Hele goede zeevishandel je kunt er ook gezellig binnen en buiten zitten om een visje of een heerlijk menuutje te nuttigen 👍🏼 Cor,Wil en Sylvia Lagestee
