On August 9th, ten of us had made reservations and paid for sim racing. We stood there for an hour in front of a closed door. €279, just gone... No response to phone calls or emails. His personal social media account is deleted if you send a message there. If your business isn't doing well: fine, but then have the guts to cancel your customers' calls or discuss how you're going to refund their money. That you treat people like this: scandalous!
